ERK. Didn't this badge mean she had to like ... patrol or something? Urr, forget THAT! Lori had people to see! Like her boyfriend, or her best friends. PEOPLE TO SEE! And she knew she'd find someone around here, it wasn't like everyone was holed up in one place, and if they were, she was going to be SOOO annoyed. -.-
Undoing the plait she had earlier made in her hair, Lorelai opened up a compartment door, only to find Savvy!Sparkles in there ... ALOOOONE!
"Savvyyyyy!" She coooed, plopping herself down onto a seat. See! PEOPLE TO SEE!
Savannah looked over as the door opened up and a HUGE smile broke out on her face, it was Looooooooori, the most awesome prefect in the whole wide world! Okay, maybe she and Torin were tied but whatever, they were still awesome. "HEY YOU, aren't you supposed to like...be doing prefect stuff ?"Savannah said with one brow raised. Didn't being a prefect mean like stopping people from causing chaos. Oh well, Savvy didn't care if Lori wasn't doing her job. Why ? Because now she had someone to talk to! And her getting talked to way FAR more important than stopping people from causing chaos.
Hehhhh. Giggle. Lori hadn't heard about the juicy gossip so Savannah would have to tell her. "OH YEAH !!!"She said, flailing her arms around."Guess who kind of kissed her ex boyfriend ?"Savannah said, beaming. Too bad the kiss like didn't meant anything. Ugh...pout."Oh, and I broke up with Finny today too!"Lori was going to be QUITE happy with that choice.
Scarlett put Rose on the floor and patted Poppy.
"I'm glad!I just hope she likes it.damn!I should have left Poppy for her to be with." she tutted and continued stroking the pygym.
"cute cat!" she smiled at the cat. "so how are you?" she asked.
Bradin smiled. "I'm sure you'd probably have lost Poppy if you left her. Nikki loves anything fluffy so she'd adore Poppy" he said.

But somehow between saying goodbye to her own family and maneuvering her trunk and keeping Gavin quiet in his cage, she'd lost track of the fast moving 'puff once more, and that's because she was sure that her bestie wasn't even on skates!
She'd just been about to move on to the Back Car when she spotted a familiar male figure. Peering through the window in a way that probably bordered on odd, Ivory's eyes widened and so did her smile as she identified Sabel. And then that smile widened even more at who was unintentionally hiding beside him.
Waving enthusiastically through the window, she pointed to the empty spots then to herself before mouthing Please.
"I know yellow is a...well a bit much.but I wouldn't want any other colour." she laughed thinking of being a pink badger!how funny.
"I know,I only know you and Sapphie as first year Huffie's.I haven't met anyone else which is weird.but I'm happy I found you,that means we can go to breakfast and stuff together." she said excitedly.Scarlett was starting to feel queezy she was far to excited about sharing a room with loads of new people.
"oh!!I would LOVE that Em!that would be so awesome!I love animals." she squeeled."If you like you could stay at mine.it might be a bit boring compared to your farm though." she sighed.Scarlett noticed her friends upset ang got up and gave her a hug.she knew how she felt.this was a large step for them lucky they had eachother Scarlett thought.
"don't worry Em we can send loads of letters." she said into Em's hair as she was hugging her.Scarlett sat back down. "uhm,I've only read a couple of Muggle books and they have been like the classics like Pride and Prejudice and Scence and....you know the ones.and I really enjoyed them.I think I'll by more Muggle books." she said thinking fondly of going in and reading new books.she would need to get Muggle money first.
“Oh, I don't know. Orange would probably be ok. or maybe red. But whatever.” Emmaleigh responded.
“ I havent met that Saphie girl. You are the only Huffie I have met. Infact, I havent met any Griffendors or Ravenclaws yet either. And it will be loads of fun going to breakfast, and being in the same class. I just hope we dont get lost trying to get to the classes.” Em said.
“Oh, I bet your house will be lots of fun! I only get to see magic ocasionally, when I go to my Grandparents house, but you said yours was full of it. Plus, you said you never had friends stay over.” Emmaleigh said with a smile. “Thanks, I needed that. This is just a lot to handle right now. But at least I know I will have one friend there. I just hope they can sent letter when they want to. Since I have Halt with me, they don't have an owl” “ Oh, I haven't read those books. They're too girly. I like books with adventure, or aninals. But I really want to get some wizard books to read.”

"we'll be fine if we have eachother!dont worry Em.plus we can go exploring together." Scarlett said excitedly almost spilling her sweets everywhere.
"want one?" she asked.
"yeh!it'll be a blast!I hope you can come over." she said hopeful."are you going home for Christmas?" she asked.

Her hand trembled as she took the chocolate and popped it into her mouth. "Ok. No more." she said strictly while she had an expression of pure delight on her face. "I saw Keefer on the platform! He would FREAK OUT if you guys called him my boyfriend." she said with a giggle. "I wonder what he calls me..."
Selena giggled and ate another one. Sugar. "Hey, you'll burn it all when running around Hogwarts, besides... you know you want another one," Selena said with a smirk and ate another one. Sugar crazed Sel was her favorite Selena. She giggled. 'Awwwh, really? Why?" she asked, she had absolutely no idea but the chocolate was delicious!! When he sifted his weight, she snuggled herself against him and pulled her legs into the chair. "Everythings fine." She peeked up at him with a smile. It was the first time in a long time that her response had been true. "I just wanna talk to you.....you seem really distant." Which wasn't like him at all. Normally she had his undivided attention, but today it seemed other thoughts occupied his mind.
He watched herself preform a similar rearrangement of limbs and occupied seat space before shifting forward once again, retrieving his arms from her momentarily to draw them through the sleeves of his coat. "I'm glad to hear it..."
A small smile and a coat-draped-over-her-shoulders-later, Sabel was resting back beside her, pursing his lips in slight thought. Distant. It sounded vaguely familiar. The slight frown deepened as he reached over and adjusted the jacket; he was never one for keeping secrets well, or rather not speaking exactly what was on his mind, but then again, he had become used to being the happy, bouncing foundation that others rested on. Ignoring the contradiction in his own line of thoughts, he shook his head opening his mouth to say only Merlin knew what when a rather strange expression caught the corner of his eye.

Arya was sure that his draping his coat over her was his atempts to get her to sleep too. She was too excited about returning to Hogwarts to even think about sleeping now, though she did welcome the coat and let her eyes rest on the their cats as she snuggled back against him. Her need to talk to him, however, did not go away with his actions. The girl was growing more curious as to the reason for his unnatural silence. The thought that something had happened over the summer crossed her mind and she was about ask him another slew of questions, curiosity growing when somthing stopped her.

The waving in the compartment door's glass grabed Arya's attention, and she looked away from the two cats, a smile stretching across her face when she noticed her best friend. Anything that she was going to say to Sabel had been pushed to the back of her mind in that moment. Nodding her head for the Ravenclaw to enter, she began to fiddle with the pouch around her neck. Lucky for Sabel, Ivory's pressence had distracted her from his distantness and reminded her of other things she had planned to do in Diagon, but was unable to.

Bradin looked at the two cats. Tigger curled up and fell asleep beside Staria. "N'awww, they look so cute" he said. The two cats really did look cute. "Well that's what boyfriends are here for, right?" he said.

"YEah, i'm Emmaleigh, but you can call me Em if you like." She said as she extended the hand to shake Enya's. "I'm a first year too. Im a Hufflepuff, what about you? Are you excited to be going to Hogwarts?"
Emmaleigh reached down and removed Pintsize from his cage and sat him on her lap and begain petting her.

"Well now that is true." Enya took a deep breath and sighed happily against his chest. "I got a couple of odd letters this morning before I left for the platform. It's odd." She said softly, wanting to tell Bradin about them.

"I know, its so excitin, although I'm nervous about being so far away from home." Inside, Em was really freaking out, but she hoped she was hiding most of her worries. "So, what are you looking foward to the most at Hogwarts?"
