As his lips met hers, he felt a tingling sensation going through his entire body. Her lips were so soft and warm against his, made his whole brain cloudy. He hadn't really even comprehended anything she said and just responded with, "Whatever you say princess."

Ooc: Oopsies... I guess I speed read it and it registered as lips instead of finger... oh well!! But, I do have a good excuse, we're watching Princess Bride... so, yeah!

"Oh dear, it looks like I have to be the adult now," she muttered quietly, her lips still against his. "Come on darling, we have to have full access to both of our hands by midnight, otherwise we'll miss the rest of the dance... and I bet you that there's a prize for solving it first," she added, knowing that she would get his competitive spirit up. "I've got an idea... we can just send Chad and Ro a message," she said, and took out her wand. She waved it and instantly a piece of parchment appeared in front of her with writing on it. It rolled up and then whisked off to the depths of the library.

ooc: love that movie...which reminds me...Gabe hasn't used the 'as u wish lin in a while' lol

Gabe sighed slightly out of frusteration gently licking his lips as she broke apart. He slowly stood back up and nodded. "I know, I know...later..." He mumbled then watched as the letter went whizzing off amongst the bookshelves. "well then...if we want to be first we should head over there right now." Dejection ran through him even though he knew they had to focus. He wasn't mad, just frustrated. She was perfect for him in everyway. If he could he would just stand and hold her in his arms for as long as he could. But once midnight rolled around, he had the perfect idea. "Sweetheart, what are your plans once the ball is over?"

Ooc: Yeah... aww!! Gabe would be so adorable!

Adrianna noticed Gabe's dejection and gave his hand a small squeeze, then stroked it gently afterward. "I told Chad and Ro that we figured it out, at least we think so, and are now headed towards the Quidditch pitch," she told him, smiling. They began to walk, and she was curious as to the origins of his next question. "Well, I have three essays, and some extra credit work to do, not to mention comparing the various types of magical creature dung that the professor asked me to do on the side," she watched his expression, trying to hide the laughter that was quickly building up. She had just made the assignments up, but she wanted to see how Gabe would react.

ooc: He is quite lovable... *wants a guy like Gabe*

Gabe looked down at their hand and smiled beginning to play with her fingers. "sounds good to me. I'm sure they will join us." He continued playing with ehr fingers as they walked. His head perked up as she began to answer his question but he felt like his bubble got deflated and his smile disappeared after hearing everything sh had to do. "Oh...oh well...nevermind then. It sounds like you have a lot of work to catch up on." well there goes that idea... He thought to himself. Of course, she wouldn't be her if she weren't doing schoolwork. That was her thing. Personally, he thought doing homework at midnight was a bit loony, but he left it at that and continued walking, his hair falling in front of his eyes as he walked.

She couldn't help but smile as Gabe played with her fingers. She responded, completing patterns with her own fingers and allowing their fingertips to touch before moving them once again. "Just kidding, silly... all of my homework, extra credit, and helping the Professor were finished yesterday," she told him with a wink. "I just wanted to see what you would do... especially when I mentioned comparing the creature dung," she said, wrinkling her nose in a grin. "Why, what did you have in mind? If must have been good for you to look this depressed," she said, excitement building within her. She reached up and gently tucked back a strand of hair that had covered his hair.

Ooc: So I guess his hair is longer?? I'm doing a sketch with our charries... mainly based off the pix we had at the beginning...
Oh! And the RP is up... YAY!

He looked at her. "Work your magic bookiee." He said as he realised maybe that was a bit harsh.

Gabe's mood lifted when he heard she was joking and closed his eyes as she tucked his hair back. He reopened them looking down at her and shrugged. "well I think it's good. i don't want to ruin the surprise though by telling you." A smirk appeared on hs face and he leaned forward kissing her cheek softly. "You interested?" He said whispering in her ear.

she just stared biting back her retort, she got that type of thing a lot but it was some of her being a 'bookiee' that saved his life and stopped him from failing his grades. Hermione now put her mind to the clue "you know you could help too, just because i'm smart doesn't mean i have to do all the work" she said bitterly

aston looked at her. "Its not saying im smart enoguh to figure it out." He replied with a smirk although she couldnt see it.

Hermione just looked at him then turned her attention to the clue again but she saw a note that she was sure wasn't there before "look at this" Hermione said showing it to Aston.

Aston looked at her. "Says something about heights. Quidditch pitch perhaps?" He looked at her pretty proud of himself.

"well your not so bad after all, are you" she said grinning "well lets be off then to the quidditch pitch. You seem pretty proud of yourself" Hermione said laughing.

He chuckled. "Pretty much happy. Probably the only smart thing ive done since i decded to pair with you." He looked at her knwoign she couldnt see his big smile.

Hermione giggled and blushed, he was lucky she thought nobody could see his facial features but as her face wasn't covered with her mask it was very obvious she was blushing.

He smiled in his mask and tugged her along a bit firther out of the library. Before walking still silent.

"You're grateful? Oh, well, good," he said with a nod. He smiled slightly at her. She wasn't so bad, not really. "Like I said, I don't do this for anyone. You must be very special, you are." Derek surprised himself with how well he seemed to be getting along with her.

Ooc: Okay!! hpangel... Adrianna sent Rocio a note telling them where they're heading!!

"Aww," she said, a slight pout on her lips. "Can't you just give me a little hint?" she asked him, applying the puppy dog eyes and batting her eyelashes like a pro. "You bet I'm interested... we each have a couple tabs to repay the other," she pointed out, smiling innocently.

Gabe felt a tug at his heart when she batted her eyes. It was very hard to resist but he couldn't ruin the surprise. He looked away from her and grinned shaking his head. "I can't love. Trust me you will enjoy it much more if you didn't know anything about it. Just know that, hopefully, you will love it." He kissed her quickly on the cheek and turned back as they made their way to the Pitch.

Adrianna sighed. She had seen that her puppy dog eyes had some effect, but it had to be something good if he didn't give in to that. "All right, I trust you..." she said, somewhat disappointed. Finally, they were out on the lawn and the cool night air hummed with the sound of the occasional insect and a breeze. Adrianna looked up at all of the stars, one of her favorite scenes. "Its beautiful," she said softly, leaning on Gabe's shoulder as they walked.

"trust me, if I told you, you would be upset that it wasn't a surprise. I'm doing this for you princess. Otherwise I'd love to tell you what I have planned." Gabe smiled as she leaned her head on his shoulder and kissed the top of her head looking up at the stars as well. "They are beautiful..." He looked back down at her squeezing her hand. "But they will never compare to your beauty."

ooc: Ah, thanks! I skimmed over the posts and must have missed it! =]

And it was no Rocio received Adrianna's note! It landed neatly in her hand. She looked at it curiously and opened it. Looks like it's from Adri, she thought.She read through it. "Ah, they're heading to the Quidditch Pitch!" she said. And so she began dragging Chad along with her towards the next destination.

Ooc: No biggie! I figured!! Anyone seen nicole black??

"Fine, I trust you," she told him, smiling brightly. She blushed at his next comment and laughed a little. "You, sir, are going to give me a big head! And then, I won't be able to fit through doorways!" she added after a thought. She continued to gaze up at the skies. "I always love identifying the constellations, or just looking up there... one night, when I was very little, I even snuck out to see a meteor shower! I saw so many shooting stars, it was amazing," she said, her eyes shining in the starlight.

Gabe laughed wanting to hold her but again, the use of only one hand making it impossible. He looked down at her listening to her talk about teh stars, only giving him more and more ideas. Then he took notice of her eyes, seeing the stars shinging in them. He felt the whole world disappear, just leaving the two of them. "1,000 meteor showers can't even compare to what your eyes look like right now." A blush took over his face lthough he wasn't aware of it and couldn't bring himself to look away from her.
