"All this werewolf is pretty confusing. Good thing you know a lot about it." she smiled then stared off at the fireplace. |
"Yeah, but you'll get used to it." Sneeze laughed. Then he took the book "Stranger in a Strange Land" out of his pack. "It's a famous sci-fi muggle novel." Sneeze said. |
"Never heard of it." she said looking at the book. "Is it any good?" |
Shaylee walked around the common room and saw Dem and Sneeze the nice boy she met at Gryffindor table. Hey guys!! She said walking over to them. |
"Hey, Shoelace!" Demetria smiled. "How's it going?" |
Hey girlie!! Good how about you? Shaylee said sitting down in a chair close to Demetria. |
"I'm good. Sneeze and me were just talking about...er...stuff" she bit her lip wondering if she knew about his er furry little problem. Demetria didn't know how long Sneeze and Shaylee had known each other, but didn't want Sneeze to get mad at her by spilling his secret |
Shaylee looked at Dem in a wierd way. Hmm... She thought she was hiding something...but Shaylee decided to forget about it and sat down next to them and said, Thats cool! So how has life been going for you missy??? Shaylee said to her friend. Turning to Sneeze, she said, Hey there! remeber me? Im Shaylee. |
"Pretty good." then she frowned remembering her most recent worry. "I still havent heard from Jason. I'm worried about him." she looked down at her shoes |
Shaylee looked at Dem. Whos Jason?? Man I really need to get off my butt and meet some people. Shaylee said smiling. Well wherever he is im sure hes okay. But Shaylee didn't even know who he was. |
"I thought i told you about him. He's my best muggle friend." she smiled |
Oh. Hmm... I dont remeber but then again im a very forgetful girl. Shaylee said smiling at her friend. I hope he's okay im sure he is. Don't worry Dem. Shaylee said to her friend. Demetria was lucky to have friends outside school. Shaylee only had her sister cousins and her neighbor who they got into fights a lot. |
"Haha its ok Shoelace. I'm lucky if i can remember what i had for breakfast." she winked. "Yea i'm sure he is but I'm just worried bacause well, the guy that Kairi and I saw at the lake, Roxas, well he looks an awful lot like Jason so I'm just worried." |
Shaylee smiled. There was that mysterious Roxas guy again. Was she the only one who didn't meet him?? I really need to get off my butt and meet some people. Shaylee said to herself. Im sure hes fine. Mabey you should write him a letter. Shaylee said to her. |
"I did. Last week." she bit the side of her lip again |
Oh Dem its okay! Don't worry!! Shaylee said as she got up and gave her friend a quick hug. |
"Thanks, Shoelace." she smiled, trying to hold back her tears. |
Sneeze looked up from his book. "It is a really good book. Oh, hey, yeah I remember you, Shaylee! How's everything?" |
"Oh," said Hannah to Chalice. "Well, that sucks. You just need to do something fun to get your mind off it." She pulled out a bag of Bertie Bott's. "I picked out all the gross ones and gave them to my brother." she grinned mischievously. "Want one?" |
"Sure, thanks." Chalice said with an appreciative grin. "You know what else is fun, slipping stuff into things that you send to family members. I put hair growth potion into some cookies I sent my dad once." |
Stepping through the portrait hole as daintily as she could with several books and catalogues being balanced in her stout arms, Daphne Hopton eyed the common room heavily for signs of possible annoyance starters. Happy with her discovery, she waltzed as quickly as possible (albeit a tad wobbly) towards the empty study table and dropped her texts upon it, making quite a racket. Pushing some texts and catalogues aside she ran her hand over the cover a particularly worn leather-bound book. Magically Weird Facts About Frogs was the title and she had taken it out of the library just for Miss Jillian. She’d probably enjoy it. The book was also useful for Daphne herself. Perhaps that way she could decide which of the amphibians she thought would best suit Jillian McGuffin; Definitely one of the not poisonous ones. Beginning by writing a very strict letter to Davis, Daphne scratched her head with the feather of her quill, lower lip caught between her teeth, amber eyes focused on the empty parchment she had pulled in front of her seconds ago. “Dear Davis….No, no, no!” She muttered scratching it out as soon as she wrote it. “That would give him ideas. I need to be strict and straight to the point. Right, Incompetent Davis,” mumbled the girl scribbling away, her writing composed of elegant script and big swirly capitals. “It is with great regret that I have to place a great task upon you. I would appreciate it very much if, unlike the Birthday card for Anna, you don’t screw up. “ |
Chalice stared into the fire until a loud bang came from over at one of the tables. She quickly jerked her head and painfully cracking her neck and noticed someone had just dropped a bunch of books. She rolled her eyes and stared back into the fire. |

"Hiya Daphne, whatcha up to?" he asked with a grin from the couch, feeling rather lazy and not in the mood to walk over to the place where Daphne sat. Besides, he didn't want her to think that he was reading over her shoulder or anything, which he wouldn't do even if he hadn't just heard everything she was saying from his spot next to Anna. |
Via entered the portrait hole leading to the Gryffindor common room and spotted many students sitting at couches and chairs. She went to sit at an empty seat and saw Roey, "Hello there Roey," she said. The Gryffindor Prefects were there too. "Hello Cale and Anna," she smiled at them. |
