I needed to have a new pirate RP haven't made one in awhile!!

"A WHAT?!?!"
"A test Mr. Potter. To see if you can survive without your wands in an unusual situation" Professor Binns said as he floated towards the front of the classroom once again.
"It might be fun Harry to travel back in time" Hermione whispered as she scanned the project outline.
"Ms. Granger is quite right" He drolled. "Look on the top of page one and you will see the summary of your project. Ms Granger you will read the paragrahs following Summary"
Hermione nodded. "Your group of four people will travel back in time to a specified period without your wands for the spring term. You will be forced to find lodging and work and fight your way through your period of time and when you return at the start of term your seventh year a full 6 sheet report is due for a grade" Hermione said slowly.
"Exactly now look on the back page and see your group mates and where you will be" Professor Binns said slowly.
Hermione bit her lip and turned the page over scanning it for their names. "Harry, you me Ron...and....guess who? MALFOY" she said with utter disgust. "we are going to be.....in Taelic City...we are going to be pirates!"

Okay if you don't get it yet this is a pirate RP. Harry,Hermione,Ron, and Draco are going to be transported to a city i made up where Pirates are well known. They will be forced to learn how to live without their wands for a full term. So the only thing they can do is work at a dock. Thats where they hear of the notorious David Oiellete captain of the sea, Pilaging and Plundering all he likes. So Hermione being the smart one talks Harry and Ron into joining this man's crew so that they could add it to their report for a better grade. After having to drag Draco aboard of course!! They get on board just fine and join the crew forced to do the things that the other crew members just really dont want to do. Hermione being the only girl is worked the hardest. She refuses to give up and continues to work her hardest.

The captain cocked an eyebrow at Dani. He shook his head at her. BEfore she knew what he was doing he had her on his shoulders making sure her leg wasnt in an awkward postion or hitting anything. "Coming Artemis?" he asked as he started walking. Dani was light and he was young so it wasnt a problem.

"LET ME GO!" Dani shouted. The hand that was holding the brush opened, letting the battered brush fall to the deck. She balled her hands into fists, and hit his back with them.

"What am I? A sack of potatoes?" She demanded of him, hating that she'd been thrown over his shoulder.

Artemis stood up and followed the captain and Dani. She wasnt going to get in between the captain and Dani. She would just stay out of it and let them figure it out. She would follow just to make sure Dani was okay. She may be cold sometimes but she wasnt completely heartless.

The captain growled. "Stay still woman!" he commanded. "I could just leave you over there hurting you better stay still or youll find yourself being thrown overboard." he saidlooking over his shoulder.

"I wasn't hurting myself." She mumbled, relaxing a little, but didn't stop hitting his back with her fists. Her effort was weak, she knew it well. The only reason anything would change would be if he wanted to. She was no match for a full grown man.

"I still don't appreciate being carried around like baggage." She snapped, finally letting her arms hang free.

The captain bumpede her up higher on his shoulder. "Just relax and enjoy the ride. How you think you goign to get across the ship without walking? Im helping you out." he said feircely rolling his eyes. He went down to the kitchens. He knocked before he entered so Christain would know him, Dani, and Artemis were coming. HE opened the dorr a crack to see if the magic had stopped for a minute. "Oi! I got a package I need fixing." he said and came through the door the rest of the way. HE let Dani down on the counter. He stepped back and crossed his arms.

Danielle was silent she he went down to the kitchen, making no attempt to be careful with his 'sack of potatoes'. Once she was seated on the counter, she folded her arms over her chest and glared at him. Dani only stayed like that for a moment before scooting closer to Chris. She tried to keep her hands out of sight. They were balled into fists, and stuffed under her arms.

Chris was slightly startled at the noise behind him. He had the dishes put away, and was busy wiping off the counter with a rag. His dagger was sitting on the counter top, after having been use to scrape off some mold in the corners.

"What did you do this time?" He asked Dani, trying to ignore the glare she was giving the Captain. He assumed she'd tell him later.

The captain glanced at Dani and Christain. "She did something to her knee. She aint laying on it. And o look at her hadns. Can you help me out?" he was referring to magic. "You know they gonna find out sooner or later. Its bound to happen. Besides we are family." he said cocking an eyebrow wearily. He didnt mean to put Christain on the spot but he knew he was the only one to help.

Christian raised an amused eyebrow at Dani who was looking rather sullen at this point. He chuckled and reached his hands out, obviously expecting to look at hers.

Dani sat where she was, glaring at the captain, thinking, family...right...as much as she hated admitting it...she didn't want to be his family. When she saw a movement from Chris, she glanced in his direction, making sure that he was really doing what she thought he was. Indeed, he wanted to look at her hands. She turned them palm up, making a point of turning them so the captain couldn't see, and turned to stare him down some more.

"What knee was it?" Christian asked, his disgust obvoius after he dropped her hands into her lap. The blisteres on her hands had popped, and was had been bleeding lightly. He'd scold her later for being so hard headed, for hurting herself that way.

"Right," Dani mumbled, finally looking away from the captain when she recognized the big-brotherly tone of voice come into play.

Chris was silent as she stooped down, and carefully tried to bend her right knee. Danielle winced when he touched it.

"Good job." He commented, raising an eyebrow at Danielle, and comming to his feet. "I think I'll be able to fix it." He stated, then looked at Artemis, and crossed his arms. He wasn't about to do it in front of her.

The Captain looked away as Dani stared at him. He would talk to her later in his corders but not right now. "Good." he said in conquest to what Christain had said. he looked at Artemis figuring Christian wasnt abotu to do it with her in there. "Hey. Artemis I need to talk to you." he said going over to ehr and putting an arm around her and leading her back up to the deck. "So after Tortuga I was having some problems picking where to go." he said as soon as they hit the deck they were wet. It had started raiing and the waves were starting to crash over the ship. "Not right now!" he yelled at the open sky. He ran grabbing some rope that was swinging freely. He pulled straining his muscles. He managed to get the rope tied down. Others were flying everyone. "Artmeis come on!" he bellowed over the roar of the storm. "Get the rest of the crew!" he yelled. An ran to another rope pulling on it.

"You really need to be more careful." Christian admonished, as he beent down, pulling his wand from the side of his boot. He crouched down next to Dani, trying to ignore the violently swaying boat. A storm was comming, if it wasn't already there...but having an injured crew member would be no help.

Christian ficked his wand, while Dani watched him calmly, not saying anything. His having magic was always an uncomfortable point between the two of them.

"Good?" He asked her, standing up, folding her arms. Dani wasn't looking at him. She swung her leg, and nodded towards the floor.

"Good...now they can probably use our help on deck." He insisted, removing her from the counter, and heading up to the deck.

Danielle hesitated before putting weight on her knee, which threw her off balance as the boat got attacked by another wave. She fell over, scraping her back on the counter behind her. Danielle winced, but stood up again, and followed Christian to deck.

Captain Ouellete ran around trying to secure the ship. He kept gettinghit by waves nad knocked over. He spit the water out of his mouth and grabbed the ropes putting them into place. HE grabbed a swinging rope and swung to the wheel (lol). Jumping down from it, he landed right infront of it. HE grabbed the wheel which was shaking feircely.

Danielle was a step behind Christian on the way up to the deck. At the top of the stairs, she looked down. Her boots were gone. Go figure. Now she had to go into town...she groaned mentally, then ran off to go help.

Artemis followed the Captain on deck. "If you wanted me out of the room all you had to do was order me out" she said. "you dont have to go all nice on me...captain I know the crew hates me and to tell the truth for most of themj the feeling it mutual" she said as she walked onto deck and saw the rain. SHe muttered an explitive (great vocab huh!!) and ran grabbing a rope and tying it down. She tucked her sopping wet hair behind her ears and climbed her way up the mast trying to untangle the sails that had gotten tangled in the wind.

Sintra climbed up the ropes trying to secure whatever it is that she could secure. "Stupid rain," she cursed at the winds that now shambled her.

Sighing heavily, Danielle headed to the third, unattended mast, and began to climb up. She was small, and not as strong as some of the men...but they were needed down on deck. She made her way carefully to the yard, making sure to hold tightly to the rigging.

Her right hand ached, but she kept on going, ignoring the pain. She was in the middle of tightening some ropes when a thought occured to her. This storm was only going to blow them off course. She began to untie the sail, letting it fall down landing on an abandoned stretch of the deck.

They could get it back up easier than they could repair the holes.

The Captain gave a laugh. After about an hour the storm cleared and they started smooth sailing again. His muscles hurt and his heart raced. he oved that part of the sailing. He looked around. "alright mates?" he asked with a slight grin on his face.

"Aye..." Danielle muttered, she was sitting on the stairs, glaring sleepily at the stuff she now had to fix. After a moment, she came to her feet, and headed over to the mast she'd let loose to prevent them from blowing too far off course.

She sniffled once, hooked a rope around her waist, and began to climb to the yard. Once she felt appropriately seated on the long pole, with her legs wrapped around it, she pulled the rope from her waist and pulled it tight, lifting the sail with it. Alone. It took her about half an hour...as she was tired, and not as strong as some of the others as is.

Her eyes were half closed as she slithered back down to the deck, and leaned her body against the mast behind her. If the Captain wanted to talk to her still, he could come to her. She was pooped.

The captain looked as everyone moved slowly toward fifnishing their work. HE looked over at Dani. Seeing her stay still for once he walked over. "Hey so you going to tell me whats wrong?" he asked crossing his arms infront of her.

She didn't need him to speak to know he was there. For one thing, she'd heard his boots as he walked across the deck. For another, he was standing in the sun, which cast a shadow across her face.

"Hm?" Dani responded, keeping her eyes closed. "Well i'm a little but upset that I lost my boots..." She admitted. Of course that wasn't what he was talking about. He was probaby curious as to why she wouldn't stop glaring at him in the kitchen. He'd been being nice...right? Dani sighed heavily.

"Sorry..." Was all she said. What else was there to say? I don't want to be your family? I don't like feeling like your baggage? Your stupid if you think age matters?
