"Thanks you!" he said, "Lets try a combined Reductor Curse, it could do the trick......Ready? On three......One......Two....Three!- Reducto!" he cried, the combined spells shot them backward. "I think its working!" he said, the trunk was now shuddering.

Oh, good. Another older student. "Hi Evan. That's Alex, Selena and Trixie." She gestured at them respectively with a smile as she said their names. Was she supposed to introduce herself too? Err. "And I'm Nancy...not sure if you knew that." She paused for a moment with a small grin gracing her lips. "Hmm...how about we all cast Diffindo at the crate at the same time?" She chewed on her lower lip, contemplating whether or not it would work. Well, there was only one way to find that out.

Somehow that Selena girl was just too cute. "Oh, no worries. We'll just cast Impervius on us, so we won't get wet." Nancy winked at her with a small smile before addressing the whole group again. "Now, who's going inside?" She paused for a moment, taking in the people surrounding her. "I'd say Evan and Trixie should go apart from me. Also, it would be good if you joined us too, Alex, I guess. The more the better." I think.

Smiling at Maddie's enthusiasm, Ivory gave a giggle as she rummaged through her bag. " Hold on a sec, first we need to time ourselves and see how long we can hold the Bubble charm. "AHA!" With a look of triumph, Ivory retrieved the empty inkwell she'd used for her transfiguration homework. "I think this will work. Anyone know for sure that their watch will stay a watch..?" her cheeks blushed pink for a second making her freckles stand out. " I would but mine tends to revert after a few minutes.."

...and a few moments later, two leaf-shaped cufflinks float out the crate inside the Hufflepuff tank:

Perhaps she was standing on the wrong side of the tank, maybe she wasn't standing by Gryffindor's tank? She took a few steps back and looked around, where were her lions? She pouted and looked around some more. "Lions?"

Sensitive much???

"I was not yelling at you, simply speaking loudly becasue I am under water!' he said indignitly. "But yes, please try and help!" he said in as calm a tone as he could muster while still prying the chest. He had never tried this spell, but now was as good a time as any. He sent a Stinging Hex at the trunk. Any time now, something was going to happen.

And finally it did. "Accio Cufflinks!" he yelled. Once he had them, he handed them to Sam standing outside the tank. "Keep track of these, they must have some meaning!" he said, getting back in and trying "Alohamora Maxima!" again.

Oh yeah. Maddie had forgotten about timing
'Hang on, I've got a watch!' she said, rummaging in her pockets for a moment 'Here we go!' she said triumphantly, holding it out.

Right now they were doing what? Water, crates, tanks, houses. What happened to Melissa's brain she needed it right now! She was definitely freaking out inside, panicking too. HELP! Okay so this guy went in the tank, like right in... Great and he was using spells, lots of spells. More great.

Okay so now Sarah was here. What a life saver. Wait what?! She could hardly hear her but she just caught what she said. Couldn't she swim or something? Hmm, she thought that was possible. So okay. She just walked over to her, like she asked. Maybe Sarah could feed a bit of her brain to her? It would help. "You alright?" she asked, hmm...

So now the guy wanted a girl to get into the tank too. Did she want to go in it though? She didn't look like she did.

Okay this one looked alright. Maybe she should stay away from that guy. Well he was in the tank and she was out so oh well. "Yeah what is the plan?" she asked. Was the plan to jump it straight away? Maybe that could help her mind. "I don't mind helping just give me anything."

Wait Simon? Was he daydreaming? Okay he wasn't now. He just needed to help, fast...

Dungbombs? In class? Carter cast a bubble charm around his head. He hoped it would last the whole time. Breathing a sigh of relief once the Professor said the air was clear he used finite. Now they were going to play underwater? Fun! He walked over and joined his fellow Gryffindors. There was already one girl that was halfway in. "Any ideas on how to get this opened?" he asked her.

Selena smiled at the newcomer. "Hi, it's nice to meet you Evan," Selena said with a small wave. She looked at the crate. It was wood... the water would eventually make it rot... wouldn't it? "Alright then, I'll keep watch, good luck," she said with a smile. They would definitely make it. Because they were Slytherins. And no, she was not going to go all preppy-cheerleader like again, like she had done in the dorms. It was just weird.

Rhea returned to the surface just as her oxygen was running out and high fived the younger boy. Team work did the trick once again. Too bad the Claw got theirs before they did. Oh well it was better late than never.
"Great job guys!" she said grinning. She took up the cuff links and looked it over.
"I wonder what we're going to do with these..."

Trixie nodded at Nancy with a smile. "Sounds good to me Nance" she grinned. It was good she knew Nancy well really and it was good she was an older student otherwise they might have been a little stuck with all the firsties. "I'm perfectly happy to go in" she grinned. Boy this was going to be fun but very interesting. Now to get their plan in action.

"OH LION!" Abbi bounced on her heals, she was by the right tank. "Um, not sure, I'm Abbi what's your name? Can you swim? You look strong and brave, why don't you jump in?" he looked older than her, he would know how to do the spell again? For her?

Simon looked at Nymphy. "Well I don't like being spoken to like you spoke to me." Simon replied, he was annoyed at the moment. Simon wondered if to help or not after how the boy had spoken to him. Simon was still confused as what he was suppost to do, something to do with hitting the trunk by the looks of it, he held his wand in his hand whilest he thought of the best spell to use.

Alex crossed her arms raising an eyebrow thinking, "That could work. Unless we miss and hit something else." Alex was trying to see flaws trying to make a plan perfect which was unpossible. Alex could do the spell, she had during Potions she just never mentioned it. She admitted that while she wanted to go inside but leaving Selena alone? Alex sighed, "You three go, I don't want to leave Selena alone." Friends mattered more then pride.

Great! Melissa smiled at them. They got cufflinks or something. What meaning did they have? They were leafs...hmm. The Claws also got something first but hey! They were doing okay!

"I beleive that there is nore to come. Lets keep trying. We need to close that gap between us and the claws.......lets try another combined Reductor Curse!" he said, backing away from the trunk.

"Ready? On three......One......Two....Three!- Reducto!" he cried.

Vashti shook her head, blushing slightly. "I haven't yet been able to get mine to actually work so...yeah, definitely don't want me doing it," she admitted, grinning slightly to cover her embarrassment.

But it looked like Maddie had an actual watch anyway, so yay! "I'll take it," Vashti said, taking the watch from Maddie's hand. "Who am I timing first?"

'Here, I'll do it first' she said, getting her wand 'Viseo Ebullio!' she muttered, and her large bubble appeared round her head. Irt showed no signs of slipping

What a great attitude.....he sounded like a two year old.

Nymphy decided to be the bigger person and apologize. "I am sorry for yelling. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Now that thats aside. Please...please, please, super please help us!" he said....no begged this kid! "We need all the help we can get!"

Christopher had been taking his time trying out the Bubble Head Charm on himself to ensure that he was prepared. Once he was positive that he could hold it for quite a good amount of time, he strode over to the Ravenclaw group and listened attentively.

Well what do you know there were actually some pretty good ideas 'floating' around. Snorting at his own pun, CJ joined into the conversation.

"I can transfigure it if you'd like. So far mine stays ticking..."

Taking the empty inkwell, Christopher eyed it and examined its characteristics and imagined them expanding becoming metallic with miniature gears and knobs and for all intents and purposes becoming an efficient stop watch.

"Horolos!" And bada-bing bada-boom there they had a watch...well they had two.

Looking up he caught sight of a younger girl, holding up her own watch and he chuckled. "Well now we have two."

Turning towards the other girl who asked who she'd be timing first he decided to chime in since he himself didn't feel like getting wet.

" Well I can hold the charm for a while so if its alright with you all I think the best way I can contribute is to be the one to recast the bubble charm on those that are inside."

Looking around questioningly at them all, he waited for their answer.

This boy must have had a whooole lot of chocolate frogs or something because he was very much hyper and motivated. It was contagious though she she nodded. And the young shall lead them. How right was that saying right now. She looked at the other huffies who remained outside the tank.
"Just tap the tank when two minutes is up so we can both resurface if the trunk doesn't open." Follwoing the boy's count, Rhea submerged and cast the reducto charm.

Vashti nodded and waited until Maddie cast the charm before she started the timer. It looked like she'd cast it pretty well too because one minute easily passed without any signs of the bubble popping. Another minute later, however, it looked like it was growing weaker, and after another several seconds, it finally popped. Vashti quickly stopped the timer.

"Two minutes and twenty seconds," she said.

Hearing another boy offer to stay outside as well, Vashti nodded with a smile. "That'll work. You can stay outside with me then."

Victoria sighed silently as she watched, taking notes in the process.

"Boys," Lexi warned, giving each of them a look that clearly said there were more important things to worry about right now. Her eyes flickered from the boys to the crate, and she hoped what was inside of it was holding up well.

"Great teamwork, everyone! Keep working together, and---oh! Be sure you don't destroy the crate while trying to open it. As of right now, it's unclear as to what's inside, so you don't want to accidentally harm or damage it," she told the class as a whole.
