Professor Blaylock paced the stone floor of her circular classroom as she waited for the students to arrive. It had been a long day and she couldn't wait to get it over with. Or at least, to hurry through this lesson so that she could continue the search for the girls.
Each circular table held three black pouches, one for each occupant of the table. Blaylock's own table in the centre of the classroom held a similar pouch and her customary cup of tea. It had probably gone cold now though, as she had not touched it in the past ten minutes.
OOC: Come in, take a seat and we'll begin the lesson soon.

Whende hoisted herself through the trap door and just hung onto the edge for a while. "Hullo," she said, trying to pull herself all the way up. She wasn't succeeding well. She shoved her bag across the floor and tried again. Weak arms just sucked.
"Umph." It took a whole lot of kicking and wiggling, but she was in. So far, it looked pretty empty. She grabbed her bag and tugged it to an empty table. "Ooooh, perdy black bag!" She scooped one up as she fell onto a seat.

Belle crawled through the trapdoor and hoisted her bag up behind her. "Honestly, I don't know how you can do that everyday." She mumbled as soon as she walked past the professor. She picked an empty table in the middle and plopped down on one of the seats.

Ariana crawled in through the trap door, deep dark circles under her eyes. Her hair was a bit tangled and it looked like she hadn't gotten any sleep, which was true. She had that dream again and wished she hadn't.
Stiffling a yawn, she smiled tiredly at the professor and said, "Hello Professor!" before sitting down and slouching slightly. She wanted to sleep so badly.

Leo slipped into the class room unnoticed. He didn't really want to alarm anyone with his arrival. So why should he bother the students?
His blue eyes darted through the divination room. Looking at the curtains to the desks, he found him a perfect spot next to a Slytherin (Cassandra)
Leo slowly walked towards the table.Seating himself next to the Slytherin, he gave he a small nod and looked back at Professor Blaylock.

"Yup yup," When said, pulling out her notebook. She licked her dry lips. "I should've grabbed a drink on the way up..." she muttered as she swung her legs around to rest on the empty spot beside her. Trying to wet down her mouth, she grabbed a pen from her bag and scribbled Divination at the top before starting on her usual doodling.

Ariana rose her head a few inches higher, nodding silently as she took out her ink, quill and parchment, hoping she'd get through this so she could fall asleep in the common room. Forcing herself to be more alert, she gave a tiny smile and looked up, eady for her favorite class.

Blaylock tapped her teapot with her wand to warm the contents and also to enchant it so that it would serve tea to anyone who wanted a cup. She topped up her own cup while she was at it and took a sip before continuing with the lesson.
"Today we'll be studying something a bit different...I haven't tried this in class as of yet, but I do enjoy doing it in my own free time."
She picked up the black pouch on her desk and shook out the contents. Twenty-four small wooden blocks with odd carvings rolled out onto the table, "Rune Casting. Anyone here familiar with this method?"

Evan, who had been sitting at the back of the classroom, noticed the tension between the Hufflepuff prefect and a Slytherin girl and slipped into the empty chair in the middle of the two students. He smiled to himself and nodded in Moretti's direction then raised his hand as Blaylock asked a question: "Well I do know that these weird symbols on the blocks are letters of the ancient Norse alphabet, the Furtak. I don't know how to...er...play with them, though. Is it like Scrabble?"

Ariana perked up as the pot of tea floated past her, she lifted a cup and watched as the pot filled it. Sipping the tea slowly she felt her tiredness dissapear.
Blinking fast, she grinned and raised her hand to show she had known about Rune casting.
