"Yes and no," Vianna replied honestly before chuckling softly. She was tired, her eyes were begging her to remain closed, to go to sleep. But she didn't want to miss a second with the boy at her side, even if they were just laying in bed eating marshmallows and talking. "You?" she asked him. |
She rolled her eyes at him. "You think there's nothing girls can do as good, or better then you, is there?" Kayla asked. "That's all you've got? Cleaning and housework that gets done for you already? I was sure you'd come up with something a lot better." Kayla didn't want to do those things, of course, she just wanted to tease him. "Well, that's a thought." She said with a smirk. "But the options are endless. I mean, you can't last without snogging, can you?" Kayla said deviously. |
"Yes and no," the boy replied, using the same words with a warm smile. But it faded slightly as he turned to her and was unable to see her expression or her at all. He turned the beside table light off before sinking down into the sheets and bringing Vianna closer to himself with a sigh. "I don't like not seeing you," he admitted in a small grumble as he found the crook of her neck on familiarity, placing a kiss on her warm neck. |
"Pretty much," Vince replied simply as Kayla asked if he thought girls couldn't really do anything better than him. It was then that she began teasing him about the chores he had picked out for her, and his eyebrows rose though an amused smile came to his face. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were that desperate for more chores, Kay! Worry not, by this time tomorrow I'll have a whole list of things for you to do," he assured her. It was then that she gave him a smirk, mentioning the options were endless before adding that he couldn't last without snogging. At this, Vince's smile faded slightly and his eyes narrowed. "What have you got in mind? You can't keep me from snogging anyone, Kay. You'd have to be on my back all the time," he assured her. Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris gave her the same response she had given him earlier before turning the lights off and finding the crook of her neck, placing a kiss on it after sharing that he didn't like not seeing her. "I don't like it either, Professor," she said with a sigh. "But like you said... it's better than not being here at all, right?" she asked, trying to look at the more positive side though this whole invisibility thing still didn't thrill her. |
"Yes, I'm really glad that you're here," Ferris told her with a small smile as Vianna mentioned that she didn't like it either but it was better than not being there at all. He wrapped his other arm around her, keeping her snug to himself as he closed his eyes, not wanting to open them and see right through her, very literally. He lovingly placed another warm kiss to her neck, just behind her ear. |
"So am I," Vianna replied with an invisible smile as Ferris spoke, telling her he was glad she was there. She let out another tired yawn and giggled lightly as his lips met her neck once again, somewhat tickled by this gesture. She was going to miss his kisses, and his words, and just his presence overall, but she opted best to push those thoughts aside and not even mention it, she didn't want to think about their time apart or remind the boy beside her of it. |
Ferris let out a sigh as Vianna let out one of those pretty giggles of hers, a warm smile falling onto his pale face, slightly lopsided, as always. "Oh, I love those," he said, almost in a groan as though she was physically giving him pain by being so cute. He peaked up his head, his brown eyes searching through the air that was making a dent on the pillow. He watched this spot for a moment before lifting up his hand very hesitantly and gently, very slowly, reaching out until his finger met her cheek. He smiled just slightly at the feel of it and gently let his warm hand fall around her jaw, holding it perfectly in his soft palm. |
"Boys," she muttered, though it was more Vince in particular. "It's okay, your just clouded by your big headedness." Kayla said simply. "I'm not desperate for chores, but honestly, I thought you could think of some better ideas." She smirked at him. Kayla laughed when his smiled faded slightly and he narrowed his eyes. "You never know." Mostly she just wanted to worry him. "But I have an idea for you. If you just made me be around you all the time, that would be punishment enough." |
Ironically enough, Ferris commenting on how much he liked the girl's giggles only got her to giggle more, a little sheepish but for the most part very flattered. It was then that the boy peaked up his head and stared in her direction, and for a second there Vianna wondered vaguely if he was able to see her, for his line of sight didn't seem lost or out of place. She smiled as he brought up his hand and met her cheek, then traveling down to her jaw. She turned her head just very slightly to place a peck kiss on the warm hand that met her face and smiled to herself, though of course the boy wasn't really able to see this, though he could probably feel it beneath his hand. Vince's jaw dropped. "'Big-headedness'?!" he repeated, disbelief and a bit of offense in his voice, though his expression showed nothing more than amusement. A second later, he was laughing lightly. "You offend me, Kayla!" he accused her, though he didn't seem bothered but rather highly amused with the girl's own accusations. He soon turned quiet, though, listening as she went on, mentioning that she had an idea for him. "Spill it. I told you what I'm planning for you, it's only fair you return the favour, Kay," he told her. |
Ferris's smile widened just slightly as he felt Vianna peck his hand with her soft lips, then feeling her cheeks pulling back slightly. "You're smiling," he observed, his voice warm and soft all at once as his brown eyes nearly sparkled. He gently stroked her cheek with his thumb, his dimples coming out of hiding as he did so. "You're warm," he murmured, soon moving his hand so he could bring a couple fingers up to her temple, finding the end of her eyebrow, and the corner of her eye. He very gently stroked the top of her cheekbone with his thumb, now letting his hand rest on the side of her face. |
Vianna gave a soft chuckle as Ferris pointed out that she was smiling, before going on to add that she was warm. "Am I?" she said, the smile permanently glued to her lips as her blue eyes sparkled up at the boy beside her, though unfortunately he couldn't really see this. She let her eyes close absentmindedly as his hand rested on the side of her face, keeping it warm and making the girl feel all the more comfortable and rather sleepy. She brought herself closer to the boy, to the point where there was almost no more space between them, soaking in his warmth as she cuddled up beneath the sheets, all too comfortable to ever move or leave. |
"You are," the boy confirmed, simply stroking her cheek until he felt her move even closer to him, something that got a warm smile to cross his features once more. He gently touched the corner of her eye, finding that her blue eyes were closed, and immediately realized that this gesture might be a little surprising and might cause the girl to open them. "Shh, keep them closed," he requested softly, gently moving his finger up to the corner of her eye and eyebrow. He gently stroked his finger beneath her eyebrow, his fingertip warm and gentle as it made its way over her skin. |
As Ferris had assumed, the young girl beside him was just about to open her crystal blue eyes when his fingers met the corner of her eye, though she kept them closed as he quickly guessed this and asked her to keep them closed. She chuckled softly at this for a moment before yawning lightly to herself, her face so close to his chest now that the tip of her nose would sometimes meet his shirt. "Are you having fun studying your sleepy girlfriend's face, Professor?" she asked him with an amused smile, blue eyes still resting closed; she was too tired to find the strength to open them again. |
"That's what I said," Kayla said, smiling at his disbelief and slight offence at what she said. She chuckled when he started laughing. "Well," she began, when he told her to spill it. "Actually, I don't think I will. Think of it as... A surprise." |
Ferris gave a small smile as Vianna yawned before asking if he was having a good time studying his sleepy girlfriend's face. "Of course I am," he said softly, his voice barely raising above a whisper. "It's beautiful..." he added even more gently, letting his finger trail down from her eyebrow, down her cheek, to the corner of her rosy lips. "She's beautiful...." he murmured, more to himself than anything, as his warm brown eyes watching his finger trace around her the bottom of her bottom lip, tracing the shape slowly. |
Vince's jaw dropped yet again as Kayla decided that she'd keep her evil plans for him a surprise. "What? No! I don't like surprises," he said, very typical Vincenzi. "You're not being very fair, y'know. I told you what I had for you, you have to tell me what you've got for me, Kay, it's an unwritten rule. Everybody knows that," he went on, brows furrowed disapprovingly at the girl. Vianna's smile widened as Ferris answered her question with a 'of course I am', completely charmed and endeared by the boy at her side. It was then that he went on, telling the girl she was beautiful, and Vianna found it difficult to keep still now. Her blue eyes fluttered open and she sat up slightly, leaning over toward the boy beside her and placing her lips on his own in a sort of way that showed she had clearly been wanting to do this for a while. |
"That's a shame," Kayla said, clearly enjoying herself. "Consider the rule broken, then." She said, smirking that he didn't think she was being very fair. She just liked annoying the boy. It happened to be very entertaining. |
Vince narrowed his eyes at Kayla as she told him to consider this unwritten rule broken. "Fine," he said after a moment's silence. "You won't play fair then neither will I," he decided stubbornly, much like the overgrown child he was. "So don't expect any rules to be followed in tomorrow's game. You're losing and it'll be no one's fault but your own," he decided. |

Vianna's invisible lips were curved in a smile as the boy beside her deepened the kiss, returning the gesture she awarded him lovingly. One of her hands soon came to meet his curly brown hair, the hair her fingers would miss greatly once it was gone; and though she had been able to push these thoughts aside for the last few minutes, they were returning to mind now, only encouraging the girl to keep kissing the boy, growing a bit reluctant to let go. |
Ferris gently laid the girl back due to the fact that this was more comfortable and easier for the boy to relax as he gently continued to kiss her. He couldn't help but want more of the girl before him, his brown eyes shut tightly as he kissed her lovingly. She was just so....perfect. And it was all he could think about; that and the fact that this perfect, amazing girl wouldn't be with him tomorrow after six in the morning. This only drove him further as he felt her fingers in his curls. |
Vianna sunk a bit into the large amount of soft pillows the Vincenzi guest rooms provided as the boy beside her laid her back onto the bed, which was also a lot more comfortable for her as she didn't have to be leaning on an elbow anymore. Now that that arm was free, the girl let it wrap around the boy's neck, keeping him close to herself as her lips remained glued to his own, not ever wanting to let go, always asking for more. |
She raised her eyebrows at him as he started telling her that he wasn't going to play fair, either. "Oh no, now I'm really worried." Kayla said sarcastically. She really wasn't worried. "If that's how you're going to play." She said. "Prepare to lose." |
Vince gave Kayla a faint smirk. "Very well. It's decided. Tomorrow, at noon. My team against yours - no rules. Winner gets the loser to do whatever they want," the boy decided with a tone of finality in his voice as he got up to his feet, having been sitting on the couch all this time. "You're a brave little girl, Kay, I hope that serves as a consolation prize," he told her, as if the girl had already lost the game before they had even started. |
