Clearly the Groundskeeper was a person with trouble? Fabian grunted then shiftily glanced at Max. What if he was the kidnapper? He would be more than happy to dump him in the way of angry mamas, but not before they caught him red handed. He smiled weakly in response.

"Forrester should be a good flier" Fabian murmured, after all he was an astronomer, he was sure Edward can operate an instrument such as a broomstick... easily. "I think we need more people on foot" Fabian nudged Max with his elbow, "I'd rather demand Nurse Numel have good protection along with students on foot. Especially since we haven't a clue on how dangerous it can be" his eyes shiftily darted on Mr. Jones. What if the kids were buried right outside his van? That would make sense for them digging their own holes before disappearing. "Forrester would you mind going on foot?"

Cora's hand shot up. She was a fairly good flyer, being on the team and all. She waved her broom in the air, narrowly missing Christian's head. Oops.

"I'd be extremely happy to help with the search, sir!" She called, beaming. "I'm already in the right kit." She chuckled, gesturing to her snow covered Quidditch robes.

When raised one eyebrow. Well then. Whoever he was, he'd certainly managed to tell Juno off. Curt. Ah. "I'm When and... I really think I'd rather not shake your hand, thank you." She smirked slightly. If she hadn't already caught herself a cold from Patrick, she didn't particularly want to get one from him. "Nice technique, by the way," she added under her breath. Juno probably wouldn't have heard that...

She pulled her attention from TechCurt, back to Juney June and hopped again. Just once, though. "Really?" she squeaked, hardly aware that the professors might not appreciate a squeaker. "Oh joy." She flung her arms around him and muttered, "You're an awesome, brilliant bean."

Nothing had happened yet, so Rhiannon kept eating her cookie slowly over from her spot by the map. There was enough of a crowd in the broomshed that she didn't feel like trying to move again, unless she had to.

Hermy carefully sidled across to where Marco was located, since he was the only relatively friendly face she recognised. As she moved, Hermy carefully took off her Ravenclaw scarf - boy it was warm with all the people squeezed in.

"Did I miss much?" she whispered quietly in his ear.

He jumped. Somebody had whispered in his ear. Sana was standing next to him, holding his hand. Zero in front of him. How did someone even get behind him? He turned around to see it was Hermy. "You missed nothing. Just Max looking at a map of the grounds, as well as us seeing who, out of the teachers, can actually fly."

Marco seemed to be slightly surprised at seeing Hermy there. She thought he would have at least recognised her voice. Her eyes drifted towards his hand in Sana's and she stared there for a short while. She didn't mean to seem rude, but she did find it rather strange. Especially now he was married.

Pulling her eyes away, Hermy's gaze dropped to the floor. She looked intensely at her shoes, thoughts flowing through her mind.

She nodded as Marco filled her in. "Thanks," she muttered quietly. "So flying and searching is the plan?"

James walked to the crowd in the center of the room ruffling his hair. "So...what do the people who aren't flying experts do then?" He asked to no one in particular.

"You are welcome," Marco smiled. Argh Hermy could be so grumpy sometimes. He really needed to work out her problem. As usual it was probably him. "Well you don't have to fly. There is also a foot patrol. I think Mr Juice is going with Nurse Numel."

"Bean? Did you seriously just call me a bean?" He held his hands up and out of the way as the younger girl's arms wrapped themselves around his neck. A odd fluttering sensation formed in his stomach and he started flapping his hands a bit as if trying to repress the urge to say "eww ewww eww!"

Secretly, Juno was wishing Whende was Kemma...and speaking of Kemma...where was that blasted girl?

Whende stepped back, frowning slightly. "Well, yeah. Haven't you ever heard of a bean? Like... a being? Which would be human being. It's just... cooler," she said. "Have you got issues with being referred to as an awesome, brilliant, bean?" She arced one eyebrow. "And what up with your arms?"

Hermy stopped thinking about the whole hand holding thing and how she wanted hold Finn's hand, and smiled back at Marco. "I think I'd rather fly than walk. Get a better view that way." Well, at least for a penguin...maybe not smaller animals. She fiddled with her bracelet. "Plus I haven't flown for a few days and its the match soon."

She laughed, "Hey, I'm talking about us." she squeezed his hand playfully, "I wanted to be in your group and ofcourse if it's Fabian's I would be feel great"
She wanted to fly around with the great people after all. Both were the brilliant flyers like her brother Ryan.

She smiled to herself slightly. Did he understand her offer clearly or..? It was okay, she had a lot of time still.
"Sure professor, Can I be your side?" she asked meaningfully as looked at his eyes. "And can I use my own broom?",smiled.

Sana turned to another new voice. It was for Marco. She knew this girl, seen here and there but not really talked to her. She simply stood there and watching their conversation with her usual smile on the face as she was holding Marco's hand.

"What? Huh?" He looked at his gloved hands and quickly dropped them to his sides. "Nothing - they're fine. Simply trying to warm up my fingers." He shifted his weight from one foot to another. "Why are you in such a grand mode tonight? I mean - we're stuck out in the cold."

Ariana looked at Eddie as he came into the broomshed. She was glad he was there. Even gladder when Max suggested he help on foot. She didn't mind leading a bunch of kids around but having someone else there to help definitely made her feel a bit better. Ari gave Fabian a grateful smile and patted his shoulder. Maybe they would be ready to start here soon.

Whende wiggled her fingers around, holding them in front of her face. Well... they weren't turning purple. She eyed his gloves. But maybe it would have been moderately intelligent to wear something a bit warmer. "I dunno." She shrugged.

"I suppose... I talked to Trick today!" She hopped a bit, from one foot to the other. "And my fingers aren't numb yet... And my hair is gonna turn back by morning, too." When grinned. "Is cold enough to kill a grand mood?"

Forrester shrugged, "Wherever I'm needed, I'll be more willing to help." he answered. In truth he had been looking forward to flying again, but it probably would be best to keep the staff equally distributed.

Forrester scowled at the Ravenclaw boy who didn't have a brain in his head and was happy to see his QC answer the boy. "Thank you, Marco," he told him, patting his shoulder, "and I am very proud to see you here."


Forrester glanced at Ari, and gave her a small smile. "How many in the air and on foot do we have?"

"hello professor." he told Forrester as he gave him a small smile." I will accompany Ari and you on foot if you dont mind. I think Lyra is willing to come as well." he said as she had told him earlier she preferred to walk then fly.

Lyra's head poked up as she heard her name. "Oh...yes, count me in too," she said with a slightly confused look. She hadn't realized that she was just standing there for the moment lost in thought. "Thanks," she whispered to Josh.

Agie grinned as she heard Josh speaking from behind her, she slowly turned around and smirked at him. "It's a shame, I'll have to find someone else." Agie crossed her arms and continued to say. "Umm fly..Duh! As if I'd waste my time walking when I have the choice of flying." Agie's smile widened as she say Josh chuckle, she could thing of a few things that was making him laugh right now.

Agie looked around and saw all the professors as she heard Josh's words. "Well I was planning on a quick escape, but I doubt that is going to happen. So I'll pretend to look for awhile and then get back to what I'm really doing." She smirked.

Barry came in and said "Hello Professers I know I wasn`t invited to the search party but I want to help in any way I can" said Barry "What`s the plan are you going to cheak the forest by any chance"

"Then flying you shall do," Marco nodded, "We are being split into teams I think."

"Then that would be fantastic. We can look for them together," Marco grinned. It would great to be in the air with Sana.

"You are welcome Sir," he smiled, looking at his shoulder as the Professor patted it. What was with teachers touching him today? "You are proud to see me here Sir? Why would that be? I am surely doing my duty as Quidditch Captain, by searching the skies."

Forrester nodded, "I think that would be fine." he told Josh.

"Because you have arranged your priorities that you have put your fellow students ahead of yourself and your plans. Not too many have done that, if you want to look around." The broomshed was, obviously, crowded, but it wasn't at that uncomfortable stage of crowdedness. He hoped Marco would see what he saw: Concerned students, but also a full castle of those unwilling to participate in the search.
