A few years back, there was a very sucessful PR called Hogwarts is Still High School. It spawned an entirely new site, which is still running, but was for more mature content that was unwelcome here. But I felt the need to resurrect this beloved RP, but bring a new spin on it... And if you were part of the origional, please, please rejoin. We all need a reunion, because it has been too long.

Hogwarts Is Still Highschool...

Relationships, love, and lies. Homework, classes, and professors. It's all part of a regular highschool, is it not? But look around, isn't it all the same here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? I do believe it is.

We all grow, and learn many things from school. Be it how to lie to get out of a late assignment, or how to attract the pretty girl in your potions class. And thats where our story begins...

This RP takes place long after the famous trio has left the school. Years infact. Their children are still here, 6th years infact. But new faces have appeared. The Tuck twins out of Wales have been known to be the musical masterminds, and resident heartbreakers. And Jay Kelley, Quidditch fanatic spends his days on the pitch, getting ready for his next match.

You're a regular student, and a not so regular school. And you go about your not totally regular day, doing completely irregular things. Get up, go to breakfast, go to class, chase the guy or girl of your dreams... and be a teenager. After all, this is still highschool.

Any personaly created character is welcome, just attatch a profile for them. And for the cannons, a picture will do, just to see how you feel the character should look. For the non-cannon, a brief profile of their name, age, house, looks, likes, dislikes, and a picture will be enough. But feel free to go indepth.

He wasn't ashamed, but this was totally out of character for him.

Parker couldn't believe Matt pulled his mask off. But, this wasn't the time to go back in his shy-like state. He couldn't believe what Matt was saying either. This wasn't the Megan he came to know in a matter of hours, but it was like they were talking about a completely different girl.

"And I'm not talking for her at all," Parker said. "I don't know where you go off thinking I know what she means. I am just repeating what she told me tonight."

Parker finally heard Megan speak up. "I'm sorry Megan, I didn't mean to sound so out of line."

Al had taken his mask off and was standing beside the drunken Rose, trying to will her out of it. "Look guys, we won't say a word." He said at last. "So don't start throwing accusations around, and blaming people." His words were soft, but he knew they probably heard. "C'mon Rosie, we'll get you back to the common rooms." He put his arm around his cousins waist and started to leave, but stopped beside Kyle. "Thanks for looking out for her. I wouldn't have pegged you for that kind of a guy, but I guess all snakes aren't evil." He smiled a little.

Kyle gave Al a light smile. "No worries. I wouldn't let anything happen to someone in her state anyway. No matter who she was." He replied. Al just smiled back and left again, and Kyle watched Matt try and talk the quidditch captins prepare to duke it out... over Meg. He shook his head. That girl was more trouble then she was worth.

“Lemme Go Matt,” jay hissed jerking free from his housemate’s grip before turning to face him. “You think I care if she was dancing with someone else? That’s not the point at all Matt. He crossed a line… He knows NOTHING about me.” Jay whispered sharply.

Selena smiled and walked with Scorpius towards the door. "Oh, I'm Selena by the way. Seventh year Ravvie," she told him as they left the great hall. She looked down the hall, to the closed front doors. Instinctively, she reached for Scorpius' hand, and they quickly moved over to the doors. She quietly opened one, and slipped out, waiting for Scorpius. The cool night air hit herr face and she smiled. It had been getting a little stuffy in there.

Jay’s expression grew furious this guy had finally pushed Jay to his limit and before he had time to think it over he had clutched his hand into a fist and turned throwing a hard punch right at the guy’s face.

"Maybe more off limits than you think, but not completely." she added. HE was off limits and she was fully aware of that, but what happened at masquerade, stayed at masquerade.

Hearing the unmistakeable voice of her friend, she stepped and nodded to him. "Sure, I'll see you later, I'm sure." she replied as she walked him walk away. She needed to get over there as well, but it wouldn't be good for her to just storm over like that. Pulling the mask from her face, she shook her head out slightly to loosen her hair. Slowly is flowed down over her shoulder as the glamours she had set on herself slowly lifted. Her hair darkened to it's dark colour and her eyes returned to their natural tint.

It was now or never, she thought as she made her way over to the madness, just in time to see the first punch thrown.

" I assume it's safe to say it's over Meg it usually is when jay gets into a huff like that." Scorpius said hewasn't sure that was the case but it was pretty typical anyways so he was assuming. " Yeah i learned early on its best not to care for their drama it will just drive you crazy."

Victoire was amazed at how daft everyone was being. "Goodnight," She turned to the group, placing a hand on Kyle's arm, "But really, thanks for taking care of her. Even if you weren't sure of who she was." She waved goodbye as she walked out and as she reached the threshold of the door, she turned to survey the group once more, her eyes lingering on Matt. She had no idea that he would be able to take charge of a situation like that. It was inspiring. Smiling softly, she turned and dashed away to catch up with her cousins who had made it to the grand staircase already.

Catching up on the first floor, Victoire sighed before she spoke. "What a night, huh?"

Selena shrugged. "I just prefer it like that. Sure, it gets a little lonely, but guys just don't really like hanging around with a girl like me. I'm as pure as pure can be, but I have a lot more... self respect than most of the other girls in my year, so I'm classed as boring. I don't mind though, being by myself I don't have to worry what other people want to do," she chuckled.

Alyss walked up to Meg with her mask still in hand and nudging her. "Why is it we can never have a party without something like this happening? she asked grabbing a goblet of punch herself. Seriously, she did have big plans for the evening and not she was standing there watching boys argue.

Sipping from her goblet, she tried to stay out of sight as much as she could. She didn't want Jay to piece together it was her the whole time. Even though, it appeared that some of her fellow snakes had already figured it out. Looking back to her friend and then to the door, she motioned toward it. Maybe it was time for some girl talk. The boys could continue without them, it wasn't as if they would even notice they were gone, would they?

Parker didn't hardly move, just his face went back a bit with the punch, he slowly turned his head to face Jay once more. "Is that the best you got tosser?" It didn't really hurt much, but it had a sting, but he was surprised at how much effort the he attempted to put behind the punch.

Parker popped his neck. "As much as I would like to introduce you to the floor right now, I'm afraid of hurting Megan. Though I will never understand what she sees in you, but given your past relationship I can't deny that feelings might still be there. So, by hurting you, and believe me I would, I can't do that to Megan." Though at this moment he wasn't quite sure where she was. They probably scared off everyone at the threat of a fight actually occurring.

"Again, you're a waste of my time, and it's getting late," Parker said as he faked a yawn. He began to walk to the door, "By the way," he said as he arrogantly turned around, "If you want punching lessons, you might want to ask Moaning Myrtle, she may be a ghost, but I imagine she'd have caused more pain than you."

Matt grabbed Jay, all but throwing him in the other direction. He wasn't having his quidditch captain expelled over a fight. "I said, Walk. It. Off." He shouted at Jay. "NOW!" He turned back to Parker. "Shut up kid. Really. Get out of here before I finish off what he started, because you're REALLY starting to get on my last nerve." He said, not taking another step closer, in fear of actually hitting the guy.

He felt eyes on him, and glanced over to see Victorie looking at him. He gave a smile that said 'sorry, I'll make it up to you' and turned back to the rest, just waiting for a reply.

Kyle shrugged. "It's no big deal, really." He said to Victorie kindly.

Al nodded. "Indeed. I knew we shouldn't have come..." He said, helping Rose up the stairs.

Meg's jaw dropped as Jay actually punched her mystery guy. (Who turned out to be Parker!?!) At Aly's signal Meg nodded. And with a hair flip she out the door. Boys were impossible! At what was with Jay? Sure, he didn't like competition, but actually punching someone? Once they were safely out the door Meg wanted to blow up. "Did you just see that?" she asked her friend.

"Up the stairs... up the stairs... up the stairy stairy stairs..." Rose sang as they made their way up to the Gryffindor tower.

Parker hated these incivilities as he walked out of the Great Hall and headed off the the Ravenclaw tower. There would be plenty more opportunities to humiliate Jay, like on the Quidditch team. His team was undefeated and nothing was going to change that.

He caught a glimpse of Megan talking to her friend, who was also at the party. But, he was scared to look her in the eye. What could she possibly see in him now? Parker thought he never should have went to that party.

Stretching out on one of the many over-stuffed armchairs surrounding Gryffindor common room, the blonde Prefect sighed. Abigail was glad she had decided to ditch Perfect!Megan's party. When it had came down to it...she just didn't feel like dressing up and going downstairs. Besides, unlike most of the students attending said party...Abby had to be up early tomorrow. Some Prefect thing that had sprung up last minute.

She knew Kyle would be fine...He obviously liked Rose Weasley anyway, and hopefully he had found the nerve to confront her about it tonight. And if not...Well, what an idiot. Although, an apology was in order. She had stood him up, after all...

Laughing, she sat up, pulling her notebook from it's discarded spot in front of her chair. Retrieving a piece of parchment, she began writing immediately...
