Setting:

2007 – It is the summer everyone is on vacation.
We're in a small village, Julie, situated between a two huge, high, Rocky Mountains range, there's only one dirt road out of town.
A small group of exploring wizards is visiting this wizard village; the villagers don't mind their company, as long as they don’t interfere in their lives.

A Short History:

The team of exploring wizards go into the mountains everyday, to search for an ancient relic that used to belong to the four founders of magic. The group consists of ten witches and wizards, all between the ages of 20-50.

Characters:

- Every single character will need a bio.
- There will be four main characters.
- If you are one of the four main characters; you cannot double.
- If you are one of the made-up's you may double-up!
-No super powers... I will allow some powers if you will share the idea with me first.

Plot:

Isolated, the group have become very close. Ray James Hufflepuff and Kelly are 'best friends', as are Charlie Storms and Bianca Riches.
The four live in one of the houses, newly built, at the edge of Julie, a French village.

One night, a village meeting is held, and as the wizards and witches have been living in the village for a couple of years, the villagers ask them to come. A man had been found, dead in his house, with no mark on him, he had not been shot, poisoned, suffocated, stabbed or hung, in fact he was perfectly healthy, apart from the fact he was dead. The muggles police force have no idea how this could have happened, they are all baffled. The witches and wizards know otherwise, they can't help the muggles, because otherwise they'd have broken the International Statute of Secrecy. They do not know who killed the wizard and his family, until one day, when high up in the mountains, fifteen Dark Wizards are found searching for the same artifact the group of wizards are looking for. Who will arrive first to discover the artifact? What can this artifact do? Who will die in this quest? And what will our heroes figure out in this journey that will change their lives for ever?

Personality: Known to always listen to others before he makes any step, he has gained the position of Captain on the team. He is known to be very loyal and protective. He depends on his sister Kelly too much because he trusts her a lot.
Extra: Ray is the last descendant of Helga Hufflepuff. When he was young, he was taught how to tap into the Hufflepuff magic which allows him to use very experienced magic before wiping him entirely.
Ray’s family was killed when he was ten year old by Dark wizards that dreamed of gaining the Hufflepuff magic.
Last, Ray agreed to go on this journey after his chief ordered him to do so.

Appearance: Beautiful girl which sends fibs of power and strength, people always notice her long silky platine blond hair. She usually wears a pair of Jeans and a nice blouse. When it’s cold, she puts her silky black robe on top of her casual close.
Personality: Known to have a very kind persona however she forgets her kindness when she is angry. She is one of the smartest on the team and always has answers when it comes to magical items.
Extra: Kelly’s past is kind of flu, she can’t remember anything of her past, all she can remember is that she was raised by a muggle family when she was nine; before that it is all blank.
Kelly’s a graduate with full GPA and she is very well known to have answers to any question.
Last Kelly accepted the mission after she knew what she was after. She is the only person on the team that knows what they are searching for.

Appearance: Conan is the typical japanese wizard... He is always dressed as his ancestor... His old face shows a lot of wrikles which give him a very old look... Usually everyone fears him and never argue with him... But at the same time everyone feels confort around him... He is known to be Ray's right hand
Personality: Conan has a very strong personality and is one of the best theorician in the world... He was one of the few people who discovered the reality about Ravenclaw secrets... He made a couple of theories about the birth of magic and he takes good pride in his work.

A huge flash of green light came down, suddenly Edward and Eve had fallen dead. It was like a massive Avada Kedavra had been hurled at them by all the wizards combined. Charlie gasped and felt the loss of his friends, realizing the power these dark people had and having it only re-affirmed now by this terrible act.

All at once everything stopped. The wizards had somehow just disappeared, then he saw Ray fell unconscious to the ice and Bianca go to his aid, quickly. Too much had happened in too short a time. He followed Bianca to assist Ray, it was far too late for the others. There was no telling when these horrible people might be back to attack them again, and what would happen to them if they returned? He desperately needed to find the spell that would stop these people, his efforts so far had proven unsuccesful.

Desperately, he cast an eye to see if Kelly was okay but he didn't notice her anywhere, hopefully nothing had happened to her.

This artifact had to be the most powerful object in the universe, he realized, for there to have been such turmoil and pain caused as a result of it. Surely these wizards wouldn't have risked everything otherwise? There had been rumors for years about an object which held the four most powerful magics in the world, could this be the object they sought? His heart raced with renewed fears. He was going to have to talk to Kelly about this soon.

Bianca turned around as Edward and Eve had fallen. She saw Ray take aim at the dark wizard and nearly hit him. She screamed as Ray fell and she ran to him. He looked older than she had ever seen him. "Oh Honey!" She sobbed ash she knelt by his side holding him. "Charlie!" She called. "Help me!" She aimed her wand at their tent and sent their stuff back to the house. She tried to pick Ray up, but was unable to lift him on her own. "We've got to get him back to the house!"

Katy stood there in shock, weak-kneed and trembling. They're dead...dead....

The Dark wizards had disappeared; they weren't safe there at all....

"We need to get out of here!" she called to the team. She tucked her wand into her sleeve and ran on wobbling legs to Bianca and the limp form of Ray.

"Hold onto me!" she said to Bianca, and gripped her and Ray's forearms tightly. She turned and Apparated back to the doorstep of their small cottage near Julie. "Open the door and get him inside! I've got to go back for the others!" She Disapparated with a faint pop.

She appeared back at their ravaged campsite right behind Charlie and Nicole, and Apparated them back to the house. She saw them safely in and Disapparated immediately; she returned and Disapparated with Kami and Steven.

Back at the campsite, Katy looked around wildly. "Kelly...where's Kelly?" she mumbled. "Kelly!"

Kami had acted on Ray's orders very willingly. He was glad to apparate to the house and protect the book. It did hurt his pride a little to be running away, but he comforted himself by telling him he was only following orders. Nervously, he waited for any sign of the others or progress in their battle. Nothing happened for a while. His patience was rewarded soon, though. Katy, Bianca, and Ray apparated on the first step. Ray was unconscious, though. Kami noticed the very very golden color of his hair. He shouldn't have been fighting, either. Without having enough time to ask what had happened, Katy had taken him to apparate back to the campsite. The defenses had been taken down, so he could apparate there now. He went around the campsite grabbing everything he thought most valuable, and put it in his bag. He went back to Katy, who was searching for Kelly. He didn't know what else to do now. They had to get everyone back, and he was pretty sure that only he and Kelly knew how to apparate them back. Where were Edward and Eve, though?

Bianca got Ray to bed, and tucked in warm. She conjured a fire in his fireplace, then overwhelmed with emotion, she sank onto the chushy chintz chair at his bedside and began to cry.

Feron has ruined everything for Kelly, as soon as she heard her name on his tongue, she started moving towards her tent. Two flashs of green light and two screams was all that Kelly needed to know that at least one of there friends was dead by now. Then a strange white flash appeared, she knew that Ray was behind it, but she couldn't go back to see what is going on, she needed to search for the book.
Attacking every corner of the tent, Kelly's effort seemed to go in vain. The book seemed to have disappeared, outside she could hear people pronouce her name, but right now she needed the book and she needed to flee before they find her. "Accio book of ancient times" she thought, but again the book wouldn't show up. You got to go back with them... There is no reason for you not to... Explain to them everything... Maybe the book is with Ray... Maybe you can take it form him and then just flee and locate the object's place. Were the thought that came rushing in her head. Deciding that it would be better to just go back where she could have the best magical protection, she went back outside after sending everything back to her room.
"Katy I'm here..." she said as she moved towards Katy. She could see now several dead bodies, just a couple of meters away two bodies were lying down, Kelly identified them quickly, tears in her eyes, she now knew that Edward and Eve were dead. "Quickly, lets move..." as she grapped her hand and closed her eyes,a flash back started playing in her head as she remembered a high pitched sound saying Don't tell no one... Or you shall pay the consequences

Chaos, the entire world was chaos. Charlie knew that he and most of the others were now safely back inside the house, but what was going to happen next? The group was vulnerable here, there was no telling when the dark wizards were going to come back and attack them again and he knew that he had to find the right spell to use to repel them, it wasn't good enough to hope that they wouldn't return. If they were after the object he was thinking they were, the object of lore, then no doubt their target would be Ray, because he had a direct link to one of the Founders of Hogwarts.

He was more concerned than ever now. It was essential for Ray to be safe, if anything happened to him their very existence was in grave danger, the very future and safety of the entire wizarding world could be in jeopardy. He had to go and make sure that Ray was all right, then he had to find Kelly, somehow.

Hurry, there isn't much time left, he thought. There has got to be some way out of this mess, but how? It seems that time is about to run out.

Ray was now half awake, he could feel the warm bed he was tucked in, even the fire seemed to re-establish his energy. He opened his eyes and noticed Bianca sitting in front of him, she had buried her face in her hands and was sobbing... A lot had happened tonight, death of his friends, his fault that caused that, and Kelly...Where was Kelly? he thought.
Ray tried to wake up but he was still too weak, he turned his face to the mirror on the other side of the room, his hair has started to change back to the dark black color, but a lot more was still golden, his face even started to regain it's previous look but a lot yet needed to change.
"Bianca... Bianca..." he tried to call louder, "Find me Kelly... K... Kelly" he said coughing out loud, "Find her... And get her here." he ordered as he closed his eyes trying to stop himself from using magic to summon her.

Katy and Kelly appeared on the doorstep with a sharp crack. They hurried inside and closed the door behind them; Katy leaned against the door and slid down to the floor, drained from the night's events and exhausted from Apparating so much.

"What about...about Eve a-and Edward?" she said shakenly. "We can't just leave them there...."

Steven was the last to apparate back at the house, the left sleeve of his shirt ripped off at the shoulder and wound tightly around a gash on his arm that was bleeding profusely.

He staggered weakly into the house and sat down, head cradled in his hands.

"Wha...what happened? Is everyone OK?"

Bianca looked up, tears still in her eyes as Ray spoke. She ran from the Room and went for Kelly. She spotted her at the back door. "Kel, Ray's awake and he's asking for you." She said. Then turning around, her power acted of it's own. Bianca went into a trance. Phrases, snatches of a thought she heard in her head. "Book...Secrets...Object...Explain, should tell them everything...."Take from Ray, Find it myself. She snapped out of it and followed Kelly to Ray's room, she had to tell them what she knew.

Kami saw Charlie, but everyone else seemed to have gone back. That was good. He grabbed Charlie's hand and told him, "Hold on to my hand. I'm going to apparate us back to the house. We have to apparate on the first step though, so just follow me." He turned, and apparated at the house. Running inside, he asked the question that he thought he already knew the answer for. "Where are Edward and Eve?" He hoped with all his heart that the answer he was thinking was not true.

Charlie hesitated, hearing the question that was the most difficult to answer. He turned to Conan and with great sorrow in his eyes said, "I really hate to tell you this, but they are no longer here. A huge bolt of green came down from the sky, thrown by the dark wizards, and they were both knocked dead instantly." He placed a hand on the other man's shoulder in comfort then paused a moment, his breathing was getting a little heavy at this point. "After that, the wizards disappeared, almost as if they had never been there, except for the darkness and despair they left behind, of course. But the thing with these wizards, I have never seen such strength of character. Bianca and I threw everything we had at them, we hit them with all manner of attacking creatures and spells of every sort, and they were pretty much unphased, just kept on coming. From this, I know that the object they are seeking is one of the utmost power, in fact, I have a very good idea of exactly what it is. And I think you do, too."

Charlie stopped and looked at Conan very intently. By his expression, he knew he was correct. Conan's eyes were lowered, almost as if in shame for the terrible secret he held, as if even knowing about the secret was a crime, which it certainly wasn't. They were searching for the most deadly and dangerous artifact that could ever exist. So it really was true, not a myth. "Do you know what grave danger we are all in?", Charlie whispered. "They are going to keep coming back and coming back until they find what they're looking for, unless we find a way to stop them. And Conan, we HAVE to find a way to stop them, otherwise we are doomed, all of us! I'm sure you're aware of this, as well." Finally he spoke in a very soft tone, almost a whisper, "I know what it is these people seek. It's the power of life and death."

Kelly followed Bianca as they headed back to Ray's room, she knew what to expect, a meaning to all of this, and a reason to why her name was mentioned by Feron... She had a lot of explaining to do, but she needed to lie for now and especially from Bianca's powers.
"Hey Ray I hope your fine" Kelly said as she entered the room, she noticed that a lot of Ray's hair has changed back to it's normal color, even his face and body seemed to have got younger "So you need me?" Kelly asked as she sat down on the wodden chair, leaving the chintz to Bianca.

"Yes Kelly I have send for you, please sit down..." Ray said as he got up and sat straight in his bed. Sweat had drained from him a lot, his shirt was now sunk to it's end, but he was feeling much better.
"Here is what I want from you... I know you don't want to tell me the truth but what will happen is this... I need to know the truth everything you know and you hid from us... But I don't want to hear it by myself... And I don't want to extract it from you either... But I know that you will resist... I took your book but don't worry I haven't opened it or read it... What I need from you Kelly is to arrange a meeting with everyone tomorrow morning... Tomorrow morning I need you to tell us everything you have discovered." Ray explained slowly.
"Now you can leave me... Bianca please I need the rest I will ask you to leave as well... I need you to keep Kelly's company till she tells us everything... You can use any mean to defend yourself." Ray continued as he slipped back into his bed. He heard the door close. I was correct... this last thought went to his brain.

Kelly was shocked by Ray's decision... What did he mean by keep her company... Feron what have you done?
"Okey Bianca." Kelly said as they got out of the room, "I'm going back to the kitchen I don't feel like sleeping maybe you should have some rest..." Kelly said trying to get ride of Bianca as she stopped at the stairs.

"No, that's ok. I'm too wound up to sleep and if I did I'd just have the nightmare again." Bianca replied, rubbing her head, the snatches of the thoughts she heard still running through her brain. "I'm going to fix myself a nice strong cup of tea, do you want anything?" She asked Kelly, observing her cooly.

Kelly nodded and headed towards the kitchen. The kitchen was full of people, more than she expected, she sat down and waited for Bianca to fix her something to drink, she knew that people will wait answers but how could she provide them, she still needed the book to do some last research if what she had figured out till now was right, then that would mean that the first attack was nothing compared to what would come next.

bianca fixed herself a cup of tea and added some honey and lemon to it, Doing the same for
Kelley, she sat down and conjured up enough baked goods for anyone who wanted something. Taking a cupcake she sat next to Kelly. "So what's up with you and Charlie?" She asked her friend conversationally.

"I don't know exactly, he doesn't seem around anymore... This journey has changed all of us... I don't know what to think anymore..." Kelly replied while taking regular sips of her tea cup. The warm sensation of the tea, gave Kelly her color back. Eve and Edward...
"What are we going to do with Eve and Edwards... I mean we can't leave them there?" Kelly asked as she thought of her two friends... Two dead friends.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Bianca hugged her friend. "I mean Ray and I have been having problems sure, but this journey has made us stronger." She took a sip of her tea. "The only respectful thing to do in my opinion is to Apparate them here and have a proper funeral for them." Binaca said softly.

"I hope we can do that" Kelly said as she looked in her teacup, what if they aren't there anymore? she tought to herself. Feron wasn't any kind of dark wizard and the people he worked for weren't the type to give up and go home, especially when an object as important as this one was involved in the middle of everything.
The Object... I just have to know who to get there... And the other meaning of the symbols... Death and Life were one of the meaning of two symbols but the other were more difficult to interpret... Kelly started to think again to herself, forgetting totally Bianca...

"hmmm... Oh!! Sorry I was thinking of something" Kelly said.The meaning of symbols... The third one, no it doesn't mean a think if I link it with death... But what if I link with life, then it might have a meaning... Power... Power of what??? It must be the fourth symbol that will reveal it... But the fourth is linked to death... And by that it will mean weakness... The power of weakness... No it doesn't mean a thing... Wait what if the distance between each of the symbols meant something... Think Kelly... Think Kelly thought again to herself forgetting Bianca again completely.
