"I've done it before, I would help in all areas of magical creatures. I was kind of born into it",she said pleasantly.


"Oh, yes he is afflicted by the condition my poor love. It upsets him though, so if you ever meet him please do not mention it. He said he wouldn't even want to go if it would put anyone at risk",she said softly.

"He nearly left me once, because he was afraid of hurting me. So he is actually the reason I learned to be an animagus. He is such a good man, but has very low self-esteem.He is very kind,loving,and gentle ;I can't stand how most people treat werewolfs. They are just people afflicted with an uncurable condition. I know that it isn't exactly the same ,but you don't run from people with allergies now do you?", she said sadly.

"Oh, look here now I'm unloading on you. I'm sorry about that. You must have plenty of your own problems. I will be better after I've slept I apologize", Rin said with a sigh.

Davina smiled at Rin and put a comforting hand on her back.
"I'm glad that he's sticking it out with you Rin. Just continue to be there for him. He needs all the love and support he can get, especially with all the focus on his kind these days."

Rin still seemed so Happy though. She figured that must be what love did to a person, despite all the setbacks and uncertainties. She knew for one, that she would love to have love in any way shape or form.

"It's pretty awesome that you're an animagus. I have yet to master that art and I'm unsure if I ever will to be honest. Do you mind telling me what your form is?" She asked, sounding very interested.
She shook her head when Rin apologized for unloading.
"Oh don't be silly Dear! It's quite fine, I don't mind listening at all. Your are a more complete individual than I am honestly. I haven't achieved quite as much as you have and I'm almost sure I'm older."

Rinatta looked over at Davina and smiled. What a sweet woman I could tell that I would like her.

"Are you certain? I am a diplomat I can talk for hours", she said with a light chuckle. "Alright you asked for it Dav."

Davina was a werewolf sympathizer which Rin found refreshing. " I know that there is far too much focus, it puts alot of pressure on him. I have been called a number of despicable names for admitting that my lover is a werewolf. He worries about how I am affected, but I don't care I love him. I found out that he had the condition not long after I met him , it doesn't matter to me he is still a wonderful man.", she said softly. Sighing to herself, " What do you think of werewolves Davina?"

She is so cautious about what she asks. She is a very smart young woman indeed"Ah, not at all. I am registered, I learned it when I was twenty two and it took me a year to master. My animagus is that of a wolf. Its a rather odd one I am told , but I don't think so. I haven't heard of anyone having it before ,but after all I learned it so that I could be with him during the full moon.", she murmured while sipping her coffee.

Rinatta gave Davina an incredulous look. Older than me? she certainly doesn't look it. "Oh you mustn't be by much if you are , I am twenty three this year. I have done alot in my life ,but that is only because I started very young.", she said smiling softly.

Don't give into the injustice. Stand up and walk out for what you believe. Join the hundreds of Wizarding Workers who are opposed the Ministry's prejudice against those who are different! There will be a mass walk out on Saturday at 4 p.m. to show your support for those who have none. Take to the streets of Diagon Alley and stand up for what is right!

Davina laughed at Rin's jest about being a diplomat and talking a lot. She then looked at Rin with a pleasant surprised look on her face. She couldn't believe that they were both the same age. Rin sure had accomplished a lot more than she had and she had managed to find love in the process. She was definitely someone to admire. She knew that much.

"I definitely admire you." She said sincerely.

Not long after saying that she noticed a flyer pinned up on the notice board. She got up and walked over to it then ripped it down.
"Making all this racket over the issue will only further embarrass them and enrage others. This is not the way to go about dealing with this problem." She said turning back to face Rin.
"This is all just getting out of hand."

Much to Rinatta's surprise, Davina had said that she admired her. "Thank you truly, but admire me? What for?", Rinatta said with a mildly surprised look.

" I enjoy your company very much Davina", she said with a soft smile.
" You are the first rational and reasonable person I have met here besides Mr. Stryker. I believe anyway, he just seems to be under alot of stress", she said with a little sigh.

Watching Davina tear the flyer down, she glanced at it. Sigh, more unreasonable propaganda. This is too much. " People on both sides of this issue are so unreasonable. This is absolutely ridiculous ! The people who arranged the cup were completely inconsiderate in their scheduling and it can't be changed. The ministry regulations don't allow anyone but normal witches and wizards to attend save a few house elves. And those who wish to oppose these regulations are making fools of themselves and giving the cause a bad reputation. They make it seem as though everyone who opposes this is a nutter! I agree this is completely out of hand! ", Rin said quietly but with a hint of frustration in her normally calm voice.

" You would think that we would have regulations that wouldn't allow it to be placed so closely to the full moon or heavily populated areas for safety purposes. There should at least be a petition or something to help instate a regulation with that purpose SIGH", she said in the same aggravated tone.

Davina chuckled. Rin was so humble. The nicest persons in her book were the humblest ones.
"What do you mean for what?" she asked incredulously.
"You are so young and have achieved so much in life. Anyone would admire you!" She grinned when Rin said she admired her company.
"Likewise friend." she replied.

Davina frowned a she watched Rin go off about the flyer nodding at appropriate times. Of course she agreed with every word her friend said. If these person continued with their protest then everything will get escalated and blown out of proportions and that was the last thing that any body wanted at the moment. Especially Mr.Stryker.
She sighed.
"I donno Rin. I just have no idea what we could do to make both sides truly happy."

" You are too kind my friend, I still have much more to accomplish with my life ", she said starting blush. Davina was so nice she made Rin blush. She had heard many compliments but felt that Dav really meant them. Dav was a very kind and composed young witch. Also a fellow werewolf sympathizer , not one of these crazed nutters who were slinging flyers around.

" You are very young still yourself and seem to be doing quite well. You are always well dressed and composed. I feel awful about how I look today compared to you.", she said with light chuckle.

Rin sighed when Davina frowned. " I am sorry I didn't mean to rant like that. It is a sensitive subject , but that does not excuse that kind of behavior. I refuse to stoop to their level", she said now frowning. She was still very calm even when angry , but she hated to show any hint of emotion when talking about such issues. " I think we should talk to Monsiuer Stryker again , he is a very reasonable man. You are a very intelligent witch , what do think Dav my friend?", she said calmly.

Katalin was having last moment nerves because her wedding was this thursday, she was finally going to be Mrs J.J. Starr. She got a cup of coffee and sat down waiting to see who walked through the door.

Kalee sauntered into the break room, her mug in the need of coffee. She walked over to the coffee machine and let her mug fill up. As it did she looked around the room. Noticing Katalin, Kalee grabbed her mug and walked over the women, sitting down across from her. "Two more day. You excited?" She said referring to the upcoming wedding.

"Yes, the wedding is later on today!" she was shaking with nerves so she took a sip of her coffee.

"Calm down, no need to be that nerves." Kalee said taking a sip of her coffee. "I've got my dress picked out and everything. Can't wait, I love going to weddings, there so much fun."

"Thanks, I can't to become Mrs J.J. Starr" she smiled and laughed at her friend. She drunk the last of her coffee, "I better go and get ready, see you at the wedding!"

Kalee nodded and took another sip of her coffee getting up as well. "I'll see you at the wedding hun. Good luck!" She said before leaving the break room to get back to her desk.

Davina smiled at Rin and blushed herself when she said she was always well dressed. She thought people would think she was weird for wearing muggle clothing. At least Rin appreciated her style.

"Oh don't worry, rant all you want. Its always good to get things off your chest." She thought for a bit then had an idea.
"You know what Rin...maybe we should go on a shopping spree weekend in Diagon Alley." Davina suggested. That always made her feel better.
"And yes, we should definitely talk to Mr.stryker again."

Rinatta smiled at Davina , she always felt like she was being pushy when she ranted but Dav didn't seem to mind. " My goodness I haven't done that in years. Not since I was still a schoolgirl. I have never done it in Diagon Alley either.", she said with a smile.

"I can't even remember the last time that I went shopping for clothes. I usually just wear muggle clothes , mostly jeans. I was in the field most of the time and doing research, so robes and dress clothes were not very practical. I would just wear muggle jeans and long sleeves with anti-burn charms. " ,she said giggling.

" I don't own much besides that. These robes that I am wearing are the exception to the rule. Victor probably wouldn't recognise me if I dressed up in more than regulation robes or jeans.", she mused with a smile about going shopping again.

"I hope monsieur Stryker is still receptive to reason. After being treated so badly about the statement.", she felt so bad for him.

Pandora pushed the door open of the break room, her lips pressed together in a very thin line. She walked across to the coffee machine and started to make herself a some, plucking a cup at random from the draining board. She considered getting a biscuit from her secret stash but thought that she might be sick. Instead she rooted for the honey pot that she had hidden, putting a large spoonful into her cup. She glanced around the room and chose to go and sit away from the others.

She sat down, trying to calm herself. She had never been one to loose her temper but she was barely clinging to her self control at the moment.

Jared pushed open the door, not sure if Pandora would be here, but she wasn't in the corridor, so he hoped he'd be lucky. He looked around, and saw her instantly, which surprised him, how long had he known her? Maybe it was best to let her cool down, it usually was. Too late now. He walked over to where Pandora was sitting, smiling genuinely. "Pandora," he said, emphasizing her name. "C'mon, I was just teasing you. I didn't mean for you to get offended." Was that an apology? No.

Would she just get more angry? Most likely.

Pandora rubbed her eyes, taking deep breaths. She felt a little bit calmer. He wouldn't be stupid enough to follow her in here. She opened her eyes and reached for her cup of coffee. She took a sip and sighed. She really needed to control herself, she couldn't just flounce in and out of the office every time someone irritated her.

Looking up, she saw him walk in. Apparently he was that stupid. She listened to him try to excuse himself. A few moments of strained silence stretched between them as she waited for an apology, but none came. She arched one eyebrow at him ."Just teasing me? Well, that was rather unprofessional, don't you think?" Her voice was not as icy as it had been earlier, as though the interaction between them had thawed her slightly. She truly didn't know what to make of him.

"I apologize, clearly I'm not nearly professional enough for you." Jared and professional, they didn't go together in a sentence. "Sorry that I annoyed you." It wasn't in his nature to think about consequences, or what he could be doing that could be in any way bad. If it was someone different, someone he knew, it would be different. But he figured he should try and be friendly, as much as he could to her, right? He grinned at Pandora like everything could just be better now. He might've change slightly, but he was pretty ignorant.

Pandora was surprised by his apology, he almost sounded genuine. Taking another deep breath, she closed her eyes momentarily. When she opened them, he was grinning at her again. "I'm not really in a position to be saying anything about professionalism. My own approach has lacked the diplomatic touch recently." She admitted with a wry smile. "But I'm sure that you're aware of that. I'm told that I'm the subject of ministry gossip." She took another sip of coffee. "I'm sorry about my remark about your friday nights. Your personal life is none of my business." She looked up at him, noticing his striking eyes for the first time.

Jared chuckled. "What's life with everything going smoothly, eh?" He asked. "They can gossip all the want," he said, his attitude very carefree. "It's not like you don't have a point, and I've never been one for people telling me what to do, from the moment I started school." He said, more because he wanted to do what he wanted to do, he liked stirring up trouble. Jared laughed as she apologized. "Oh, thank you, I was so offended, really!" He joked lightly, clearly not minding at all. "But for the record, friday night with me would be really fun." He seemed pretty relaxed, despite before, if he did get bothered by something, he dismissed it quickly.

Pandora gasp a short, mirthless laugh. "I wouldn't mind smooth, just for a change to find out what it's like." She said, a wry smile tugging at the corners of her mouth.

When he told her that she had a point and that he didn't like to be told what to do, Pandora's usual expressionless mask cracked and she smiled at him genuinely. Her blue-grey eyes sparkled as she answered him. "Thank you. I was starting to think that everyone in this department was prejudiced, or too scared to say what they actually thought. So you're a bit of a rebel then?" Privately, she wondered if he was a Gryffindor, if he had attended Hogwarts at all. His accent was a little mixed, causing her to wonder where he was from.

When he joked that he had been offended she laughed, this time a real laugh, a warm one full of life. She arched an eyebrow at him again, an undefinable glint in her eyes. "Really Fun Fridays eh? Is that an offer?" She was surprised by her own forwardness. A year ago she wouldn't have dreamed of saying something like that to a man, but she had changed and perhaps it was a good thing.

"Ah, smooth is no fun. It's all about doing what you're supposed to, being sensible." He grinned.

"Well, not everyone is going to be prejudiced. I haven't had much experience with creatures apart from house elves, but you know. Goblin's aren't that nice, but what's a few days for werewolves. They're actually humans, even." You mightn't expect Jared to be so thoughtful about such things, but some things were just unfair. But some things wizards did were uncalled for, degrading muggles, being one of them. "Of course, it makes things fun, don't you think?" He smirked with mischief.

"Oh, you do laugh." Jared wasn't being mean, but Pandora seemed a very different person when laughing. "Sure," he said. It surprised him, this, but didn't mind all the same. Her forwardness was interesting.

Pandora gave Jared a wry smile. "Doing the sensible thing doesn't always mean that you'll have a smooth time." She said cryptically. She had spent two thirds of her life doing the sensible thing and it had been anything but smooth.

When Jared made his rather crass comment about werewolves being human, something hardened in Pandora's eyes. She blinked rapidly, attempting to maintain her composure, she felt tears welling in her eyes. "Yes, well, I have plenty of experience with Magical Creatures, werewolves and..." Her voice trailed away and she took a deep sip of coffee, aware that he was still talking but not hearing what he was saying.

Pandora nodded. "Yes, I laugh when there's reason to." She looked at him, the look in her eyes still strange, still undefinable but tinged with sadness that was not all to do with him. "I have to admit that my fridays have been quiet for a long time now." She sipped her coffee again, feeling very confused about he man who she was sitting with.
