A few years back, there was a very sucessful PR called Hogwarts is Still High School. It spawned an entirely new site, which is still running, but was for more mature content that was unwelcome here. But I felt the need to resurrect this beloved RP, but bring a new spin on it... And if you were part of the origional, please, please rejoin. We all need a reunion, because it has been too long.

Hogwarts Is Still Highschool...

Relationships, love, and lies. Homework, classes, and professors. It's all part of a regular highschool, is it not? But look around, isn't it all the same here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? I do believe it is.

We all grow, and learn many things from school. Be it how to lie to get out of a late assignment, or how to attract the pretty girl in your potions class. And thats where our story begins...

This RP takes place long after the famous trio has left the school. Years infact. Their children are still here, 6th years infact. But new faces have appeared. The Tuck twins out of Wales have been known to be the musical masterminds, and resident heartbreakers. And Jay Kelley, Quidditch fanatic spends his days on the pitch, getting ready for his next match.

You're a regular student, and a not so regular school. And you go about your not totally regular day, doing completely irregular things. Get up, go to breakfast, go to class, chase the guy or girl of your dreams... and be a teenager. After all, this is still highschool.

Any personaly created character is welcome, just attatch a profile for them. And for the cannons, a picture will do, just to see how you feel the character should look. For the non-cannon, a brief profile of their name, age, house, looks, likes, dislikes, and a picture will be enough. But feel free to go indepth.

Selena smiled. "Ahh, fair enough," she replied. "This mystery girl could be looking for you... or dancing with someone else like you are." She chuckled. "This was quite a funny idea... think of all the disaster when people find out who they've been dancing with."

There was something about this girl that made him speak like never before, he couldn't control himself. But, he did have the self control this time, not to kiss her then and there in front of all these people.

Parker couldn't help, but laugh. "Girl? Not at all, I guess you could say... I'm a little hesitant when it comes to girls." Parker spun her around. "I just want to be with a girl, that understands me, has similar interests and is there for me know matter what and I will do the same for her." Could he really have it all? The girl of his dreams...well, maybe not one with a fox for a face...the successful career and all the happiness in the world? He wondered how his new employer Meg would feel...wait a sec...those eyes!

Parker pretended to not be so surprised. This didn't change his feelings he had for her, but what if it wasn't the other way around?

Alyss lightly bit her lip and slide her hand into his. "I will accept the dance but we'll see if I accept the apology after." she smirked as she allowed him to lead her back toward the dance floor. She would more than likely accept his apologies, but she would make him work for it. His charm wasn't going to win her over that easily.

“I see you’re not one to be easily swayed by pleasantries… I like that.” he said with a flirty wink and a smile as they reached the center of the dance floor. He moved one hand to her waist a they started to dance together once more. “ This is a very stunning dress I can imagine you made quite an entrance when you arrived.”

Alyss returned the flirty wink with her own flirty smirk. "Well unlike other girls, I'm not easily swayed by many things." Years of playing the game had taught her a thing or two. She could always hold her own when needed.

Resting her free hand on his shoulder once again, she leaned into him slightly as she allowed him to lead. "I always tend to make an entrance. Runs in my blood."

Meg wasn't quite sure how to answer. She hadn't really thought of a life without Jay. He'd been a part of her life... since, well, forever. "That would all depend." she said. "I can't say that I'm known for throwing my life away for one day. You did, after all, say that there would just be tonight. Are you suggesting something more?"

" Is that a fact?' He asked as she leaned into him slightly her fragrance was familar to him but for some unknown reason he couldn't quite place it. " Just means us guys have to try harder then." Jay commented. " So do you have a special someone linger around this party?" he asked curiously.

" I have a feeling that might have been the idea from the start nothing like starting the years with a big explosion of Drama.. It's their style." he said with a light laugh.

"Yes, it is a fact." Alyss replied with a smirk and a turn of her neck. Her eyes quickly spanning the room, in case her friend did return. She was possibly playing with fire at the moment, which she did enjoy, but she did have to watch herself. Looking back at him, she leaned in to whisper in his ear. "Well, you know what they say about those that work hard and wait. Good things come to them, but so can bad things." Leaning back, she smiled and gave a light flirty laugh. "Someone? Maybe. Special, I'll have to get back to you on that one." She wasn't sure if Albus would be looking for her at all, but then again she wasn't exactly going out of her way to find him at the moment either.

"I am willing to give my heart to just one person, but I can never share the person I care about with another person," Parker said. He never felt like this before and wanted nothing more than to be with Meg. Though, she didn't share the exact same love for Quidditch, he knew they would spending a lot of time together. "I would do anything to make it work, just to have a million more nights like this with you."
