Anya walked into the common room, biting her lip to hide a smile. She knew that when JD got back later on, he would look for her in her usual spot; by the fire. She was going to put a small note peeking out from under the decorative rug. When he looked for her, he would surely see it.

Note:

Sticking the note under the rug, she waves her wand and puts a protection spell over the note. Nobody but JD could see, or touch it. She smiled, happy with herself, and walked out of the common room.

Annie was this close to say she was a fourth year. Ha, the habit it had been and passed on to this year. "I'm a fifth year..." She kind-of-proudly said. Of course, it was an OWLs year, a time to just be studying day and night. "How about you?" She immediately asked, guessing that Kel might be about a year older, like Drew.

And then, the smell came to Copito's nose, making him jump out of Annie's arms and onto the sweets box over the table. His owner ran after him, again in time to catch him before eating a second sweet. "Bad Copito...why can't you understand?...no more candies for you..." Which meant less hyper moments, and maybe less emotional and jealousy breakouts. So, YAY.

But this...this was embarrassing. "I'm soo sorry..." Ugh, she didn't know the girl's name. "I didn't think my kitten would run after the sweets," Though, thank Merlin just a few were licked by him. She twitched her mough and shook her head at Copito.

Kel chuckled when Annie said she was jealous of the control he had over Jasmine. Truth be told, Kel hadn't been sure the bird would actually listen to him. But, ya know, whatever works. He opened his mouth to ask another dumb question when Annie's cat took off, and Annie followed it. And, catching the sudden burst of hyper!kitteh, Jasmine took off of Kel's shoulder and flew after the cat. Groaning, Kel hurried after the owl, catching it before it could fully annoy the feline. "Merlin, Jasmine. Do what you're told!" he muttered, picking Jazzy up and looking her right in her tiny blue eyes.

"You know, it's saaaaaaaaaaad to think that you are leaving a year before me...but then again, there is a world out there for you to meet..." And that is what Annie wanted most. To fulfill her career as a soccer player, then maybe thinking about working in the Magical side of her life.

"I guess..." She started a suggestion, it was smart, really smart. "...we should just sit, so these two won't lose their minds again..." Annie finished her sentence groaning at almost the same tone as Kel.

"He attacks your boyfriend?" Kel couldn't help but laugh, although that probably wasn't the nicest thing to do. But hey! He had gotten a very weird picture. Killer Kitteh. Maybe Kel's pets weren't the weirdest creatures after all. Hmm. That was a nice thought.

"Who's your boyfriend?" he asked out of curiousity. He was pretty sure he didn't know him, since he didn't know many people in his year. He nodded when she started talking about the future. And when she suggested they sit down, he eagerly followed her idea, taking a seat on the couch close by.

"I'm really excited to go out 'into the world.'" he told her, leaning back against the back of the couch while Jasmine got herself comfortable in the crook of Kel's neck. "Although I have no clue about what I want to do with my life." Sigh. "Do you?"
