"I know thanks babe" Adam joked,as he giggled

Jen smiled warmly at him. "So what brought all of this on?" Jen asked, referring to his unusual attitude

"I don't really know" Adam said as he look puzzled

Jen raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure you don't know?"

'Even I love cupcakes!!!!!,especially choclate ones.',Namitha said.Cupcakes,they were delicious...

Keeley giggled, ontemplating some delicious cupcakes. Mmm... that sounded delicious at the moment. No wonder her stomach was grumble grumbling. "Ooh, chocolate cupcakes are the most delicious things in the world!"

Eli walked into the common room, his arms laden with books. The purple haired first year slipped into an armchair and cracked open his thick potions textbook. He wanted to do anything but study, but knew he needed to if he was to pass the class.

The nearby conversation was a welcome distraction.

"Cupcakes? Who has cupcakes?" he asked, smiling shyly.

Ooh! A firstie! And better yet, he had freaking awesome hair! Giggling slightly, Keeley picked at her own hair, which was black today, a quite boring color. Well, that could easily be fixed. Scrunching up her face in concentration, she turned her hair to a bright electric blue color. Good, a perfect mix of color and Ravenclaw pride. Turning back to the firstie with the textbook, she smiled. "We don't have any at the moment, but we were just talking about how awesome and delicious they are."

"They are," he agreed affably. "Y'know, I hear you can nick just about anything you want from the house elves in the kitchen. They basically give it away. I bet we could talk them into giving up some cupcakes." Eli closed the potions book, glad for a potential excuse to stop studying. "I'm Eli, by the way. Eli Jarod. That was really cool, the thing you did with your hair." His hair was permanently and forever purple. He didn't like to talk about it.

Keeley giggled, an idea already forming in her head. A crazy, bad, wonderful idea. It wasn't though, it was actually a normal idea. "Ooh! Let's go get cupcakes!" Yess, it was officially time for an adventure. She hadn't been to the kitchens in a looong time, so it would be fun indeed. "Oh yeah, I'm Keeley. Thanks!" Mmmmm, time to get some cupcakes. Delicious chocolatey fudge cupcakes.

"yes I'm sure. But I won't kiss you anymore,if you want" Adam said as scooted away from Jen.

Jen frowned. "I liked the kiss."

Adam smiled "so how have you been" he said with a giggle,as he tried starting a conversation.

Still frowning, Jen said, "spectacular, you?"

Adam giggled "I'm good thanks.why are you frowning" he said

Jen instantly composed her face. "N-no reason."

"oh come on Jennifer,tell me why please" Adam said with a smile

Jen opened her mouth to say something but then closed it. She opened it again. "Maybe I should go to bed."

"fine then,I'm going to bed as well then" Adam said ad he stood up

Jen just sat there and looked up at him, tears welling up in her eyes

Adam was getting frusterated because he didn't know what was going on with Jen "what's wrong Jen?" he asked

Jen sighed and raised an eyebrow and blinked back the tears. "Okay, Adam, I've confessed to you, so now I'm curious to hear how you feel about me." Jen crossed her arms expectantly.

"I-I like you Jen" Adam said as he sighed,and walked away to his room.

Jen stood up, and then sat back down again, not at all tired. She felt like she would throw up and she was alone.

Sophie entered the Common room,a little bored,looking around.It wasn't crowded,probably everyone was at THE Ball.
An eye roll.Ball,ball.Stupid ball.What's so exciting about it anyway?!
She just came from there,and to be honest,it didn't look very interesting.
A bunch of people dancing,laughing,drinking and eating.Maybe she was just a party-breaker.Sigh.She sat down.Armchairs were cozy.Great.
Sophie took one book out of her bag and started to read.Somehow,she couldn't focus on what she was reading,so she gave up quickly and put the book back to the bag.
What should I do now?
Some kids were there,she saw Jen and few fellow Ravenclaws she didn't know.
Time to make some new friends?Maybe.
