Ginny laughed"haha yeah!whenever you want!It won't be difficult..I heard that some students from sixth year do it all the time with the seventh year students and noone has ever caught them!"she giggled and looked at sixth year students"hey if you want we can go to the lake sometime for a walk. It's really beautiful and quiet..Last year with my friend Virgi we were spending most of our time there"she smiled and looked around"it's also the perfect place to study if you have exams"she added

"I like basically anything too," she replied, but poked the steak and kidney pies with distaste. "Not so sure about all this meat though. I hardly eat it at home, only if I must. But these mashed potatoes are amazing," she finished, taking in a giant spoonful of them, and washing it down with some pumpkin juice.

Tori hugged Carter back. "I missed you too.I had a good summer. Missed out on the QWC but that's ok. My mom and I had a great time.What about you?she replied with an ear to ear grin,"It looks like you've missed Hogwarts' food the most."she added with a giggle as she watched him pile on the food unto his plate.

Sabel gave a small laugh at her perception on parents; how true it was. Shaking his head a little he turned his cup slowly around in a circle on the table, trying to think of something interesting to say. In all honesty, he couldn't think of much, so he simply said the few things that came to mind. "I have a cat named Merlin, who is probably destroying my room right now, or at least my luggage. And I have two left feet, so I appologize in advance if I bump into you or quite literally fall into your company." He gave her a small, self-concious smile. "It happens quite a bit."

Chris grinned and nodded quickly. "Indeed! Just not stuck to you I hope... that could be quite awkward!" Suddenly, his hand gravitated toward her arm and then 'stuck' there. "Oh dear... Alex, I do believe I am stuck to your arm. What ever are we going to do?" he asked, looking at her with wide eyes. AS she talked about the food, he looked down at their filled plates in wonder. "That's quite cool," he said, using the hand that wasn't attached to Alex to eat some. "And... very delicious!" he added with a grin.

As she leaned in to whisper to him, he leaned in a little closer to her as well. "If food is the name, I'm in the game," Chris whispered with a grin. "Just show me the way, and I will be the back up! I'll even wear the James Bond suit... and my wand will be my cool gadget!" he added with a laugh. It was then he noticed how close they were... how her breath ticked his cheeks, and how the heat had caused her cheeks to redden ever so slightly... He pulled out as she did and nodded in agreement. "It will be indeed!" he said with a laugh.

"Bravely fail... I like that way of putting it! Or, courageously hand in corrections!" he added with a laugh. As she brought up the challenge, he smirked. "Well, next week it is then," he said with a nod. "Its a date then... and you had better bring your best juggling ability," he said, narrowing his eyes as he grinned at her.

"Any time... everyone needs a friend," he said, slowly removing his hand from her face. Be blinked in surprise at her next statement. "You broke your ribs?" he asked her. "How did you do that?" he asked her. If she had that much trouble with getting off of a train- juggling for her was going to be a nightmare. Suddenly, he was quite worried about their juggling challenge.

Chris looked between Roxxy and Alex. He was friends with both of them- and he didn't want either one to get hurt. Roxxy was much like a little sister to him already- despite the fact that it was just the first day. And Alex... he wasn't sure what she was. A friend definitely, but was there anything else? He pushed that thought away as he reached forward to some food. "Have either of you tried this?" he asked, holding up- something. He looked at it and saw that it was a fancy form of macaroni and cheese. "Because if you haven't I will!" he said with a grin as he scooped some on to his plate.

Chris grinned at Roxxy's hug and then listened as she described their method of sorting. "You know, based on what I've heard about all of these houses, maybe it was just trying to find which were the strongest qualities. Maybe it took so long because they all played such a major part within you, it had trouble separating them," he said with a shrug. Strange that they had a hat sorting them. It must have some sort of deeper magic within it, and he would have loved to have seen it for himself. They had a whole year- who knew?

"Well, congratulations!" he said, giving her another quick hug. "I'm glad you were chosen for this house- not that I have any favoritism of course!" he said with a laugh.

Tori returned to her seat, to get some food in her stomach. She couldn't wait to get to her common room moreover her dorm, to relax into her four post.

Rhea was over sitting at the HufflePuff table. She made her way over to the Gryffindor table hoping that she would find Tori. She didn't feel up to talking to any of those so called HufflePuffs just yet. Sometimes the house qualities were really buried deep within. She spotted tori and dropped a scarf she had been holding on her head.

"You left this at my house little one." She said plopping on the seta next to her.

Alex started to giggle as Chris spoke, "Yes that could be quite awkward! Very Awkward!" She said with a small laugh as she suddenly felt his hand on her arm. Her eyes went wide, and she pretended to look surprised. "Oh No!! Chris.. Really? This could get complicated!!" She said as she looked at his hand.. and then "tried" to remove it. "Oh wow, it really is stuck! Perhaps we need to go to the healers for this?" She asked smiling. She watched as he looked down at the plates, "Yes it is very cool, and good!" She giggled a bit as he started to eat one handedly, and she herself took a sip of the juice that had filled her cup. "Ahhh.. nothing like Hogwarts food!"

Alex grinned as Chris leaned in as well. "Yes, I figured that would be your answer, all boys love food!" She said with a grin, she had 6 brothers, she knew that for a fact! "Great! We shall have to plan a scouting mission, and then we can go down and take all the good we want! It will be amazing." She said with a wink. She could feel her cheeks redden a bit, and she was almost glad when they pulled back.. for her breathing was far from normal.. but part of her had liked that closeness..

She giggled a bit, "Yes, that is exactly how it will be! Bravely hope for a good Grade? Courageously turn in bad work?" She laughed a bit, as she ran a hand through her hair. She needed to put her mane up, but she didn't have anything to put it up with at the moment. "Oh do not worry Chris, I will bring my best ability, and I will beat you!" She said smiling as she arched an eyebrow at him.

Alex blushed a bit as Chris spoke and lowered his hand. "Yes everyone does need a friend.." She said as she looked away for a moment and then back at him as he asked about her ribs. "Yes, I was hiding from someone, and as I was turning to leave, a girl kicked me pretty hard in the ribs.. and crack! Broke a few of them.. My poor brother had to carry me in, and then the healer healed them. I will be sore for a few days.. but other than that.. I should be fine." She said with a smile.

Alex just smiled and shook her head at the first year. "Welcome to Gryffindor, I am Alex." She said kindly, she didn't need to be mean..

Lucille gave a little chuckle, now relieved that Alex was going to be ok."I dont blame you," she said when Alex mentioned Torin. "I'd hide from him..." But then she remembered she was being naiiiceynice to Torin. "Capital bloke!" she said, which even surprised her.

Lucille squinted and shook her head in surprise.

A scarf dropped on her from up above before hearing a familiar voice.She looked up to see Rhea. With a smile, she said, "Hey Rhea. Thanks, I've been looking all over for it. Started to think a nibbler took it but remembered they preferred shiny stuff. So, what's up?"

Rhea sighed. What was up was her boredom level. Hogwarts was quickly losing it's appeal to her. It was no longer feeling like home and she wasn't sure she would be able to stick it out. She wouldn't tell that to Tori though. Dhe was only in her second year and she didn't want to burden her with the woes of a sixth year student.

Rhea chuckled.

"A niffler Tori? You're silly. How come you weren't at the world cup though? I thought after you went back home that you would be there."

Tori could tell that something was bothering Rhea but she decided not to question it.
"Nope. Mom and I went camping when I got back. We had fun. Though it felt a little weird doing stuff without magic at times." she replied." So what classes are you taking this year?"

Warren walked around to see if Alex was okay.. but then found her flirting with some lad.. this could be interesting. ''Yo Yo Me Peeps, whats Appeningg'' he smirked at both Alex and the other kid.. This was fun.. it was a brothers job to intrude.. Kyle would be proud of him. ''Oh dont mind me.. please.. carry on.'' He was going to ask how she was.. but she made it clear she was okay.

He laughed as he attempted to once more wrench his arm away from her own. "I don't know what we're going to do! This will definitely mess up your juggling ability!" he said with a laugh. "And, practicing will be quite difficult for the both of us!" he continued. "This calls for drastic measures..." Chris said, suddenly getting serious. He picked up a knife from the table and held it above their hands. "Ready Alex?" he asked, wondering why her reaction was going to be.

"It is quite good!" he said, and took another mouthful. It was weird eating with his left hand... but if he ever broke his right, it was a good skill to have. Suddenly, some of his food dropped away from his fork and he growled. "This is hard... how do left-handers do it?" he wondered aloud. He looked over at Alex and grinned. "Food is a necessity... you said you have brothers right? Well, you should know then!" he said with a laugh.

"Scouting mission, got it..." he said, bringing their 'attached' hands up to his forehead for a salute. "Mission food retrieval is a go," he said, with a nod. He noticed that his face was a little warmer than usual, and he wondered at the origin. Glancing at Alex he pushed the thought away. "Well, I look forward to your best!" he said with a grin. "And I shall bring tissues for when I beat you!" he added with a laugh. He wasn't usually that competitive, and he really didn't mean it- much. He was just having fun!

"Oh Alex!" he explained, much in an over-dramatized way. "I shall care for your every ache! Wait by your bedside until you are healed! But, continue juggling so that I can beat you!" he added with a wink and a laugh. "So, you're okay now?" he asked her, his voice returning to normal.

"Camping?" Rhea raised an eyebrow and stared at Tori incredulously.
"You went camping instead of the quidditch world cup? That is absolutely crazy." She tapped an apple idly with her wand and watched as it changed colours from green to blue to red to yellow...

"I think I'll be doing DADA,COMC,Transfigurations and Potions...oh and maybe Charms as well." she answered.

"I can't say I'm looking forward to classes at all."

Chris looked up at the newcomer. "Hello," he said with a grin. "Nothing's up, my brother! Slide me some skin..." he replied with a laugh, holding out his hand for the high five. Chris glanced over at Alex to see if she even knew this kid... although he had noticed some similarities.

"It was that or nothing at all. Besides mom's a muggle she can''t go to QWC."Tori said before she sighed, "Oh well.Too late."
She took a swig of her pumpkin juice before she continued."I'm definitely doing DADA, Potions, Charms, Tranfiguration and Arithmancy."

Roxxy felt her stomach grumble and said to Chris "I'll try some of that macaroni stuff too. It looks delicious." Grabbing a plate she started to pile food on her plate. For having a small body she could an eat an awful lot of food before she was full up. Diving into the enormus amount of food on her plate Roxxy listened as Chris spoke. He really was like a substitute brother to her already and she didn't even know him that well.

With Chris here maybe she wouldn't need to bombard Seb with as many owls as she had guessed before the term had started. Pausing in between bites she said "I hope that was what the hat was doing. I don't want to think of another reason as to why it tooook so long." Focusing on her food again she ate every bit of food with care. Her mum had always been a stickler for always eating food well.

Leaning back against her chair she nodded "Yes me too, Chris. Me too. I don't have any house favoritism either since none of my older siblings have gone to Hogwarts."

Roxxy felt a bit guilty about her outburst earlier and shot the older girl what she hoped to be a kind smile "Thank you! Nice to meet you Alex, I'm Roxxy." Looking up and down the table she asked the older girl "So, um what happens after the feast is over?"

Rhea made a gagging sound. Tori must have hit her head hard somewhere. Why in blazes would she be doing Arithmancy? Rhea had done that subject one year and quickly dropped it. It was definitely not her Goblet of pumpkin juice.

"You are crazy. Arithmancy is awful."

Alex giggled slightly at Lucille's words. "Capital Bloke?" She asked as she raised her eyebrows. "Uh huh.. Lucille, are you sure you didn't hit your head or something..Did I flail while I slept on the train? Was that what happened?" She asked putting her hand up to the other girl's forehead.

Ohh Dear Merlin, the whole gang was here. The only person missing was Geoff, and they would have a party. She leveled a glare onto her brother's person and she shook her head. "Hey Little brother.. What is up?" She asked in a tone that said "Leave now before I hurt you." She sighed as she could see he wasn't going to go away.. "Warren this is Chris.. Chris this is one of my younger brother's.. Warren." She made the introduction tiredly.. Goodness..

Alex started to laugh harder as Chris tried to wrench his arm away. "Oh dear! This will make juggling difficult! Maybe we could try to work it out, somehow? Like two of us juggling as one?" She suggested, as her eyes went wide as she saw the knife.. "Oh Chris!! Dear Merlin NO! We can find another way!! Honestly!" She said her gray eyes wide with horror, and not all of it was fake!

Alex snickered a bit as she watched Chris eat left handedly. She was able to eat just fine, seeing as she was left handed. "We do it carefully!" She said with a smile, "You want me to feed you? After all, we can't have you starving can we?" She asked giggling a bit. Ohh would that ever be funny! "Yes, I have lots of brothers, and I do know that for certain.. " She said with a smile.

She giggled as he brought their hands up to his head for a salute, he really was cute, and she was having so much fun with him. "Good! We shall meet at oh four hundred in three days.. Got it?" She asked with a soft giggle. She noticed that he looked a little flushed and she wondered if it were too hot in here for him. She was always cold, but she knew that boys were always warm.. They made such good heaters, they were good to snuggle with. She nodded. Yup.."Good!! I shall bring you my best!" She laughed at his last statement, "Well, bring the tissues.. for you.. are going to need them." She grinned impishly at him.

Alex started to giggle hard as Chris spoke, "Oh my dear Chris, how horrible it must be for you! I can sense worry pouring from every cell in your being." She said laughing now. "but no worries, despite my injuries, I shall practice hard.. and beat you." She sobered up a bit as he spoke.. "Yes, I am okay, just really sore at the moment." She said smiling.

Ohh Dear Merlin... Alex shook her head..

Waz smirked at Chris, yeah he was a cool kid alright. ''You already have skin you doofus!'' he chuckled, that was his clever moment done.. He watched Chris's hand go up for a high five, Warren high fived him back and smirked. ''So as i was saying.. carry on your lil er.. lovey dovey stuff.''

Waz turned to face his sister and smirked again. ''Hey Big Sister.. whats up? the ceiling im guessing?'' he looked up.. ''Uhuh.. and i can tell you whats down aswell.. Oh look the floor'' he sent out another cheesy grin to her and sat there picking food and shoving it in his gob. ''Hurt me? now why would you want to do that?'' Warren looked at Alex with puppy dog eyes, there was no way Alex could EVER hurt him.. he was too loved for that.

''Well hello Chris, you can call me Waz..'' Many people called him Waz instead of Warren.. it was all good. ''Nice to meet you dudee''
Waz turned at Alex and whispered in her ear.. ''His good looking.. Get in there!'' and smirked once again after.. he was enjoying this oh soo much.

"No."Tori chuckled,"I don't mind a good challenge."

"Then I'll come," Luna said brightly. "To the lake? Isn't there a giant squid?" she asked unsure. "But I've seen the lake already. I was in the boats, you know. First-years always take the boats, I heard. So yeah, I guess it will be a beautiful place to go," she said happily. She looked at Ginny curiously. "Where is Virgi now?" she smiled. She wanted to know who her other friend was.

Brant Came back down to the House Table, and was feeling totally better!. That nap did him some good. Maybe he thought that he should just stick to drinking some pumpkin juice and stay away from the food. He was relaxed and Normal Colored.

Waz saw a rather amazing good looking.. no wait.. he was already there.. basically he saw Brant coming.. Brant sat down next to Waz..
Warren poked him in the arm and smirked. ''DUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEE'' he was in a rather unusal mood.. but as Brant was one of his best mates.. he should know that anyway! ''Hows my Quidditch captain then?'' he asked, he was dead proud of him for getting it.. he hoped that he would get in the team this term!
