"Neither have I, Lady Alexa," said Enid, shaking her head slightly. As Alexa then turned to the head boy and asked that he inform them what a 'loo' was, Enid turned her gaze to him as well for a moment before turning to Gwen yet again. "Worry not, good peasant," she started kindly, placing one of her small hands on the girl's forearm, as if trying to soothe her, "We will find thy loo and thou shalt starve no longer. All will end well, I promise thee," she assured the girl, as if Gwen was being completely miserable at the moment when really, all she had been doing was just stand there giving Enid odd looks. "Any word from the royal head boy yet, Lady Alexa?" she asked, now coming back to Alexa's side. "These peasants' clothes are most inappropriate! The men can see our legs, oh my! If father was around to see this, he would be most unpleased!"
