Giving the Ravenclaw birdies a condescending look, Josh laughed out loud at his girlfriend's words a little bit exaggeratedly only to annoy the birdies while apparently agreeing to the Slytherin girl's statement. Yeah, to be honest, for such cowards they had stood for too long in front of him without running away or making another kind of a stupid move. ''Well...let's see what they think about it.'' the Gryffindor said once his laughter was over looking back at the Ravenclaw couple.

And Josh just HAD TO raise his eyebrows at the little attempt of bravery the Bott girl tried to show by stepping forward and throwing words of ironical kind, which made a half smirk appear on his face as he took a step closer to the Ravenclaw girl as well. Well...he did like a challenge. Maybe this was not really challenging enough yet, however she looked like she had the potential to provide it anyway. There was always hope...

Opening his mouth to provide the girl the answer she needed, Josh, this time, was forced to delay it some as he spotted a movement by Finny Finn Fin himself which was kinda surprising. Pretty surprising actually. And....whaaa...Now the BigHead Boy had decided to look like a gentleman?

*BIG SNORT*

''BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAA''

Josh could throw himself to the ground while laughing at that. ''Since when has a guy who is unable to control his...hormones and decide to throw them on every girl he sees been considered such a gentleman, BigHead Boy?'' Seriously, it was surprising how caring and innocent Finlay tried to look when around others. Hopefully Josh did perfectly know what he really was. It was so sad, though, ladies couldn't see it and had to experience to learn. ''Anyway...'' then he went on moving his gaze away from Finny to Neptune with an air as if the Head Boy was not worth looking at. ''...and who did say that i was aiming to insult? That was no insult, it is only what you are. What is hexing people unseen and running away if not an obvious sign of cowardice?''

And definitely no one needed to discuss how coward Finny Finn Fin was.

Smiling with a hint of smirk as Josh laughed, she glanced at him out of the corner of her eye before turning her attention to the two Ravenclaws. Normally, she'd have told him to walk away and they could go somewhere else to enjoy the rest of the day but...but that Bott girl was here, and Finn was defending her. Did he KNOW what she did to Josh?

"Neptune." she replied, aware that Josh took a step forward. "Hello Finn." Hmm, pleasant day for a walk, right?

As Josh brought up the incident at that quidditch party from last term, Evelyn took that step forward and stood next to her boyfriend. Right. She wasn't really on board for insulting Finn, he was still sorta her friend, but Neptune on the other hand...deserved so much more.

Glare.

Nodding, she said, "Okay then, the corridors. Which floor?"

Zara went to the student garden. Well, it was a good place to relax. Stretch. Zara refused to even think of the word but she knew she had to. She just had to do it.

And so she began the dreadful exercise. Gulping, she moved on to leg exercises, dreading the moment when it was time to reach for her toes. Maybe she wouldn't do it? No one would know anyway right? She could just write it down. No she wouldn't take the risk. She'd be honest. And here goes honesty.

Bending forward...again. She reached for her toes. This time she tried to touch it. No, no more crying. No more pain. Zara, no more of the nonsense. Do this without complaining. And sooner than she ever knew, she was already touching her toes. No pain. No crying. None at all. She blinked twice, trying to sink in the information that she had just touched her toes.

*blink*

HOOOOOOOOOOORAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Hell yeah, she did it!

" Good. thank you" William told Zara. " I do not know anything about the corridors" William said to Zara. You choose anf I will meet you there" William explained to Zara.

Zara thought about this hard. Which floor? "How about at the Fourth Floor Corridor? Let's meet in front of the Tapestry. Is that okay with you?" she smiled. Hopefully, he'll agree. Zara's never been there yet. It might be a good place. But she had to admit, a corridor sounds like a silly place to dance at.

Neptune put a hand on Finny's arm. "He's not actually capable of insulting me either, Finn. It's alright. Don't give credit where it isn't due."

...well it was alright for now. She didn't want Finny leaving her or anything. But no sense in him getting riled and in trouble because he thought Neptune's feelings were hurt or something. The Gryffindor didn't have the skills for that.

"He's stark raving mad," Neptune observed in a clinical way, her head tilted ever so slightly to the right, speaking to Finny.

"You call it cowardice, I call it just being smart. Why would I stay around and watch you lay on the ground? You were down. I admit, part of me wished to see you cry, but I had prior engagements to attend to." She had actually left to go find Jake that day. "Did you? Did you cry that day?" Neptune asked, in a pleasant way, much like one would ask if they enjoyed their train ride. No big.

Oh. Josh. Why on earth was he bloody going on at Neptune for. Wait...Neptune had hexed him? Okay. He kinda of got why he was annoyed, but it still wasn't fair to shout at her really. It wasn't fair to shout at any girls. It wasn't like he was shouting at Evelyn now was it? "Tune..." He mused as she went on shouting at him. That was not going to work. Josh was only going to get more angry....and it wouldn't be Neptune that he was punching.

He also had a feeling that Evelyn wasn't going to stop her boyfriend from punching him. So much for them being friends. "And I am not throwing myself on Neptune..." as a matter of fact she'd said no. "She's my best friend." And he knew Josh was just going to laugh about that. Finlay sighed, glancing at Neptune. "What do you want Josh?"

Small wicker basket in hand, Kurumi made her way through the garden, stopping here and there to do nothing more than lay a hand on a flower. Kurumi had always liked the garden and had spent much of her first year here reading as opposed to the library. In some ways, it reminded her of being back home - although her garden was very modest compared to this one. She continued to make her way through the garden until she found the spot she was looking for and set the basket down.

In full bloom, for everything here was always in bloom, stood the cherry tree she and Adam had planted in their first year. Her hands reached for the chain she usually had around her neck, only to find it missing. She almost went into a panic, but then remembered that she had taken it off. Hidden it in a place and was not to think on it until it was time for her to leave Hogwarts. She knew very well that she would continue to think on it...and him...but at least now she felt as though a weight had been lifted off her shoulders.

Smiling to herself, Kurumi reached up to pluck a few petals from the tree's branches and put them in her basket when she saw a girl staring at the ground. Perhaps she was doing Lord Borr's meditation assignment? Kurumi figured she ought not interrupt. Then, she noticed all the gardening supplies around the girl and her assumption about meditating was thrown out the greenhouse window. "If you come back in a few days I am sure they will have sprouted," she giggled softly, hoping that she hadn't startled her too much.

" Fourth Floor sounds great" William told Zara. ' I will be teaching you a new dance" William said to Zara. " Sound good to you?" William asked Zara.

"Yeah, sure. New dance. As long as its ballroom." She smiled and nodded. Preparing to leave, she looked back at William and said, "Don't forget! In front of the Tapestry. I'll be waiting." She said as she waved him goodbye.

" Of course ballroom" Wiliam told Zara. " Front of the Tapetry" William rpeated it back to Zara." I will be there" Willliam said to Zara.

Seriously, those birdies were unbelievable. Who thought they were smart anyway? And they did not look like they had a single bit of wit. Mum would have definitely been happy that his son was not a Ravenclaw, if she had known what Ravenclaws of today were like.

Eyeing the birdie couple with a smirk on his face, Josh glanced at his girlfriend some as she had stepped beside him. He, actually, did not want to waste the time he could had with her alone. Especially not by playing with Ravenclaw birdies yet just look at them! Hear what they say! Apparently they were asking for a proper lesson about how to behave.

Both almost had equal amount of antipathy to present however how they did it was surprisingly different. Especially considering the behaviour of Bott Girl regarding the words she could use before Josh Carter. ''Well...hopefully, you obviously have no idea what my capabilities are otherwise you would be a pretty traumatized girl right now.'' If they had anything related to Rowena Ravenclaw then she was going to be able to figure what that meant regarding he had not done anything to her despite her attack of nonsense. ''And of course, i know you coward lot either hide behind the title of being smart or mature. You always do. If you feel like you have a problem with someone, the way of dealing with it with honour and dignity is to go and face that person. Not attacking behind or hiding among crowd then running away.''

Taking an exeggeratedly dramatic breath, he smiled at Evelyn and put an arm around her shoulders before looking back at the Ravenclaw couple ''See me cry? Really? Why would i cry over a stupid hex anyway? You don't make any sense. But if you really want to see so, why don't you try again to check?'' Yea, but it was pretty much unlikely that she had the guts for it and Finlay, Josh turned to him this time, would probably do nothing but whine. Just like he was doing right now.

''She is your bestfriend? Then this means she is with a worse a fate than those girls you thrown yourself on and kicked off. If she is attached to you with such a title, you must be throwing yourself all the time.'' Mahahahahahahaha! Really, Finny? You had not expected anyone to believe that, had you? ''What do i want? I am not that pathetic to want something from you. Actually we have been having a good time till you decided to pollute our vision.''

Neptune didn't hesitate a bit. She slid her hand into her pocket, then whipped it out with a silent flick sent a Silencio Josh's way. It was the only legal spell she could think of at the moment.

"You're a bully, Mr. Carter. And you talk entirely too much and I won't have it. If you can't say anything nice, then SHUT UP." Merlin. Right? Just SHUT UP.


Neptune put her wand back at her side, but she was SO ready to make Josh shut up if her Silencio hadn't worked. "You might want to close your eyes, Head Boy." So she wouldn't be in trouble - because Neptune Bott absolutely was NOT intimidated by Josh Carter. Giggle.

Prior engagements...pffft.

Hmmm she mostly tuned everything out, instead, concentrating on glaring a whole right through the Bott girl, which was proving to be rather difficult, but it was the thought that counts! If only Neptune could hear her thoughts. Besides, whatever Josh said, she agreed with.

Polluted their vision...right. That was true. Stare.

Woah, hey. HEY! "You've obviously mistaken your lack of common sense for smarts, Bott." Even if Neptune had her wand out, Evelyn had no clue what she did at that moment. Did she even do anything? Whatever. What mattered was...well, it was just an nice invitation to whip out her own wand.

Okay. Finlay was not liking this at all. Apparently he couldn't have a nice walk out without someone bloody interupting him. Josh was annoying, and Evelyn...he had thought she was better than this. Boy he was learning who his friends were. He rolled her eyes at what Josh said. He wasn't going to let the boy get to him. If he did he'd probably end up punching the guy, and that wouldn't be good at all. He glanced at Neptune. She didn't think he was throwing himself on her did he? He decided not to say anything. He'd only make the boy more angry, and that wouldn't be good.

"Polluted your vision?" Finlay actually laughed at that. Oh dear Josh. "I recall that me and Neptune were here before you actually..." He mused with a shake of his head. But then he noticed that Neptune and Evelyn had there wands drawn. "Girls...." He mused, shaking his head, and stepping infront of Neptune, so that neither of them could curse each other. "But your wands away."

On her way to her office Seren decided to go for a stroll through the student garden. She just loved to see that her plants... well her students' plants were being taken care of- seeing as they technically weren't her responsibility.
She could see that there were some new aditions to the garden- pleasant surprise. It always made her happy to see that the students were utilizing the space well.

She was just about to admire a lovely well-kept rose bush when a group of students caught her attention. One of them being the Head Boy, Master Carmichael... the atmosphere certainly didn't seem very friendly. Perhaps she should approach them, see what they were all up to.

As she got nearer to the group she realised the other members of the group were Miss Bott, Miss Flores and Master Carter... each in their own right, lovely students. But this felt off... a bit confrontational.

"Is there a problem here?" she asked the group as she joined them, observing that the girls both had their wands drawn. Wands drawn?... in her students'garden?! Outrageous.

Ivan walked into the garden, yes HE was in the garden, and looked around. He'd never been there before and wasn't sure why he was there now or why he'd suggested it to TJ but he had and now he was here. His eyes scanned the garden and saw Neptune and Finn with a Gryffie and a Slytherin he didn't know as well as a professor. Uh oh. Someone was going to be in trouble.

Staying away from them he walked around with his hands in his pockets as he waited for TJ to show up. He still couldn't believe she had levitated him by his HURT ankle. Hmph.

Spotting Ivan as she entered the gardens skirting around the professor and a few that appeared in trouble. A soft smile appeared on her lips as she came up behind him, but staying at a short distance still. She hoped he wasn't mad about the levitating thing. What choice had she had?

"Ivan?" she said softly coming around to in front of him.

Ivan was staring at some flower trying to figure out what it was when he heard TJ say his name and saw her move so he could see her. Smiling he looked at her and gave her a hug. "Hi babe."

He glanced over at the group and pulled TJ further away from him wishing the professor would go away so he could give her a proper greeting and kiss her. "You know I've never been here before," he said looking around and keeping his arm around her.

Smiling she returned his hug, following his gaze as he looked towards the professor. She knew what he was thinking, but she was quite happy for not getting yelled at or a detention.

Snuggling into him closer, she leaned her head on his shoulder as she fingered one of the flowers near them. "I don't think I have either." Looking out over the garden she thought it was peaceful "It's a beautiful place, really serene."

Ivan smiled as he felt TJ move closer to him and lean her head on his shoulder. It was nice. Something he'd not had for awhile. He sighed and looked at her with a small smile, "It is."

He moved his arm from around her waist and grabbed her hand. Bringing it up to his lips he kissed it with a smile. "By the way," he said bringing their arms back own. "You still owe me an apology."

Her fingers threading through his as their hands went back down, she grinned at him. "I suppose I do don't I." Shaking her head she sighed, "I just don't know why I couldn't think of such a simple charm!" Darn it, it was one of the first a first year learned too!

"I'm sorry. It didn't give any lasting damage did it?" Looking up at him she fluttered her eyelashes giving him the puppy dog eyes. "If so maybe I can make it up to you." And no it wouldn't be letting him do it to her!

Ivan laughed and gave her hand a squeeze. "You were probably just shaken up. How often is it that you have a six foot person falling on you after all." Yeah or at least he hoped that was why. Even he knew the charm and he never did anything.

He looked down at his ankle and wiggled it around. Well he wasn't hurt but he was all for her making it up to him. Smirking he moved a little closer and placed a hand on her waist, "And how do you propose to make it up to me?"

Hearing him laugh, she looked over a small smile flickering, "Nope not too often that happens." She may be tall, but with a slight build it was hard to hold someone up that wasn't much taller then her. "Even harder to help with the person on my wand hand too" she added with a giggle.

"Hmmm, another round of our DADA homework?" she asked with a smirk, stepping closer as his hand went to her waist. Well professors couldn't complain about that right? They were doing the homework.

Ivan chuckled and gave her a smile. "Too true. So we should get someone else to carry me if it happens again." He smirked and then looked over at the group. "Well I'm assuming you mean the first time," he said with a laugh. Though the second time had been very interesting.

Bringing his hand up that held hers and his arm higher on her back he smiled. "Alright. Remember follow me," he said quietly. He shifted through his mental play list so to speak and started singing to her quietly. Yes HE was singing and so help him if anyone made fun of it they'd get taught a lesson.

Well the song was a bit deep for where they were but Journey was one of his favourite bands and he liked it.
