Jonathan walked up to the entrance hall after finishing cleaning his stuffs at the common room. Seriously, guys should be cleaning up that room. It looks like tornado strikes when they start using the dorms. Waking up in the morning he did read the memo that they were going to do some international stuffs for today? Will they be learning cultures? Jonathan just hopes it's not another form of dancing because truth be told, he is getting bored of the dancing mania this term.

He reached the entrance hall and saw most students came. This must be something exciting since it has gathered up this many. Jonathan took a seat in one corner and waited until it starts. Oh right, he should have just eaten breakfast before coming.

Marie gave Evelyn a LOOK. She was not amused at her friends comment. "This had better be worth my time here or you'll never hear the end of it from me." That's right. Marie would remind Evelyn at every opportunity she could of how she had wasted her time.

Oh look. It's the Know It All Gryffindor Prefect... and she was handing something to Ev. Something Marie was about to snatch out of her friends hand until she caught sight of... Mia?

What in the name of Merlin happened to that girl?

All thoughts of snatching the parchment from Ev had vanished as she made her way over to her other friend. "Hey Mia." She said with a smile. She then leaned over to her and whispered in her ear. "Did you lose your brush?" Marie would gladly give her one of hers if she needed it.

And along came Destiny... who stood with IT two? Marie really needed to have a chat with that girl about some of the friends she had. Unless... maybe she was over there bragging about how Carter was in love with her and not the IT cousins. Now that... that would definitely be worth D being over there. Maybe next she would be making her way over to Marilyn.

Now where was that Lion boy?

More and more students started coming into the hall from other parts of the school, and Salander couldnt help but break into broader grin. He gave Captain Ellie a short wave hello as his eyes shifted to Kurumi bringing the parchment. He stifled a chuckle as he saw the exchange between his Cookie!Princess and the She Snake, then blinked as the parchment was handed to him. Oh so he would do the honors? Suurreee!

He tucked the parchment momentarily into his arm as he gave a few loud CLAPS to get the attention of the students around them. "Good morning fellow Hogwartians!!" he greeted the students gamely, his eyes twinkling in the excitement that was about to start "You probably all saw the parchments posted around the school and is likely wondering what thats all about. Well, what its about is a little game...." although really its not that little, but why spoil the surprise "... a game that would help us learn more about each other and the different places where we're from, coming together under one roof and bringing with us the culture and heritage that we grew up with, enriching Hogwarts beyond measure just by our mere presence." yeah Diversity FTW!

"So to start this off, I'm gonna read a clue and y'all gonna have to figure out what that means and where y'all need to do next...." he took the parchment between his hands and rolled it open then started to read aloud :





He looked up grinning mischievously at the students assembled "Well.... what are you waiting for? GO!!! "

Gideon meerly lingered around waiting for whatever it was that was going to happen...to happen. When he spotted Kurumi rush into the gathered group, he was about to say hi when she was preoccupied with the head girl and boy and when they were done, the Slytherin 7th year was calling for their attention.

Forget it Gideon...she's with the group leading, she can't help.

Scavenger hunt? Thats what they were doing? He listened as best he could to the clue, the fourth year trying to make sense of all the lines in the rhyme. Gideon thought he had a good idea on what the first part but he'd need to check on the rest. Guess it was time to get going, he mused, turning around and heading out to do what was asked.

It was a race after all.

Carter slipped in to the Entrance Hall just in time for the Head Boy to make the announcement. Now would be there perfect time to slip away. He walked along the outskirts of the crowd before spotting the Head Girl.

"Come on, Evelyn." he said walking up to her. "We should go get ready..." They'd slip off while everyone was busy working out the clue.

August looked away from Tori momentarily as the Head Boy got their attention and began to read from a parchment that Kurumi had handed him. They were doing an around the world event but...

this was a riddle!! August was good at those, he listened carefully and thought hard about where that would be in the Castle. Oh! He got it! He grabbed Tori's hand and took off for the stairs, running through the crowd of people hurridly.

"Let's go princess!"

So of course Vashti had seen the stuff posted in the common room about this "touring the world" or something of that nature, but she hadn't paid much attention to the time...until it was nearly time for it to start. MEEP! She'd hopped up from her seat in the Ravenclaw common room and raced down the stairs...

...reaching the Entrance Hall just in time to hear Salander addressing the rest of the students there. Vashti tried to quiet her panting as she listened, her mind working as fast as possible to process the clue that was being read. "Fruity"..."red and round"..."armored"..."where art would be found"... Hmm? She thought she had an idea of what that clue meant.

Go?

Oh Merlin, more running?!

She raced off.

Wait… a scavenger hunt?! What does that have to do with world travel?! Sky gathered that the clue mentioned they were going to hunt for apples but where? " Um… could we have some clarification, you know, about what we're doing?" Sky asked.

Seeing people already running off she cried out, "NEVERMIND!" And dashed off.

Having seen the notice, Mina knew that she had to see this for herself. It intrugued her and what else was she going to do so early on a day like today? She had homework to do of course, but this was a break for her and she did need it.

Stepping off the stairs, she noticed everyone stand around. There was a serious lack of Eagles around and that only made her frown. Spotting Ellie, she headed over. "Captain."

Jai slipped out as Salander read the first clue before students began their quest to figure out the first clue. Easing off the wall, he pushed his hands in pockets and walked out of the entrance hall.

'This should be fun.' he thought to himself and he strode out, quietly.

Oh great, a race? Katie did not like running and that, sport she disliked, unless its Quidditch, she loved that sport with a passion, but anyway this sounded fun so she was defiantly up to the challenge. Katie had a pretty good idea where she was meant to go, the clue wasn't that hard.

So with that, she raced off, slower then the others though, hopefully Katie might get fitter and faster while doing all this.

Adelyn wandered into the Entrance Hall, eager to discover what was going to happen. The sign in the Common Room hadn't given away many details, except traveling the world; which, of course, was interesting enough in itself, but she was more than a little curious to discover what else might be going on.

Wait...a scavenger hunt?!

She listened carefully to the clue, and then raced off.

Marie had skipped her regular Saturday morning routine for THIS? A stupid scavenger hunt!

There was NO way she was going to participate in some stupid hunt... where she was going to have to bob for apples. She would NOT be putting her mouth or face in any barrel full of water and apples that had other peoples GERMS in it. That was just DISGUSTING!

Looking over at Mia she gave her friend a nudge. "I'm outta here. I got better things to do." Things that were a LOT more fun than this stupid game.

Really, these prefects needed to come up with new ideas. This was just a recycled activity. Scavenger hunt from last term ring a bell to anyone?

What the...?

Kennedy stood there, a bit confused. He go that it was a race, but what were they supposed to find?! He though it over and over repeating what the parchment said then...

..."It's the..." but, he wasn't about to give up what he had just discovered. Oh no. So, the fourteen year old dashed off, where he knew the next clue would be.

Hopefully.

As Salander started speaking and read the clue out loud, Evelyn went back to leaning against the wall, arms crossed and staring out to the crowd. Yes, think little minions! THINK!

Yet before she knew it, Carter was there. Right there. Next to her. Saying stuffs. "Yea..." she agreed. Nothing like slipping away from everyone when they were busy and running other places, though why they had to run was beyond her. She herself wouldn't have been running if she was with them.

Hmm...Marilyn replayed the clue over in her head several times before taking off....

It sounded like they'd be bobbing for apples or something...but where?

Run and think, run and think...

Hmm, she knew just the place...maybe...

Selina saw that a crowd of students was blocking the way to the Great Hall. It was an inconvenience as any. She was hungry and it was time to eat. Why did the students all choose now to convene in such an important place?

Just as her voice was about to ring out a complaint she heard a Slytherin voice rang out over the pack. It was the Head Boy and he was talking about some event that they had all apparently seen on the notice boards. Perhaps she had seen something, but her mind at the current moment was blank. Ah well, right place right time sort of thing.

Once he gave out the first clue she had a pretty good idea as to what he was referring to. When she was little her Aunt Jennette used to do some of her... readings in a large pool of fruity delights. Then again Aunt Netty was never really conventional. So off she went.

Sierra wandered up to the entrance hall a bit slower than she likely should, so when she finally arrived at the prefects meeting, Salamander was finishing up on his speech and starting on the clue. She paused somewhere near the back as she listened intently. Erm..., what in the name of Merlin was he going on about? Dip in and use your teeth? Beginning of the race?

She gave him a wide-eyed, raised-eyebrow expression. It was a race, though, so she didn't have too long at all. As a matter of fact, when he finally got around to asking what they were waiting for, she turned and headed off, still not a clue as to where she should go.

The Head Boy just gave a clue. Raven was thinking about that.

"Eng... I know that!!" Then she ran out to reach those place.

What?!

But, it was AROUND THE WORLD! Not a race!

But with those clues, Katrina knew that answer and ran somewhere.

Chill. What is actually happening? Not another race? Sarah tried to recollect the Head Boy little clue. "Chomping..? Fruity...? Fishy sounds...? Valiant..?? Armoured??!"

What the heck. This is something. Sarah had a good idea, maybe wrong, what the clue was about. She saw the students rush out and followed suit.

Aiden pays attention as the Head Boy gives out the clue. She observes it and didn't take long to solve the riddle. With her light build, she dashes off to the next destination. Heh! This should be fun...

Easy. Third floor, amour, portraits, bobbing for apples. Jez ran off, remembering a shortcut her older brother had told her about. She'd get there before them all, Jez knew it. Her competitive side was flourishing.

Cass ran up to the great hall just in time for the head boy to announce the clue and have everyone running off to search for whatever it was. Great, another scavenger hunt. This was going to be fun.

She glanced down at her clothes and frowned, not exactly something you could wear to a scavenger hunt that could possibly lead outside, but hey, she didn't have time to change, she needed to figure out the clue!

Where could it be?

Adanna scampered into the Entrance Hall. The notice had caught her eye as she passed it on her way back to her dorm yesterday evening, and she was ever so curious to find out what under the Heavens was going on. Overcome by wonder, she was more worried about missing out on something spectacular than arriving to a horror. In fact, the latter hadn't even crossed her mind.

Either way, there were plenty students gathered here. Well, at least she got the right place!

Oooh, a scavenger hunt! "Thrilling!"
And so, she ran off with her first idea in mind.
