Professor Blaylock paced the stone floor of her circular classroom as she waited for the students to arrive. It had been a long day and she couldn't wait to get it over with. Or at least, to hurry through this lesson so that she could continue the search for the girls.
Each circular table held three black pouches, one for each occupant of the table. Blaylock's own table in the centre of the classroom held a similar pouch and her customary cup of tea. It had probably gone cold now though, as she had not touched it in the past ten minutes.
OOC: Come in, take a seat and we'll begin the lesson soon.

Jackie closed her eyes and tried to block out distractions, but it was very hard to do. She had been sitting quietly through most of the lesson, and now that chaos was starting to reign, she wasn't sure what to do. She knew the professor wouldn't put them in danger, so she remained sitted and tried to clear her mind once more.

Cassandra looked around. All the students had their heads down writing what Blaylock had put on the board. Blaylock's back was turned... It is NOW or NEVER! She leaned over with her vial of Amortentia... just a few drops should do it but her ankle twinged in pain, and she lost balance, spilling the entire content of the vial in Blaylock's tea. Quickly she pocketed the empty vial and sat back down. "Professor..." she said with a tear in her eye... "I think I need to go to the hospital wing, my ankle is still bothering me." She said.

Jackie took out her parchment and quill and started taking notes, rolling her eyes as the trouble makers continued to make noises. She was just about ready to yell at them, but Gryffindor wasn't going to loose any points because of her.

Katelyn, too, saw Qaz's sign, and rolled her eyes. As if. She closed her eyes, and realized that she was so relaxed because she smelled Dan's colone. She opened an eye, and glanced around the room, slightly confused because he wasnt in here, and opened them both. Oh well, it wasnt a big deal. Some toher guy probably had it on around her. She opened her notebook, and pocked up her quill. She scribbled down the chart that the professor copied on the board, and wondered if she could talk yet. NOt that she wanted to, she just wondered how long she would be kept like this.

Amelia looked up again, her head still throbbing, but once she saw that Professor Blaylock was finally going to continue with the lesson she picked her quill back up again. She smiled at the chart that the Professor wrote on the board, because she already had it down in her notes from Ancient Runes last term. Well, this is going to be an easy lesson. Amelia copied it into her notes again, to make it easier for her homework.

Jackie felt her mouth turn into a little "o" as she saw what Cassandra did. Had she seriously just tried to do that? A small part of Jackie wanted to laugh at the fact that the potion was now in the professor's tea, but she couldn't bring herself to smile.

Natasha turned at the girl's voice and felt the frown leave her as she took in what the girl had said, "Oh, of course, dearling, run along now." She stopped, "Or hobble along, but be sure to check to announcement boards for the homework."
She waited for the girl to leave before she sat down again, "Now...the Field here represents your world. When you cast your runes, you must arrange them in a certain way and this diagram shows what each rune applies to in your life."
She picked up her teacup and gulped down half the contents. All that shouting had made her incredibly thirsty.
"What we'll be attempting in this..." she trailed off as she started to feel quite funny. Her stomach was fluttering, her skin grew hot and she suddenly felt like...for some odd reason she wanted to throw her arms around a certain Potions Master and declare her undying love to him.
She stood up suddenly and gave the class an odd look, "Do any of you know where Professor Dresden is at the moment?"
She smiled as she spoke his name. It sounded so sweet. | |

Evan looked as horrified as Leo, if not more, and he simply stood there and stared at him as the boy went running the other way. Holy Kelpie. Leo Moretti had just hugged him! It was so mind-boggling that his own brain didn't seem able to process the idea just yet. He kept gasping for air the whole way down to the table he shared with Cassandra and the boy who had just hugged him, and sat as far away from Leo as possible, not daring to look at him anymore. That's it. He was going o hyperventilate and faint in front of the whole, then Leo would come and start CPR...Oooooh MERLIN! Why had that thought even crossed his mind? He was as disgusted as if he'd just licked the face of a full-grown hyena. Quote: She stood up suddenly and gave the class an odd look, "Do any of you know where Professor Dresden is at the moment?" Evan seized this wonderful chance to leave the classroom: "Professor, do you want me to go and get him?" Pleaaaase.

Ariana sat there waiting patiently for class to resume and drew what the professor drew on the board. She was exsausted and wanted nothing more to sleep.; She saw the Slytherin girl stumble near the desk and frowned. Something was odd about it she thought.
She then jumped as Blaylock asked where Dresden was. Why does she want to know that? she wondered silently as she began to concentrate on her lesson. Frowning slightly she was about to say something but glared at the Slyrtherin as she limped out, thanks alot she thought.

Amelia just sat listening to the Professor, until she paused dreamily and then asked for the Potions Professor. She opened her mouth in horror! But Blaylock was married? Why would she want Dresden when she seems so happily married? And it's not like she just wants him for a particular potion... the way she said his name.
Then, it struck Amelia. Her tea has been struck with love potion. That slytherin girl did it - wow! Amelia raised her hand to speak, but then realized the silencing charm was still in effect. Instead she walked up to Blaylock, and looked into her eyes with an 'I know what's wrong' look on her face.
