Setting:

2007 – It is the summer everyone is on vacation.
We're in a small village, Julie, situated between a two huge, high, Rocky Mountains range, there's only one dirt road out of town.
A small group of exploring wizards is visiting this wizard village; the villagers don't mind their company, as long as they don’t interfere in their lives.

A Short History:

The team of exploring wizards go into the mountains everyday, to search for an ancient relic that used to belong to the four founders of magic. The group consists of ten witches and wizards, all between the ages of 20-50.

Characters:

- Every single character will need a bio.
- There will be four main characters.
- If you are one of the four main characters; you cannot double.
- If you are one of the made-up's you may double-up!
-No super powers... I will allow some powers if you will share the idea with me first.

Plot:

Isolated, the group have become very close. Ray James Hufflepuff and Kelly are 'best friends', as are Charlie Storms and Bianca Riches.
The four live in one of the houses, newly built, at the edge of Julie, a French village.

One night, a village meeting is held, and as the wizards and witches have been living in the village for a couple of years, the villagers ask them to come. A man had been found, dead in his house, with no mark on him, he had not been shot, poisoned, suffocated, stabbed or hung, in fact he was perfectly healthy, apart from the fact he was dead. The muggles police force have no idea how this could have happened, they are all baffled. The witches and wizards know otherwise, they can't help the muggles, because otherwise they'd have broken the International Statute of Secrecy. They do not know who killed the wizard and his family, until one day, when high up in the mountains, fifteen Dark Wizards are found searching for the same artifact the group of wizards are looking for. Who will arrive first to discover the artifact? What can this artifact do? Who will die in this quest? And what will our heroes figure out in this journey that will change their lives for ever?

Appearance: Ray usually keeps on wizard clothing but likes to dress up as a muggle as well. His wizard cloth is a golden rob with a black
Personality: Known to always listen to others before he makes any step, he has gained the position of Captain on the team. He is known to be very loyal and protective. He depends on his sister Kelly too much because he trusts her a lot.
Extra: Ray is the last descendant of Helga Hufflepuff. When he was young, he was taught how to tap into the Hufflepuff magic which allows him to use very experienced magic before wiping him entirely.
Ray’s family was killed when he was ten year old by Dark wizards that dreamed of gaining the Hufflepuff magic.
Last, Ray agreed to go on this journey after his chief ordered him to do so.

Appearance: Beautiful girl which sends fibs of power and strength, people always notice her long silky platine blond hair. She usually wears a pair of Jeans and a nice blouse. When it’s cold, she puts her silky black robe on top of her casual close.
Personality: Known to have a very kind persona however she forgets her kindness when she is angry. She is one of the smartest on the team and always has answers when it comes to magical items.
Extra: Kelly’s past is kind of flu, she can’t remember anything of her past, all she can remember is that she was raised by a muggle family when she was nine; before that it is all blank.
Kelly’s a graduate with full GPA and she is very well known to have answers to any question.
Last Kelly accepted the mission after she knew what she was after. She is the only person on the team that knows what they are searching for.

Appearance: Conan is the typical japanese wizard... He is always dressed as his ancestor... His old face shows a lot of wrikles which give him a very old look... Usually everyone fears him and never argue with him... But at the same time everyone feels confort around him... He is known to be Ray's right hand
Personality: Conan has a very strong personality and is one of the best theorician in the world... He was one of the few people who discovered the reality about Ravenclaw secrets... He made a couple of theories about the birth of magic and he takes good pride in his work.

Steven, after giving everyone in the house his special brand of wake-up call, went downstairs, humming happily to himself. He reached into his jacket pocket and prepared to light another cigarette.

"Morning everyone!" he said, half muffled.. "What's on our agenda today then?"

Nicole hurried down the stairs and noticed everyone was outside casting spells to protect the house. She ran a hand back through her long dark violet hair before tossing it up in a quick ponytail. Her side bangs fell defiantly in her face, not quite long enough to tuck behind her ear. She pulled her wand out of her back jean pocket as she walked outside. She turned around, casting a few spells wordlessly.

Kami, not waiting for Kelly to open the door, burst into the room. "Sorry, Kelly, but is there something you wanted to tell me? I'm sort of in a hurry. Ray asked me to go into town, and he thinks that I've already left. He don't think he knows that I'm still here. He asked me to get back as soon as I could. Considering he asked me first, I should probably have gone into town first, but I hoped you might have some sort of clue. Do you?" he asked, winded. He should've gotten used to these speeches, what with him being a professor, but he always seemed out of breath. Perhaps it was his age.

"No forget Ray for now please... You will do what he told you after this... I called you here Conan because I think you should know by now something more of a secret I kept form you... Please sit down" Kelly then pulled her wand and casted a Muffliato spell on the door.
"Okey Conan first things first..." Kelly continued as she turned the book she was reading to Kami. The only thing on the two adjacent pages was a picture showing four shadows circling around an amorph object. In the upper part of the picture a symbol could be seen.

"So what do you know about this? Do you have a theory? Because Jean thought that had something to do with the birth of magic... So?" Kelly asked desperatly.

As Kelly showed him a symbol, Kami furrowed his eyebrows. He studied it deeply, because it did remind him of something.
"Well, a story does come to mind, but let's put a muffliato spell on the door." he said, and when that was done, he began his story.
"Well, a long time ago, five men went searching for a legendary source of power. They searched all over the world for a year, but found nothing. One of them, deciding it was pointless, abandoned the search. When the four continued, Destiny figured they had been searching long enough, and it sympathized. Legend has it that they each received the power of their choice.
The youngest of the group wanted the powers of the Dark, and so the Dark Arts began.
The oldest wanted a way to save everyone from pain and misery, and so Defense Against the Dark Arts began.
The middle two asked each for the power to charm and transfigure objects, and thus began Charms and Transfiguration.
Legend also says that the fifth wizard died of grief once he heard the story of his other companions. His companions disappeared somewhere in Europe."
Kami sighed, taking the extra breaths he needed, and then continued,
"These shadows might be the four men, but we have no way to tell. This object in the center, it might be what we are looking for, but I can't tell what it is. And I have absolutely no idea what the symbol is at the top." Perhaps Kelly could see it. His eyesight was fading, unfortunately.
"Well, if that's all, I really must be going. I have to get to town." he said, and stood up.

Kelly listened as Kami told her a myth. A myth about the birth of magic, something she searched along with Jean... As Kami explained Kelly looked more and more into the image, then the symbol... This symbol was so familiar to her, she could swear that she already saw it, but where?!
When Kami finished and stood up, Kelly returned to herself.
"Okey you can go now Conan... If I find something new I will tell you... Please be here at seven O'clock sharp... I'm having a meeting" Kelly said as she looked in the book again.
She stood up as Kami left the room and closed the book.
I will figure this out... I promise you Jean she thought to herself as she slept on her soft and warm bed.

Ray was still waiting for Be-Be to tell him everything she and Kelly spoke off, but he was interrupted by Nicole, she seemed eager to help and was casting spell all along with Steven...
"Nicole, Steven... I need your help inside the house... As soon as you finish please go guard Kelly's room." He ordered as he turned back to Bianca.
"What did you talk about you and Kelly? I need to know... Did you find anything? Because I'm thinking about using your legilimens, so?" He asked finally waiting for an answer.

Eve woke up to the sound of footsteps outside her bedroom door. Groaning she rolled over and smashed her face into the pillow. After a few minutes she turned to look out her window and saw that the sun was already high in the sky. She groaned again and sat up rubbing her eyes. 'I slept late again..' she thought 'I need to stop all these stupid late-night habits. I'm never going to be able to cope with early mornings if i don't.' Rolling her eyes at herself she slipped out of bed.

Her feet landed on the wooden floor with a muffled 'thunk' and a shiver shot up her spin at the cold touch. Grabbing her wand Eve flicked it and a pair of socks zoomed towards her. She put one on and hopped over to the mirror while she pulled on the other one. She straightened and examined her appearance. It was acceptable. She was in a pair of sweat pants a loose hooded sweatshirt and her hair was in a pony tail. It wasn't as if she really cared what she looked like. With a sigh she headed out of the room and downstairs to get some coffee.

Edward had just finished showering, his hair was still wet, when he stepped out into the hallway. He was up late again, and ravenously hungry. As usual, he wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing, or controlling what he was doing for that matter. As a result he ran headlong and at a considerable speed into a grumpy looking girl with huge accusatory blue eyes. "Whoops!" he said cheerfully, "Sorry about that! Get a little excited in the morning." She glared at him continued down the stairs. Edward clattered along after her, completely unperturbed.

Bianca sighed. "She wouldn't tell me anything darling, all she said was she was going to call a meeting tonight." Bianca tucked her blonde hair behind her ears. "I hope you don't mind that I borrowed your sweatshirt. It's just so warm." Bianca smiled as she turned to the sun. "So do you want me to wait and see what happens or use my power when the right moment arises?" Bianca asked softly.

Kami nodded and left the room. If only he had an invisibility cloak, so he could get out unnoticed. He couldn't let Ray see him, or else he would be cornered. Sneaking through the hallways, he watched Edward run into Eve, and slipped past them through the kitchen and outside. Once he was off the grounds, he apparated into the town, so that Ray wouldn't see him walking. Kami was the only one that the townspeople seemed to like. He smiled at everyone as he walked, and went into the store to buy some supplies. The store owner asked him how he was doing, and they had a small conversation. Once he had finished shopping, he walked back out into the street to go back to the house. It was a nice day. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. He smiled in appreciation, and looked up.

Bianca suddenly shivered, wrapping her arms about herself, she began slowly pacing. Something did not feel right and she did not like it at all. "Ray, something's not right." She whispered. Usually her instincts were good on this and she hoped that Ray believed her.

Kelly was running along side of an object she couldn't exactly tell how it looked, and suddenly four shadows zoomed towards her, they started to suffocate her, she tried to reach for her wand but she couldn't.
Kelly woke up, she was sweaty and tired, she looked at her clock and noticed that it was about six and a half.
This would give me time to prepare She thought to herself as she walked towards the door. She opened it and sighted Nicole guarding the door, Steven was on the other part of the hallway.
Ray must have sent them here... Like I can't protect myself She thought.
"Hey Nicole, how are you doing?" asked Kelly. "Look I need you to go downstairs and tell everyone that we are having a meeting at 7 O'clock... Tell Steven as well... I need everyone... And yes, tell Ray that I will need to speak to him later this evening." She said as she remembered her conversation with Conan.
Then she closed the door and went straight to the bathroom. She took a fiftheen minutes shower, summoned some cloth and dried her hair using magic.
I hope I won't end up like Ray she said to herself and laughed.
She flicked her wand and The Book of Ancient Tales appeared in her free hand.
"Now I'm set to go" She said as she opened the door and walked towards the staircase and went straight to the kitchen.
When she first arrived, she spot everyone except Ray and Kami... She moved to the kitchen table and placed the book on the table.
"People, please can I have your attention?" Kelly began. "I need you all to listen very well... Sorry Nicole have you seen Kami and Ray? If not please go check outside." Kelly waited for Nicole to answer or at least check if the two man were still out.
"In the mean while.. Why don't you all sit down?You are going to need it."

As the sky darkened, Kami figured he should get back to the house. It was later than he thought. Checking his watch, he noticed that it was 6:30. He shouldn't be out too late, who knew what would happen to him? After all, there was bound to be one villager who didn't like him. As the house appeared in his sight range, he sighed. Not much could happen to him now. He didn't think that anyone knew how many protective spells Ray had put around the house. As he thought that, he noticed that Ray was standing on the porch. He walked up and said, "Hello."

Ray was still waiting for Kami, he took too long and it was starting to get dark by the minute. Ray looked at his watch and noticed it was nearly seven O'clock.
Please Kami hurry up or Kelly is going to kill us and I have to finish the fidelius charm. Ray thought to himself.
He looked again at his watch and noticed it was seven now. Suddenly a small dot of light appeared in the distance and it seemed to grow up.
Who might it be? Ray thought as he placed his wand on his palm and thought "Point me to Conan!" his wand quickly turned and pointed at the point of light.
One minute later, Kami was in front of him.
"Finally now I can finish this spell" He said to Kami as he began the complex wand movement of the fidelius spell he finished the spell choosing himself as the Secret Keeper. He turned to Kami and revealed the place of the house and waited to see Kami's astonishement after the house would reveal itself to him.
"I guess we should move and get to the house or else Kelly is really going to kill us" Ray said in a mocking tone.

Bianca had been in the kitchen and had conjured up a dinner of Steak, Baked potatoes with Sour cream and cheese and all the fixins' A salad and Chocolate cake for desert. "Hey everyone Dinner is ready!" She called. "Can we move the meeting into the dining room? I don't want the food to get cold." She called. Leaning over to the kitchen wondow, she tapped for Ray and Kami to come in.

Nicole noticed that Steven still hadn't come up so she turned and knocked quietly on Kelly's door.
"Kelly? Can I get you anything?" she asked quietly, hoping not to disturb her if she was sleeping or something.

Katy hovered slightly near the doorway to the kitchen.

"I'll help, Bianca," she said, drawing her wand and magicking dinner plates and silverware out of the cupboards. "We can eat while Kelly talks; right, Kelly?" She set a jug of pumpkin juice on the scrubbed table. "Might as well charm two birds with one wand, huh?"

Ray followed by Conan entered the house, on the kitchen's table food was served, Ray was hungry but once he saw Kelly's expression, he decided that it would be best to listen to Kelly before eating.
Conan that was behind him now was sitting in his usual place, just to the right next to Kelly, Ray moved and sat on the left next to him Bianca usually took a seat but today Steven decided to sit next to Ray.
"So Kelly what is it you want to talk about?" Ray said breaking the tension of the silence.
Outside a storm was getting stronger, the house trembled with every blow and snow started to fall heavily. Ray flicked his wand and the house's temperature changed from freezing cold winter night to a warm summer day.
"Yes Kelly what was it again you wanted to say... I mean you didn't call a meeting just to see as eat" Ray said as he grinned, he waited for the same reaction from the other but he was surprised when everyone gave him the black eye expression.

Steven gave Ray the "woah, dude, bad joke" look, then sat down and looked at Kelly. He cocked his head at her, and twirled his wand between his fingers.

"Well then Kelly, what've you gotta say then?" he questioned.
