Only bios for the current Hogwarts characters that are listed in your postbit. They must also match the house(s) you're currently sorted in.
Non-current bios will be archived. If you're bringing back a former student into the SSRPG, please contact the above for retrieval.

All graphics must follow site graphics rules. Student Bio pics must be within the size limits of 350 x 350 or 450 x 200 along with 60kb in weight. Graphics that exceed the limit will automatically be removed.

Students are enrolled in the appropriate grade based on the student's age prior to the first day of attendance (September 1st) as with other wizarding institutions. A student must be 11 years of age before the start of their first-year school term. It is okay if the student is older than their peers since some start school late, have to repeat a year, etc. But Students whose birth year is too young will automatically have it raised a year.
Below is the adjusted birthday range per school year and is updated accordingly to the upcoming school term 72:

This puts it 2 weeks into the IC summer break, allowing new student entries to fit the appropriate birthdays per school term accurately. If the roster is updated ahead of the 20th, it's to prevent miscalculated birth years.
