"That's true, but I think I'm better than most, and I'm very English." Kayla said thoughtfully. "But if someone French around here knew English, they probably wouldn't be that arrogant. But on second thoughts, if you were talking to a teenage girl you'd probably be drooling to much to notice." Kayla said, well aware that the case would most likely be the same, or very similar, if she were near a teenage boy. A good looking one, of course

Vince raised his eyebrows slightly as Kayla so casually admitted thinking herself better than most, then proceeding to say that if someone French knew English, then they probably wouldn't that arrogant. Vince frowned slightly. "What do you mean? Why wouldn't they be arrogant if they spoke English?"

Vianna chuckled softly once again as Ferris called her little squirrel by its new nickname once more. "You're too mean to my squirrel, Professor, you shouldn't even deserve any kisses anymore!" she teased, but then after a moment of smiling down at the boy, she leaned over and her lips met Ferris's once more. She left them there for a while longer than before, enjoying the feel of his own lips on hers.

Vianna's lips curved into a smile as she felt Ferris's hand around her jaw, caressing her cheek as he kissed her back. She welcomed his intentions to deepen their kiss and kissed the boy a bit more enthusiastically for another moment before pulling back. "That's all you're getting until Fluffy forgives you," she said with a teasing smile, now turning her gaze to the little squirrel sleeping merrily in Ferris's hair.

"I'm not saying that, but the only way you'd be able to find out if they were arrogant or not, is if the spoke the same language as you, see? If they were just speaking French and you didn't know what they were saying, you wouldn't have a clue."

"Ah..." Vince nodded his head understandingly as Kayla explained what she had meant earlier about someone French speaking English. "You're right," he agreed with another nod. "But no one here seems to speak English, so I'm just going to have to learn about them from what I see and not what I hear."

Vianna smiled in amusement as Ferris pointed out that Fluffy already seemed happy enough as he slept on the boy's head. She then returned her gaze to him as he asked what else he had to do to win the squirrel's affections back. "Well, next you should feed him," said Vianna. "He'll trust anyone friendly enough to offer him some food. You'll have to wait until he's up and hungry again for that, though."

Vianna laughed as Ferris pointed out that Fluffy's diet was completely wrong and she nodded her head as he listed a couple of the squirrel's favourite foods. "You're right, I've noticed," she said, her eyes now finding the little squirrel in Ferris's hair. "But I'm not even sure what squirrels are supposed to eat... maybe if I knew I could get him that instead," she muttered thoughtfully, looking off into space as she thought about what squirrels could eat.

"Okay, then. We'll just be on the lookout for anyone who behaves and acts like you, then." She teased the boy playfully. The waiter arrive back then, with Vince's food. Kayla nodded appreciatively to him, and looked back at Vince.

SIGH. Jack was bored. Jack was bored, Jack was hungry, Jack was tired. JACK WANTED HIS MUMMY. He wanted her BAD!

OOC: Shannon, they're in a small town in France. They found a hotel, everyone took a long nap and then Ferris, Vianna, and Kayla went for food. Ferris and Vianna went over to the park, Kayla went back to the hotel and now she and Vince are in the restaurant eating. :)

"Aren't squirrels supposed to eat nuts and stuff?" Ferris suggested with a small shrug, rather unsure of proper squirrel diet himself. "Either way, do you think that you can actually get him to eat what he should be eating?" he said with a light chuckle. "He really seems to enjoy his pancakes and marshmallows...I'm surprised they don't make him sick though..." His eyes widened as a thought struck him, "Vi, please make sure your squirrel doesn't barf on my hair," he asked of her with pleading eyes.

Sniffing a tiny little bit, Jack sat twiddling with the strand of loose cotton from his hoodie. He was cold, and sitting outside on stairs that seemed like a fire escape from the hotel was not helping. Rubbing his eyes, for the face he was entirely tired, he sighed. His mother was probably missing him too. His mother probably wanted him home. And he wanted to be home.. But he couldn't leav.e.

Vince gave Kayla a look as the girl teased him, telling him that they would be on the look-out for anyone who behaved and acted like him, as those seemed to be the signs of an arrogant person. But he was soon distracted as the waiter then arrived with his food, a wide grin spreading across his face. He began eating surprisingly less messily than usual but stopped with furrowed brows as something caught his attention. "You're not gonna get anything?" he asked the girl in front of him.

"Oooh, you're right!" said Vianna, her eyebrows raising slightly in realization as Ferris suggested that what squirrels usually ate was nuts and that type of thing. She then chuckled softly and shook her head as he asked if she could get the little squirrel to eat that type of food. "I doubt it," she replied, her fingers abandoning the boy's hair for a moment to pet the little squirrel on his head instead. She looked at her little squirrel lovingly for a moment before laughing aloud as Ferris asked her to not to let Fluffy barf on his hair. "Okay, I'll try my best," she said, her tone slightly teasing. "But I can't promise you anything, if he gets away and I'm not able to stop him... I'll help you wash your hair, at least." She laughed lightly once more.

Ferris laughed aloud and Vianna said that she would try her best to keep the squirrel from barfing in his hair, but she couldn't promise anything. "Hey, if there was a squirrel about to throw up in your hair, I would stop it at whatever cost," he said teasingly with a grin and another light chuckle.

OOC: I'm off! I should be back in an hour or two! :)

Vianna gave Ferris a guilty look as the boy told her that he would stop a squirrel from barfing in her hair at any cost. "Oh all right, I promise to rescue your precious locks from Fluffy's wrath, CurlyHead!" she promised teasingly, giggling at herself for a moment before watching the people pass by once more.

Walking out of his room, Jamie made his way down to the lobby, for something to do. He wasn't, surprisingly, really hungry, but went outside anyway. After a moment of looking around, Jamie saw Jack sitting outside on some steps, not exactly looking to happy. Quickly, he came over to where he was. "Hey mate."

Chuckling at Vince's expression, Kayla picked up a glass of water that was on the table. "Hm? Oh, no. I've just had food here before." She answered the boy. She wouldn't be hungry very soon.

Vince shrugged. "Suit yourself," he said before returning his attention to the food. After a moment, he added, "You should order something for your brother, though. I don't remember seeing him after I woke up, but I doubt he went out to get food on his own..."

"Yeah, Jack and Victor haven't had food, either, have they?" She asked thoughtfully. "But I don't know how to order much else." Kayla said, frowning slightly.

"Well just order the same thing you ordered for me, it's pretty good," said Vince, flashing Kayla an approving grin as he took another bite from his food. His brows then furrowed slightly and he glanced down at the strange but very tasty meal on his plate. "What is this, anyway? It's not snails, right...?" He wasn't going to let the snail thing go any time soon.

"Yeah, that's a good idea." She said. Kay smiled at his question. "Yep, of course. It's roasted snail, it's even cooked in snail juice." Kayla said with a laugh. This was completely untrue, but knowing Vince, he might just believe her anyway.

Vince let his fork drop as Kayla announced that he was actually eating snails cooked in snail juice. The boy cringed, making a face of disgust as he glanced down at his plate. After a moment of silence where he almost gagged at the thought of having eaten fried snails, he said, "I don't believe you." But even so, he pushed his plate aside and looked away from it with a pale complexion.

Upon Vince's reaction, Kayla burst out laughing, unable to help herself. "That's - just too - funny." She said, in between laughs. After a while she finally managed to calm her laughter, and looked at Vince. "This is why you're gullible, that food doesn't have a trace of snail in it."

Vince narrowed his blue eyes slightly at Kayla as the young girl burst out laughing at him, his gaze disapproving as she expressed how amusing his reaction had been and then confessed there wasn't a trace of snail on his food. "I knew that," he said stubbornly, leaning back against his seat. "I'm just not hungry anymore, that's all."
