"Well my father is the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and is also an Auror", said Ginny happily.

"My mum doesn't work at all. She like to look after everyone basically".

"Well, if you travel to my friend's and Kay's cousins Jason's castle right outside of Scotland, then you would get close to me in being a world traveler,mam" Rex explained to Gwen. " Let me ask Kay about the invitation to the castle,mam " Rex told Gwen.
" Kay, what is wrong?" Rex asked her. He could sense she is sad. "Well, I will watch out for the Aurora plus the prefects" Rex said to Kay. " Great, see, you can make Gryffindor friends" Rex explained to Kay.

"Hello Kay, Gwen and Rex, good to see you all, hope this year goes better then the past year,

If you need any help with the classes then just ask me Gwen i'm ready to help you whenever you want

and i really hope that we would have meet before Kay, i really needed i friend to talk with and go in the classes with, i guess we'll be in some of the same classes this year with you and Rex then,

I couldn't see any of my last year friends around so i think i'll carry on with you, Rex and Gwen this year, so what say, we'll go to the classes together then, right?" she said and waited for their response.

"We can go to classes together. I can wait for DADA to start and Muggle Studies now with Professor Lawson." Kay said happy to have more people in classes she knew.

"Wow," she said, fascinated. "My dad is a teacher at a muggle school. My mom stays at home. We used to live on a farm, so she tried to mimic that life style but its hard to. She started taking classes on natural medicine, though. She can't wait until I show her some things from potions class. She almost fainted when we went into the apothecary in Diagon Alley."

"So, do you ever get to go out and about with your dad and brother on there adventures?" she asked.

"Oh, okay," said Gwen.

"Thanks," said Gwen. She smiled. "Your welcome to hang out with me when ever. I just met Ginny here, she is a first year as well," she said indicating Ginny.

"Well you have a deal, mam" Rex told her. " I love meeting new people" Rex said to her.

" Kay. I heard Jason tell me there had been a male muggle studies teacher last year" he told her. " I like Muggle Studies and probaly will get to like DADA if I do not get hurt since I am very clumsy" Rex said to Kay.

" Thanks, hope to see you at all the places a round the world or just Jason'smam " Rex laughed.

"No, unfortunately I can't because I'm too young", said Ginny sadly. "I'd wish I could... I mean I want to see what my brother and father do", she said half smiling. "Well I can't do any of it or even watch because I don't know how to protect myself".

"What subject does you dad teacher at his muggle school?"

"Fantastic," Gwen replied.

"Aw, that's too bad. Some day though. Are you interested in becoming an Auror?" Gwen thought she was being too curious for her own good.

"My dad teaches science. He specializes in Physics, but also does Astronomy. I'm not sure if Muggle astronomy is anything like the astronomy here; I'll just have to wait and see," she said, excited about telling her father about the astronomy here.

"I'm not sure", repiled Ginny. "I don't know because my brother and sister have both played Quidditch and one of them has came an Auror".

"I want to be like my brother and sister. I want to play for the Holyhead Harpies as a Chaser or a Seeker and then I might think of becoming an Auror like my brother".

"You have to get very high marks in your O.W.Ls", she said.

"I love astronomy, does you dad know a lot?".

Oh, well thats great! I'm not really sure what I want to do, since I'm quite illiterate when it comes to the wizarding world," she said sadly.

"Yes, my dad knows a lot. He received a doctorate degree in astrophysics at a university, and then went on to get a teaching certificate. He loves teaching kids about the wonders of the universe. I think its funny how I will learn how to perceive it in an entirely different manner," she said. "He's actually quite interested in hearing about it. He thought it was amazing that stuff like this could exist, because before he knew about the magical world, he thought things could only be reasoned by science."

"Well you still have lots of years here at Hogwarts", said Ginny. "I'd think you'll be a great student. "You never know you could make it onto the Quidditch Team.

"Wow your dad must be so clever", she said looking at Gwen curiously.

"I can't to see some Quidditch games, they sound so exciting," she said yawning loudly.

"Yes, he is, and it can get a bit annoying sometimes," she said, finishing the last of her pumpkin juice. "It's all really interesting and I really do like it, but sometimes it's a little too much!"

"Well, I think I am quite ready to go to the Gryffindor Common Room. Care to come along," Gwen asked Ginny.

"Yeah let's go", said Ginny as she started to stand up.

"Great, see you up there," she said.

" Friends" Rex shook Gwen's hand.

"DADA and Muggle Studies with Professor Lawson, yay me too, when is your first class" she asked Kay, and saw Gwen introducing a new girl

"Hey Ginny, i'm Lucy, nice meeting you, so you have a company with Gwen right" she said to Ginny and Gwen,

"Sure Rex you'll too join us for the classes, right" she asked Rex.

"Both classes will be great. I don't know anything about the new DADA Professor abut we will see." Kay said "I do know when my class is yet. I haven't looked at my classes."

" I positively will join you for classes, mam" Rex told Lucy. " Hope to see you in our common room and talk, mam" Rex said to Lucy.

" I have all the classes that fourth years and above have to take here at Hogwarts" Rex told Kay. "I can't wait to get started" Rex said to Kay. " Lucy, Gwen and Giny, the reason I do not call my girlfriend Kay mam is because she does not prefeer to be called mam" Rex explained to the girls. "So if you girls do not like being called mam, just tell me and I will stop" Rex promised them. He gave Kay a kiss on the cheek.
