Penny dragged her trunk and owl cage onto the train, She was sad to be leaving this beautiful place, but really glad to be going home and seeing her family... She had particularly missed her dad, with whom she was very close to..
Finding an empty compartment, Penny sat down and withdrew a book from her bag - "A nice read always shortens a journey", she thought as she turned to page one of her new Percy Jackson novel..
" Mind if I sit with you?" William asked Penny. "Are you ready for the summer?" William asked Penny. "So what is your owl's name?" Willaim asked Penny.
...this soothing movement wasn't doing the girl any good, on the contrary, she was feeling her head exploding and her eye sight already went blurry. She should get something to eat..like REAL soon. Beside, it was a stupid idea to put the trunk in the door's way.. nobody could get in if she passed out.
Oh. Yeah. It was only a trunk and anyone could jump over it. She was lying on the seats on one side, and her arm covered the upper part of her face. Sleeping seemed like a great idea at the moment.
..huh? Did she hear Dal? Louisa groaned in a low voice, now she was hallucinating!! No. Enough was enough! She should get up and get something to eat NOW! Louisa removed her arm from her face, and straightened up very slowly because she could roll over to the floor in any hasty move and sh-
O__O
It wasn't hallucinations! He was actually standing in front of her. She stared up at him, confused, and yellow faced. "Huh?"

Now that Dallin actually looked, Louisa didn't look so well. Although she didn't look upset like she had last night at the feast... she still looked like she could do with some sleep. Or maybe food. Or joy. Or something. Dal thought about excusing himself and letting her be by herself, but he had come to find her for a reason. He would leave as soon as he was done talking to her.
So, without answering her 'huh?', he stepped over her trunk (with a bit of difficulty, since he had to squeeze through the door, too) and sat down on the opposite side of the compartment, facing her. "I wanted to know if you were okay at the feast last night? You seemed a little... put-out."
Ahem. There was more to discuss, though. "And I wanted to tell you that if you want to call me at home... I'll only be there for a little bit. Like maybe a week, tops." Hopefully not even a week, if things worked out the way he wanted. "But I can still owl you, of course. If you want to talk." He smiled.
Simon simply nodded as she questioned him, discretly sniffling and wiping his eye as the Kurumi was distracted by the simple wrapping. The seventh year offered a smile in return at her reaction, glad to see she liked his choice. "I had seen it in passing and immediately thought of you," he stated as if it needed an explanation but it had been how he decided on her gift.
"You're welco--" he started to say interupted by the sudden addition of another friendly face as his abrupt actions.
Seeing his friend overwhelmed by the animal, Simon moved to settle Josh's trunk up on the rack from where he had thrown it in haste. As an added addition, he quietly cast a lightening charm on it so the other boy had an easier time when he went to retrieve it later on. "I thought I told you no killing...even of annoying owls," he remarked adding the last remembering a previous threat on the bird even if she didn't fall under the 'him.'

Kurumi clapped her hands together and chose to use her selective hearing to not hear what he had to say about the owl. "Josh!" she chirped waving shyly. "Who is this? He is lovely."
But it became clear that Josh had other things on his mind...LIKE KILLING SOMEONE?!

Carrying the huge cage of his rather wild and vicious looking, large barking owl and the trunk Josh made his way through the crowded corridor. The expression on his face suggested that he was not feeling any better than he did during the feast so he was not really paying attention to where he was going, just looking for an empty compartment. Yes, he was still angry yet on the other hand did not know what he was supposed to do. Pausing for a moment, the Gryffindor boy looked around for...no apparent reason at all yet when his gaze stopped at a nearby compartment, he spotted some familiar faces there: Kurumi and Simon.
Well...maybe going and sitting with some friends would be way better than sitting alone, thinking over it over and over again, getting angrier and angrier. So, taking a deep breath Josh moved towards that compartment, stepping inside right after opening the door...abrupty. Then he practically threw the trunk to an empty corner and slammed the cage on it making the bird inside complain loudly. ''Shut up.'' Josh snapped at it ''It is you who left nowhere...not-bitten on my arms.''
Then he turned back to face the other two Gryffindors giving them a kinda forced little smile and added a nod at both of them as a silent greeting. And...he leaned against the compartment door, still staring at them. ''Si, that has settled down. I am going to kill him.''
Selina held fast to Hermes as he started to fall asleep in his change. The pretty little barn owl was just so exhausted from his trip the previous day of sending the post down to Whitley for her parents. Now that Christopher and Elyon's father had passed the two siblings would be living with Selina's family in the summer. She was just checking that everything was in order for the new house mates that she would be acquiring after the train reached the station. It was a lot of work for the little thirteen year old, but she was certain that she could handle it... yeah, she could handle it.
Once she was on the train she felt the jar of the train as it started to move under her sneakers and she opened up a few compartments to reveal either seventh years saying passionate goodbyes to their significant others or first years going on about whatever they were going on about.
Then she opened up a certain compartment to reveal three familiar faces- Josh, Kurumi, and Simon. They were all talking about his bird and Kurumi was holding something small in her hand. All of their faces were a cross between confusion and happiness, with the exception of Josh who looked like Peeves had just burraded him for hours on end.
She stepped into the compartment and said, "Mind if I join you?"
Mordred listened carefully as Aurora opened up to him. After she told her story, Mordred could not help but feel guilty. Friends were supposed to share problems with each other, right? And he wasn’t there for her. Mordred looked away and tried to remember the name of Aurora’s brother. “Kryspin, right?” he asked. He then realized that somehow he was spared from problems like Aurora’s. He doesn’t have a brother or a sister, and he always thought that having one could be a lot of fun. The boy was sure that Kryspin meant a lot to Aurora.
She then mentioned her parents fighting. Sure, his parents fight too from time to time, and he reckon they were more dangerous since both are exposed to the dark arts and all that stuff. But he never saw either of them try to curse the other. “Merlin, Aurora had a lot this year.” He thought.
Aurora nodded, "And he- he- he can't even tell them what happened... he doesn't know! And he's in a really d-dangerous condition. I think it's what's m-making my p-parents argue as well and if he... well I d-don't think my f-f-family could survive." she stuttered. Her parents could kill eachother if anything happened. They weren't the calmest - or safest - of people. She just wanted Kryspin to be OK!

He was able to get his mind off her ever since school started. He got so worried with DADA that he was able to put her aside. Thinking that his story about Chloe will make Aurora feel better, he thought maybe he should give it a go.
“You know, I too had a best friend. Her name was Chloe.” he said softly as his mind wandered. “Well, she was my first friend back when we both attended Charms School.” He continued remembering every detail about the place. “Her father’s a wizard, and her mum’s muggle born.” He said the word ‘muggle’ with a little bit of hatred. “We got along well since Day 1, and she became the friend I trusted the most all throughout our stay in Charms School. But before leaving the place for Hogwarts, her father learned about my background, and my mother being related to the Blacks.” Mordred continued as he stared out of the window. “Her father got paranoid and…” he said as his words trailed off.
*“YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER! I WILL NEVER, EVER PERMIT YOU TO BE FRIENDS WITH HER!”*
The words rang inside Mordred’s head as if it just happened moments ago. “He—He told me to stay away from Chloe. He was disgusted with my family.” He said softly. For years now, the Mordaunts are trying their best to get rid of that kind of reputation. Sure they were powerful, but they use that gift to fight the dark arts. Heck, even Mordred’s parents dedicated their lives to stop and capture –what ignorant people will say – their kind.
“She sent her last owl before term started. She said she’s now in America studying at the Salem Institute. I kept sending her letters, but I never got a reply.” He said as he looked at Xchylar in his cage. Everytime Xchylar comes back to Hogwarts after a long flight from America, Mordred noticed that his owl doesn’t seem tired – or hungry upon his return. He realized that maybe, after delivering his letter to Chloe the owl was being taken care of, before heading back to him – without a reply. How he wished he didn’t realize that theory; that just made him feel worse.
Aurora's eyes widened as she listened to Mordred. "People can be so... so..." she trailed off, trying to think of the words... "So... I don't know. Why do they have to be so ignorant?" The tears kept falling. So everyone had sucky ex-best-friends? She was beginning to lose faith in the world...

Mordred looked up and sat straight on his seat. "Sure." he said. Now that there's three of them, he thought maybe he could use the Muffliato spell to keep his conversation with Aurora private.
She nodded at him, "Th-thanks Mordred... I just h-hope next year is b-better." she sank into her seat a little more. Wondering what Janice must be thinking. "And we need to hang out more next year Mordred... I need someone to share stuff with." Ooh, did that sound harsh? It wasn't meant to... she smiled at him. She really had missed her friend but she guessed he probably had his own stuff to do... or something... and she'd been rather busy throwing herself into everything to take her mind off... yeah.
Emily slowly moved along the corridor dragging her trunk, her bird cage containing her owl Sunny sitting on top. Every few seconds she would look behind her making it look like she had a twitch. She was actually looking out for Nika or Samira, hoping to talk to one of them.
She moved into a comaprtment and collapsed with one last look for anyone she knew. She really did not want to go home right now. Especially on the terms her and Nika were on. She opened her trunk and produced Hogwarts: A History and buried her nose in it. Something to take her mind off... well, everything.

Penny nodded as William spoke, "I live in Ireland, my mum and dad are coming with my younger sister to collect me from the train.. we're gonna be spending two weeks here on a little holiday, then we will take the ferry home to Ireland"
Penny missed her home in Ireland more than she thought she would, getting homesick quite a few times during term..
"Yeah I sure will.. I definitely want to see the Magical Sports department and learn all they can show and tell me about Quidditch"...
Penny thought that Williams parents must be rich when they could afford a Villa...
"Wow that sounds cool... my friend Ness lives in South Africa, you met her last night"
"So where is your families's villa?" Penny asked William.

Apparently this place was getting more and more crowded. Not that Josh did not like some crowd, actually he was just not in the mood yet those were all friends so it was way better. Waaaaaaaay better.
Smiling at Selina as well, Josh nodded at her too as a greeting. Ah? She was asking if she could join them? ''Yeah, sure.'' he said before moving his gaze outside the window then...back on Evelyn again.
Fee thankfully didnt have problems with her heavy trunk thanks to that nice guy who had helped her getting it in.But now she was searching for a compartment to sit in.Preferable not an empty one.The blonde hated traveling alone and it always took way to long until some of her friends or cool people found her because that train was huuuuuuuge.Soo she kinda made it her mission to find nice people to talk to,or her friends.Maybe both? That would be awesome.Unfortunately it seemed like every single compartment was full.No more space for another person. If this carried it on it would be a terrible train right, what meant a terrible start of summer.Oh dear lord please not.

Mmphmm...
Hey now!
Moving away from the door to the compartment so she wasn't trampled on, she eyed the young girl asking if they could join them. And by them, Evelyn figured she meant the Gryffindors. And by the Gryffindors, in her mind...that meant Josh. Why would she want to hang around Josh, hmm? Were they friends?

Staaare.
"Patrolling..." she muttered as if any echo before turning her gaze back to Josh. Patrolling the corridors? What? "Oh, nonono. No...ew. No." Shaking her head, she didn't really enter the compartment when he moved out of the way, seeing as the room was already full and she really didn't want to be squished next to Cookie Girl the whole ride back to London.

"Kurumi." she muttered, a lot less slightly colder greeting before she turned her gaze over to Simon. Goodness, it was a whole Gryffindor party in here! Thank Merlin she arrived then. Slytherins just made it so much better.
"Simon. Congrats on graduating." She didn't get to see him at the feast and say that. Wait, was he at the feast? The girl couldn't remember.
Simon had seen the snake as she passed in the windows behind Josh and he had almost flagged her down when she seemed to notice Josh anyway and return to open the door to the compartment. "Thanks Evelyn," he remarked, "Hopefully this one wont cause too much trouble for you next year..." he mused in half jest motioning to Josh. He wouldn't be around anymore to keep his friend out of trouble leaving it to the boy's girlfriend to handle.

Pushing himself off the door, Josh turned around to face the girl. Guess, there was going to be no more talking about the coward now. ''Hey!'' he greeted back with a small smile and stepped aside to let her in ''Patrolling the corridors?''
"I knew who you were refering to Josh..." Simon said confirming that he understood what was meant by his friend's words. Leaning into Josh so he could speak without Evelyn hearing he added in suggestion, "Why don't you send Hooty to him as a fake graduation present and have the bird claw him up."
Her unsteady eyes followed him as he moved through the obstacle she'd put in front of the door and then as he sat down in front of her. Then he talked. And if she had any left water in her body, she'd start crying. Just like that. Maybe last night's secret mourning session under the blanket did the trick, though, because her eyes were as dry as the desert. Her face blank. But, no, the feeling in her stomach had moved to her chest and rising...
...not lack of food. "I...er.. you saw me?!" She squeaked, in disbelief! For starters, she didn't see him looking at her! He hadn't even come to talk to her!! And secondly, why in Merline's precious Beard would he NOT ask her to join him and his so-called friend if he saw her?!!!
Not that they agreed to meet or anything but... she thought he would do that.
And.. wait, what? "What? Whe-"re are you going? But she caught herself and bit her lower lip for a second before leaning her back against the seat and closing her eyes. She was starting to get dizzy again from the smooth movement of the train, and she didn't want to look into his eyes when he talked. She might lose every bit of anger she'd felt that day, if she did. "Whatever. Just.." LEAVE ME ALONE! "..I need to get something to eat," and she wasn't begging for food. She was begging for solitude..
Cove walked down the corridor looking for someone, anyone. That's when she saw Emily. Her face brightened and she threw the door open. "EMILY!" Cove exclaimed. She took a seat opposite of Emily. She then noticed that she was reading. "Sorry." She whispered.
Cove sat back and kept an eye out to see if Nika walked by their compartment. She was gonna use her ninja skills to 'kidnap' her and make her and Emily friends again. She grinned evilly.

Selina nodded at Josh and smiled, "Thanks," with that she took a seat next to Kurumi and watched Josh for a moment as he looked outside the window. Something was bothering him, but she was not going to inquire as to what. They were friends being that they were both on the team, but they barely spoke, so she was glad that he was allowing her to join them. Although he was without a doubt the Quidditch clown of the team he was a nice guy, so maybe her trepiditions about him not wanting her there were unwarranted. Then his eyes traveled to the girl next to him... Evelyn! She felt awful, she didn't even see her on the way in.
SPOILER!!: Evelyn

Stare.
Selina looked at Evelyn and extended her hand, "I'm so sorry, I didn't see you. I'm Selina Skylar. You must be Evelyn." She was being as nice as she could, but in all honesty she felt so embarrassed by her slip up of not even seeing the girl. She wanted to attribute it to the fact that she was looking for familiar faces and she didn't know Evelyn well, but deep down she knew that she had just messed up... she didn't see her.
SPOILER!!: Simon

"Here I luck out with all...well most of my friends around me..." he mused Carter technically absent but then they had met up during the feast.
Then Selina's gaze left Evelyn when she heard the familiar voice of her Quidditch Captain Simon. Or now was he not her Captain? Well she assumed that he would always be her Captain. He was her friend and Quidditch is what allowed them to even be friends... so he would be Captain Simon and maybe even Professor Bennett depending on her mood.
Once she returned his grin Selina heard him mention something about having all of his friends around him. This comment made her smile even broader. She was always surrounded with much older friends, even Kurumi who was her best friend was a year older than her, but she was glad that at least Simon looked at her friendship the way she did. She was thrilled to be counted in among the people he wanted to spend his last train ride with back home.
"All we need is Carter and it's like a little Quidditch reunion party," then she looked over and saw Evelyn sitting there next to her boyfriend and commented, "but-but your the girlfriend of a player and a player yourself so..." she knew she was putting her foot in her mouth and said, "I'm going to shut up now."

As Emily peacefully turned the page she heard the door slide open. She just looked up as Cove shouted her name, causing her to drop her book. "Hi Cove" she smiled picking up her book and marking her place. "Oh it's fine. I was only reading sinc there was no one to talk to."
She beamed and placed her book back in her trunk.
Turning back she saw Cove grinning. She was planning something. "Why are you grinning?" she asked suspiciously, narrowing her eyes at her friend. Whatever it was, it would be evil. "This is my owl Sunny by the way." she said showing Cove the little ball of feathers asleep in cage next to her. "She's quite small, but can get the job done."

Penny felt a little stupid not knowing where Turin was in Italy, she blushed a deep shade of pink...
"oh, ok", embarrassed...visit a villa in Italy?..Wow that would probably be awesome... "I'd love too visit, but i'd have to check with my parents first."
Looking at the girl Penny answered William, "no, I don't know her, but she does seem familiar somehow".
Although Penny reasoned she had probably seen the girl around the school, most likely in the Great Hall for meals..

Penny blushed again...He thought she was a 'sweetheart'.
Penny looked at the girl William called Fee, she was kinda quiet..
Ariella dragged her trunk and belongings down the aisle, keeping her eyes peeled for a place to sit. Not seeing any of her friends, she grabbed an empty compartment and splayed out her things. Alone again.....just like the train to Hogwarts.
Penny blushed again...He thought she was a 'sweetheart'.

"Fee?, are you ok?, you seem a little quiet"
" You sure blush a lot" Willaim told Penny. " It is ok, because sometimes I cry too much at times" William said to Penny. " Fee, Quiet?" Willaim asked Penny and then started laughing so hard he almost fell over. " Yes, Fee why are you so quiet?" William teased her.

Okay... it was official. This girl was crazy. Dallin frowned at her reaction; he hadn't expected that. At all. What was with her sudden change of attitude around him? Just a few days ago she'd been excited to sit on the couch with him all night and be bored. Now she seemed to not want to have anything to do with him. He probably wouldn't be too bothered with it - if he actually knew what he did to make her mad.
"Yeah, Ellie saw you standing behind us, and then I saw you reading. You didn't look happy." He leaned forward, his elbows on his knees so that he could look at her more seriously. She really wasn't happy, was she? "And it seemed like you didn't want to talk. So I wanted to ask you, now, if you were okay." His voice had taken on a slightly bitter tone by now.
He leaned back, sighing. It was obvious she didn't want to talk to him, then. What had he done wrong? He stood up swiftly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Alright, well, i guess I'll leave then. I just - I guess I'll talk to you later. If you want. Call me."
