Moving along slightly, still on her knees, Thea took the knotgrass seeds out of her pocket. She knew form her Mother that knotgrass was used frequently to heal minor things such as skin problems. That was right?.. wasn't it?

Shrugging, she emptied a couple into the hole that she had dug. Filling the hole back in, she patted the soil back into place. Not to hard tohugh, she didn't want to suffocate them. While she was watering them, she watered her little tambourines too. They jiggled about, almost as if they were dancing! Giggling, she picked up the little sack of dung. Grabbing some quickly, she sprinkled some around where she had planted the seeds.Hopefully thye would grow quickly!

Aiden bends over by the plants in the students garden to search for caterpillars. She observes each plant carefully. Several minutes later, she locates a saddleback caterpillar.

Sighs.

Why does it have to be the poisonous one? Once again, Aiden has to draw out her wand before she swishes and flicks it. "Wingardium Leviosa!" said Aiden clearly as the caterpillar begins to levitate.

Flicking the cap of a bottle, Aiden hovers the saddleback caterpillar to the mouth of a small glass bottle before she lets go of the charm. Next, she quickly closes the bottle with a cork and puts it into her pocket.

Standing up, Aiden walks around the garden looking for some other plants. That is when she spots a bush of aconites and plucks one of them before putting it into another small jar.

She strolls again in the greenhouse. When her eyes catch a glimpse of belladonna, Aiden puts on her dragon hide glove and plucks some belladonna berries and fills them into a small jar.

Here she was, walking for the first time in this garden. Well, the reason Helena had never been here before was that she didn't like at all getting dirty. Her hands, robes, anything. But she had to come here eventually, because she had seeds to plant for the Herbology assignment.

When she finally found the perfect spot for her plants-to-be, Helena kneeled on the ground, still holding a pretty small bag. She had her gloves there, some much smaller bags with different kinds of fertilizer (she still had to choose) and seeds.

With her gloves on, she made a small hole with her hands, since she didn't have a shovel and didn't know any charms either. She carefully dropped the Umbrella Flower seeds there and then filled the hole with the soil she took out.

The girl patted gently the soil, then held her wand and pointed it at that part. "Aguamenti". She let a light shower of water, then sprinkled a little bit of Hippogriff dung. She wasn't sure why, but she was going to try that one.

There. The first plant was ready to grow into a giant umbrella. At least that's what Helena expected it to do.

As he worked, Riley glanced here and there over his shoulder at Mina and was still wondering why she had actually taken the time to look and see if she had a watering can. He never understood Ravenclaws, they were supposed to be super smart and alot of the times they were trying to show him up in lessons but did all of them carry watering cans on their person for the majority of time?

Ok since his new friend had finished her side of the jars and now the whole tiny patch of Flutterby bushes were being warmed by the bluebell flames, Riley stood up straight and twirled his wand around in between his fingers like a muggle drumstick. "Ok Mina, we can water them now. Aguimenti!" A thin shower of water trickled down on some of the plants.

"So you are a Ravenclaw? What year?" he asked conversationally as he watered the plants.

Maria smiled sweetly. "I'm glad to know that" she whispered.

Mikey smiled back. "So you should be" he replied.

Maria chuckled. "Of course" she said softly.

Mikey smiled. "Right, I'm gonna head off up to the common room. You wanna come?" he asked.

Maria nodded. "Sure" she said.

Mikey smiled and stood up, holding his hand out to help Maria up.

Maria took Mikey's hand and stood up, smiling. "Why, thank you" she said.

Mikey smiled. "Welcome" he replied still holding Maria's hand as he walked toward the castle.

Penny wandered into the student garden with the watering can in her gloved hand, she wanted to visit with the two plants she had planted earlier in the week...

Reaching the Knotgrass first, she knelt down beside it, noting the dry soil - she gave it a decent dose of fresh water from the can....with a smile of satisfaction, she got up made her way over to the Wormwood...

It took a few minutes to find it, the garden seemed to have grown this past week - there was definitely a lot more flowers and plants here now..

Finally seeing it, she walked over to the Wormwood, again noting that the soil was fairly dry, gave it a little water from the can....

Now satisfied that all her plants were doing well, she made her way back into the castle... maybe a snack from the kitchen and then bed...

Alright. Since Helena's gloves were already dirty, she might as well finish this part of her Herbology assignment. Still one more thing to plant.

After she took off the... icky yucky gloves, the girl looked around in her bag for the Flitterbloom seeds. She put on the gloves again, then made another small hole in the ground, but she left some space between her two plants-to-be. Well... if the Umbrella Flower actually grew up, as far as Helena knew, it would grow... BIG. And the Flitterbloom was like the... innocent version of the Devil's Snare, so she didn't want the two plants to interact... in some way.

She dropped the seeds into the hole, then filled it with the soil she took out, just the way she did with the Umbrella Flower seeds. Also, she let a light shower of water, then sprinkled some super smelly Mooncalf dung. She wanted to see if it really made plants grow faster.

There. Part one of the assignment done.

It has been a while since Aiden planted the Mimbulus Mimbletonia. She should pay it a visit and care for it. She walks the garden path with a few Herbology equipments in both hands.

It is better not to touch the plant before it squirts out Stinksnap. Aiden showers the base of the plant with water. Then, she puts on her dragon hide gloves before sprinkling some dragon dung fertiliser.

Homework time... The Ravenclaw sighed and walked towards the garden. As the professor said, most of the plants she's looking for are here. "Okay first look for aconite," she said to herself, taking out her parchment of ingredients' she searching for the homework. Looking at some pictures of aconite from one of her herbology books. Closing the book and putting it back into her bag she began searching for the plant.

After looking at a few plants, she finally found a few healthy aconites. Putting on her gloves with disgust, she mumbled to herself, "Why are these gloves so uncomfortable and ugly?" Taking out her wand and pointing it at a plant and she said, "Diffindo," and the the plant separated itself from it's roots and the ground. "Wait maybe I need the roots too," she thought to herself. She sighed feeling a bit stupid. She took the aconite she took from the ground and put it in a glass jar. She flicked her hair and and began pulling a few more aconites from the ground.

Victoria was walking through the student garden because she was looking for a place to do her Herbology homework, she smiled when she saw her friend Stella she walked towards her and said "Hey Stella!"

As finishing placing all the aconites she found in a glass jar, someone called her name. The voice was familiar, but Stella isn't very successful at recognizing people only by their voices. Turning around and randomly saying, "Yes." She remembered this girl, but not her name. "Hey... Errr," she remembered her name began with 'V', so she guest, " Errr... Veronica." Her name could be Veronica because there aren't so many names beginning with the letter 'V'... Hopefully. "Are you here to gather ingredients for the potions' homework?" she asked, putting her jar into her bag, hoping she'll remember labeling it later. Now... Dittany.

"It is Victoria, I am Rex's little sister! Oh I was going to do my herbology homework but thanks for reminding me about the potions homework, can I join you" she asked her.

Nika walked to the student garden happily as she looked around. She grabbed some screechsnap seeds, some spare gloves (because she left her own in her dormitory), and a small shovel from the shed, before heading to an unoccupied pile of dirt. She carefully dug a small hole in the dirt with the shovel and put the seeds in. She forgot to grab some dragon dung to put over the plant so she ran back to the shed making sure to walk on the path and not the plants.

When she brought back the dung she made sure to cover the plant with it. She patted on the dirt and looked at her work before taking out her wand to say a quick, "Aguamenti". She watched as water sprinkled over the yet-to-grow plant and smiled big. "Well I wish you luck in growing!" With that she took up her things and put them back into the shed.

Victoria!!! That's the name. Remember the name Stella. "Hey Victoria," she mumbled looking for the Dittany plant. When she mentioned Rex, Stella turned to Victoria raising her eyebrow, feeling rather confused, "Who's Rex?"

And now back to Potions' homework... "Yeah. 'Course you can join me, just tell me if you see a daisy, hellebore, or Dittany. Okay," she said looking into her Herbology book looking for pictures of Dittany. She sighed, this is going to be a long day.

"Rex is my big brother or maybe you know my fiance Jason" Victoria told Stella as she sat down and got her potions book out too. "I think this is a hellebore" she checked in her book.

"She has a FIANCE!?" Stella thought to herself, giving Victoria a shocking look. "You're going to get married?" the blond asked feeling a bit awkward, and confused. When Victoria sat down Stella mumbled to herself, "I'll just forget what I just heard." Wait... Did she just say that out loud. Stupid Stella!!! Hopefully Victoria didn't hear that.

Looking at Victoria's book, "Yep. That's hellebore," she looked at the plant right behind Victoria and it was hellebore, "and guess what, it's right behind you." Stella walked towards the plant and pulled out of the ground three hellebore flowers, and placed them in an other glass jar. Taking her parchment and crossed out the two plants she found, aconite and hellebore. Looking at Victoria with a smile she said, "Thanks to where you are sitting, three or four more ingredients to look for. Come on, we still have Dittany." She continued down the path, not waiting for Victoria to follow her, looking for some Dittany.

"Yes I am getting married when I have graduated" she told Stella as she told her that she had found the right plant, she stood and followed Stella to help her find more Dittany.

Finding a rather dim spot to plant, Aiden sprinkles wormwood seeds on the soil. Then, she covers the seed barely with soil before pouring some water onto the spot.

The plant does not need to be fertilised. That is a relief! Aiden does not need to touch another of those filthy dungs now.
