Emma nodded and smirked. "Yes.. the drama mama.. Phew.. Wow that was a close one." she added, before snapping another photo. She laughed. Drama Mama.. "I'll keep an eye out for him." she promised.
She smiled at Rex and shrugged. "Hey it's okay. Well Knight of Gryffindor did not act dumb at all." she exclaimed. "Your welcome!" she said as she snapped a photo. Teehee xx She enjoyed this too much. She smiled. "Yes! Well I believe you owe me one too! So after you finish dancing with Daisy of course!"
" Thank you " Fair Maiden of Slytherin" Rex bowed before her. Rex took the camera, Rex snaps a picture of Emma. " Next time, I waant a boy in the picture with you and I do not mean a friend, but a boyfriend" Rex said to Emma. " I am finished dancing with Daisy right now, so it is your turn to dance with me" Rex explained to Emma. "Do not worry, Daisy will have most of the dances and of course, the last dance " Rex smiled.
When Kimber caught Jeremy's grin, she narrowed her eyes at him in a look that said, 'Less smiling; more running away!' "Yes. Yes she has," she said, pushing Jeremy onward, without a backward glance.
Once they were tucked further into the crowd, Kimber exhaled and finally looked up. "Don't be smug," she chastised, correcting her posture to resume proper dance form. "Just dance with me and let me forget that awkwardness," she whispered, blushing wildly.
Oh, someone actually WAS in a hurry to get away from Fletcher. As soon as they were FAAAAAAR away from the champion Jeremy mimicked Kimber's movements to put himself into a proper dancing posture as well, one hand lightly placed on her waist while the other took hers firmly to hold it up slightly.
"Aww, but you looked so cute." He couldn't help but tease her with an amused grin as they started to move to the music. "Sorry, I'll stop with that now." FOR now. Hehe."Sooooo, are you enjoying the ball so far?" Apart from the Fletcher-thing. Though, she HAD looked like she had had fun during that too.

"Well her mum wasn't entirely wrong. There have been plenty of dangers around here, we've just been lucky the past two terms and nothing too out of the ordinary has happened." She looked him up and down then smirked at his goofy little look. "Oh I think you'd do just fine in a spot of danger." She had a feeling that she would feel safe with him around in a dangerous situation. Not that she wouldn't try taking care of herself, but she would let him save her if needed.
She felt her heart speed up just a little again when he said he was having a good time with her. Of course he would be having a good time with her, she was a fun person to be around. If he was lucky maybe later she would show him just how fun she could be. "I'm having a good time too." Well more like a great time but she wouldn't tell him that just yet. "I'd like that a lot." Spending time with him had been the best part of the term for her by far so of course she would want to spend even more time with him. "So how'd you learn to dance so good?" Not that they were actually doing a whole lot of dancing right now. More like just holding each other and moving around a bit, which was fine with her.
WELL now that was interesting. Jim grinned to himself. Smugly. Yes. She could do that again any time. No wonder Neptune had always demanded the neck thing. Eh.
No thinking about her. Where was she anywa... he spotted her. Or rather, her back. It was weird when he thought about it, that he recognised her back, considering it wasn't exactly... covered up so much right there. What the heck was she supposed to be? How long had she been there? Irritated for noticing he decided acknowledgement wasn't gonna happen. Nope. Neptune Bott did not matter. He had a Marie Salazar in his arm and nuzzling on his neck. Rawr.
"I'm pretty sure I'd do fine too, actually." He shrugged. "Even without my wand." Brains and brawn, though he wasn't going to say much about the brains thing, even if Marie was beginning to figure all that out about him. "As long as nothing bad happens to Rufus, Hogwarts can bring it on."
She was too? Well. "Thats good." And not something he was taking for granted either. James grinned appreciatively. It was easier to have fun with someone who was having fun too. "Maybe you can help me relax some when I need to take a break from OWL revision." James suggested. Even a quick chat with her was probably going to help. She was quite relaxing and stress free. Not that chatting was what he specifically had in mind.
"Dancing?" He raised one eyebrow. They weren't doing much but it was a legit enough question. He was obviously pretty comfortable out here and all. "Practice. I dunno its always been an expectation or something. I always thought that all purebloods knew how." Shrug. Well when you weren't rotting your mind with all that muggle stuff like television and video games, you did start looking at other means of entertainment and all, riiiiight? And while when he was younger he'd been begrudging when it came to all the dancing lessons and stuff, he'd definitely cottoned on pretty quick that being able to dance was a definite point in his favour once girls had become important.
And it helped that he actually liked it. Jimmy grinned and then twirled her, and ended up dipping her for effect. Heehee.

Emma smiled and laughed as Rex snapped the pictures. It was fun having him as a pretend brother. "Ah.. Well. Maybe next time." she added, grinning. She curtseyed to him. "Knight of Gryffindor. I'd be honoured to have this dance. I won't, Daisy is after all your girlfriend." She smiled at him before asking him, "How have you been? When did Carson get back?"
Rubiey shrugged. "I don't mind them. Except the dancing. I'm the worst dancer EVER." She said laughing. It was true. 'Awful' didn't cover it with her.
"Of COURSE I want to come! It's going to be so much FUN! I'd love to see Germany!" She was very excited now. It would give her a chance to see the rest of the world. Even at 12, she wanted to travel. Typical Rubiey.
Rubiey looked around to see if she could spy Edmond anywhere, but failed epically. For one, she was smaller than pretty much EVERYONE here, so even on her tippy-toes she couldn't see past many peoples shoulders. In addition to her height impairment, she had another problem. "What's he wearing?" She asked. They were at a costume ball. How was she supposed to find Edmond if she didn't have a clue what he looked like. She glanced ruefully at Fee. "Did you make him dress up as a Prince? Or a knight?" She asked with a giggle.
"Ahhh i am sure you are not bad at dancing",Fee giggled,"come one.And if so i am going to teach you."
Rubiey probably had never danced properly,Fee to the resuce. She loved dancing and if it was possible she would dance every minute. Reminded her as Katie and her danced around the dorm singing into their hairbrushes.
"Oh yees its going to be amazing",she nodded happily,"holidays with my bestie what cpuld be better?"
This would totally rock and they would do soooo much together. "I can show you around then",Fee smiled widely.
Watching Rubies looking out for Edmond she giggled. This was fun. "Oh noooo i didnt",she laughed a little,"he is the phantom of the opera."
They had talked about partner costumes but well. Edmond looked amazing as the phantom.

Rubiey shook her head. "No, seriously Fee. I can't dance. I hate it." She said. Ewy.
"It sure is! I can't wait now!" She replied. Summer in Germany with her best friend; nothing could top that!
She laughed. "N'aww, how kyute. You shoulda been matching though, that would have been awesome."

Taylor saw a couple of familiar faces nearby and smiled. She really wished Alex could have been here, but he'll be here soon enough! She walked over to where Fee and Rubiey were.
"Hey! You both look really nice." she said to them both kindly with a big smile. She swished out her skirt slightly and put her hands on her hips. Her dress was so pretty!

Rubies hated dancing? How was that? Oh glitter. "Aww really?",Fee said and started laughing,"i cant help it i still find it amusing how different we actually are."
But she loved that fact, they matched perfectly. Somehow Rubies and Fee completed eachother.
Bestie Syndrome?!
"I cant wait either",she giggled,"you are going to meet my insane siblings.Just to warn you."
Her little sisters would loooove Rubies. Of course, who wouldnt?!
"I knooow but i wanted him to decide on his own",Fee told her bestie,"and besides that he looks pretty good in his costume."
Okayyyy,Edmond always did look good.
"Sooo hun",she wiggle her eyebrows,"any news i missed?"

She really did look stunning in her dress and Fee started to wonder where Alex was.

After kissing his neck again Marie looked up at him with a raised eyebrow when he mentioned someone named Rufus. "Who's Rufus? Or should I ask what's a Rufus?" Wait, he wasn't calling her a Rufus was he? Well if he was at least he wasn't calling her a Doofus. That just wouldn't be cute at all.
"Oh I'm sure I could help you relax." She said in her best alluring voice she could find. "I'm sure I will have something I will need to apologize to you for. That should relax you and take your mind off all your studying." She knew it would take her mind off her studying. Not that end of term finals were as important as OWLS were, but it was still studying.
"Well it seems all that practice paid off for you." Yeah, his dancing was WAY better than someone else she knew. Someone who thought a rain dance was cool. Okay, maybe it had been funny at the time, especially when he tried convincing Destiny it was a chocolate rain dance. But now, well now she would just think it was stupid. She looked around real quick to see if she spotted Carter but she didn't see him on the dance floor. The food table was where he was probably at. Eh, she wasn't going to look for him anymore, she didn't really care where he was or what he was doing anyway. She was there with Jimmy and he was all that mattered to her now.
And she was being twirled again... and Holy Merlin, he was gonna drop her on her head! Oh phew, he held her tight and didn't let her fall. Right, he did tell her he wasn't going to let her fall and he was holding true to his word.
Emma smiled and laughed as Rex snapped the pictures. It was fun having him as a pretend brother. "Ah.. Well. Maybe next time." she added, grinning. She curtseyed to him. "Knight of Gryffindor. "Daisy and you are good friends" Rex smiled. " I have been fine after finishing my homework" Rex explained to Emma. " Carson apparently got hear at the end of this term " Rex sighed.

Rex saw Fee in hr costume. He knew who it was for sure. Fee seemed to be ignoring him at the dance and at tHe Leakey Cauldron. Well, she still his best female friend. "So what about our dance?" Rex asked Fee.
Leading Iris to the dance floor, Evan turned face-to-face with her and held her hand, while putting his other hand to her waist. Wow. Hopefully, he would manage this dance alright and nothing close to awkwardness would happen. It made things way easier that he was dancing with Iris as friends, but still... things would turn into something interesting, considering their past and their relationship now... That wouldn't be nice. At all.
Smiling, he slowly started to sway with her, not really knowing what else to do. Although he might have liked dancing, he never learnt it properly. And guessing the fact that Iris probably won some dancing competition or a thing in that line didn't help him relax at all. Maybe she should lead this dance, until he got in the mood a little more...
"Mmm... till someone goes insane," she joked again. Selena twirled a bit, and they were dancing slow to a fast song. Her Aunty had always told her that was fun, but she hadn't realized that till now. Then again, people weren't Diggy. "I love you," she said quietly, a bit out of the blue but still.
He chuckled, "How do you know they weren't crazy to start with?" he asked seriously. Having a personal ghost seemed like a trip to him. though Selena would have to be dead to be a ghost and that just wasn't something he wanted to think about. He shook his head to clear that train of though.
He looked down at her, one of the few people he could do that too. Her brown hair was tumbling down her back. And in her pink Power Ranger costume, she looked totally beautiful to Diggy. He pulled her into a hug, "I love you too." he whispered. They were the only two on the dance floor as far as Diggy was concerned and the music didn't matter either as they swayed.

Selena shrugged. "Well, I'm hoping their not too insane, I don't want them outweirding me," she said jokingly. Hmm... being a ghost might be fun, I mean like... she could go through walls and everything and that seemed kinda cool. Wait no, she'd have to die to do that. hmmm... nah. She'd rather be alive and kicking.
She giggled quietly, unsure why as she looked up at him. Ah... Diggy was getting taller... and taller. She felt a bit short now. Pffft. Whatever. Short people will one day rule the world. She was pretty sure of that. "So... no Quidditch this term... what was it like? To not have practice?" she asked, to make conversation and all that...

Jayce strolled towards the dance floor, not completely sure why. After all, the boy did have two left feet. The boy adjusted the ears on his elephant costume because they kept hanging super low. And that thought led him to... "Do your ears hang low? do they wobble to the floor? Can you tie 'em in a knot? Can you tie 'em in a bow?" And he hummed the song quietly as he whispered the rest of the words to himself.
The Gryffindor stood towards the outer edge of the dance floor, sipping some pumpkin juice hoping that this would keep people from asking him to dance. If he was lucky of course. The sixth year allowed his dim blue eyes to scan the room for sights of people he knew, but of course, he was hopeless. He didn't see one person hew knew. Not yet at least. With a sigh, the boy shuffled his feet a tad bit farther away from the dance floor.

Hayley walked along the dance floor, wanting to dance...with someone of course, definitley not with herself, now that would be weirrrddd. She fixed her tiara upon her head and sighed. Why did she have to be a princess? Then again it fit her pretty good, she thought, she relied on her dreams and felt as if a prince would rescue her, yes a princ-"Ow!" She said as she bumped into someone, "An ...elephant.....uhm..Jayce?" She asked with a smile. He looked adorable with his elephant costume on and she couldn't help but smile.
However the thoughts of what happened before had her frown back into place upon her face. Although she would push those thoughts away for now, especially the ones that saddened her. She had been crying because of what happened to him and herself as well as...what happened to her parents. So it was good to smile, especially when she was so close to the dance floor. "Would you like to dance?" She asked hoping Jayce would say yes.
"As am I," she agreed with a small smile. Ever since they had arrived at Hogwarts, they hadn't seen much of each other. What with the tournament, and...other activities. As much as she was sure she would have enjoyed herself with whatever hot guy had stolen her, she would have been disappointed if she hadn't been able to spend anytime with him tonight.
Who knows if Nikolai would have even stolen her back if someone had got to her before he had. Not that she didn't doubt he would have fought for her if that's what it came down to. But Nikolai was more of a lover than a fighter. Heh.
Her lips twitched as she finished modeling her dress for him, knowing that he would have said that about any outfit she wore, but loving the complement all the same. Simultaneously she moved closer to him while taking his hand, placing the other on his shoulder. Of course she wanted and loved to dance. Though she that he didn't dance well. Wasn't going to stop her from dancing with him. She'd done it before, she could do it again.
Sandra allowed him to lead as the music began, his choice obviously as it wasn't a very fast paced song. "Ve vill be leaving soon...." She wouldn't be returning home though, not like she had done the previous summers. Her eyes drifted from his briefly to glance at the castle. Hm. "Didn't think I vould be spending my last term here." Her tone hinted the slight disappointment of it not being spent at Durmstrang. Only Nikolai would have caught it.
She let her eyes return to Nikolai's. "Don't think I regret it though."
*GRIN*
Nikolai hadn't failed to notice Sandra 'hanging around' the other Champions during their stay at Hogwarts. But, she was obviously saving the best for last in agreeing to attend the ball with him. And with such short notice at that.. yes, she missed him, he knew it.
Sure that they wouldn't be on the dance floor together for that much longer, when she took his hand in hers, he placed the other on her waist. He had remembered that was the place to put it, after all, Sandra had to correct him plenty of times with that. He found it amusing that she would still dance with him after all those other times, especially since she seemed to be such a natural dancer and he, well, failed. "I am horrible at this." he muttered, trying his hardest not to look down at his feet as they moved.
He did not want to step on her.. again.
Sandra speaking, however, kept his eyes on her and not the floor, and he had caught her hint of disappointment. He, too, did not think this was how or where he would be spending his final year of school. "I have missed Durmstrang, you know?" Maybe not the school in general, but the grounds! He doubted he'd be able to see them again. His eyes moved from Sandra's to the seating area, and seeing her there, his stomach gave that unfamiliar turn. "I do not regret it either." he whispered, and hoping she did not suspect anything, he turned back to her.
"What are you planning on doing once all this is over?"
Hayley walked along the dance floor, wanting to dance...with someone of course, definitley not with herself, now that would be weirrrddd. She fixed her tiara upon her head and sighed. Why did she have to be a princess? Then again it fit her pretty good, she thought, she relied on her dreams and felt as if a prince would rescue her, yes a princ-"Ow!" "Would you like to dance?" She asked hoping Jayce would say yes.
Jayce continued to hum his little song. Why? Because it fit him so well. He loved his costume. "Damn Jayce, why do you have to be so creative?" he spoke to himself, as he took a break from his humming. The boy smirked at his own remark, knowing himself to be quite awesome. He began to hum again, just as someone bumped into him. From the back, it looked to be some princess or something. Rather odd actually since she looked really familiar. But then the female turned around, and BAAM he knew who it was. Merlin. He wasn't sure what to do. Run? Ignore her? No.. he'd be nice.. for now.. "Ermm.. Yeah.." he sighed. Why was she smiling? Mehh.. Who knew?
What to do? What to do? Or.. What to say? Was there anything he could say? Not really.. She had.. broken his heart. Sad as it was.. he thought of her pretty highly, he.. almost loved her. And now.. he wasn't too sure what he was feeling. But, he didn't want to bring it up. He wanted to.. kind of act like things were normal, even if they were far from it. WHOA. She asked him to DANCE? Did she know about his terrible dancing? Had he ever mentioned it? Probably not. "Err.. I um.. i sorta have two left feet.." he mumbled and glanced down at his shoes.

Hayley could feel the tension between them and she sighed. She hated that she had to be honest with him, that she kissed Beck ONCE and it would never happen again. She hated herself, why couldn't he just never had known? Because she wouldn't let him not know. Ugh, how stubborn she was. "I like your costume by the way, it's...you. Funny and cute all at the same time." She said smiling a little.
Two left feet? Haha, and he thought she could dance? "Well there's no problem in that, I'm sort of the same. I've only learned what I know from my moth-...never mind, so it's all good." She said, taking his hand quickly, wiping away a tear that fell from her face. "Come on, it will be fun." She lead the way onto the dance floor and once she found the perfect spot, she turned towards him, putting her arms around his neck and began to sway back and forth, dancing.

See? He wasn't as bad as he had been on their first dance. Nikolai had even remembered where to place his hands with no hints from her. Good man he was. "Your not horrible," she assured him, eyes holding his to keep him from glancing down at his feet. Even though the action would keep him from stepping on her toes. Really, she had grown accustomed to the stomped toes when dancing with Nikolai. "This dance is much more pleasant than our first." Their first dance. That had been horrible.
She did know. Maybe more than the others did. Durmstrang was more similar to her own home than she was willing to admit, and for some unexplainable reason she liked the similarity. That and the potions lab was much more advanced than the one here. Shame she hadn't been able to spend her final year there, especially with her other friends. But, she had made a few good friends here. So it wasn't a complete loss. Defiantly didn't regret it. Her eyes followed his to the seating area, and only seeing one familiar face, which she was positive he wasn't looking at, returned her eyes to him. Indifferent to his reason for not regretting spending his last year at Hogwarts.
She had seen him with a few girls around the castle and Hogsmeade, and assumed that to be his reason for no regrets.
"Finally going to get my own place." Sandra had been speaking about this for years. And it was finally happening. First thing on her list to do once all of this was over. And apparently London was now on the list of places she was considering buying an estate. "Then I vill do some traveling before finishing my potions studies." There were other things that she had to do, but really she didn't feel like bringing them up at a ball.

"Vhat are your plans?"
You're not horrible.
Nikolai had heard that before. But, last time those three little words gave him too much confidence and when he went to do that weird and obviously very hard dance step, he had stepped on Sandra's toes. That was when he realized dancing was just not for him. He didn't care, though, he could live without it. His eyes started to travel downward but mention of their first dance made him stop. Their first dance.. haha! He remembered it all to well. "I am glad you have feeling in your toes again." At least, he thought she had the feeling back.
Sandra didn't seem to catch on to him, and he let out the breath he did not realize he was holding. He did not want to explain that one.. especially not to her. With the history between them, well, yeah. Best not to bring it up or even think about it anymore. Of course, he couldn't stop thinking about it, but a distraction was good. Talk of future plans.
He figured that's what she was going to do. Getting a place of her own had been the one thing she talked about the most when conversations like this started. "That is good." he said, giving her hand a little squeeze. "I am happy for you." Really, he was. Glad to see she was actually going to accomplish the things she wanted. "Do you know where to yet?" It had to be a hard decision, yes? Only, Sandra would probably pick a place based on different reasons than he would. Scenery would and will always be a factor in his decision. "I always knew you would continue with Potion's." She was brilliant at them, after all. It only made sense to continue. He was sure there were more things, but to discuss them at a ball.. no.
As for what he was going to do.. he wasn't quite sure himself. "Traveling first." It was something he always wanted to do. Again, he would base his decisions of where he was going based on the scenery.. and perhaps a certain person, but even she didn't know that. "I am not sure what to do afterward, though. I know I should but I don't. I still have plenty of time to decide, right?"
His way of asking for advice. He just hoped she understood.

So far, not so bad. He had yet to step on her toes, though that had mostly been on account that she was used to dancing with Nikolai. Had known that she would have to be light on her feet to make sure that she was one step ahead of him, but not too many steps as he was technically leading. Yea, sometimes this method didn't work, at the moment it was. A small grin found its way to her lips at the remembrance of their first dance, mostly the pain she had suffered. "Thanks to a fev packs of ice and some potions," a hellish dance that had been. Decidedly her worst. "I can viggle them and everything."
The breath he released had her internally quirk up a curious eyebrow. What was that for. Hmm. Her expression held a faint hint of her curiosity, but she otherwise remained quiet. If he wanted to tell her what was causing him to let out short breaths that way then he would. Now...or latter. Or never. She wasn't too bothered with it.
It was more than good. Great really. One of the few things she had been dreaming about for years. Even though her parents were paying for it, this was the first step to separating herself from them. She lightly squeezed his hand back, knowing that he really was happy for her. Which made her even more excited about her post-graduation plans. Sandra lightly shrugged one shoulder at his inquiry. "I have a fev places in mind. Plan on checking them out once ve graduate." Her planning had officially begun a little over a year ago, and it wasn't until then that she realized just how difficult it was, buying a small estate. "Any suggestions?" Nikolai loved cold weather just as much as she did. Maybe he had a place in mind that she hadn't thought of. "Its my passion," she replied lightly with a small smirk. It only made sense to follow her passion, right? Right.
When the conversation turned to him, she listened attentively. Knowing that, unlike her, he didn't have any concrete plans. "Of course," it wasn't surprising at all that he wanted to travel. It was something he loved to do, and she would have been surprised if he didn't do any traveling. "You should visit my nev place during your travels." Because she knew any of the places he would be traveling to, wouldn't be the same as the ones she would be visiting. He was more of a nature lover than she was. Not to mention she just wanted him to see her new place when it was furnished.
"You don't have to knov vhat you vant to do after traveling." She shook her head a bit, considering him and his words for a brief moment. "Ve're young, and have the rest of our lives to decide vhat ve vant to do after our travels. More than enough time." Or something like that. Her life was a bit more complicated than that, but she wasn't talking about her like, she was talking about his. "You should do something you love though. Something dealing vith the outdoors maybe?" She didn't really know many careers that had to deal with the outdoors and paid well, but if he was asking for help in research, she would help.

Nikolai was doing good! He had yet to step on Sandra's feet. He was feeling over-confident again, and deciding it was not a good idea to twirl her, he didn't. He was not going to be the reason her night was ruined with a trip to the Healer and a concussion. Slow and steady and they would both be fine. Besides, Sandra had yet to complain about not being twirled and he was sure someone else would if she asked them. A sheepish grin found it's way on his face as she explained how she got her feeling back in her toes. "Yeah, sorry about that." He was sure she was going to hex him that day. "I can't believe you still danced with me after that."
He would not have.
If it were anyone but Sandra they might have questioned him. Danika would have for sure. Maybe Sandra would tell her later on, but by that time, they would all be on the boat going back home. But, he wouldn't be bothered with it. No one went near him while on the water.
He couldn't help but grin at her obvious excitement. And having a few places in mind.. He supposed having a few options was better than having none at all. True, he wanted to leave the comforts of his parents home, the problem was just trying to figure out where to go. He shrugged when she asked him for suggestions. "I still live in Bulgaria." he said jokingly before a wink could be seen from under his mask. "Have you thought about London? Lots of opportunities there." Or so he heard. Hehe, he knew how much she loved Potion's. It was a surprise she didn't have a cauldron on her right then.. but then again, it would clash with her dress. "And you will be great."
It probably would have been a surprise if he had told her he was not going to travel. But, having been talking about that for as long as he could remember, everyone already knew that about him. Hehe, and then the offer he was waiting for. He didn't think she would have minded him just stopping by, but showing up uninvited.. not really his thing. "Of course I will visit." And in reality, he would have been hurt if she did not invite him."You know, if you need any help.." he trailed off, not feeling the need to finish; Sandra knew she could always ask him for his help.
Sandra was right, of course. He didn't have to know what he planned on doing. But, with people constantly asking him what his plans were, he felt that he should know. Telling them he was going to travel was not a good enough answer for most people.. like his parents. "You're right." And even though she probably knew she was, he decided to tell her anyway. He did have the rest of his life to decide. Besides, he could find a new passion while traveling. Like when people visit Italy. They always seem to come back with a passion for cooking. He had thought about doing something dealing with nature, but it was hard to pick. Although, one thing did strike his interest. "I've been thinking about wandmaking a lot."
He smiled, "Well you are my brand of weird so that's all that matters." he told her simply. Well if you thought about it Diggy was a bit weird too. And they matched because they accepted each other's weirdness. Well what other people would call weird.
He looked at her as she laughed. Her whole face lit up when she laughed. He wished she could laugh all the time so everyone could see what he say in Selena. "It was less stressful to be honest, but I missed it so much." he told her honestly.

Rhea rolled her eyes good naturedly as they began to dance. Yeah so jack was in total boy mood right now with the whole super hero bit going on and she could work with that. That was the point of the costume party wasn't it? For everyone to be someone else for a night and forget their cares.. Thats what she got from it anyways. She moved across the floor with Jack, only occasionally glancing at the persons moving around her. She absolutely loved dancing. She giggled at Jack's response."Yes, I suppose you are all those things silly Jack."
Rhea took note of Jack's raised eyebrow and felt her cheeks warm. He caught her off guard with the twirl, she didn't mean to squeal, but oh well, she already had, nothing she could do about it now, was there? She chuckled quietly when he winked at her and moved her hand slightly up his back. She shook her head. No she supposed regular magic didn't do that. You were either born strong and smart or well you made a potion or something which would probably only last so long."No I suppose it can't."
Jack felt incredibly male at the moment. It was strange, because he usually felt masculine and he didn't need an awesome superhero costume to prove himself so. However, the costume just added to his manliness and made sure he didn't forget it. But, how could he anyway? He may aswell have had 'MAN' stamped on his forehead, mainly because his costume was as strong as a knight's armour and the fact that his blonde hair 'swooshed' a little when they swayed. Yes, he had gone that far and dyed his hair the same colour as the character's. Jack smiled, not at Rhea calling him silly again, but at how she didn't really understand how important this was to him. "My darling, I'm sorry if I'm an awful dancing. It's not exactly what a superhero would do." But here he was, being manly and doing a girl's thing. Hehe. The costume made you do wonders.
"Thus, I am super smart and super strong ... and magic." Jack winked, her hand tickling his back a little. "I mean, it all adds up for me being a super being, don't it?" Jack didn't mean to beat around the bush, but he just loved doing it. "So, what did you come as by the way? Though it's lovely, I'm not so sure who it actually is..."
He smiled, "Well you are my brand of weird so that's all that matters." he told her simply. Well if you thought about it Diggy was a bit weird too. And they matched because they accepted each other's weirdness. Well what other people would call weird.

"I like being your brand of weird," she said with a grin. Because being weird was the new normal and if you thought about it, Diggy and Selena were very normal compared to a lot of other people. Yup.
"Well, there's always next year, maybe you'll make Quidditch Captain~" she said with a big smile. How awesome would that be? But a depressing thing would be if he did get the title and he was too absorbed with his work... and the stress... and the NEWT's... School... grrr.
