"No problem. Yes maybe you are right it will feel worse than it is. Good to hear that you will live, otherwise I would lose a good friend. You want to go to the Hospital Wing and get it stitched up? I will come with you." Harvey said smiling

Jez looked down at Scott, who had just fallen into a puddle, and couldn't help laughing. "You feeling better?" she asked, pulling him up to sit next to her and Nate. She didn't let it show she was pleased to see him. "And have you seen the snowman?" Jez pointed to the moving snowman that was still tipping its hat to people.

Kennedy nodded his head. "I don't know, maybe," he said, eyeing the snowman. "And if he did, this snowman is just...walking around in circles. Maybe he charmed it on accident?" he said. Kennedy, after all, did not know this Borr guy properly, so he didn't want judge him for acts that he couldn't prove, but it was all weird.

"Hogwarts is lucky if people don't sue," he said. Several people had already slipped on the water. Kennedy took several steps back and pulled Aurora along. "Watch out, what if we touch the water and the snowman freezes everyone who's touched it." Yeah, he wanted to keep nice and warm along with his girlfriend.

Aurora chuckled, "He's the minister, he doesn't do things by accident." she said, smiling. "In fact, it's unlikely that he had anything whatsoever to do with this." It just didn't seem his style. Not flamboyant enough. "You never know, it could just be the professors playing a trick on us."

"You worry too much Kennedy." Aurora said, squeezing his hand. "No-one ever sues Hogwarts, much worse things have happened. Haven't you read the history books? Heard the stories?" she asked. Sure, he'd been brought up in the muggle world... but still... hadn't he ever heard about the Chamber of Secrets? Not even the Weasleys had sued!

Harlow giggled, "Oh daddy said he 'is not subjecting another piece of muggle fine muggle inventions to the oddity of this family'," she said in her imitation of her father's deep voice. She ended her imitation with a gigglesnort.

She stopped packing up the bag and looked at him. "Oh dear." she said trying not to tear up at the thought of not having a mother. She loved her mother so much. She threw her arms around Treyen thin frame. "I'm sorry." she told him softly. She looked up at him. "You can hang out with my mom if you want. She're pretty awesome. She wind surfs in the Sahara and she rock climbs, but she can't make cupcakes so don't ask. The last time she tried my sister Persia disappeared for 20 minutes and she came back in a cloud of sprinkles and frosting." she told him. She thought it was all rather funny at the time. Well it was still funny today if you asked her.

Harlow finished packing up her bag and linked arms with Treyen and headed out of the Great Hall to head down to potions. She did not want to be late for that class.

Carter blinked. He never realized that Destiny had such a great memory... or that she'd take movies so literally.

Actually, scratch that. He knew that the girl was capable of taking movies literally...

Now. On to bigger issues.

Like why was there a SNOWMAN in the entrance hall? He was used to Hogwarts being odd... but this was way crazier than usual.

Wait. Where did Destiny go? "Merlin Sweets. Are you trying to blind the kid?" And steal the boy's cookie? Of course, he didn't care enough about either to attempt to pull the girl away.

"She is a Slytherin." he said responding to the snake's question. "She just refuses to give it back." And to admit she wasn't actually his co-captain.

And just add to the craziness... Carter noticed the flailing Head Boy.

"Destiny. I'm pretty sure that's not what's going on." Unless he missed that muggle studies announcement.

Oh good. A Professor!

Waaaaait. Why was he only addressing the Head Boy? Carter had a badge too!

Or... Carter had a position of authority and Destiny had a badge...

Didn't that mean they should be addressed too?

And why was the snowman tipping his hat? That hadn't been an acceptable form of greeting in nearly a century.

Her father sounded like a completely centered man. Treyen would've said the same thing. It just made him think that a great deal of iPods had been damaged thanks to them.

It was rather funny, truth be told, but an unnecessary thing to do.

Either way, the boy only laughed softly once she was done. And he shrugged when his mother was mentioned, "It's okay, Harlow," he'd been without her for most of his life, or since he was two years old, which was pretty much the same. "Thanks, but that won't be necessary," he winked, after releasing her hug, and he could live without cupcakes.

Now...off to Potions, right? Yes. He led the way.

Erin was left alone by both Harvey and Professor Bentley, so she decided to stay in here alone. As the surroundings was scanned by Erin's eyes, she saw a moving figure coming towards her. Surely, it was not a wizard or a witch...but wait!

It was a snowman came to life! Was Erin just imagining this? Was her eyes fooling her because of the unendurable pain of her numb feet? But, it was truthfully a snowman moving toward her creating more puddles of water. Oooooh! She needed to get out in here. But she couldn't moved her feet, let alone, her body.

"Heeeeeeeelp!"

As Destiny spoke, Salander 's eyes shifted between her, the Snowman and the door, his overactive imagination prompting images of an army of zombie snowmen plowing through, breaking down the ancient doorway . Then his eyes shifts to Carter when he said that wasn’t quite the case. Uhuh…. His eyes darts between Destiny and Carter a few times until he caught sight of a shiny red badge on Destiny’s uniform “Uh… aint that yours?” he gestured at the Captain's badge as he looked at Carter, a half smirk forming on his lips. A token of affection? Something he lost over a wager? Oh yeah, he is certainly missing something in the rumor circuit. He was Head Boy, there should be a memo to update him on these things.

But before he could continue the teasing several students have begun slipping on the puddles, one of them skidding right next to him “Hey you alright???” he asked worriedly as he extended to help the Ravenclaw up, then glanced at Stella as she asked the same thing “I’m fine… she, didn’t fare so well though.” he replied, trying to keep the hilarity of the scene away from his voice.

He started to look for the other students loosing their footing (or being frozen on spot as with one student) when his head spun towards the direction of the booming voice. Aak! The Astronomy Professor. Arm snaps out, pointing at the direction of the snowman with his tried and true excuse of He did it! just ready to be blurted out when the Professor finally sees who’s causing the mess. “Errr…. not quite sure whats with the mangled moving snowman Sir, but I will start doing something about the puddles.” he grinned awkwardly, taking his wand out and started Tergeo-ing everything within reach—the shivering India, the water puddle around them, the Professor’s head, Carter Destiny’s badge, Daichi’s cookie…. Yeah he’s a good Head Boy see, always mindful of the student’s and staff’s welfare uhuh.

Although he’s begun to wonder why is it that of the 5 schools he’s been to this is the only one that doesn’t have its own janitor….

Did anybody see that!? The snowman.. he was tipping his hat to everyone! Destiny grinned as she watched him, and when he was looking at her.. or when she thought he was looking at her, she gave him a tip of her own imaginary hat. He was friendly, and she couldn't wait for him to start saying Happy Birthday. It meant the song was about to start, and since she had watched that moving picture alot, she knew all the words.

But first, she needed a cookie and the grin she was wearing only widened when Daichi finally realized what she wanted. Sure, it may have been easier for her to just say it, but this was Destiny and she liked to do things the hard way. "Thanks!" she said, and tipping her imaginary hat in his direction, she took the cookie from him. Just when she was about to put it in her mouth, though, he questioned the badge and she couldn't help but glance down at it.

She wasn't sure that she could pass off being a Gryffindor, but it made her laugh. So much that she didn't get a chance to tell him she is a Slytherin.

Thankfully, Carter was there. And her laughing stopped as soon as he mentioned that comment. "I don't refuse to give it back. It's just that you don't deserve it." Had he forgotten that he lost the Quidditch game? Maybe, just maybe if he won the next one, he'd get it back. But even that was doubtful. She would just run onto the pitch and tackle him for it.

And still, she didn't think anything could get crazier since Sal, but there she was. Wrong once more.

Her eyes widened as a Ravenclaw girl came slipping into the Hall and.. where were those big yellow signs that said 'Wet Floor' when you need one!? Destiny had seen them in Muggle stores and they always got peoples attention. But fine. Since no one liked her theory about the other moving snowman, and since she was going to ignore the smirk that Sal was wearing at the mention of Carter's badge, she moved a little closer to the nearest puddle. "Maybe we should lower the heat in the castle! What if the snowman melts into nothing!?" It would be a shame. He was so nice!

Holy sugar snaps.

Finally knowing that that was the kind of cookie in her hand, since.. why else would someone have said that?, Destiny stuffed half of it in her mouth just as Professor Roseland arrived. With all the people milling about, why didn't any of them think about grabbing an adult!? And now with a Professor there, did that mean she had to help clean the puddles.. and everything else like Sal was?

She would just wait until she was told to do so. Until then, she would nudge Carter closer to the snowman. Let him get eaten first if it is an evil snowman.

"It's good to know that I am a good friend! Well how bad is it? If it is really bad then I will go but if it isn't then there is no need," she said smiling.

Harvey looked at the cut "Well...I..er...I dont know to be honest, it seems alright. I guess. You have a feel, do you feel that it needs a trip to the Hospital Wing? Do you think it requires stitches or whatever magical means they do?" harvey asked as it was all based on how Ann felt.

Annabeth thought for a second, "No, I dont think so," she said, and paused, to put her hand on the cut, it didn't feel too bad, but she knew that whatever happens, she would have a scar for forever, her Uncle had one just like it on his chin and he didn't have stitches and it is still okay, and her best muggle friend had to have stitches on her leg and she has a scar, so after thinking about it, Annabeth decided, "No, I won't bother, I'm going to have a scar anyway so there is no real point!"

"Ok well if you are sure. But if later on you feel the need to go then I can take you. Ok well you must be cold now sitting on this floor for a long time. Do you want to try getting up again so we can get you warm." Harvey said holding onto her arm to support her if she were to try standing up.

The snowman continues to make its rounds in the hall, melting quicker, and creating more puddles each time it circles.

Stomping the snow from her boots, TJ shook the snow from her hair as well. Stepping into the entrance hall, she nearly went down as her foot slipped in one of the puddles. Her hands going out trying to steady herself, she looked around her wondering what in Merlin's name had caused the puddles!

She wondered if maybe Peeves was being naughty again, until she saw the snowman going around and around the hall.

Okay, so Kourt hadn't a clue as to how to begin to mop up these puddles, unless you counted the Muggle way with a mop. And the puddles continued to grow in size as the snowman continued to go round and round, slowly melting as it did so. Was this only happening within the castle? Were there other snowmen alive outside?

The realization made her curious, but she really didn't want to move much for fear of falling. Perhaps the Astronomy professor could help a bit?

India gave Sal a quick smile, when he had Tergo'd her. It was nice of him after all she was no longer freezing. Wait a second? The Egg-spell? Maybe snow and hot together would heat the puddles until the evaporated?

"Th-thanks" she smiled over to Sal. Sore, but no longer frozen. Yay no hypothermia.

"Need any help with anyone - also...you remember charms the spell Argentum Calidus couldn't you use latin spell work to evaporate the puddles?" She offered....she wasn't the best with Latin but she was sure some people were probably genius's around here.

Sky had decided to take a little walk around the grounds. But as she walked into the Entrance Hall, she saw a bunch of people gathered around…… was that a melting snowman?! What was a snowman doing in the school?! " What is going on?" Sky asked.

"Ok, I will tell you if I need to go, Ok then, I am cold," she said her teeth shivering, she got cold really easily and was always cold, even in the summer, if you felt her hands at anytime of the year they would be cold, her face would also be cold, so the only way you can tell that she is ill is if she is above 27 degrees, a lot colder than normal people are. She held on to Harvey and stood up, her legs shook at first but got better afterwards. "Thanks," she said smiling.

"ok that is good. no problem. so what do you want to do now?" he asked her

"I don't mind really, what do you want to do?" she asked him, not trying to think of her real feelings for him, no Annabeth, he's your friend, you can't think of him like that she told herself, but, but she replied to herself, she was having an inside argument with herself until she decied the conclusion. "Thanks again," she said,

Aurora caught sight of Sky and beckoned her over, still keeping hold of Kennedy's hand. "Nobody seems to know what it's doing here... Except melting. Weird huh?" she replied, staring at the thing. "Do you think melting hurts?" she wondered aloud. It couldn't be pleasant...

"hey its ok, I help my friends and you are one of them. That is why I helped you out. Lets go up to the common room and get you warm by the fire there. How about that?" he said to Ann.

"Thanks, ok then, the Common room it is," she said happily to him.
