Enid nearly sprinted her way back to the Great Hall, dragging Alexa along with her until they reached their old seats at the Gryffindor table. As soon as she reached her seat, Enid plopped down to it in a most unladylike manner and let out a sigh of relief. "We're not too late for the speech, thank heavens!" she said to her fellow member of the royal family. "O, but my heart aches, Lady Alexa, it still worries me what shall become of us after this most delicious dinner... Let us pray, good friend; let us pray that thy grace the King of Hog-warts will find it in his heart to forgive our ignorance and lack of manners." And so, Enid then got up from her seat and knelt down by the bench, resting her elbows on the wooden bench and closing her eyes as she began to pray up to the night sky of the Great Hall.
Yep, there was definitely something in that pumpkin juice, and if someone didn't find a Healer soon, the poor girl might have a high chance of ending up in the loony bin.

But Enid was interrupted from her prayers as Jack spoke. The young girl furrowed her brows at him in confusion. "'All the rage'?" she repeated. "What exactly dost thou mean, kind sir? I'm afraid Lady Alexa and I are not familiar with the dialect used amongst peasants." And then she shook her head. "It cannot be possible that royals like us and peasants wear the same thing! It simply can not be! I need my jewels and my gowns! This is an offense!"

"So, do you have any relatives that go here?" Ella asked Brad curiously. Maybe she knew someone he knew too.

Lady Alexa nodded her head slowly... Well they had indeed travelled into an alternate reality, so perhaps this was true... they were not dressed in an offensive manner to His Royal Highness. Glancing around the Great Hall she did note that the others were wearing the same type of robes as they.

"Do tell, me kind sir, why art there different colors on the robes though? This Crimson and Gold is a sign of a higher society, correct?" she asked as she glanced down at her own robes. Hmmmm... certainly the boy of status wouldn't lie about such things...

"Lady Enid, he may be right. Let us dine and we shall pay a visit to the King after our meal." she said with a nod.

Guinivere had finished her food and now had to use the loo. Of course, being new she didn't rightly know where the loo was, unfortunately. Gwen hadn't considered that until after she'd gotten up from the Ravenclaw table and had nearly passed the Gryffindors.

Gwen now faced a conundrum, should she continue on her way and try to fine the toilet by herself or, should she just stop and ask for directions? Gwen wouldn't have admitted it, but she really needed to go and didn't fancy looking about for it in a place this big. So, she walked over to a young girl who looked to be her age at the Gryffindor table and very politely tapped her on the shoulder.

"Excuse me, I do realize you're eating and that this is probably not the best time, but I was wondering if you could help me out?" Gwen asked, nervously (and uselessly) pushing back a strand of her dark brown hair.

Enid gave a sigh and nodded her head. She couldn't bring herself to trust the Head Boy as much as Alexa did, though. These were all strange people after all... people from an alternate universe; a reality different from that to which she belonged to. "Very well, I shall dine and await meeting with his royal highness," Enid decided finally, getting up from her knees and sitting down on her bench. Though she didn't have much appetite for the moment, so she merely settled for having some pumpkin juice.

Enid turned her attention away from the untouched plate before her and to Gwen as she suddenly addressed her. Enid listened to her request and raised her eyebrows before turning to Alexa. "Oh my, look at this, Lady Alexa! It seems someone knows of our importance - I'm being asked for help!" she said with a smile before turning back to Gwen. "O, thou poor lost soul, but of course I shall help thee - that is what us royals are for, of course, to help those less important and more needy than us," she started, getting up from her seat. "Please, do inform me of thy troubles, young peasant. What is bothering thee, what is making thy life difficult?" she asked kindly.

Lady Alexa simply raised an eyebrow at Lady Enid and the... commoner... Lady Enid was clearly the more friendly toward the common folk. Lady Alexa noted that the girl's hair was a bit messy... Hmmm... poor little commoner. She turned back to the table and picked up her goblet, taking a deep drink of her pumpkin juice.

Alex laughed a bit. "Well, in winter we dress up in snow gear, and snowboard down to the great hall, where we get snowshoes and plow through the snow to our tables. Which are made of ice. It does make dining pretty interesting." Her voice was serious, as was the look that she gave Chris. For all he knew, she could be telling the truth. But then a little smile gave her away and she burst out laughing. It took her a few moment to compose herself. But after she did she smiled.

"Really? Well than it is a date! Next lightening storm, I shall take you to the towers and we shall watch it! Sound good?" She asked him smiling, as she leaned on her hand, her elbow was resting on the table. She turned her head to smile at him, her gray eyes lighting up a bit as she spoke. "Of we could just cast a mufflato charm." She said as she tossed her hair over her shoulder again.. And yes it was again, just for affect.

Alex chuckled a bit and shrugged her shoulders.. "Well, let us just say that before now, Gryffindor hasn't been very interesting." She smiled up at him, before looking away. Slytherin had been the interesting place, what with her brothers, sister and Damon.. She had wanted to be there with them. But.. Her house had just gotten way more interesting.

"Oh that would have been excellent, by the way you look, you could have pretended to be one of the teachers! Hmmmm.. I could see you as a Divination teacher?" She grinned at bit. That would have been funny.

"What??" She screeched a bit. "Oh you wouldn't dare! My Poor heart couldn't take it! Mercy Me! Whatever would my poor heart do! I dare say yall would just kill poor lil ole me." She had adopted a southern accent as she spoke, and she did the accent pretty well, she sounded like a southern belle in distress.

She looked back down at her hand, and then back up at him as he smiled.. His smile was very nice..

"Uh, is this some kind of weird Hogwarts initiation thing or something?" Gwen asked, her thick Irish accent coating every word with uncertainty. She had honestly thought she'd picked out a very nice and pleasant looking girl to ask for help, but instead wound up with some crazy gal who addressed herself as being "Royal" and who talked like she was from the eighteen hundreds or some similar century.

"Look, I'm just trying to figure out where the damned loo is," Gwen said, not sure if she should feel annoyed or be generally worried for the girl, Gwen decided to just ask her question and leave before anything too weird happened. "Do ya know?" Gwen added, straightening out her shoulders and giving the girl a begrudged smile.

Enid merely blinked with mild confusion as Gwen seemed to grow irritated and asked if this was some sort of weird Hogwarts initiation. It was then that Gwen added she was "just trying to figure out where the damned loo is." Enid gasped a brought a hand up to her lips, her green eyes widening. "What foul language is this that escapes thy lips, peasant?!" she asked, complete shock on her mousy features. "O, I am aghast! Thou must apologize for this rude behaviour this instant, peasant - thou should consider thyself lucky thou art addressing Lady Enid and not Lady Alexa or worse yet - his royal highness the king himself!" Enid exclaimed.

As Gwen then asked if Enid knew, Enid blinked with confusion. "Know what, peasant?" she asked, a little less kindly now that the commoner she had decided to help had turned out to be rather fiery. "I am afraid I am not familiar with thy dialect, but if thou could just at least... point to or write what thou needst, I would be most glad to help thee."

"What? You want me to apologize?" Gwen asked, raising her eyebrows in anger. Who did this jerk think she was? The Bloody Queen of England? Now Gwen was a sensible girl, but she was quite use to people simply accepting her occasionally cursing and, of course to them not acting so damn high an mighty. Gwen listened in astonishment as the girl before her began rambling on about how lucky Gwen was not to be speaking with some Lady Alexa person or "The King" and that was when Gwen's anger turned to complete confusion and she found herself unsure as to what she should do.

"Are you alright?" Gwen asked, looking closely at Enid, she was actually, sincerely worried about the girl now, and she was now completely sure it wasn't a joke ether as the young lady seemed to believe every word that she said. Gwen's started a bit in surprise as the girl yet again offered to assist, and advised her to write her problem down on paper so that Enid might better understand it. "Uh... It's a little personal, would you mind coming with me? Your highness?" Gwen asked, assuming a kind smile and giving the young lady an elaborate bow.

Gwen had decided, she was going to fin out what the hell was up, no matter how ridiculous it all seemed.

Aww man, her giggles were cute. More, please? Oh upon noticing, Blake loved the way her nose wrinkled when she laughed. Adorable.

Oh nono, he just knew that the dude with black hair was totally hating on him right now. He caught the glare. "Umm..if you say so..?" He said, smiling at the guy behind her.

Yikes! Did she catch him sniffing her hair? Haha! Weirdo ALERT! Her alarm must have went off but lookie - she's trying to hit the snooze button by ignoring and having mercy upon him. All hail Princess Chocoholist!

Blake was taken aback slightly on seeing sheer excitement dancing on her pretty face. What a sweetie! He couldn't believe that someone would be sooo ecstatic by merely a pair of cupcakes. Currently, she's dripping cuteness and sweetness, and he can happily eat her whole right now.

Run..Blake..RUN!! Not another girl, puh-lease! Just friends. Snap out of it, you sick monkey. Like...NOW! As he came back to his senses, he noticed that Juicy was hugging him or more strangling him. "Lucee..you're killing me!" He muttered, his voice full of amusement and joy as he chuckled, hugging her back again. "They're are....just cupcakes, not diamonds. That's the best I could afford though." Meh, blushy wushy! And to be honest, his family was slowly but surely crawling out of their misery hole so yeah, it won't take long until the cupcakes get replaced by diamonds. But he'd prefer food over money any day. He's mentally rambling now. Hehe.

B-but then his eyes widened in horror followed by shock! Oh no she didn't! Not the...I Love You liiiiine! Anything but that. However, Lucy quickly covered her mistake by throwing in as friends. Phew, what a save! He'd die here if she genuinely meant it. No more crushes for awhile. "I love you...more..?" He sort of asked her, crooking one-side-up grin.

Oh...ugh. She shoved a piece of cupcake in his mouth and boy.....pure choco heaven. He wanted to kneel down and kiss his mother's hand right now. She actually loves him. He had thought she would screw up something in them but...she didn't. "I didn't make these, Juicy. My mum did. She was even poking me to deliver these by personally visiting everyone's cribs." Yeah, like he would in a million years. Her reaction was the cutest thing ever! He had seen girls wanting to kill him or lashing out at him but never the opposite. He had to..he just HAD to kiss her cheeks. Leaning forward and blushing heavily, Blake bent down and placed a soft kiss on her smooth cheeks. Aww man, she's awesome. She made his day!

"Yes, higher society. We're higher society," Jack mumbled, glancing up at the table again. WHEN would it be ok for him to go get Ashford. "And all the rage just means that its, erm...really cool..." Wait, they probably didn't know what that meant either! "Its what the king and his court are insisting all the high status folk wear."

"The king? OH NO you can't do that!" he exclaimed, nearly knocking over his glass as he spoke. They were NOT getting near that headmaster. NO WAY. "He's actually told me that he doesn't want anyone disturbing him tonight. He wants to go to his quarters and just sleep," he said with a nod.

He looked up as Enid started to talk to some Ravenclaw girl who had wandered nearby. Would it be safe to let her walk around the castle like this? Did she even know what a toliet WAS? "Are you erm...sure its a good idea to bring these ladies of SUCH high standing with you?" he asked the Ravvie. "It might not be, um...safe for them." He hoped that she would catch his drift. Something was NOT right up in these girls heads and he just didnt want them doing something horrifying before Ashford could see them!

"O but of course, apologizing would be most appropriate in this incident, young peasant," Enid replied as Gwen raised her eyebrows and asked if Enid honestly wanted her to apologize. But the conversation diverted from that to... Enid's well-being? Enid frowned slightly. What? Why did the peasants keep asking her if she was alright? Oh right, she was royalty. Perhaps they were just trying to show they had some manners in them after all. After coming to this conclusion, Enid smiled warmly. "I am quite alright, thank thee very much, kind peasant," said Enid, giving a curtsy at Gwen.

Enid couldn't help but grin as Gwen then asked her to accompany her - calling her 'your highness'. This commoner learned quickly! Perhaps all hope was not yet lost; perhaps there were more commoners like Gwen out there who would understand that she, Enid, was really royalty (or at least so she thought about herself after having that funky pumpkin juice). "I would be most pleased to accompany thee, good peasant," said Enid politely before turning to Alexa. "I shall be back shortly, kind Lady Alexa. If the King asks for my presence, would thou please be as kind as to tell him I have gone to help a peasant in need?" she asked of the younger girl before following after Gwen.

Andi looked down the table at the girls that seemed to be ordering people about, and thought they were like Ladies or something. It was, to be frank, kind of odd. She poured herself a drink, and continued fiddling with her ring. She was bored. This was always the worst part of the year, no matter what school, no matter where you were in the world.

Well,not really.But there was my sister,Anna.She was a Ravenclaw and she graduated last year.

"Oh yes! Of course, your majesty is right! I am dreadfully sorry, please forgive my impertinence!" Gwen said, bowing her head to the young lady. Gwen being the fine young actress she was, pulled off the whole "18th period peasant thing" rather well. I never thought my lessons would pay off like this, Gwen thought, raising her head back to it's normal position and smiling pleasantly.

Gwen watched as Enid addressed her friend an mentioned something about being summoned by the king, Gwen cringed as Enid once again called her a peasant and reminded herself that there was a reason the girl was being so aggravating and that she was probably rather nice under normal circumstances. "Right this way your Majesty," Gwen said, leading the young lady away from the table as quietly as possible.

Gwen paused however in her epic search for a bathroom as an older student (A rather attractive one too!) asked her about the safety of the trip and seemed to be trying to convey some idea, without letting the other two know. "Uh, I believe so... Do you think otherwise?" Gwen asked, raising her eyebrows giving the young man a look that clearly said: "Would you mind explaining. please?"

It then struck Gwen that the young man before her, was in fact attractive and the thought occurred to her that he should come along. Immediately a pan began to formulate.

"I most gladly accept your apology, good peasant," said Enid with a kind smile and a nod of her head as Gwen apologized. Oh, if only all the peasants were like this. She took a glance around the Hall before following after Gwen - why? Why was this happening to her? Why did she end up stuck in this alternate universe where no one knew of her rank and she was considered a peasant like the rest? Even dressed like one, too! She glanced down at her robes now. Groan. Where were her poofy pink dresses, her large diamond necklaces, and where were her maids to braid her beautiful light brown hair? O, I must have committed a terrible crime in my past life to deserve this... she thought sorrowfully to herself.

But Enid was distracted from her quiet moping as Gwen came to an abrupt halt and began talking with the Head Boy. She watched them exchange words, apparently worried for her well-being. O, what kind peasants! Perhaps she had been wrong. "O thou art most kind, Sir Head Boy. Thou concern is highly appreciate, but I think I should be fine. This kind peasant and I were just looking for... uh... what was it again, peasant? The loo?"

Jecca took her seat like in the middle of the table, waiting for other Grffs to seat with her.
"Mphh.."

Ginny stared at Gwen and said "I'm really looking forward to do most subjects and watching the Quidditch. It would be awesome if I could make the house team. Well it's hard to since I'm in first year. What do you think?". Ginny loved Quidditch and was very confident in most things.

"I'm looking forward to Quidditch as well. I've never seen it played before; I grew up with Muggles," said Gwen, slightly disappointed by her resentment in her tone. "I just wish I owuld have known about this world before I came here. I would LOVE to play Quidditch."

Gwen imagined herself flying on a broomstick, around a quidditch pitch. How amazing is it that I had the ability all along... she thought to herself.

"I highly doubt I'll make the team, especially as a first year," she said to Ginny. "I would love to play as beater though. I read up on quidditch during the summer, and I feel that position would best suit me. What position would you play if you could," she asked.

Rex called out to Kat" Hi, how are you?" Rex told her. " I hope you remember me from the train" Rex said to Kat.

I actually haad been homschoooled . got an owl from Hogwarts and the rest is history" Rex told Gwen. " I love your name and you take after your name, a pricess, mam" Rex said to Gwen. You are allowed to spell yoru name anyway you like last time I checked" Rex jokingly informed Gwen.

" Ok I loved meeting you,mam ' Rex told Demetria. " I will say hi to Jason" Rex said to Demetria.

"Oh, wow," Gwen replied, "I didn't know that was possible! You learn something everyday, huh?" she finished with a smile.

"Oh thanks," in response to her name. "I think it's pretty unique. As is your name, Rex."

She wasn't very used to compliments, especially from strangers.

"I'd think I would be best a Chaser", said Ginny confidently.

She thought herself on a broomstick with the Quaffle and was going to score a goal.

"I'm quite good at catching and throwing. Seeker wouldn't be bad but I think Chaser would suit me better. I can't wait to start lessons. Are you looking foward to lessons?".

Ginny was sitting across from Jecca and was sittting next to Gwen. "Oh hello I'm Ginny", said Ginny as she put her hand out. "Are you a first year?".

Jecca look at the girl who introduced her name and replied " Nope!, I'm a second year! Nice to meet you. Btw, I'm Jecca" Ginny was her first Grff.Student to talk to since the opening of the school term. " So, are you happy to be sorted in Gryffindor?" She asked.
