DUHH.

Landon mentally smacked his head and laughed. "Sorry about that. I've been forgetting people's names lately. Probably due to how many new people I've been meeting recently." He nodded, chewing on an oreo. Oh right. He was probably being rude not asking if Damon wanted any.

"Did you want an oreo?" He asked. He wasn't one to really ever give up his oreo to a person, but maybe Damon would like one. And if not, more for him. "I've been great. I love Hogwarts so far." He grinned. "What about you?"

Her eyes widen at the name. She flinched then looked down, trying not to look at Damon. Tay didnt know what to do... he had a crush on someone besides her though he says he loves her... it made no sense whatsoever... and besides that, did it have to be Ariana?!?

Damon looked at her, sighing, "This is why I said never mind... I knew you would..." He shook his head, looking away from the two of them, burying his hands in the pockets of his jeans, "And as I said, I love you... Nothing, and no one's going to be able to change that... but Ari's been there for me ever since you started acting strange that first night at the feast. She's been trying to help me make a few new friends and actually get me out of my shell... can't say I'm having fun with it, but social skills is something I'm going to be needing with the career I'm choosing."

Taylor frowned, "But that is good that she has been there for you." Tay stepped to Maxwell, burying her head in her brother's chest.

Damon looked at Maxwell, "This has nothing to do with what you feel towards anyone! Whether you two have been talking or not, we have... And she's honestly been helping me." He looked at Taylor, "That you would be upset... Even though nothing has, and nothing ever will, happen with her." He sighed, "And why would you doubt it? For the past month you have put me through misery, yourself or not, and what did I do for most of it? I stayed, I tried to do what would make you happy, do what I had to to be with you... Why would anyone do that if they didn't love the person they were trying to keep?"

Taylor looked down at the pavement, "If you wish..." Her voice softened and in a small voice added, "but I wish you stay..." Her look was so pitiful it probably would of melted even Anton's icy heart.

Damon started to turn, barely catching what she said. He quickly turned back to look at her, his heart shattering at her look, "Mon amour... I'm sorry," He went back over to her wrapping his arms around her, giving her space to move away if she wanted to.
