Kay just looked at Rex and sighed. Getting up from the floor she looked at Marie. "Ok, Sorry. I didn't know you were hurt and had to see the healer." She said looking at her. Hopefully Marie would just let it go. "So are we going to the lake?" Kay asked Rex with a smile.

" Yes, we will go to the lake" Rex told kay. " Marie, you can come if you like" Rex said to her. " Of course, you might want to take it easy after what happened to you" Rex explained to Marie. " Let's go" Rex told kay. Marie could follow if she wants to come with us to the lake.

Marie was just about to head towards the empty classroom when someone ran right into her. Stumbling back she was able to keep from falling on the floor but only because she was holding onto Carter.

Looking at who it is she sees Kay sitting there yelling for them to watch where they are going..... "Umm you are the one that ran into me, maybe you should watch where you are going." Geez, she did not have time for this, she was busy right now. Looking over at Carter she said, "Come on, let's get out of here before someone else tries running us over." She pulled on his arm hoping he would follow her.

What?!......Rex was sticking up for her.... She couldn't believe it. Wait, how did he know she had been at the healer? She didn't remember seeing him there. And what's this....A new Magical Trio, what happened to their silly little Magical Five? Whatever, she didn't have time to worry about them right now, she had things to do. Looking at Rex and said "Thanks" as she continued to pull Carter along with her.

Kay watched Marie and Wonder why she was with Carter. Where was Evan? Marie looked like someone had just took her puppy. "Ok, If you want to come you can." She said then looked to Rex. "It will be nice to be outside for a while. The castle is starting to not feel very homey." Kay took Rex's and started to the door.

"Your right I'm sorry. I didn't mean to run into you. I was in a hurry. I don't like being in the Castle hallway any more." Kay said watching Marie. "Marie, Are you ok? You look really upset." She said looking around. "Where's Evan? Kay asked when she saw Marie pulling on Carter's arm.

Okay Marie knew she was having a bad day but seriousely.... Rex and Kay thought she would want to go to the lake with them. Why....So they could just fight with her? Not going to happen, she had other things to do, like find her boyfriend and real friends.

"Thanks guys but really, I have more important things to do right now." She was not about to tell them what she was doing either, it was none of thier business. "Oh Evan? He's.... busy." Yeah, that's all they needed to know for now.

Kay watched Marie for a bit. She knew her well enough to know something was not right. "Ok, If your sure. I know we have not been close this year and may not ever be again, but I still care." She said watching Marie's face. "You'll Be ok?" Kay asked looking around the hall. She knew Marie was looking for something but didn't know what. "If you need help, All you have to do is ask, Ok?" Kay smiled at Marie and pulled on Rex's arm. "Come on she will be ok. Cater is with her and he's a good guy."

Getting out of the Great Hall with a half-full stomach, Evan, extremely tired in his training suit, made his way out to the Entrance Hall, to the--

Evan? Did someone call his name? The voice was familiar, but he couldn't make it out as he heard it too shortly. She was asking where he was. Of course there could be another Evan in the school -there probably was- but still, he turned at the voice, and to his disappointment, it was Kay. The very person that liked upsetting Marie. Talking of whom, he hadn't seen her for ages too. He decided to show himself to Kay, for she asked him. It was probably some other Evan, but still he got the idea he should do it.

Walking up to her -still not seeing Marie right next to Kay- he said "Evan's here." And with shifting his eyes off her to see who was with her, he saw Rex, a boy he didn't know and--

"MARIE!" Okay, calm down. A big smile appeared on his face as his blue eyes lit up, erasing all the tired expression. He opened his arms, intend to hug her, when he remembered who was watching. He lowered them immediately, and asked "Where have you been?" while staring at the boy whose arm she was holding. He wasn't a jealous person, but he didn't like it. At all. Knowing Marie he knew he wasn't her new boyfriend or anything, but holding other's arms in public? He would have expected better from Marie.

Standing there awkwardly, he wished they were alone now. Because he hadn't seen Marie, his girlfriend, for ages and he didn't want to act as friends now. Once that Carter let go off HIS girlfriend, the guy holding her arm would be him. Because that would be what a boyfriend do.

Ah thanks Goodness, Kay and Rex were leaving. Carter, did she say? The blondie started at the guy once again from head to toe, and decided he wouldn't be that bad to drag Marie off him. Uh-huh, he'd just be friendly. Smiling again at Marie, he raised an eyebrow at Kay's words. She simply wanted Marie to trust her? Like, want help? Seriously? She either had a bad memory, or she had been under a curse and was now out. In any case, Evan didn't like her. It didn't matter now though, because he'd found HIS Marie and that had just made his whole week.

" I am glad Carter had been with you the whole time from when you were hurt to the healer" Rex told Marie. " If you like to stay here, that is cool ' Rexsaid to Marie. " I will tell Evan, hi, when I see him" Rex smiled nicely at
Marie.

" I am glad you apologized to Marie" Rex told Kay. "Well, I am sure Evan will be around here" Rex said to Kay. " We should get going" Rex explained to Kay.

" Marie, we will see you" Rex told her..

"Well Carter and Evan are good guys" Rex explained to Kay. " I know she is really good freinds with them " Rex told Kay about Marie.

" Hi Evan" Rex told him " Carter took good care of Marie while you could not get to the healer" rex explained to Evan. " I know if you could have made it, you would have also been a great asset to Marie" Rex explained nicely to Evan. " Let's go Kay" Rex remined her about the lake.

Ready to leave the Entrance Hall and continue her search for Evan, Destiny and Evelyn she continued to pull Carter with her. She did not have time to stand around and talk to Kay or Rex. Finding her boyfriend was more important than anything else to her now.

Without saying a word she started to leave when she heard somone say Evan's here. Stopping in her tracks she slowly turned around almost not believing that she had heard that oh so familiar voice. Looking around she couldn't believe it, there Evan was, standing there in front of her. Hearing him call her name she let go of Carter's arm....

"EVAN"!!! She shouted. A huge smile appeared on her face as it hit her that he was really standing there in front of her looking as cute as ever. She was so happy to finally find him she didn't care who knew about them anymore. She quickly ran over to him and threw her arms around him giving him the biggest hug she could without breaking anything. "I have been so worried about you. I....I thought something bad happened to you like with the other students that have been disappearing." Totally forgetting they were not alone she just stood there hugging him not wanting to let go in fear of him disappearing again.

After standing there for a couple of minutes reality sunk in. Yes, she was with Evan but Destiny and Evelyn were still missing. Looking up at Evan she asked, "Have you seen Destiny or Evelyn around lately? They didn't come to the last two classes and they never miss classes." Maybe she would be able to find them like she found Evan.....With nothing wrong with them.

Finally looking over at Carter she said, "Oh no Carter, I'm so sorry... This is Evan. You were right, he is okay." She had finally released the death grip she had on Evan and was now standing there holding his hand. Looking back at Evan she said, "Evan this is Carter. He has been helping me look for you, Evelyn and Destiny. He's been a really great friend." 'He even sat with me in the hospital wing after I fell off a broom during flying practice,' she thought. Of course she wouldn't tell him that part if she didn't have to, she didn't want him to worry about her whenever she was flying.

Looking up into Rex's eyes Kay smiled. "I'm glad I did too. I really don't like fighting with Marie." She said as Evan come out of know where. "Well Im glad he's here. I think Marie was really worried." Kay whisper to Rex. "Off to the lake then."

Kay smiled when Marie hugged Evan. She always knew that Marie like him. Even last year in potions class. Not wanting to be in the way Kay looked at her once friend and smiled at Marie. "I'm glad he's alright? Please keep each other safe." kay said turning and walking away with Rex. She gave Marie a little wave and went towards the front door.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." Carter said as he was tugged toward the empty classroom. He then heard someone say they were Evan.

Relief swept over him. Yay! They found someone. He smiled when Marie said he knew they would. Because, in all honesty, he had no idea if they would.

And then he realized that Marie had been tugging on him. Not the best way to meet someone's boyfriend. And seeing as he just got out of a situation like that he didn't want to mess this up on a first impression. He slid his wand back into his pocket.

"Carter." he said holding out a hand to Evan. "Pleasure to meet you. I heard you like football." he said. Yes. That was a good and safe conversation starter.

" Bye Evan" Rex told him. " Take care of Marie" Rex said to Evan.

" Bye Marie" Rex told her. " I am sure Evan will take good care of you" Rex said to Marie.

" Time for us to go" Rex told Kay. " They need to be alone now" Rex said to Kay.
Rex thought to himself wondering why Carter never talked to him. Guess he had his reasons. Jason told Rex while Rex had been staying at the caslte that Carter never spoke to him either.

Relived was what Oliver was when Nancy released her vice like grip on his arm. “Those are real Chaser's fingers those.” He teased her. “Woah.” He said as he caught a hold of her as she swayed on her feet. “You sure you haven't been drinking firewhiskey?” heh. And the teasing and jokes continued. Well.. it made Oliver feel better. It meant he didn't actually have to face up to the horror of what was happening, AND, it would hopefully keep Nancy from thinking about her injuries. Er... hopefully.

Into the entrance hall they staggered. It was warm in here. Much better. He smiled at Nancy as they made their slow journey towards the stairs. ALL THOSE STAIRS up to the hospital wing! Guh! “I'm sorry.” He said again. “I guess it was the concussion.” Or the horror of what had happened.. although Oliver liked to think he was tougher than that. Puking, at the sight of blood, was for girls. Hehe.

He thought about her question, tiling his head from side to side. “Depends if you're one of these girls who always has to have designer stuff because..", he gestured at his pockets. “I'm getting low on cash for the rest of the year.” And this was true.. and there was no chance of getting any more from his dad once what he had was gone. “I could make them.” He suggested. “Then they would be unique and one of a kind. How does Papier Mache sound to you?” Grin.

And they were at the bottom of the stairs. Oliver gazed up, trying not to let his anxiety about getting Nancy up there show on his face. How were they going to do this? “I could give you a piggy back.” He suggested with a smirk. Ok.. maybe not. "You ready?" He asked and took a step up onto the first stair.

'One down and just another fifty millon to go.' Guh.

Dismissing his Chaser-comment with a supposed to be smug smirk Nancy muttered a "Shut up!" at him, a teasing tone clearly obvious in her voice, though. She was not being serious. Well, not completely anyways. Placing a hand on his arm for support the 17 year old hopped along as well as she could, trying hard not to show the dizziness on her face. She was fine...totallly fine...well, apart from the strange leg. Uh...

An involuntary shiver ran through her as they finally stepped into the Entrance Hall where it was all warm and, yes, waaaarm. Her cheeks started to regain some of their color - which pale as she was was not exactly much to begin with - as they hopped on, getting closer and closer to the stairs. Finally.

Pulling Oliver's laaarge robes closer around her so she wouldn't lose them Nancy turned to roll her eyes at him as he claimed that it was only because of the concussion he had puked all over her slippers. However, not a sarcastic comment escaped her lips but a small wince as she had turned her head to quickly. Hello blurry vision!

"Riight. Concussion." Well, she only said that to keep her mind off her injuries, so there. Whistle. Her gaze still on him - so she didn't have to look how faaar it still was till they'd reached the staircase - she literally half-snorted at his designer-comment. Who did he think she was? "Pfft...designer slippers?" Nancy gave him an incredulous look, averted her eyes, though for he seemed to be serious about his money-thingy which was not that a comfortable topic to discuss.

"You could make them?" That sounded appealing though. Hehe. Only not too much with the..."Papier mâché. Uh, no, though, it would be nice if you made them. With...uh...I'm not that good with things like that but...or you could just order some." Yeah, way to go, Nancy. Her blue eyes flashed up at him, though, in surprise at his piggy-back offer which did not sound appealing AT ALL. However, judging by the smirk on his lips he was not serious. Phew."Yeah, that piggy back? I think I'll pass." With that said she gave a nod at his next question. Ready? No, not really but whatever.

Hop! Ouch! Pant!

Yes, this was working just great. Not. But it would work somehow. It was only the...third floor. Uh.

An eyebrow raised at Nancy's muttered 'shut up' although Oliver knew she was joking. He went back to concentrating on supporting the girl as she limped and hopped along. “Y'know I could go and get Healer Ashford to levitate you up there if this is going to be a real struggle for you.” Like, return the favour. Now that was an experience Oliver wished his concussion had let him forget about. Shudder.

Ack! More wincing. “You ok?” He asked stupidly and feebly. This wasn't good. Not good at all.

Pleased for the light-hearted banter that was going on, he smirked at the girl's sarcasm. So Nancy wasn't one of these designer obsessed witches the school seemed to be full of. Good for her. He chuckled and nodded at her words. “What can I make them with if not Papier mache?” He asked her as they clambered up the next few steps without even noticing. Well he hadn't.. Nancy may well have.. but this journey wasn't as slow as he had been expecting. “I hope you're not suggesting I sew them, cos really...” He looked down at himself and back at her and raised his eyebrows. “...I'm not good at all that girl stuff.” hehe. Order some? Well.. yeah, that would be a better idea. “I'll see what I can do.” He nodded.

And up another step they went. Phew.

Violet skipped to the entrance hall, when a evil little smirk came across her face. "Well, well,well what do we got here?" she said, the evil smirk getting wider. Oh yes she had been there long enough to see Evan and Marie hugging and calling eachothers name excitedy, something often couples do. She tilted her head to the side, still smirking waiting ffor their reply.

Standing there with Evan, Marie was feeling like nothing could go wrong now. She had finally found her boyfriend whom she had not seen in several days. Nothing could take away from her happiness now. Nothing except........Violet.

Turning towards that annoying voice that she can never seem to get away from she sees Violet standing just a few feet from them with a nasty little grin on her face. Holding Evan's hand even tighter she glares back at her. "Violet," she says with much sarcasm in her voice. "What does it look like we have going on here?! A conversation that does not involve you, that's what." Why is it that no matter where she went Violet always seemed to find her. It's as if the girl was stalking her or something.

"Marie, no need to be rude. How are things with your boyfriend Evan?" asked Violet drawling. The evil little smirk continued to widen at her every word. She gave Marie a look saying 'Mhmm yeah I know'.

Phyre was walking through the Entrance Hall when she saw Violet annoying another student. She sighed. That was that Marie girl, right? She crossed her arms and secured her wand in her pocket - she would never cast first ever again - before she walked over to the two... And some random boy.

"I don't care about Kazi if he tries to lay another hand on me, he'll get fired, after my parents hear about it." said Violet.

"Well I am not going to let her bother me anymore, she can just go annoy someone else. I figure if I ignore her long enough she will just go away." Yes, ignoring Violet would be the best thing for her to do.

"Well that's good that you have witnesses. Maybe you should take them with you when you go see Professor Kazi. I'm sure he will want to know everything." Now Marie was wishng she would have been there to witness what happened, she would love to go to Kazi with this information.

Marie stood there listening to Violet yell at Sapphyre. What was she talking about a backup? What was that girl up to that she needed a backup? Maybe she would ask Phyre what that was all about later.

Oh Merlin, then she started to talk to Marie again. Holding true to her vow to ignore the girl she just looked at her and smiled. Let her come to her own conclusions about her and Evan.
Ha! Yeah right Conan doesn't talk to other girls. If only Violet knew that he had indeed talked to Marie and they had talked about HER she would be furious. She was about to say something when she remembered she was ignoring Violet. Instead she just turned back to Evan so her back was to Violet. Let her think what she wants about Conan, eventually she will know that he does talk to other girls and that his life does not revolve around her.
