Rhiannon looked curiously at Tia after she mentioned going into the forest by herself, but decided it wasn't something she needed to worry about. "So we agree that they're in the forest. But I'm not sure how we're supposed to find them. We'd have to know what everyone turned into, and even then, how would we know that the animal is them? And flying might not help either, especially if they're deep in the forest."

Cora simply stared at Christian. Was he completely out of it? Or had she simply mistaken some random Ravenclaw to be the person who she had thought to be the football maniac.

"Yes it...was." She said slowly, her sentence very much the same structure as his.

Tia smiled and said "Yeah they are in the forest and i am not sure how we can find them but i am sure we will figure something out"

Rhiannon shrugged. "I sure hope so." She left it at that. She wasn't going to go off while the adults had yet to speak to them. And since they had been the ones to call the group together, she figured she should find out what they have to say.

Tia smiled and said "I think it is best to wait and find out what the Professors and the Nurse have planned before we rush off"

Xana laughed. "I should've forseen that! And I didn't know Alice was interested in herbology; excellent! We'll have to compare notes and share clippings..."

"I don't think she is into Herbology that much. I don't really know what she grows. I have just been told to stay out of it. And not to throw balls in there," Marco smiled, "But you can trade notes or whatever you people do."

Christian gave her a thumbs up and looked back into the fire. There had to have been something that was making him act this way today and even yesterday! Usually, he had no problems talking to Cora. Oooh boy, he was going to have a lot of explaning to do. And why was it to all girls? And Fabian.

Christian was silently wishing that whatever was in him, would just go away...

"Oh, that's incredibly sweet! I'm still so happy for you two, Marco," Dia smiled. "I'm not sure...perhaps it was the work of some nasty wizard who snuck on grounds? Cast a full-body bind on them and carried them away?" she shrugged. "I really have no clue."


She smiled at Marco. "Good to see you again too, Marco."

Xana laughed gently. "Whatever we people do, indeed. I'll ask her about it the next time I see her, which I hope is soon. Do you think perhaps you and she would join us for lunch over the next Hogsmeade weekend, if you're not too busy?"

Emily smiled, “Nope. I’m going by foot.” she announced. She really want to help in this search, but there was no way she would be flying. Plus she was getting free cocoa and pasties - it all seemed like a nice social occasion.


Emily shrugged. “Well Josh said something about Monica turning into a cat... but I think he was having me on.” He usually spent his entire time winding Ems up after all.

"How have you been, since I last saw you?" Marco smiled.

"I am never too busy for you to buy me lunch," he smirked, cheekily, "If she is around. She likes being at home at the moment. Things have been going on."

As she quickly reached the outside of the shed, Savannah reached to open the door, pausing to glance back at the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff whom both followed closely. She had happened upon her cousins, both, after getting changed into dry clothes and on her way back to her house locker room to grab her broomstick and goggles which she now held. "I tried, but unfortunately didn't find Curtis in common room" The fourth year added, dropping her winter cloak hood and moved her dark pigtail braids from the inside.

"TK is in the dorm..with Tiger, I didn't let either out. Hopefully no one else will..I don't want that dog getting outside again, he's going to get sick" Savannah mumbled, shaking her head concernedly. Alexis was already missing; the hufflepuff planned on keeping her best friends dog safe in the least. "Alright, coming?" She asked, knocking very lightly on the door out of habit before opening it and guided the fourth and third year inside where the search party would be meeting.

"A cat? Well-- " Coming from Monsoon... hm. "If that's really true, has he told Professor Vindictus? I mean... it'd be important to this search, after all. It's a very different thing to search for a human child than it is to search for a cat. And... now that I think on it... Ponessa told us in the library that Henrick got turned into a wolf-- remember, Dia? Is he one of the missing students?" What the heck was going on? "I wonder if this is someone's idea of a transfig prank or something?"

She giggled. "Lunch is absolutely my treat. Though I understand what you mean... I'd probably want to be home more if I were going through.... things. " She nodded knowingly. "But if she's free and up to it, do let me know?"

"I've been quite good, thank you. And yourself?" Dia asked, smiling.

"Indeed I do remember..." Dia nodded, pondering. "I doubt a pranker could get this far without being caught. Perhaps...an enemy got onto grounds...and disguised himself or herself to be a student in place of a missing one! What if...he or she is amongst us this very moment? And as soon as we break out in search parties, do us in then? I say, you can never trust anyone these days!" she growled, looking at her cocoa suspiciously.

Sam followed close behind her older cousins. She wanted more than anything to find the missing students. One of them being one of her best friends. Alexis Chosen has been missing for too long. She wanted to know that she was ok. Hopefully they will find her today.

As Savannah said she couldnt find Curt, Sam hoped he was ok. She vaguely knew her cousin's boyfriend, but she didnt want to see anything happen to him either. "How come I didnt see him play today?" she asked Vannah curiously.

She nodded as she Vannah said she left TK and Tiger in the Common Room. It brought even more sad memories of Lexi. She hoped her friend was alright. Sam waited for Lima to catch up, then entered the warm broomshed. Well warmer than outside.

"Nah. I'll pay. My treat," Marco smiled, "Of course I will let you know. Wouldn't not tell you Miss Aryanna."

"I have been fantastic thank you," he beamed, "What have you been up to?"

“I don’t know.” Emily replied. “But IF it’s true then I’m sure Josh must have spoken to one of the professors.” Wouldn’t he? Who knows with that boy. She nodded at Xana’s next comments. “Shall I go talk to Josh?” she asked. It was a rather large detail that the people searching should be looking for animals rather than other kids. Ems eyes widened, “A wolf?" ...And - and Clifford has been acting very peculiar recently.... like shrinking... and his voice went funny in class the other day - squeeky." ..And had those been pointy teeth Emily had seen? 'oh dear.' Maybe Josh hadn’t been winding Ems up after all. She nodded, “It’s a possibility.”

"Absolutely splendid to hear that." Dia nodded. "Not much--mostly studying for NEWTs. And you? I mean, besides getting married and putting together an amazing Quidditch team?" she grinned.

James ran in looking for somebody. Anybody. Emily. "Emily, Cliff is turning into a chickmunk thingy and Evangeline is turning into a panda. Excelsior turned into a fox and Monica a cat. And Hendrick turned into a wolf. And another girl named Alexis turned into something too. I don't know what house she's in" He said, reciting his data "The thing is people..." he said looking around at them "is that at least 4 out of 5 were... Slytherins." He said, turning pale. "And I don't know who else is changing! Probably a lot of people I don't know or I haven't found out about!" James said, getting frantic. This was scary.

Lima listened to her cousin determinedly as she adjusted her goggles. She didn't know Lexi all that well, but she was full of concern for the missing girl. "We'll find her and the others soon," she said to encourage her cousins.

She was a bit worried to hear that Curtis wasn't around either. She really hoped that nothing had happened to Vannah's boyfriend. Hopefully he would be there to help them with the search later. Maybe he was already in the broom shed even. All she did was nod at hearing that Vannah was making sure that TK was not allowed outside. She hadn't really had a lot of experience with the dog, but from what she knew that was the best idea.

Upon entering the shed she saw that it was filled with hot cocoa and treats. And that there was a nice warm fire going. Walking towards the food and drink with her cousins she saw that there were quite a few students assembled there already. She poured herself a cup of cocoa and a cookie as she waited with the others for the meeting to start.

"I have been studying for my NEWTs as well. I feel more relaxed now. I was getting so stressed out, having to do three different stressful things. Now I only have to do two and a half. I think I was at the climax during Herbology. I now realised I acted stupidly towards Erikson. I need to properly apologise when he gets back," Marco smiled.

Firstly making sure no one was arriving shortly behind them, Savannah closed the door after stepping in behind Samantha and Whigalima. Relieved by the heat the fire Professor Vindictus had started covered the room nicely, the fourth year wiped at abit of snow on her sleeve.

There was a fair amount of students that had arrived to help, that was good, but hopefully more would arrive before they set off to search. The more the better, right?

"Uhmm" How was she suppose to answer something she didn't know the exact answer to? Savina wouldn't lie, but she also didn't want to worry Sam, although after thinking about it that annoyingly concerned feeling started poking at her insides. "I'm sure he was just overly busy, or not feeling well" She responded, carefully. The girl refused to think twice about there being a chance he could be a new missing student;..but he had missed Quidditch, of all things. She was very sure if it was even possible, he would marry that sport.

"I hope your right, Lima" Savannah added sincerely, following quietly but didn't take anything to munch on.

Emily jumped when she heard James' worried little voice. She turned to look at him, her eyes getting wider and wider as he explained what was going on. She KNEW something had been going on with Cliff! But then again, James was a little ….eccentric. “James, calm down.” She said. “We realised that the students were turning into animals. Do you have any idea what’s causing it?” she asked. “I think you need to go and talk to Professor Vindictus over there.” she said pointing at the man. I’m sure he’ll know what to do.”

Sam nodded at Lima. They will find them. Hogwarts really wouldnt let anything happen to its students, and Sam believed it. After everything that happened in her second year, she knew Hogwarts wouldnt let anything bad happen to them. "Thanks Lima." she said and squeazed her cousin's hand.

She picked up a cookie, and took a slow bite. Listening to Vannah, she nodded slowly again. Curt was ok. But it was really strange that he didnt show up for quidditch. Quidditch was like his life. It was a little freaky to not see him in the sky during the game.

"Do you know when we will be leaving?" she asked them both. They probably had no idea like she did, but it was worth asking.
