Minerva was trying to listen she was still fighting the tears and the shaking. Minnie stop being a baby these are the people you were trying to protect, but now they were in danger because of you. She moved closer to the door she was in full motion to run for it. To head down stairs and show herself so they would take her instead of harming her friends when you heard a howl.. It didn't sound like the howl she heard outside the night before from Ame and it was the noise Kyle was making, so there was another? She quickly knew that this was not the people she thought was down there. She backed away from the door and just starred in confusion. Then Ame came in and said it was safe. "What is going on, who is it?" Minerva said quickly still starring at the door that Ame just came from. "I.... I.. think I'm just going to stay up here and read." Her head was hurting she really thought that it was for her.. the danger and memories, but it wasn't it was for Ame. She had to throw her fear aside trying to calm her shaking "Ame are you ok? Do you need me to do anything?" She had to be there for her friend like Ame was there for her.

Amethyst shook her head. "No..." She managed to whisper. Tears streamed from her eyes. She became her human-self, staring at floor. Why now? She couldn't think straight. Her head was spinning. "I just want out of their minds..." Kyle had obviously sent them off, for now. It was quiet, and a low grumble was heard from the door. Kyle was sitting on in the doorway, feeling at fault for it all. "Pup..." She whispered. Ame didn't answer.

Minerva mustered up the strength to hug her friend. Human contact had become so hard for her since her return. The thought of hugs or any type of touching mad her shudder. She felt like her friend Sheldon a socially awkward stranger in this house of friends. She forced it away, because Ame needed her. She hugged her it's ok Ame we are here for you. Tell us what to do and we will help."

Amethyst held her friend close. Kyle hopped onto the bed, wrapping her tail around them. "I'm sorry..." Kyle whispered. Ame kissed her friend's and sister's forehead. "It's not your fault," She stood. I just need some fresh air.."

Harvey stood there while Minnie hugged Ame.. they both looked like they needed it. so he came out of the closet and just stood there watching them both.. how close they were it was amazing to see.. he was happy to see Minnie hug Ame like that "Yes Ame I agree with Minnie.. we want to help you.. please tell us what we can do" he said/

"Ame whatever you need I..we will do. Just let us know what's going on and how to help." Minerva let Ame out of her hug and backed away giving her friend room to breath.

"Be with me when they come over again..." She wanted answers from them. Why give something up, them try to get it back. She sighed softly, leaning into Minerva. She didn't know what to do. She wanted to go riding or practice with her blade, but she feared her parents would be watching her, taking notes so thatone day they might lurer her into a trap of theirs.

"Of course I will be with you if they show up again" looking at the others "We all will be here if you want us to be." Minerva was going to let Ame go to give her breathing room, but Ame leaned closer so Minerva tightened her hug. "You know your an amazing girl Ame and a pretty tough cookie as well."

Harvey smiled "Ame, Minnie is right we will all be here for you.. all of us" he said smiling.. he wanted his friends to be happy.. so here was there for all of them..

Minerva broke from the hug and looked at her friends. "Why don't we go back down stairs and get something to eat." She wasn't very hungry, but at least it could get them moving around a bit

Harvey smiled "Sure lets go.." he smiled as he followed Mins downstairs..It felt good to spend some time with her again.. and if she decided to leave then he would cherish these moments they had together..

Minerva headed downstairs. She didn't know the house well so she didn't know where anything was. She decided to just sit back on the sofa and wait for the rest of them.

Harvey stood around waiting for the others to come down.. "It feels good to have you back Mins.." he said smiling.. hoping that she decides to stay..

"Well I'm glad you think so" Minerva shrugged. She was glad to be off the streets and not hiding anymore, but she was still hiding not able to leave the watchful eyes. She just laid her head back on the sofa and sighed.

Harvey could see that she was tense.. and he thought that while they were alone he would talk to her "Mins is everything ok? you seem a little tense or....... fustrated??!" he asked sitting opposite her.. as they both waited..

Minerva opened her eyes and looked at Harvey. Really, what type of question was that. Tense hmm let's see fearing that the people that took her would be back at any moment and frustrated well yes you could say that she thought. "I'm fine Harvey stop worrying. Come sit"

Harvey watched as she just looked at him before answering him. He didnt push her further, she was tense as it was she didnt need people pushing her to reveal how she was feeling.. "Ok.. er... sure." he said nervousily getting up.. he didnt expect her to tell him to sit with her.. but he did anyways.. he couldnt exactly stay where he was as it would be rude.. so he sat down next to her.. "Hows the arm now?" he asked as he remembered that she had a cast on..

"Of it's fine, I just really need to get this cast off. It has to be healed by now." She looked down at the pink cast. "I hate pink so that just makes it worse." She looked up at him. They had been through much together and now she was being so mean to him. She really need to stop she tried to smile. "Told you I was going to need a therapist by the time I was 14." She looked at the gap between them he was really trying to respect her wishes wasn't he. She took a deep breath and moved closer to him. She put her head on his shoulder like she use to. It felt weird for some reason she didn't feel the same comfort she use to. "Harvey thank you for everything you have done. You are really a great friend."

Harvey smiled and chuckled as she said that she hated the pink "Yes I can imagine how that feels" he said beaming at her.. he chuckled again at her comment "and I told you that I am here for you.. but I dont think you will need that therapist afterall.. you will be just fine" he said as he noticed her move closer to him.. a rush of feelings came over him like before.. she put her head on his shoulder and he felt a sense of relief that she did this.. at least she was making progress to becoming the girl she used to be.. but he knew he would still have to give her the time and space she needed.. so he just sat there "Mins.. that is what I am here for.. I just want you to be happy.. so I am just trying to get you to that point.. " he said smiling at her.. he wanted to put his arm around her but he knew it was not the best time..

Minerva yawned a bit, she was still so exhausted from so many sleepless nights. She took the throw pillow and placed on Harvey's lap. "Do you mind if I lay down a bit while we are talking?" For as uncomfortable as she had been with touching lately she wanted to be near someone she trusted, she wanted to feel normal and this would have been normal for the her in the past. She laid her head down even before he answered. "So how is the crowded house going at your place? Is that why you have been here the last few days?"

Harvey heard her yawn and ask him if she could lie down.. but she went ahead without waiting for an answer adn he watched her lay on his LAP??!!! wow that was new!! oh the butterflies in his stomach.. his heart beating fast... "Oh its good.. not been in much lately.. out and about.. but its all good... all that fresh air was good.. yeah you could say something like that.." he said as he looked down at her.. he didnt want her to know the real reason for him having stayed over.. afterall Justin HAD offered for him to stay.. but he realised that he couldnt stay the entire summer holidays.. he would be a burden on this nice family.. so he was enjoying this time he had with his friends and Minnie.

Minerva closed her eyes as she tried to listen to what he was saying. "So Harvey tell me about the rest of the party. How mad is Rose and Ronnie at me?" She tried to stay awake as she listened.

Harvey watched her she lay there and saw her close her eyes... he knew she was feeling sleepy again.. "Well.. not at you.. no I dont think they are mad with YOU.... but Rose..... I think she hates me.... Ronnie is still ok with me she just needs some time...." he saw her trying to stay awake as she listened. "Mins why are you trying? why not just go to sleep?" he asked her.

Minerva heard Harvey talking about Rose, but quickly the words became blurred as she drifted away to sleep.

Another dream


Minerva lay still in a peaceful sleep when she started to speak. "Harvey..Harvey how did you..." then she started moving a bit and screamed in her sleep jerking in her sleep falling to the floor. She woke suddenly and looked around confused.

Harvey while talking saw that she had drifted off and just watched her sleep.. wow she looked so peaceful just like the angel she is.. just then she said his name.. Harvey perked up.. was she dreaming about him again??!?!! another dream secret he was to keep.. suddenly she screamed and fell to the floor.. she woke up confused.. instinctively Harvey went down to her "Mins are you ok? what happened?" he asked obviously not mentioning her dreaming about him.
