Blair took a seat and blushed when he kissed her knuckles lightly. "You afe very nice looking. I mean for a man like yourself."She said blushing more. She wonder what he thought of her and about her.

"Sorry my family went missing when I got the job. As for what department of International Magical Cooperation."She said softly to him. "Mostly International Magical Trading Standards Body division."She said feeling a little better. But still a little out of place.

"That sounds like it must be interesting." He had traveled and been from Italy himself... why hadn't he thought of that? "I happen to be in Control and Regulation of Magical Creatures, Beasts Division. Primarily I'm with the Werewolf Capture Unit, though looking for a transfer."

If she falls for you any worse, Mr. Carracio," his tones were extremely icy, "Rest assured that I may turn out to be more dangerous than I happen to look. If you believe Marina is a big girl, you do not know her. She tends to collect her wounds and live with them. She does not know how to cure them and I will not give you the chance to give her yet another. She may seem to be one of the most cheerful people I have come across, but I can safely say that if she has any troubles, she has never shown them or will. She is not one to wear her emotions on her sleeve, ask for sympathy or cry her heart out."

He took a deep breath. "You are making her life difficult, Mr. Carracio, though I will give you the benefit of the doubt and say it is unintentional. If you will not stay out of her life, I will tell her how close you can get to a woman you have only met --- forget women you have known for a long time." He uncrossed his arms. "I am sure you also realize you are giving me leave to do whatever it takes, to ensure you stay out of her life." If it meant he had to curse the man, he would. He was not taking Drago lightly and could size him up, but Leo was no child either. He frowned as Mr. Carracio turned his attention on to yet another woman. What was this man? Could he not bear to not interact with women for more than two minutes?

"Oh really where do you want to transfer too?"She asked him softly. She started biting her bottom lip again. She thought maybe later they could do something else. Anything to keep her mind off her family being missing.

Alright, he was thoroughly tired of this man now. He was just starting to enjoy the conversation with this young woman, too. "Pardon me, Blair... I think I should take this young man aside a moment..." He stood and judged the man aside. Using his tendrils of Sight, he sent the man an image and quietly, with a snarl, followed it up with, "When you can do this bit of evil, then come speak to me."

Blair nodded her head and looked around. She didn't like the feeling she was getting from the other man. She looked at the ground. She just wanted to leave and it was showing alot. She started to bite her bottom lip again.

It was not a pleasant scene - scenes - and Leo would have been a liar to say that it did not disturb him, did not send a shiver down his spine that, though only inward, made him want to shudder. Then his eyes were colder than ever, and he glared at Drago.

"It is highly foolish of you to believe that no one except you has seen life, Mr. Carracio," he spat. "There are those of us that do not flaunt what we have been through. I have said this before and I say this again - this is not about you. You are either going to let Marina Effron know that there is already a woman - possibly more - in your life, or stay away from her."

He shuddered again, at the images. Inwardly. But they had shaken him up terribly, as they should have - they would shake up, claw at, any sane man. One not to shudder at them could not possibly be right in the head. Either that, or he or she was cruel beyond what words can express.

She will see this conversation as clear as you have seen the worst death that exists. This wasn't about me. You made it about me when you decided to interfere and tell me to stay away. When you decided that you could do anything that could threaten me or any relationship or possible relationship I could have with someone. Unless you are willing to bring my child, my wife, and my most beloved friends back from the dead and kill them all over again in the ways you have seen, there is nothing you could do to harm me, or hurt me. Keep your paltry threats to yourself, and go ahead and tell her whatever the frak you want. But ask yourself this: Whose chances have you hurt this day? Mine, or yours?"

He stepped back, looking at the man with contempt. "This conversation is finished. I hope you hear that child's screams in your dreams for the rest of your life." That wasn't true. He wouldn't wish it on anyone. But he wasn't putting up with any more right now. He went back and sat at the table with a sigh. "I am sorry about that, Blair. Are you alright?"

Blair looked up at Drago when he came back."I'm fine. I just don't think I should have came here."She said looking at the ground. She could hear the other man talking to Drago. And felt wrose about talking to Drago.

This man was not right in the head. "There is no," he said coldly. "Chance of a relationship between you and Marina." He was glad of that. Glad that the man did not care about Marina. That practically ensured nothing would happen between the two. But what was more important was that, that said, he should stay away from Marina. That he should not get a chance to hurt her. Because Leo was certain he could tell what would hurt her. "I never had a chance with her, to begin with," he added, even more icily. "I can not possibly have ruined any. That said, I see you seek pleasure in the hurt and destruction of others."

He paused, then added, "I might have seen worse, Mr. Carracio. You can never know. It is foolish of you to assume that only you have seen life. Life, not death. There is no death without life. Death is a product of life." He did expect this man to understand. "But yes, please go back to the new woman you are trying to chat up." Turning around, he withdrew in silence.

The man was more than an idiot... he was a fool. What was that Lazarus Long said? 'Stupidity cannot be cured with money, or through education, or by legislation. Stupidity is not a sin, the victim can't help being stupid. But stupidity is the only universal capital crime; the sentence is death, there is no appeal, and execution is carried out automatically and without pity.'* What the other man didn't seem to get was that he did not care if the man had seen worse or been through worse... only whether or not the man was as evil and cruel as Goya was. Because he could fear no less of a person.

"But of course," he smiled. "Now where were we..." He seemed to think back a bit, though was actually tracing back his Sight to see what they had been talking about. "Oh yes, my transfer. Well, I'm seeing if there's something less hazardous in my department, actually. Werewolf Capture can lead to a bit of a shortened life span, after all, and those who care about me have been concerned. If I cannot find something within the department, I'll probably request a transfer back into the Department of Mysteries."

Drago rolled his eyes. "He believes the woman he is apparently interested in is falling for me... though most of the time she and I just wind up arguing philosophies or she's getting defensive about something I've said. The girl he's talking about is my supposed girlfriend I had met that day and our conversation had brought up some bad memories so I tried to cheer her up a bit. If my upsetting women means I have many of them attracted to me, then yes, I am an incredible ladies' man. However, I do not think that tears and biting words equate to unequivocal attraction."

He cleared his throat slightly. "Sorry... The truth is I have not had a steady relationship since my wife died some years back, and I too am only recently trying to get to know anyone else, of either gender. I realized recently that I was not getting along well enough with my co-workers to effectively work with them, so I thought I would try to be a little more social."

"Men like me... attractive?" He chuckled lightly. "I take care of myself, but I am otherwise a simple man. If it helps any, I'm not the best at knowing what to say either. I've earned some harsh words due to that."
