It was a long walk down from the Divination Tower to the lawns that sprawled out infront of Hogwarts Caslte and hopefully you didn't let your shaws drag or trip over your skirts. Professor Elwood is already waiting for you when you arrive, she too has dressed up as a stereotypical forune teller complete with about 5 shaws, a purple turban and about 10 pounds of necklaces.
When you arrive please line up close to her and wait for instructions.
OCC: Be sure you have posted in this thread before coming here.
** The thread will remain open so that you can continue to work on your carts and I've decided to keep it open until Noon (12pm EST) on Saturday, May 12th.

But she still felt like she was sleeping. Indiana was pretty sure that they had been riding in the wagon. So she really didn't get why she was now feeling sleeping. It was weird.
She blinked a little, coming out from her sleepy state. ".....i feel sleep." She murmered, finding herself on the back of the slytherin girl she'd been working with. This was weird. What had happened.

Hearing Dylan laughing didn’t help either.
He was chuckling along with the Slytherin lad when the Professor neared them at the verge of the fritz. Then the scary Slytherin girl he knew to be the Minister’s daughter came in to help too. Errr is their cart up the tree that alarming?
He drew his wand out when the Professor advised how to get their cart down, then helped Sierra bring it down as well. He then turned towards the girls and murmured "You girls ok?" Kim looked like she was having a great time, but Indy was... sleepy? He bent a little lower and playfully poked the young blonde's shoulder "You so brave little Claw you just slept through that?"

Having her wand in the air helping the Slytherin Prefect set the two girls down on the grass safely should have calmed the woman down yet the Divination Professor was shaking.
Calista couldn't remember being this mad in a while, besides the time she was shouting at Indigo Bunbury over the summer.
She walked towards the Slytherin Captain and the small injured Ravenclaw girl her face turning a light shade of red. "Miss Fanster, where in my instructions to you did you hear me say 'Jump out the bloody window'? Huh?! You not only put yourself in serious danger but you dragged this girl with you too!" She shrieked as she pointed at Indiana who was still half clinging to Kimalia.
"That was extremely irresponsible and you are lucky I am not taking points." Professor Elwood went on as she continued to shake and rubbed her temple--she had just about had a break down right then and there after this whole fiasco. "I am just happy you are ok." She said much calmer this time, she wasn't entirely angry with the girl. "Now please work with the two boys from your team and easily levitate your wagon from the tree from a SAFE distance."
She then slowly removed Indiana's grip from the Slytherin's shoulders and layed her on the grass, shushing her as she tried to feebly speak. "Hush, sweetie we are going to take you to the Hospital Wing. You probably hit your head during the crash." She called over her shoulder to the Slytherin Prefect again.
"Miss Greingoth please take Indiana to the Healer, thanks for your help today, you will be awarded 5 house points for your quick response and effort." Now that that was out of the way she could return to the rest of the students.
The Divination Professor slowly walked to where she had thrown her turban on the ground, picked it back up and placed on her head. After regaining her composure, Callie walked back to where the stick was marking the finish line and stood by it, awaiting the other groups.

SPOILER!!: Sleeping Indy
Merlin, she really was sleeping. Hmm, but something didn't sound quite right. "Welcome back Indy." Kimalia didn't let her go though, since she probably would've collapsed on said ground to sleep. Her eyes went to Vickers and Dylan who were laughing.
SPOILER!!: Dylan + Vickers
Blink, blink. She was so confused, were they laughing at the outcome of the cart, or was there a joke she was missing?"I'm alright here, Indy doesn't look like she's in bad shape, just very sleepy." Looking over her shoulder to hear her snoozing again. Maybe the Professor had something for her, but she did want to thank her and Sierra first off beforehand..
SPOILER!!: Professor Elwood
Kimalia gave a small smile for her, just to let her know that she was okay and she opened her mouth to thank her, but she closed it seeing how red she was. Oh goodness..
Jump out the window, well didn't she say that? Kimalia had her eyes look up near her eyebrows in thought.. Huh, she did only say to go to the window, but young Kimalia figured she might as well jump start the task. They were still safe after all.
Hmm.. When she put it that way, having Indy jump out with her was a little reckless.. But, she did play Quidditch after all, being reckless was in her blood. Though, she wasn't going to say that! She was already lucky to not get points taken away. "I'm.. sorry.." No smiles there, she was serious. "You're right, and thanks Professor and Sierra" Yes, she looked right at Sierra when she said her name. "for bringing us down safely."
Since Indy was already wrapped around Kimalia, she figured she might as well take her to the Hospital wing.. but she was given a new task. Helping the boys on her team to bring the cart down on their own.. Fair enough, she did like it after all. "Alright." Kimalia nodded while allowing Indy to be removed gently. She miraculously kept a straight face after hearing Sierra earn her house some points, though having been yelled at did help. Waiting until Sierra took Indy away along with the Professor, she waved them off. She wanted to visit Indy later on and check on her. But, now they had a new task, so Kimalia turned her back to face her remaining team.
"Erm.. did you guys happen to find my wand yet?" Kimalia asked. It was still lying in the grass somewhere. She really needed it to save the cart.

She then turned to her team again, ready when they were to start levitating the cart down.

Oh the Slytherin Prefect will take care of the his fellow Claw?
Suddenly Vickers felt like chopped liver. He was a Claw, and a team mate, he could've easily brought little Indy up to the Hospital wing since he also felt responsible about what happened to her. And he had his own aches to attend to from when he fell. Speaking of the fallen, he turned to Dylan and murmured "Are you ok? Do need to go to the hospital wing too? I'll be dropping by there after class." because he just knows he'll be aching badly later if he doesnt get anything for it soon.
But now the Professor mentioned about moving their cart away from the tree. The Ravenclaw approached the cart and gave the handle a few strong tugs, then circled it and observed. It didnt look like it was going to fall apart-- they built it quickly but they built it well-- and really he didnt see why they couldnt just pull it back to where the rest of the carts were.
But instructions were instructions. He gave Kimalia and Dylan a look then angled his head back towards where the rest of the carts were "Lets walk back there and levitate it towards us from there?" that seemed safe enough distance yeah?
Dylan simply watched with baited breath as Cap'n took the leap of faith with the little Ravenclaw on her back. She'd just jumped, assuming that the Professor and the Prefect would spell her in time.
Gah, if that wasn't trust in someone and their abilities...the Slytherin didn't know what was.
...But his concern was generally unneeded. Professor Elwood was a Professor for a reason, as he was just reminded...and between she and Sierra, they'd snatched the two free-falling girls out of the air, landing them gently on the grass. How had Indy slept through all of that? That was strange...
Perhaps she'd gotten a concussion...
Just as an observation, he side/eyed the blonde Professor who was literally FREAKING OUT. Had the situation not been as severe as it was...Dylan would have been laughing so hard, he'd have been crying...but it was severe. And a little terrifying thinking about how he and Vicky had almost killed these two girls. Really...
Then Vickers was kinda mumbling to him, to which Dylan shrugged. YES, he was in pain. When he'd fell, something had made a laugh CRACK! noise...and from how his arm was feeling, the Slytherin assumed he'd most likely broken it...but he wouldn't mention it to the older Ravenclaw. When all was said and done, he'd go get fixed up...and no one would need to be any wiser about it.
Yes, he was trying to be a tough guy..."Er...Yea...I'm right behind you."
Why was it suddenly excruciatingly painful to walk?

Slaves?! Hah! Paulie grinned and started shoving the wagon forward. "As you wish, Empress Beezy Weezy!" When he caught Kaiden's comment about feeding Beezus grapes, however, Paulie uttered such an unexpected laugh that he DID fumble in his footing slightly. "That was a good one, Kaiden." Heheheh. Now, heave ho!
HAH.
She was the Queen, she was the Princess, she was the First Lady, she was the.......EMPRESS?
Raising an eyebrow, Beezus turned to look behind her, err...at Paulie who was apparently behind her since he was pushing their cart from behind. "Empress? That's the female version of an Emperor right?" she asked. Hmmm... She didn't know much about those kind of royalties. But Empress Beezy Weezy sounded good to her, so off they go!
Bouncing slightly on the wagon, Beezus caught Kaiden's suggestion, then she waited for Paulie before giving out her own speech. "Well, grapes are pretty good." The Ravenclaw commented, turning her head from the front to the back and vice versa just to accommodate her two slavesteammates. "But you know guys, I'd prefer ice cream. So...get me ice cream Kaiden?"
Heck, she was enjoying this too much that she couldn't help but add, once again in a dramatic tone, "Hurry! Impress your Empress!" Seriously, if someone would hear her saying that in that way, they would've think she have been possessed by a woman from the medieval times.
Too distracted with her new power (which was to command her teammates at the current moment since they have no choice), Beezus didn't even realize that they were already nearing the finish line, that when she did, she was had poured all her excitement on smacking Paulie's shoulder, considering he was closer. "We're almost there! We're almost there!"
"Awesome." Cass said with a grin as she appraised the seemingly well built cart.
The girl then lifted her wand to make sure that all of them were stuck together, but stopped mid-wave when the wooden thing gave some sort of a shudder then promptly crashed back into the ground.
At the sight of all their hard work wasted, Cass' hazel eyes widened considerably as she blinked. They were going to have to start all over again.
"We should probably start on the wheels first." Cass told Messer and Zack as she took a seat on the grass beside what was left of their cart and reached out for an axel and two wheels. She then inserted the stick into the holes of both of the wheels before pointing her wand at the left side of the wheel and summoned all of her focus and said "Adhaero." Sticking the wheel and the stick together. She then pointed towards the right side and cast the same spell.
Afterwards, she pointed her wand at the newly built wheels and said "Wingardium Leviosa" causing it to hover into the air, bobbing up and down quickly, matching the movements of her wand. Finally seeing that it wasn't about to fall apart now, she set the thing back on the ground and turned to Messer "Mind doing the other set of wheels?" She asked with a smile.

They're running out of time. Now they need to start from the beggining again. Better get going Messer. He told himself. Since he couldn't grabbed two wheels at once, Messer went to grab one of the wheels from where it fall and dragged it to where their falling cart were. The Hufflepuff stick one of the wheels to the to-be floor plank. He took out his wand "Adhero!" He checked the wheel to make sure that its already stuck but its still a bit loose. "Adhero!" he said it once again with more clearer voice. "Good its stick." he mumbled.. Now he need to do the forth wheels.
Zack was all pretty happy with their work. He didn't think he could have done this all this without anything going wrong. He happily looked around their newly created wagon, jumping excitedly, the second year was so confident that they were gong to win this now.
But as fast his excitement of winning had jumped it vanished at the same point, cause at the same time the cart had falling into pieces of walls and wheel. He felt like running and holding the cart together but it was too late for that. Nothing was still in place, everything had fallen apart. He confident just flew into the air like nothing. H was just about to feel that they were out and now there was no ope in winning at all when Cass spoke again.
What? get the wheels done? how are we going to complete this after all? He just couldn't think of anything at all the could help them work faster. He had to do the walls again. It was difficult the first time itself and now he had to do it all over again. What in the name of Merlin were they doing wrong? he kept thinking. Picking his wand from the ground, that had slipped through his hand as he saw the wagon fall, he took a firm grip of the wand trying to concentrated this time and lifted the side wall plank and brought it close to the bottom plank where the wheels were now firmly placed on both the ends and said "Adhero!" and the left wall was as still as ever. The wagon wasn't moving this time.
He looked for another plank for the right wall. He found one nearby still lying where the cart had broken. He brought it closer to the wagon with the help of his wand and repeated the same action as for the left wall. He was done n few minutes and then looked at Cass and Messer. "Okay, the walls are done." he said with a little smile on his face. "Hope it doesn't fall off this time." he said it with a sigh.

After the whole levitation back to the ground, things starting happening quickly. Or, maybe it wasn't that it wasn't happening quickly, but that Sierra had only been here for the last minute or so. She still wasn't really sure about what happened. All she knew was that there was a crash, and some people ended up in a tree. Really? How did that happen?
At least Kimalia was thanking her, which is more than she could say for the two Ravenclaws. Well, Indiana wasn't exactly in the best position to start thanking people, so she'd let it slide. "You're welcome," she said to her captain. Now she expected a starting position on the house team.
Again.
What? You didn't think she did this solely out of the goodness of her heart, did you?
...oh, five house points!
"Thanks, Professor," she said with a grin. Ellwood was now officially on her good side, and that went a long way as far as Sierra was concerned. Take the girl to the Hospital Wing? "Mmkay, sure. I'm right on it." Turning to Indiana, she tried to figure out the best way to get the girl to the Hospital Wing. Could she even walk now?
OOC: Rachie, please PM me and tell me how you want Indiana to be moved. Can she walk? Does she need to be levitated?
Okay. So now that the professor had laid her on the floor Indy was feeling a bit better. But she didn't really get why she was on the floor. She'd only hit her head and it wasn't that bad. Apart from the fact that she felt sleepy. But she'd just nearly died so that was probably why she was feeling so sleepy. And the teacher wanted her to go to the hospital wing? Well that was probably a good idea. Because well Indy wasn't too sure if she'd actually done anything really bad to her head.
Before the professor could tell her anything else Indy pushed herself up into a more sitted position. "I can walk...." She offered, smiling up at the slytherin prefect. The girl might just need to stick close just in case she felt all faint. But she felt pretty okay. Apart from having a bit of a headache coming on.

It's the end of the show. Of the historemix. We switched up the flow. And we changed the prefix
But we want to say. Before we drop the curtain. Nothing is for sure. Nothing is for certain
"Yes, only the handle now." With her wand she levitated it and placed it on the wood plank before waving the wand and, "Adhero," she attached it to the wagon and started circling their work. Her hand, the one with the wand, was tapping her chin with it. "Hmm. It's... simple... I'd rather have it decorated and all but this should do the race alright." She looked up at her partner Zing and rephrased her sentence, "Look bad. Race fine." Louisa was actually starting to like this boy.. and his simple sentences. Heh.
Glancing around, she noticed the chaos of that other cart... the professor in the weird outfit was racing toward them followed by Sierra. Heh. Funny. "Let's try our best not to end up like those, okay?" Up on a tree and being chased by a fake fortune teller. Now, back to the issue at hand. With her wand, Louisa carved their initials on the wagon's wall 'L & Z', trying her best to make them look nice enough. "There... Louisa.. Zing.." she pointed at the letters respectively for the boy to know why she'd just written this.
"Okay, Now let's attach two wooden bars to the open front so that whoever pull the other with them." She used her wand again, not wanting to add more dirt on her hands or overall outfit, to get the two wooden bars and placed one third of each end of them on the open front of the wagon. "Adhero," she pointed at each one of them and did the spell twice. Moving over to check if they were as strong and steady as possible, Louisa then wiped her forehead more in a dramatic gesture and looked over at Zing. "Who gets to ride?" Naturally, she should but Zing wasn't really a big kind of guy. He was probably even younger than Louisa so she was okay with pulling him on the wagon... maybe... sort of.
They are great as a team. Xing nods and smiles in satisfaction looking at the newly made wagon. A wagon race? "A race? That sounds so much fun!" There are many things will excite this boy as long as they involve physical activities. He isn't the type to sit down writing notes and listening to lectures.
He too attracted by the chaos caused, has his head turns to the direction from where the ruckus is coming from. What else can he do but to laugh? "So embarassing, man!" says the boy, still laughing. Xing turns his attention back to the wagon when Louisa carves 'L & Z'. So, she is naming the wagon 'L & Z'? No... It's supposed to be their initials, but she gets his name wrong. "Actually, Xing start with 'X'," he corrects the mistake by carving a reflected 'Z' over the letter itself to form an 'X'. "There we go. Much better..." he smiles althought starting to feel tired.
As Louisa attached the handles, Xing hold the long piece of wood attached to the wagon. He doesn't know what the name is, but he'll call it a 'neck' since it looks like a guitar neck. "You ride, I'm going to pull," he replies immediately when the Ravenclaw asks about it. Common gentleman code of conduct, nothing special.

Assuming the Ravenclaw girl was still in need of levitation, Sierra whipped out her wand. No sooner had she done this, though, the girl sat up and declared she could walk. Oh, good. Less work on Sierra. "If you say so," she said with a shrug then put away her wand.
Looking around the area, she noted that most people were finishing up or getting back to work after the crash. "Thanks for the lesson, Professor," she said, giving the professor a wave from across the way. Turning back to Indiana, she added, "Well, then. Off we go. If you need any help, just let me know. Otherwise, I'll walk right next to you."
Yeah. Niceness. She had it in her at times. She nodded once toward the girl then turned and headed toward the Hospital Wing.
OOC: She's left the area now, so poke me later and we'll figure out where to post next if you'd like.
As Nora was still studying their work, she noticed Ira from the corner of her eye... but what was she doing? With her eyes still fixed on the cart, she saw as it turned slowly into silver and gold! And it was so PRETTY! Large grin back in place, Nora clapped and almost jumped up and down in excitement. "Ira! This is wonderful!" More clapping. She didn't even care how much her jaw hurt from all that grinning.
"Hop in, then," the girl smirked at her partner, ready to push the cart towards the line. She could do it. She knew it.
... right?
It was soo nice to see Nora's face full of happiness and wonder! Ira sighed. So her idea hadn't been too crazy! And she could not resist herself from jumping up and down in excitement. Clapping her hands, she turned to Nora and said, "Lets cross that line, shall we??"
Hop in? Was Nora telling Ira to sit in while Nora would push the cart? Was she sure? "You sure about it, right?" A bit hesitantly Ira climbed into the cart, hoping, with her fingers crossed that they had done a good enough job of building the cart strong enough to handle her weight. Not that she was fat or anything, but still...
"You CAN do it Nora!" Ira said, to kinda reassure Nora. In case she was feeling a bit low and nervous. Yep, Ira just KNEW that she COULD do it.
Now that he done with the third wheels, Messer need to get the last wheels done ASAP. He looked around to another team and it seems that most of them already done with their carts. Eeeeepp..!! This not good. Not good at all.
Quickly he dragged the fourth wheels and brought it closer to their cart. He stick it into the holes and with his other free hand, he pointed his wand "Adhero!" Messer checked the wheels one more time to make sure that they won't fall apart. "Seem okay." Its Zack turned now. While waiting for Zack to finish his work, Messer brought the wood for their cart handle closer to where they're.
Oh look Zack already finished his task. "Now we only need the handle."

"Great Job on those wheels, Messer." Cass said with a smile as she eyed the wheels that were now lying side by side on the grass along with the planks of wood that Zack was working on.
"We'll have this cart up and running again in no time." The blonde said encouragingly as she twirled her wand around her fingers, trying to decide if she should double the spell. After all, it did fall apart last time...
Nah, she trusted her team mates. Besides, it was their butts that were going to end up on the ground anyway.

Tearing her eyes away from their set of wheels, Cass glanced at the now finished body and frowned slightly. Not that she was criticizing Zack's work or anything, but in her opinion, the cart really did need more walls - she didn't want the unlucky sap sliding off the thing while they're pushing it.
Besides, the professor did say at least two walls.
So, without another word, the blonde walked over to a couple of wooden planks that were on the ground, picked it up and walked back to the half finished cart. She then placed it at the foot of the cart, covered the opening at the bottom and flicked her wand "Adhaero." She said firmly, sticking the plank on firmly.
Yup, just one step at a time.

Zack had already completed with the walls. He still thought that the top would look good if they had one. He looked for some more planks to get it done with the top and so they had something like a shelter to their cart. That would make it look like an actually cart and then he could also do wit the door if they still had time.
He looked for some more plank and found that Messer had brought some already. "Oh! thanks" he said to Messers. He moved close towards the plank which was kept at the side of the now made cart and used his wand to get it on the top of the cart and place it on the side of the cart wall. He kept it at the top, it wasn't moving but still he had to do the spell to make sure it didn't fall. He had his wand in his right wand, he pointed it at the top plank and said "Adhaero!" the plank was now stuck to the top making it look like a shelter.
He looked back at the two and smiled "How's that looking?" he asked then looking back at the top of the cart. He looked as Messers as he spoke and then said "Oh, sure we could make the handle part now. I can get some wood for that then." he said and then headed to bring some wood that could be used as the handle bars.
He returned with some wood floating in the air as he used the flying charm on them and brought the to the place they wee working on the cart. "Here, i got some, they could be used a the handled bars. If you want some more and let me know i'll get some more while you work" he said and a bit excitement in his voice had returned.

Hop in? Was Nora telling Ira to sit in while Nora would push the cart? Was she sure? "You sure about it, right?" "You CAN do it Nora!" Ira said, to kinda reassure Nora. In case she was feeling a bit low and nervous. Yep, Ira just KNEW that she COULD do it.
Nodding in agreement, Nora waited until Ira climbed into the cart, and then started pushing it, surprised to find that the wheels worked perfectly well, and she didn't need the super strength she didn't even have. Besides, Ira was light, so it wasn't a challenge at all.
Off they went... just a little bit more and...
"Wediditwediditwediditwedidit we did iiiiit!" Nora couldn't have been happier when they reached the line. She didn't just let go of the cart, however, or else Ira might have never stopped. Pulling it a bit, she stopped the cart, and then the actual jumping up and down and the clapping started.

Oh. OOHH! Zing was with X.. like Xing. Well, oops. Hehe. Louisa nodded at the boy, though and agreed on being the one pulled. Was she supposed to offer him to be pulled halfway and then give him the wagon and pull him the rest of the way? She didn't feel like dragging the wagon, though. Her flowy skirt could get her killed.... just like those kids hanging off the tree and getting rescued at the moment.
Louisa approached the wagon and started inspecting it carefully. "We're not going to win, since we like.. finished almost last but it'll be fun." The wheels were cool.. so was the floor... the two walls on the sides and the wooden bars that represented the pulling aid. She caaaarefully stepped on the wagon's floor. She didn't thrust her whole weight on it in case it just rolled off but gradually lifting her other foot on the wagon with her arms stretched at the side for balance. If she dies in this pathetic outfit, she'll make sure not to head toward the light but come back and haunt professor Elwood as a ghost. That was her fair warning.
Once she was on her knees and hands on the wagon, she nodded nervously at Xing. It was his cue to pull her... not too fast... she didn't want to die.

Oh. A Slytherin who's nice. Messer grinned widely at Cass' comment.
The Hufflepuff raised his eyebrows when the older girl picked out a couple of wooden planks. What's that for? Oh. Apparently the wooden planks she picked out were for another walls. That seem legit. The first cart they build was fell apart maybe with another walls this cart will be much more stronger than the first one.
"It looks good to me, Zack." Nothing seem wrong.
Messer's eyes went from Zack' work to Cass. "I could do that for you." Its not that hard isn't it? He just need to stick the handle. Its almost the same like sticking the wheels. He could definitely do that. Messer took the woods and stick it to where the handle should be. "Umm..Like this?" he asked the blonde hair Slytherin.

As Zack had finished bring the pieces of wood to make the handle bars, he still felt that there was still something missing that he could still do with their cart. He looked around at the cart the had made and noticed that it could still do with few shelves on the cart. Then it would match a little to the one professor showed them and it would also look good and well managed that way.
He thought of bring few wood that could be used as the shelves, while Cass and Messers continued to make the handle for the cart. He headed to where he could find small planks that could be used as the shelves. He found some and he used the flying charm on them, i was bit difficult but he managed it in two three tries. He came back to his team. "Hey, i thought we could do with some shelved in our cart." he said smiling at them.
He claimed in the cart taking one of the wood with him inside. It wasn't too heavy he could manage it. He hold the wood to the left wall of the cart and said "Adhero!" the first shelf was stuck to the wall he needed some more on the left under the first one. He used the flying charm to bring the wood towards him and then hold it in his arm sticking it under the first one and the said "Adhero!" the second one was stuck a bit below the first.
He looked at Messers and Cass and said "Now, how is that looking?" smiling. He looked back at the inside walls of the cart and said i think i will do some shelves on the right as well. He came out of the cart and looked at it from outside.

Their cart falling apart?!! NOOOOO..!! It can't be happening!
o_________O
They're running out of time. Now they need to start from the beggining again. Better get going Messer. He told himself. Since he couldn't grabbed two wheels at once, Messer went to grab one of the wheels from where it fall and dragged it to where their falling cart were. The Hufflepuff stick one of the wheels to the to-be floor plank. He took out his wand "Adhero!" He checked the wheel to make sure that its already stuck but its still a bit loose. "Adhero!" he said it once again with more clearer voice. "Good its stick." he mumbled.. Now he need to do the forth wheels.

"Thanks a bunch." The girl said gratefully as she released her holds on the bars, letting Messer hold them in place. "That's perfect." She said with a nod as she whipped her wand out of the holster hidden beneath the sleeves of her robes and pointed it at one of the handles "Adhaero." She said firmly, making sure that it was stuck firmly before moving on to the next one, she pointed her wand at it once more and said "Adhaero" then performed the necessary tests to see that it truly had stuck.
She so did not want another collapsed cart.
"You can let go now." The blonde instructed before glancing at the new extensions that Zack seemed to have installed onto the cart.

"It looks great." She Slytherin said, her tone congratulatory as she grinned at him "Good job on the cart's body." It really did look nice. And this time she was sure it wasn't going to fall.
But just in case...
"Zack." The 16-year-old called out "Make sure to stick everything in, we don't want the cart to fall halfway into the race."
Why, yes, Spike, of course the cart was feeling good. Did he not trust her? Unless he really wanted to check it all out by himself, she couldn't blame him for that. And if he was making sure that nothing would happen to her, then he could check out the cart all he wanted because that was definitely and truly...adorable.
Kate couldn't help but smile again at his mention of good vibes. Considering a couple groups had already meet the finish line then he could only mean that their cart felt like a good one. Again, YES, they built a very good one, indeed.
"Thanks!" she said, when he commented on the little finishing touches. Kate was glad to have a few necklaces off her neck truth be told.
OMG! That was cute! Heh. Her carriage. She winked at him before getting on the cart, "Thanks, Mr. Hutchinson." Fun stuff, this whole thing was.
For a moment there, she wasn't completely certain as to what his question actually meant. Was she feeling comfortable? Or was he asking himself if he was comfortable? Was he asking the handle? Or was he asking her if she was comfortable with him pulling the cart? Since they've settled a long time ago that he'll be doing the pulling, and he'd already pointed out where the handle felt comfortable...then the question was directed at her, "I am!" as comfortable as one might be in this situation.
AND OFF THEY WENT!
Bounces and sparkles. Between the cart she firmly had a grip on, and Spike's curls...they could certainly catch the attention as fortune-tellers. DEFINITELY! They should get extra points for it.
And this was fun. The wind on her face as Spike pulled the cart was good, too. Until it suddenly stopped, because they'd reached the finish line. And the Professor standing there too.
"We did it, Spike!" she beamed at him.
Mr. Hutchinson? Heh. That was kinda cool, and he straightened up a little.
She was sorted? Off they goooooo!
Spike pulled the cart happily behind him, somewhere between fast walking and running so that it didn't do anything silly. He didn't want it rocking and trying to flip Kate out along the way. And then, before long, they were at the finish line.
Oooooh.
That was AWESOME.
AgainAgain?
"We did!" he beamed at Kate, before offering her his hand again to help her down from the cart. And with her felt safely on the ground, he even went in for a celebratory hug.
It was only on pulling away he saw who'd been involved in the crash...

His eyes widened.
Where was the Snake taking his sister?
He glanced between Kate and Indy and the Professor, and bit his lip. Indy would be okay, right? He'd go and check on her as soon he got out of class.
Now, how HAD she ended up on the ground? Hmm. HMM? Someone didn't know how to build a cart properly. Or drive it. Or both. He eyed the other members of the group in the vicinity.
Well, that was settled easily enough! Paulie nodded as Beezus climbed up into the wagon. He called over to Kaiden, who was at the front end of the cart. "I'm gonna push the wagon from behind, and you can pull with the handle, 'kay?" That way Paulie wouldn't be tripping over poor Kaiden.
Slaves?!

This was actually pretty difficult, Even with Paulie pushing from behind. Kaiden knew the older boy must have been taking the most weight, but the little puff was finding it difficult to pull the wagon, and keep it going straight. "If the Lady would quit bouncing, this would be easier." He said, nearly tripping as the wagon bounce again. "And I'll get some Ice cream, just as soon as I milk the cow." BOUNCE. BOUNCE.
"Sorry.." said Beezus, finally cutting off her slight bouncing.
Ignoring Kaiden's sarcastic response to her ice cream craving dispatch, Beezus leaned forward, excitement and fulfillment rushing into her nerved as she saw the finish line coming close. "Faster guys!" The Ravenclaw exclaimed, clapping enthusiastically.
Just a few more.....not so far away now......
AND....
Instead of clapping with her hands together, Beezus was clapping her face, mouth wide open as she screamed for utter victory. "AAAAHHHH! We did it!" She then descended from their wagon with rapid speed, and pulled her teammates into a tight hug. "You did great my slaves." HEHE. The teamwork actually paid off.
Mika just blinked. Cram in that thing? No she'd be happy to run after it - or attempt to and push it. She was too small to be IN the cart right?
Clearing her throat she added "Yeah I'd like to try and push it" she nodded making little muscle arms - there hardly were any muscles involved in her flex but it was all for show. She just didn't want to be IN the cart. Not after seeing all the run away ones.

"So who's riding it?" Addie asked. "I sort of want to but someone else wants to. Or Selena, Mika, and I could all squish." That would be pretty funny.
Kennedy stared at their wagon. It was going great, but they missed the chance to win and really, that bothered him. He wanted to win, but now they had to settle on finishing the job and getting their cart over the line. He stared at the wagon some more when he realized something. "We forgot the the handle." Where were the girls going to hang on when he pulled the cart?
Yeah, he didn't want to risk them flying off like that one group that ended up tree...or wherever. He was busy right now.
He took the handle and said, "Adhaero," and stuck the handle to the wagon. There. Now none of the girls were going to fall off. He turned to both Addie and Mika. "Well, I thought you'd all get on the wagon and I'd pull." Yeah, it'd probably be a hard task to pull him all the way to the finish line.
"Yes," Paulie answered Beezus, as he continued shoving the wagon forward. "An empress is the female form of an emperor." And she seemed pretty keen on being an empress, too. She also seemed pretty keen on getting ice cream, in place of grapes, from her 'slaves.'
He grinned upon hearing her 'Impress your empress!' line. Paulie liked rhymes and alliteration and good word play. "Yep, almost there, guys!" As Kaiden continued pulling, Paulie kept pushing the wagon. Just about ten feet..... now just a few... one foot from the finish line!!
"Woop woooooop!" Paulie called, as the cart passed on over the finish line. Voila. The crazy empress/slave team had pulled it off!

Almost there, almost there. Being the one pulling the cart, Kaiden was the first of his team across the finish, but he continued pulling until they were all across. "We did!" he grinned, as he got roped into a hug. It was amazing that they made this cart and pushed it across the field. "You guys were awesome!" he said, sticking his fist out for Paulie to fist bump.
Calista stood where she was for a moment, watching the Ravenclaw Prefect and Indiana's retreating backs, glad that the chaos of the wagon accident had finally begun to calm down, Professor Elwood called out to the students who had finished gathered around wher. she now stood at the finish line and to those few who were still working.
"Alright everyone! I want to thank you all for working so hard and making my first lesson here at Hogwarts I would say a pretty successful one. Now aswell as having fun I hope you all now see how ridiculous the notion of Divination just being a bunch of fortune tellers really is." She patted her turban with a smile and winked a the others in the congregation that had them aswell.
"Divination is much more than all of this that we've messed around with today. We will begin diving into the real deal starting next lesson. Everyone you are dismissed but if you need anything or have any questions feel free to stay behind or visit me later in my office." And with that the blonde Professor waved at those finished and looked eagerly to those still working.
OCC: Alright guys the lesson is over but I won't close the thread until later today, 11am-ish EST (4pm GMT) so you all can finish any posts you need. Also thanks so much for making my first lesson a fun one. You guys rock!!
Zack Was done with the shelves on the left side of the wall. He wanted few on the right as well. It didn't seem nice if only the left side had shelves. He wanted to do on the right as well. He looked around on the wood that he had just brought to make the shelves. He took one of them in his hand and looked if there was another that matched the size of the first one, a little big would do as well. He found the other lying beside it ans was almost the same size so he thought of using that.
He smiled in the cart holding his wand and then using the flying charms to bring the two piece of wood inside as well. He took the first wood and place it on he wall matching to that on the left and then with this right hand he took the wand and said "Adhero!" sticking the first piece in place he took the other and stuck it to the wall by saying "Adhero!" again and the second wood was stuck to the wall under the first one on the same height as the second on the left. They all were in matching height now. Two shelves on the right and two on the left.
He was super excited with his work that he was about to jump with excitement in the cart but thought best not to. The couldn't afford to break the cart again. They were running out of time now and any moment professor could tell the to stop. While Cass and Messers worked on the handle, he still felt that he could do something more to the cart. He climed down from the cart and stared at *** for a while.
"Yes!" he said slightly only to himself. He then he looked back at Cass and Messers "Hey guys, do you mind if i do the door to the cart. That way it would look even better." he said and looked for some two pieces of wood to fit as the door and now he only had one. he need ed one more. "Okay, i thin i need one more to do with the door. I'll get one quickly." he said and ran to get the wood.
