About this role-play:
In this Role play Leelee Blaze and her brother Edward Blaze have just taken custody of their cousin Minerva Wheatborn after her family was killed in a plane crash while she was Hogwarts this past term. This thread will have family events as well as gatherings of Minerva's friends and Edward and Leelee's friends. They will grow as a family and become stronger together. Leelee is hoping to get a job at the ministry this year, Edward is a traveler, and Minerva is headed into her third year at Hogwarts.
First Scene:
It's been a few weeks since Minerva has moved in and the new family of three is trying to get adjusted to each other as well as to their new lives. Leelee decides to have a cookout and invite friends of Minerva's as well as Edward's and her own over.

She didn't know why she got so irritated with them, but they just made her skin crawl. "Are they your close relatives?" Meaning was she going to have to deal with these weirdos on a regular basis if she stayed with Daniel for long term.

" Mum, this is my girlfriend, Ariana. She's a third year Slytherin. She's really sweet. I think you two would hit it off brilliantly." he said as he forced a smile.
Gabby smiled, "I'm so glad you like it. It took me forever to figure out what you might want." She smiled and looked at the necklace again. "Bella aren't these wonderful, I told you he was softer then he first seems." She kissed his cheek, "I love you." Then she blushed at his whisper, "We will see now won't we."

Daniel nodded "Ok we will go" he smiled as she asked her question "Well I used to do two Christmases, one muggle style and ther other wizarding style. If put into the same room you could sense how uncomfortable they all were. So we can go do Christmas with my father's side of the family, thats the wizarding side so you wont have to meet any muggles well except for my mom of course." he said as he thought about everything he had to do separately because of how uncomfortable both sides of the family were with each other "I am not too close to my mother's side, we used to be before I got my letter after that it all changed. So no they are not close relatives, but we do meet a few times a year just to keep in touch. So I guess it all works out for you" he chuckled a little.. how it all fit together for Leelee, if they stayed together she most probably wouldnt have to meet his muggle side regularly, so it looked like she was going to meet his family afterall.

Gabby kissed him loving that he said those words to her. She blushed and looked at Bella, "Sorry I don't know what he does to me." She then thought of something, "Oh I almost forgot. Children, oh children" She didn't know if that was how you called kids, but it was worth a shot. "Could you come in here for a second. I have something for you, Leelee Daniel I need you in here as well." She went to the fridge and pulled out a cake. I know it's late, but Minerva you were at school for your birthday so I just wanted you to get a cake at least.
Minerva heard Gabby and rolled her eyes she didn't know her well, but why was she calling them like a dog. "Shall we go see what she wants." She went to the kitchen and was shocked by the cake. "Oh Gabby my birthday is really no big deal, but thank you." She gave Gabby a hug.

She rolled her eyes and got up, walking into the kitchen she saw the cake, well that was nice of her, but what an ugly cake Leelee thought. She hated the fact that Minerva was in that house. "Well that's a nice way to get on her good side." She said towards Gabby.

Justin took her still holding her hand as he went down the steps to what would be for the time being..... His room. " So, what do ya think? I practically have my own flat down here..." he said excitedly. " I bet you could stay down here tonight and no one would be the wiser fo it.... Just like the lake." he said as he gave her a naughty little half grin.

" It may be a few weeks late but none of us have forgotten about your birthday, Minerva." Eddie said almost sounding like an actual father figure. " You'll find that Divinity and I have sent a full stock of goodies to school for you and your friends you hang out with." he smiled
Edward did glare if only for a moment at his sister. " Be nice, Lee.... I don't want to ruin this day for her..." he whispered to her as she began to be her usual self.

Who knows what her brother might think if she had a knife coming towards his girlfriend even if it was just to cut a cake."
