Brad noted that there was a girl close to him."Hi there.I'm Brad Coldwater. Are you another first year?"He asked the girl.
"Oh, hello brad coldwater" Evie said repeating his full name she thought it was cool when people said their full names. "i'm Evie Mane, first year" she added answering his last question. "It's terrific isn't it?" she said looking around the room, she figured she didn't have to say anything more to explain that question, this place was wonderful.

"Hmm, chaser would be fun, zooming around, through the other players... Ahhh... So much fun. And much less competitive seeing as there are... what... 3 spots?" asked Gwen contemplating for a moment. "And seeker is only one position, I imagine everyone is after that position."
"I am very excited for lessons. I've done magical things when I was a kid, but I didn't realize it was magic I could do. It will be interesting to see what I can do now that I am in a place that allows magic, and with a wand," replied Gwen, flushed with excitement. "What class do you think you will enjoy most?" she asked Ginny.
Jecca look at the girl who introduced her name and replied " Nope!, I'm a second year! Nice to meet you. Btw, I'm Jecca" Ginny was her first Grff.Student to talk to since the opening of the school term. " So, are you happy to be sorted in Gryffindor?" She asked.
"Yeah, I'm really happy", said Ginny with a smile. "It suits me the best. What subjects do you like?".

"I haven't done anything just yet", muttered Ginny as she looked a bit embrassed.
"That's okay, me too I felt embarrased during such activity" , Jecca said to comfort Ginny.

But then a little smile gave her away and she burst out laughing. It took her a few moment to compose herself. But after she did she smiled.
"Really? Well than it is a date! Next lightening storm, I shall take you to the towers and we shall watch it! Sound good?" She asked him smiling, as she leaned on her hand, her elbow was resting on the table. She turned her head to smile at him, her gray eyes lighting up a bit as she spoke. "Of we could just cast a mufflato charm." She said as she tossed her hair over her shoulder again.. And yes it was again, just for affect.
Alex chuckled a bit and shrugged her shoulders.. "Well, let us just say that before now, Gryffindor hasn't been very interesting." She smiled up at him, before looking away. Slytherin had been the interesting place, what with her brothers, sister and Damon.. She had wanted to be there with them. But.. Her house had just gotten way more interesting.
"Oh that would have been excellent, by the way you look, you could have pretended to be one of the teachers! Hmmmm.. I could see you as a Divination teacher?" She grinned at bit. That would have been funny.
"What??" She screeched a bit. "Oh you wouldn't dare! My Poor heart couldn't take it! Mercy Me! Whatever would my poor heart do! I dare say yall would just kill poor lil ole me." She had adopted a southern accent as she spoke, and she did the accent pretty well, she sounded like a southern belle in distress.
She looked back down at her hand, and then back up at him as he smiled.. His smile was very nice..
Chris watched her with wide eyes as she described what happened in winter. He was trying to think of the best response or reaction when suddenly she burst out laughing. "Are you kidding me?" he asked, shaking his head, trying to hide a smile. "Some tour guide you are! If you keep telling me false things about Hogwarts, I'm going to go around looking like more of an idiot that I already am!" he said, feigning anger as he crossed his arms. "I think I'm going to try and hire someone else..." he said, looking down the Gryffindor table.
"ANYONE HAVE GOOD TOUR GUIDING SKILLS?" he yelled down the table.
He looked at her with a slightly odd expression as she mentioned that it was a date. However, he let it slide and smiled. "Sounds like a plan- I look forward to it!" he said with his familiar grin. "True, true, that would probably be a bit more reliable!" he said with a laugh, his eyes watching as her hair sailed over her shoulder again. What was he doing? He pushed that thought away and smiled. "Shall we bring popcorn?" he asked with a laugh.
"Or more irritating!" he added with a laugh. "I might be like- Alex, what's this?" he began, holding up a fork. "Alex, what's that?" this time pointing to a portrait. "Alex, what is the square root of 144?" he laughed at the last one. "Or, Alex what is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?"
"What do you mean the way I look?" he asked her. "I may be tall- but that does not classify me as a teacher! I don't have the maturity!" he said with a laugh. He made a face as she pegged him as a Divination teacher. He removed one of the juggling balls from his pocket and waved another hand over it. "I see headaches in your future..." he said, wavering his voice as he 'predicted'.
He laughed at her accent, shaking his head as she continued about how much it would hurt her. "Calm down!" he said, placing a hand on her shoulder. "I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt your lit'le ole 'eart," he said, adding on a slight accent before he burst out laughing.
Ginny felted better once Jeccs comfort her. "I want to but first years hardly ever make the team and we are not allow broomsticks", said Ginny sadly. "What about you? You like Quidditch I assume?".
But you can join too, last year, I tried to attend the tryouts (Quidditch), but i didn't catch up...Arrrggg, I hate it! All gryffindor from 1st year to the last year will be informed about it. YOu can attend and join if you want to.. you don't need to worry, just like Harry Potter... I want to be a chaser, seeker, or any position... Interested to join? Jecca said excitedly to Ginny.

Well, not really. But there was my sister,Anna. She was a Ravenclaw and she graduated last year.
"Oh, that's so cool. My brother Hunter graduated last year.. maybe he knew Anna?" Ella said thoughtfully, wiping her face with a napkin, then popping in a piece of bubble gum in her mouth.

"Nice fangs," she pointed out.
"Thanks. I'm Avery by the way." Avery introduced herself.

Roxanna was finally sorted. It had been a nervracking wait for it to become her turn. It had felt like forever and a day before the professor had called out her name. And it had been a bit embarrassing to tell the truth that even the infamous Hogwarts sorting hat had huge trouble to sort her.
It just put another pin in the coffin to what Roxanna already knew. She hadn't exactly found her place in the world yet and maybe that was because of her part veela heritage or just normal growing up stuff but which Roxxy was unsure...
Heading down to the Gryffindor house table very glad to get away from being in the center of 100 hunded eyes attention she was relieved to see at least one familier face. It was Chris the american who she had met on the train. Going over to him she called out grinning "Hey, Chris! Guess what we are in the same house..I've got Gryffindor too!"
"Thanks. I'm Avery by the way." Avery introduced herself.
Ella looked up toward the other girl, and she noticed that she looked much older than her. "What year are you in?" Ella thought she may have seen her before on the grounds, and Ella thought she was a Hufflepuff, but wasn't sure. Hmm.

"The king? OH NO you can't do that!" he exclaimed, nearly knocking over his glass as he spoke. They were NOT getting near that headmaster. NO WAY. "He's actually told me that he doesn't want anyone disturbing him tonight. He wants to go to his quarters and just sleep," he said with a nod.
He looked up as Enid started to talk to some Ravenclaw girl who had wandered nearby. Would it be safe to let her walk around the castle like this? Did she even know what a toliet WAS? "Are you erm...sure its a good idea to bring these ladies of SUCH high standing with you?" he asked the Ravvie. "It might not be, um...safe for them." He hoped that she would catch his drift. Something was NOT right up in these girls heads and he just didnt want them doing something horrifying before Ashford could see them!

Perhaps they were just trying to show they had some manners in them after all. After coming to this conclusion, Enid smiled warmly. "I am quite alright, thank thee very much, kind peasant," said Enid, giving a curtsy at Gwen.
Enid couldn't help but grin as Gwen then asked her to accompany her - calling her 'your highness'. This commoner learned quickly! Perhaps all hope was not yet lost; perhaps there were more commoners like Gwen out there who would understand that she, Enid, was really royalty (or at least so she thought about herself after having that funky pumpkin juice). "I would be most pleased to accompany thee, good peasant," said Enid politely before turning to Alexa. "I shall be back shortly, kind Lady Alexa. If the King asks for my presence, would thou please be as kind as to tell him I have gone to help a peasant in need?" she asked of the younger girl before following after Gwen.

I never thought my lessons would pay off like this, Gwen thought, raising her head back to it's normal position and smiling pleasantly.
Gwen watched as Enid addressed her friend an mentioned something about being summoned by the king, Gwen cringed as Enid once again called her a peasant and reminded herself that there was a reason the girl was being so aggravating and that she was probably rather nice under normal circumstances. "Right this way your Majesty," Gwen said, leading the young lady away from the table as quietly as possible.
Gwen paused however in her epic search for a bathroom as an older student (A rather attractive one too!) asked her about the safety of the trip and seemed to be trying to convey some idea, without letting the other two know. "Uh, I believe so... Do you think otherwise?" Gwen asked, raising her eyebrows giving the young man a look that clearly said: "Would you mind explaining. please?"
It then struck Gwen that the young man before her, was in fact attractive and the thought occurred to her that he should come along. Immediately a pan began to formulate.

She took a glance around the Hall before following after Gwen - why? Why was this happening to her? Why did she end up stuck in this alternate universe where no one knew of her rank and she was considered a peasant like the rest? Even dressed like one, too! She glanced down at her robes now. Groan. Where were her poofy pink dresses, her large diamond necklaces, and where were her maids to braid her beautiful light brown hair? O, I must have committed a terrible crime in my past life to deserve this... she thought sorrowfully to herself.
But Enid was distracted from her quiet moping as Gwen came to an abrupt halt and began talking with the Head Boy. She watched them exchange words, apparently worried for her well-being. O, what kind peasants! Perhaps she had been wrong. "O thou art most kind, Sir Head Boy. Thou concern is highly appreciate, but I think I should be fine. This kind peasant and I were just looking for... uh... what was it again, peasant? The loo?"
Lady Alexa simply blinked at the Head Boy several times before bursting into laughter. "We, cannot see the King, you say? That is most humrous, kind sir, but do not be ridiculous. Of course Lady Enid and I must have company with the King before he retires to his chambers for the eve." she said cocking her head to one side.
As Lady Enid had conversations with a commoner Lady Alexa simply watched on with mild disinterest. Common Folk did not fascinate her as they did Lady Enid. Alexa simply smiled and gave her her best wave and turned her back on her to address the Head Boy. "Lady Enid loves commoners, it is most annoying, but this is what she does. She may be allowed to wander if she must." she said in hushed tones and waved her hand as if dismissing her.

Enid watched the group as they exchanged words on whether she should be allowed to leave the Hall or not. But her mind wasn't on this; it was, rather, on the peasant's earlier words. Enid then approached Alexa in very quiet, ladylike steps and leaned down a bit so she could whisper to her, "Pardon me, Lady Alexa, but I have a question for thee... doest thou knowest what 'the loo' is?" she asked. "I'm afraid I can not decipher what the commoner wants me to help her find. Doest thou suppose it is a kind of food? O, I bet the poor thing must be starving!" she exclaimed, turning to give Gwen a look before turning back to Alexa.

Turning to the Head Boy she asked, "Kind sir, hast thou any idea what this strange article is that the commoner is asking for. Pray tell, what is a loo? We know not what the commoner asks of us." She drummed her fingers on the table waiting for an answer.

"Neither have I, Lady Alexa," said Enid, shaking her head slightly. As Alexa then turned to the head boy and asked that he inform them what a 'loo' was, Enid turned her gaze to him as well for a moment before turning to Gwen yet again. "Worry not, good peasant," she started kindly, placing one of her small hands on the girl's forearm, as if trying to soothe her, "We will find thy loo and thou shalt starve no longer. All will end well, I promise thee," she assured the girl, as if Gwen was being completely miserable at the moment when really, all she had been doing was just stand there giving Enid odd looks. "Any word from the royal head boy yet, Lady Alexa?" she asked, now coming back to Alexa's side. "These peasants' clothes are most inappropriate! The men can see our legs, oh my! If father was around to see this, he would be most unpleased!"
Rue couldn’t believe it! She had made Gryffindor, the famous house of Harry Potter. She wolfed down any kind of food in reach, including the treacle tart- outstanding. Ten minutes ago she had gotten off the train and stepped foot into a rusty old boat and headed off to one of the oldest schools around, according to Hogwarts, A History. And even now, the old traditions hadn’t changed.
