Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Gobbledygook!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

Patroclus stepped through the porthole.
He hadn't minded eating Dinner alone, it had been a welcome relief to dealing with Lovestruck Carter.
THe familiar smell of fire and warmth filled his nostrils, he knew he was home. The commonroom was light by the large moon that flooded through the tower windows and also the fire, it was a wonderous sight.
Slouching down in a armchair, Patroclus thought it best to rest, before tackling more stairs!

'Sounds like a plan' Viktoriya said happily. And it DID. It sounded like a fun plan! It was just a shame Eliza wasn't in Gryffindor, then Viktoria would have the pleasure of throwing HER out. Lexi climbed through the portrait hole and into the common room where she let out s little sigh of relief. It was actually nice to be back there. Such a change from last term. She really loved it here... She had forgotten that. Shooting a glance around her she recognized most of everyone as she plopped down into a comfy seat near the fire.

It was good to be back. Chloe climbed the steps to the common room. The place where her new abode was to be. She walked through the port hole and saw an astonishing room. The place looked just amazing. Though Chloe knew it would be a good idea too meet some of her new housemates and get to know them. She walked over to a boy who looked like he may be about her age, maybe younger. She did not care, she just walked over to the boy and said, "Hi, I'm Chloe, whats you're name?".

Actually, no. Scratch that. Viktoriya didn't want her sister anywhere near the Gyryffie Common Room. Everrr.

"Ah..." he said with a look of realization, remembering the issue with the cake in front of herself back down at the feast. "Yeah that sounds like Josh," he commented, reminding the boy he never actually had seen his friend there or even on his way up to the common room.
Probably off causing more trouble then what he had already done.
"Fun is always a good thing," Simon replied in agreement. "As long as it doesn't get too costly you cant make the points up and get the House mad at you."

Slowly, he let exhausted eyes trail to his feet, to Lexi, blinking slowly at her offer of comfort. He felt numb, cold almost, though his eyes burned from concealing all the emotion so deep within. But it wasn't long before there was someone else coming to chat, someone that seemingly caused the volume in the room to increase. That, or he had gotten too used to the silence of the courtyard during the feast. Whatever the case was, he rested his head down and closed his eyes again. Maybe it would all just disappear and he could have his summer back...a proper summer without .....

Annd then she thought she heard Stephen's voice. Weird how that had been happening to her allll day. She whirled around but no he wasn't there. Well duhhhh he wasn't going to be there, she was in the Gryffindor common room and Stephen was a Ravie. She was just being paranoid. After all she did not trust that boy. He was mean to her since day one. And he could be planning something against her at this very minute.
As she rambled on and on in her head she had forgotten she was talking to Lexi. "So what's up?" She asked as she popped another ice mice into her mouth. YUMMMM

Finally Lexi was able to speak but she stopped short when Katy went all sketchy and started to kind of flail to look over her shoulder. Odd. Yeah. Lexi furrowed her brow momentarily and then shrugged and said, " Not much, where have you been? I didn't see you at the feast." That may have had something to do with her having to babysit Euphoria drunken Jakers. Yeah that was fun. NOT.
