"For Merlin's sake, Reese... He's a toddler, not a baby," Jake muttered exasperatedly. "And I think you'll find that you are the one acting all threatening, as per usual..."

Psssshhhh.

Awwww, wuh tuh fuh? More people? Really?

At least this situation was easy to get out of. Rocking the chair backwards and forwards, Jake managed to get the timing juuuuuuust right, meaning he toppled forwards, crashing into Reese. As soon as he was down, Jake reached for the girl's wand and pointed it at the seat of the chair, thinking Avexis!

And he was free.

"Cheers," Jake nodded to the girl, standing up to his full height (now a round 6ft tall) and eyeing the people in the doorway. Jake recognised them, but did they recognise him? He was even skinnier than he used to be, and with the green hair and piercings... well... he weren't the pink haired cuuuuutie he once was.

Though he was still cute.

Because I said so.

Giving a nod to everyone and sticking out his tongue (and thus revealing his tongue piercing) at Karma after he looked at her expression, Jake walked past them and down the hall, deep voice resonating as he announced. "I'm going upstairs, tell me when... something good happens."

River continued to kick his feet and flail his arms in hopes of getting picked up by his mummy or at least anyone except, really! He was picked up by his mother and after that, he was still crying but not as much and eventually, all that was left were tears on his cheeks. While being held by his mum, he started sucking on his thumb and put his head facing his mum's stomach.

And then... more people! River like meeting new people, yes heee did! He turned around and saw a girl who looked to be short compared to everybody else. Then a boy came in.

So he took off his thumb from his mouth and said...


"HEEWWWOO!" River started to wave at them with his drooly finger because his mummy always told him to wave or else he wouldn't get a wave back and vice versa.

Wait…

Hold it.

Both of them made River cry? Okay, well, maybe that was kind of true. Reese watched Lima walk into the living room with River.She quickly finished off her sandwich and picked up the empty plates. She walked over to the sink and placed the plates in it. She ran water over them and then walked back over to Jake. "Don’t you wish you just ate the darn sandwich now? If you did, you wouldn’t be stuck to a chair," she explained. When she heard a very familiar voice, she quickly turned around to face…Karma? She didn’t look too different from when they both attended Hogwarts, but she had longer hair and she was much tanner than she was since school.

"I’ve never been better," Reese answered. "How about yourself? How have you been?" She turned her head to look at Jake for a minute before looking back at Karma, but it wasn’t just Karma standing there now. So was Emiliano. "Hey Emiliano," she said with a smile. "I’m so glad both of you could come to the concert."

Before she could say anything else or even turn around to face Jake, she felt something crash into her which sent her falling to the ground. "JAKE," she screamed when she realized it was him that had caused her to fall. She tried kicking him off of her, but he had already grabbed her wand and unstuck himself from the chair. She pushed the chair off of her and rolled over onto her back so she was facing the ceiling. After staring at the ceiling for a few moments, she raised up slightly and pulled her knees up to her chest. She rubbed her knee, which was in pain right now since her knee was the first thing to hit that hit the ground when she fell. There was no doubt that her knees were going to be bruised.

She heard what Jake said when he started walking down the hall. She would get him when they all started heading down the beach, which would be in a little bit. Right now, she needed some ice to put on her knee. She stood up from the ground and headed over to the refrigerator to get some ice. Once she had her ice she walked into the living room with Lima and River, she hoped Karma and Emiliano would follow. She knew it was rude to walk away, but she needed to sit so she could put the ice on her knee. She sat down next to Lima on the couch and placed the bag of ice on her knee that was getting a little bruised now. "Lima…" she started to say. "I’m sorry about all that."

A nineteen year old Clark Landers apparated to the door. He knew the whole gang would be there, and he was excited. His appearance was a little diffferent, as his hair had turned purple. It was quite an interesting story, though. Right before his seventh year, he had grown tired of his blue hair he had gotten as a result of an allergy mishap (or potion mishap) in his third year. He went to his mum's beauty parlor to get it dyed blonde. However, instead of turning the desired yellow, it turned a violent shade of violet.

He was also a bit taller, standing at 6'1. And his eyes were a bit of a darker brown from staying inside of the Hogwarts castle too long in his fifth year, when he discovered comic books.

He was still swoon-worthy though. And apparently a Miss Shana Miller thought that too, as she was on his arm. They had started dating in his seventh year and he had been beaming ever since.

He knocked on the open door. "Hello? Reese? Jake?" he called and entered the beach house, wiping his feet, of couse. Walking into the living room, he released Shana, pulled the tiny Reese up and embraced her. "Hey, Raisin!" he said in a loud baritone voice, using the nickname for her he had coined in her seventh year. "Where's Jake?"

Shana tumbled into the beach house after what felt like being Dragged by her boyfriend,who was atleast 3 inchs taller than her.She rolled her eyes and looked around.Oh man Oh Man Oh man Oh man.He was asking for Jake.Shana didn't hate Jake,but she wasn't too matey with him since the end of their relationship.That was reaaally the only reason she was dating Clark..Or it was to start of with.Life was boring at hogwarts when she stopped dating Jake and she wanted a bit of fun and too annoy Jake She went out with his best friend.Theen they went out for a while and she kiinda sorted to like him a bit.Why was it all the boys she liked,had colorful hair ?

Buut anyway,she was going to try and avoid Jake as muuch as possible and if that meant avioding Clark to that was what would have to happen.She looked around and spotted Reese,She winked at her and looked around for Lima.She couldn't find her.Aww man she hoped she'd be able to soon.She hadn't seen Lima for aaages and come to think of it She hadn't seen Reese for a while either.She walked over and beamed.Haai Reese.Whats with the...ice pack ? she said eyeing Reese up and down.

Lima heard new voices in the house but stayed where she was. She was still mad. She continued to rock her son as he sucked his thumb. Then she smiled as he waved to the new people. Her baby always loved doing that; meeting new people. "Wanna go in the kitchen again now?" she asked him kindly.

But then Reese came in and took a seat beside her. She looked at her friend with slight annoyance and sighed when she apologized. "It's okay, but please try to watch it in the future. We try so hard not to show him all that violence and foul language." Especially after all the terrible things that had happened in his father's life when he was little. He was the same age as River when he lost his father.

Reese took the ice pack off of her knee and looked at the little bruise that was on her knee. Well, at least she got Jake to eat! That was the only good thing that came out of the whole situation. She put the ice pack back on her knee and that's when she heard someone's voice coming from inside the kitchen. "I'm in here," she called out.

She looked up at Clark when he walked into the living room. "Hey there," she said to Clark and...Shana? Shana was invited, but she wasn't thinking of seeing her come with Clark. Then, it dawned on her. She totally forgot those two were dating. How could she forget that?

When Clark picked her up off the couch and gave her a hug, she smiled. Yep, she has missed her friends. Wait...RAISIN?! How many times did she have to tell Clark she did not like being called Raisin? But, there was no use telling thatr kid to stop calling her that. He would keep doing it anyways. "Still enjoy calling me Raisin, I see," she smirked. "Well, since you have violet hair, I'm just going to have to give you a nickname...how about Blueberry head?" Bwaha. Jake was Broccoli Head and Clark was Blueberry Head.

She turned her attention to Shana when she asked about the ice pack, which she dropped on the floor when Clark picked her up. "Jake..." She said, hoping she didn't have to say more. "Anyways, Jake is in one of the bedrooms, Clark. Just go down the hallway and it's the first bedroom on your left," she explained. She looked back at Lima and nodded. She would be more careful around River from now on.

"Of course. I mean, why stop now?"he asked. Clark had this thing about tradition. Everything had to stay the way it was. He was kind of attached to the past. It was actually quite sad sometimes. "Blueberry head?" Clark interjected. "What? Oh, yeah, cos they're purple. Haha!" Clark was a Ravenclaw, you said? Uhhuh. Interesting. *coughriggedcough*

"Down the hall, first on the left." he repeated a few times. "On the left. Down the hall. First." He turned around a few times and ran down to Jake. He was his buddy/partner-in-crime/rival for girls, but mostly his buddy. He knocked on the door, then burst in. "Jake Upstead!" he yelled, then sneezed. He forgot that he had died his hair green. Probably to spite him. A few of his allergies had gone away, but he still sneezed, coughed, etc. when he saw green. He gave him a bear hug-Clark was probably the best hugger in the Department of Magical Education. (His favorite issue: fooooood, of course) "C'mon man, why aren't you out there?"

"OK, mummy!"

River wanted to see these people and he wanted to see them now. He liked making friends but mainly adult friends because his mum had so much. Right now he wished one of his other toddler friends were here but then again, older people were less boring and he did NOT like less boring. But what if they were scary also? What if they were mean? Those questions made him feel insecure and he moved back closer to his mummy when they moved towards the kitchen.

The first thing he saw was a boy with BLUE hair. OOH! BOO!" His attempt of saying blue was a failure but he liked blue--very much actually. "Boo-berry Head!" He repeated what Reese said because he liked blue berries too.

The small boy burst into laughter and faced the few other people that came. "Hewwwo! I'm Rivah!" He stuck one thumb into his mouth and with the other hand, waved to the people again.

She smiled as River continued to eagerly greet people. Especially a boy with blue hair. She had never seen him before. She smiled at him. She was about to say hi to him when he suddenly left. Oh well, she would see him again later. Especially since River seemed to like him. "Are you thirsty, River?" He hadn't had a drink in a little while. "Would you like some milk, sweetie?"

Then she noticed that Shana was there. "Shana Miller! When were you going to say hi to me, huh?" She laughed. She hadn't seen the girl since the wedding.

Karma flinched slightly when Jake stuck out his tongue. Oh, ouch. His tongue would split, surely it would. She just had a feeling of it. She played with her necklace that she had recieved back in her last year of Hogwarts for her 18th birthday. Oh lord - and now she was going to be 24. Time seemed to go so fast!

Jake was definitely looking older, and taller. And more of a pain. She would have to mess with him later.

Awwww. Karma grinned and waved at the little one. He soooo was Lima's kid. There was no doubt about it. Now where was she?

And where was Kris?

Karma was still watching everything in front of her with slight amusement. She heard the door open again, but was too busy watching what was going on in the kitchen. Jake was giving Reese a hard time, River was crying, Lima was mad -- ahh, things just didn't change.

But that voice. That voice was familiar. As she looked over her shoulder, her hair fell down into curls behind her, and her eyes widened. She tried to contain herself, she really did -- but next thing she knew she had rushed into Emiliano's arms. When did he grow?

"Saenz," she said, just like old times into his chest. She was a friggen' midget now.

Karma laughed slightly. Of course she would be doing well, HELLLO. She was in a band, and Karma was working in the Ministry. Laaame. Well, at least the Department of Mysteries was fun.

"I'm glad you're doing really well," she said. "I would be too if I were you."

Hmm. Reese was hurt, and she needed to go sit down. She waited for a minute to see if she could make it alright, and when she did, she decided to wait in the kitchen to see what Emiliano would do, or react, rather.

It was a long time since she had seen everyone. TOO long.

Eh, great...great...lovingly awesome. More people arrived to the party. Clark and Shana. He waved at them, though he barely remembered the kid that used blue hair. He so had to be Jake's friend.

Apparently, after that mess when they made the toddler cry, then talking about it, then Jake leaving showing his piercings, which of course made Emiliano totally gulp of pain. How much it could have hurt to risk your own health and mouth to such things. Eww...

Then the toddler, River as people started calling him waved at him. Aww...how sweet it was for Emiliano to see kids. He would play with them all day long, as far as the mother would approve. Which that meant saying hello to Lima. "So...how is everyone?" He asked, noticing Reese was...HURT?! All 'cause of Jake. Eh...not a surprise for him at the moment.

He smiled when Karma almost tackled him to the ground with that hug. "Hey, hey...It seems like the years just pass and this way to greet me has not been forgotten." Em said and chuckled as he hugged her.

He went to sit with Karma. "Ehem...looks like I am the one who doesn't know anyone anymore..." He mentioned and let out a chuckle. He wanted to go help Reese, but he knew she would do alright. Maybe he can talk to her later on the day.

She noticed then that Karma was waving to little River. "Karma!" she called out happily as she waved her over to say hi. She hadn't seen the woman in ages!

And there was Em too! "Hey, Em!"

This was like a big reunion or something.

Jake.

Knew.

That.

Sneeze.

"Clark?" he muttered, spinning round in the spinny computer chair to face the door, apparently freeing himself up for a huge hug. Hmm. Clark was good for hugs. Still... Jake hugged back, kind of taken aback. "... hi."

Why wasn't he downstairs? Have you SEEN the females they got down there? Uhhhhh, no thank you. And of course...

"Don't want to overwhelm the kiddie," Jake pointed out, running his tongue over the piercings in his bottom lip (from the inside, of course) so they stuck out and came back in turn. Teehee.

Karma let go of Emiliano and straightened her clothes. She wasn't embarassed that she had attacked him, it was a good thing. It had been three years after all since she had last seen him, especially because of the fact she was in Germany all back then, for work.

"Yeah, considering I've been working," she said. "But then, I was in Spain for the last two weeks, and got back just in time for this. How are you? What have you been up to?"

She followed him into the room and sat down on the couch next to him and began to play with her necklace.

Ooooh, she heard her name. Whoops, there was Lima! She hadn't really noticed it was her at first, and then she grinned at the young mother.

"Well hello sunshine," she said to Lima. "Excited for today?"

Dumb question. Eh, oh well.


A man walked swiftly into the room, looking a bit rough, but still looking pleasant all the same. He smiled at people who were looking at him possibly a bit weird, because he was old and everything. But he didn't feel like he was 29, except he was. Old, married, and a Division Head.

Kris stood in the doorway of the living room, smirking. He hadn't seen Karma in a while, and it was good to see her interacting with her friends. Then, he noticed Lima.

Oh, old Ministry memories.

"Hello everyone," he said smoothly, still smiling.

Lima got up from her seat and gave Karma a one handed hug while still holding onto her son. "You bet I'm excited! How have you been? It's been ages!" She shook her head. "Maddox will be upset that he missed you."

Then she heard another familiar voice. "KRIS! How have you been handsome?" She smiled at him and waited for him to come over to her.

River hadn't recognized these people so that made it even more fun because it seeemed as though he was making more friends! He looked at his mummy and immediately nodded his head when she asked if he wanted a drink. He wanted milk right away because he was always told the more you drink milk, the more you'd become a real Superman! So he drank milk, everyday, in hopes he would one day fly and save people from the bad guys! That was his dreaaaaaam. But enough of that now, he was getting bored again.

"Ergrgh," he groaned, trying to wiggle his way out of his mummy's hands. He wanted to take a walk already because his feet was getting asleep and all. And after he was back on land, he smiled happily.

"Ah!"

He slowly walked over to the girl that had waved back at him (Karrmaaaa) and gently waved his hand in front of her legs. "Haiii," River said in a soft voice.

When she felt him squirming in her arms, she sighed and put him down. Her arm had been falling asleep anyway.

When he said hi to Karma, she laughed and said, "he likes you."

But he needed his milk. "One second, Karma," she said smiling as she headed over to her purse and got out his tumbler. Then she headed over to the fridge.

She took out the milk and filled the tumbler then put the lid back on it. She then headed back to him and bent over. "Here's your milk," she said smiling at him.

Kris chuckled as he walked over to hug her. A one armed hug, seeing as she was holding onto a little boy. He messed up his hair a little bit, then answered Lima.

"I've been good actually. Busy with work," he began, and ran a hand through his hair. "And I'm married too. Addie is unfortunately out of the country right now for Ministry. Where's Maddox?"

Karma watched the little boy squirm around and try to get away from his mom. She had seen many children do that, and was still entertained by it. Of course she was, it wasn't her kid.

As he approached her, her smile grew. Now, as he was standing in front of her, she bent down to see him.

"Well hi cutie pie," she said. "How are youu?"

Karma looked up from Lima's son and smiled.

"I tend to be good with kids."

She shoulddd. Kris was to have children soon, and she would need practice for her own. She had started to pick the little boy up, when Lima told her to wait. Oh poo.

She hugged him and smiled. He still looked the same Kris. "Oh, that's great! Too bad she couldn't come. Maddox had to work. Being an Auror and all you know. River wasn't too happy that he couldn't come."




She smiled as she watched Karma and River. "I can tell. Maybe you could come babysit him sometime if you want," she offered.

Seeing that Karma wanted to pick him up she laughed and said, "it's all good now. I just had to give him his milk. He needs to drink it everyday if he wants to become like Superman." She gave her a little wink.

Emiliano was sure glad to see one of his oldest, yet more beautiful best friends he had after so many years. Yeah, they had written to each other but only got to send pictures of them still looking kind of young, which was nothing like they now seemed. Emiliano was 24, just like Karma and had done much things. At least he thought so.

"Well, life for me...has been business. I entered a Muggle business school and now I'm in charge of my mother's chain of Mexican handmade clothing stores around Europe." It was his biggest job in life, since he didn't want to step into the Ministry of Magic at all after he graduated.

"What about you?...Engaged, married?" He asked, still curious ages that came all of the sudden. Ooh...what was it, like old times?

Uh oh...Emiliano had so forgotten about Lima. "You...look prettier as a mom. Really." It was the first comment coming from his mouth as he noticed River was in her arms, though strugged himself to get to Karma. The enchantment of a Veela, perhaps...hehe.

"How have you been, Lima?" He asked, as he stood up to give her a squeezing hug.

Diana had been awaiting for Em to finally pay some attention to her. She seriously wanted to meet everyone, again. So far, she knew Lima and Reese, so she waved at them, but decided to go outside and enjoy the sun. That was until she heard a voice she never thought of listening again. Like duh, they just got to see each other like two times around three years at the Ministry of Magic. It was Kris Atkins. RAWR!

But yeah, she so knew he was married. And so she was engaged, to Jonathan. So, this time she was just going to say hello. Maybe...

She walked back in and towards the living room, where everyone seemed to now gather and share some laughs. "Emiliano, seems like you just lost your senses again..." She told him, giving him the glare. Yeah, that one that only Jonathan, Emiliano and her parents knew, though it was playful. "Good day everyone...how are you?" She said, going back to her usual wide smile and looking around.

Shana heard her name and swung around on her heels.Lima....Darcy! she blushed then beamed and ran over to her.Umm..I was looking for you,Honest.she beamed.Then she noticed a little dude by Lima,Awww he was the mostest adorblest cutest littlest toddler she'd ever seen!Aww,Hello Little Fella'. she said bending down and giving him a gental tap on the nose and smiling.She got back up to juuust about under Limas level sort of.Liiima,Youu didn't tell me you had kiids. she said giving Lima and little cuddle then poking her in the arm.

She smiled and gave him a hug saying, "you're too sweet, Em." A compliment like that made her eyes sparkle.

"I've been good. Busy. Especially with my son. What about you?" Geeze, he was still the same Em, but also.. different. It was strange seeing him after 2 years. Strange but good.


She smiled and gave Shana a hug. She missed her. "I've been so excited to see you again! How have you been?" She smiled as Shana noticed River. "I'm sorry," she added blushing. She had been so busy taking care of him that it had totally slipped her mind. "He's River and he just turned 2 in May."

Aww Lima had a little boy.Me tooo! I've been good,I suppose.And yourself ? she decided to leave out the bit about her and Jake breaking up and her and Clark dating,Lima didnt need to know that just yet.Or neither did anyone else or more they did and Shana didn't wanna tell them Just yet.Aww He's adorable.Its okay,You've been busy. she said winking at Her.Hello River,do you like nursery rhymes ? she smiled.

"Aha...I wanted to see those eyes sparkle like the day of your wedding." Emiliano said and kept on hugging her. It had been about two...three years since that date and well, lots of things had happened. A year later, he became engaged to Piper. And now, he was in deep commitment living with her until business let him prepare everything for the day.

"Busy as well. Though, it's been all about Muggle business...I'm running my mother's lines of clothing made at Mexico around Europe, just as I was telling Karma." He said, "But anyways...it's like boring to talk about that sometimes." Hehe, he had surprises for the ladies around here.

"And who might this Superman save today?" He asked, looking aside to him since River was with Karma now.
