" Thank you Samantha Rose." Joe Jon Montcenaggio told her.

"You're welcome", Samantha said. There wasn't much she could do at this point, she would have to meet with J.J.'s department head and get his side of things, for starts. She wasn't yet sure when the transfer form would be in effect.

Blair knocked on the door to Samantha's office and opened the door, stepping inside. She smiled brightly as she entered. "Hi Samantha! I was wondering, for the tests... do we want to have questions from the textbooks as well as from the standards?"

"Hello Blair," Samantha said, standing up from her desk. "Yes, the questions may be both from the textbooks as well as standards. Since we are completely rewriting both tests, it really is up to all of us to put these tests together and decide what the written questions and practical examples will be." She thought a moment. "It might be helpful if I come to each unit and speak to all of you as a group," she said. "Then maybe we can all kind of jam together on this and possibly get a few ideas flowing. What do you think?"

Blair nodded in agreement"I think that would be an excellent idea Samantha. Getting all of our heads together to do this will be a great tool to bounce ideas off each other."

"Thank you, Blair. I shall come and visit with you and the Examinations Authority very soon," Samantha smiled. "Let me get my notes together and I'll be right over!" Samantha began to assemble the notes she had compiled on this project and began to prepare her presentation.

Miley walked up to Samantha's office door and knocked.She brushed her hair out of her face and waited.

Samantha came to the door and opened it. "How are you doing, Milley? Please come in," she said, opening the door wider. "Did you enjoy the wedding?"

Miley nodded."I really enjoyed it."She walked into the office and looked at Samantha."I'm just going to get to my question...well,questions.What is happening at Hogwarts?Two different schools?What is the Minister thinking?"

"Oh yes, that," Samantha said. "I'm not really sure if it is the Minister alone or he and his wife together who came up with this decision," she said truthfully. "His new bride appears to have a great deal of influence on the Minister's life. But, it seems that the two of them have decided that Hogwarts is no longer safe, for a variety of reasons. First were the animal incidents which happened, with a dozen students turning into animals last year. The Minister is also very concerned about the fact that members of some students' families were murdered last year. He believes Hogwarts is unsafe, unprotected and insecure and so has made a decision to have two different schools this year. This is to better protect the students and keep them safe from danger while also assuring they receive a proper education. He has placed Ministry instructors in both schools along with the regular staff to make certain that nothing goes wrong and no one gets hurt."

J. J. Starr knocked on Sanantha's door. He is with Jason Potter Weasley and Jamie.

Samantha heard another knock at the door and answered it. He was surprised to see J.J. Starr there, not so much at seeing him but that he had two students, a boy and a girl, with him. "Hello," she said. "Are you here to discuss the school situation as well? If so, you might as well all come in."

Miley heard somebody knock on the door and she moved over a little bit,so Samantha could let them in."But,Samantha,don't you think that some of the Ministry people he send over there...could...you know,be evil.I've met some pretty evil people here.What if he sent one of them?I feel sorry for those kids.When I was in school,I hung out with more boys than girls."She shook her head.

"Evil?" Samantha thought about that Miley's question carefully. "How do you mean evil, like cruel, sadistic, that sort of thing?"

"I'm talking about the kind of people who don't like kids very much,"Miley said."Have you seen the points,yet?Everybody is in the negatives,Samantha.Something is going on up there."

" Miiley I agree with you and that is why I left the wedding early" Joe Jon Montcenaggio tells her. " Right now, I need help because Jason and Jamie told me that Jamie's little sister had been kidnapped and never found Samantha" J. J. Starr told her.

"Hmmm," Samantha said. "I'm sure it's because the kids aren't used to this kind of thing yet, maybe the Ministry instructors didn't make it clear to them what is going on and some of them may have been a little impatient at first. We have some people in Education here who are that way. Believe me, Miley, it really is in the best interest of all the students that the schools are set up this way. I think everything is going to be okay, as soon as the kids get used to this."

Samantha paused a moment. "There's been another kidnapping?", she asked. "When?"

Miley looked at Joe Jon Montcenaggio."Have we met?"Miley was so fusturated right now,she couldn't think right.Maybe they have met.Who knows?

No, we have not met Miley and call me J. J. Starr" J. J. Starr told Miley. " I would like to know about the craziness too because Jason old me his prefect Cale Newell is hard- lined. " J. J. Starr told Miley. My boy here wants a Revolution to break up the two schools but Cale only cares about the Gryffindor house losing points" Joe Jon Montcenaggio explained to Miley.
Jason told me about where they are going to sit in and where thay are going to protest at the school" J. J. Starr said. " Revolution" J. J Starr, Jamie and Jason all said at it once and it felt good.

Oh,great."I'm just going to go,"Miley said.She gave Samantha a 'good luck with this' look.She smiled and walked out of the office.

" Bye Miley" J. J. Starr , Jason and Jamie told her.

"Hold on, guys," Samantha said. "I can certainly help with the kidnapping problem, we will go to Magical Law Enforcement on that right away, but there's not much I can do about what's going on with the two schools. We can't have any revolution or revolt, that isn't going to solve anything. The Ministry has deemed that Hogwarts was unsafe and we have to follow what they have decided. The decision of the Ministry is final and I must support that decision. I'm sorry. I'm sure you will all come to see that the Ministry has made the best decision very soon."

Star stepped into the Department of Magical Education office and looked around for someone to help her. Jeni's Father sent her there to find out what was going on the school. SHe stood patiently and waited for someone to acknowledge her.

"Hello, may I help you? I'm Samantha Rose, Head of the Department of Magical Education," Samantha greeted a woman who she did not recognize, she couldn't recall having ever seen her before. "Please come in and have a seat." I may have to make my office bigger if this volume of people keeps up, Samantha thought to herself.

"Samantha, you know I am right about the ministry or you would have been informed of this change" J. J. Starr told her. "Thanks Sammantha, Jason, Jamie and I will go to the police with you" J. J. Starr told her.
