He took her hand and contemplated kissing the back of it. That would be proper gentlemanly behavior, but a little over the top. He settled for just gently shaking it instead and letting it go. "Pleasure. I'm Eli Jarod, and this is Sophie and Keeley and Namitha... and -- well, we're the 'Claw Cupcake Caper Crew, at your service." he grinned at the other kids in the 'crew'. "We're going to need a great deal of stealth for this mission; maybe you'd like to help our two lookouts to go see if the coast is clear?" Eli smiled, hoping he seemed cool in front of Sophie (whose very presence made his stomach feel like it had billywigs in it).

Sophie nodded."Are we going?" Eli nodded, grabbing her hand for a moment on instinct and pulling her toward the door. Mortified, he realized what he was doing and dropped her hand. Ack, now he probably had cooties.
Sophie cooties might be okay, though. "Ari, let's go! Everybody, out to the corridor if you are in on the Top Secret Mission!" he said in a loud stage whisper meant to carry through the common room. That being said, he dashed into the hallway, following Keeley's lead.

He left the common room; Adventure, Ho!

Ah the Ravenclaw common room. There really was no better place to relax. Sure there were others around but there was always an open chair. Theo plopped himself down in one of the large sofas, knowing that no one here would complain about his shoes being on the seat, at least he hoped not.
He knew that Ball would be no good for him. The dance lessons were his first tip off. With a large sigh he pulled his bow-tie loose. These things were even more annoying than ties.

Anni skipped (which probably looked weird, given the whole emo/goth look she had going on) happily into the Common Room, looking around excitedly. The third year flopped down onto an empty armchair and pulled out her iPod, pressing play on the My Chemical Romance album she'd just downloaded before she got here. When it didn't start, she looked down at it angrily. What was the matter with it? 'Uhh, does anyone in here know how to fix a broken iPod?' she called, hoping someone would. She could not live without music. Honestly.

Now what... It was now March, and Becca knew she should be using all her free time to study for NEWTs coming up pretty soon. But she wanted a break, y'know? She needed some time to just go chill and relax. So that was exactly what she intended to do as she stepped into the cozy common room.
She instinctively headed for her favorite little area of the room to find a boy already there. Hey! It was... cupcake boy! Tommy... Tyler... T-... Theodore? Theo? Maybe? Sure, why not. "Hey Theo," Becca threw out confidently, collapsing into her favorite navy blue armchair and curling up into a ball. "Sup?"
