Ferris gave the warmest of smiles, removed from his thoughts, as Vianna told him that either way, she was really happy to be engaged to Ferris Montgomery. He admired her for a moment before speaking, "I'm really happy to be engaged to Vianna Vincenzi," he admitted softly, kissing her cheek lovingly before resting his chin on her shoulder. He remained silent for a moment, his brown eyes pensive for the next couple minutes. He finally broke the silence with a soft, disbelieving chuckle. "I'm really happy that you're going to be Vianna Montgomery, eventually." And that was the only time he'd said 'Vianna Montgomery' before aloud; it sounded perfect, a lovely ring to it he hadn't expected. |
Vianna beamed and gave a brief, soft chuckle as Ferris replied, sharing with her that he was happy to be engaged to Vianna Vincenzi. She loved the sound of that, it just sounded so... official. It was one thing to be dating someone, or crushing on them, but something completely different to actually be engaged to that person. And it was something that brought the warmest of smiles to the girl's lightly tanned face as she appreciated the surrounding Italian landscape, watching as the mountains seemed to grow in size as the minutes flew by and they came closer. It was then that Ferris spoke once again, mentioning how he was happy that she was going to be Vianna Montgomery eventually, and the young girl's smile widened. "I can't wait for it," the young girl replied softly, blue eyes sparkling at this. "It's going to take some getting used to, though," she added with another soft chuckle. |
Ferris's smile widened as Vianna informed him that she couldn't wait to become Vianna Montgomery, listening as she then added that it would take some getting used to. "I think so too," he admitted with a soft chuckle, an amused smile coming to his pale face. "I mean...I'm going to have to get used to having a wife...to having...a 'Mrs. Ferris Montgomery'," he murmured to her ear, brown eyes sparkling at the thought. "I like the sound of it though..." he admitted more softly, his voice gentle right next to her ear. |
Vianna listened as Ferris shared how he'd have to get used to having a wife, a 'Mrs. Ferris Montgomery', and the young girl chuckled softly, listening as he then went on to add that he liked the sound of it. "Me too," the young girl confessed, her blue eyes nearly sparkling at the landscape around them. She was quiet for a couple moments, thinking about all of this before speaking again, "I never thought I'd be getting engaged at seventeen… and I never imagined it would be to a curly-haired, book-loving, clumsy superhero who needs his agility recharged on a daily basis," the young girl said with an amused smile. "What about you, Professor? What did you think 'Mrs. Ferris Montgomery' was going to be like before we met?" she asked the boy curiously. |
Ferris gave a warm smile as Vianna admitted that this sounded good to her as well, before confessing that she'd never thought she'd be engaged at seventeen, especially to a curly-haired, book-loving Professor that needed his ability recharged. He let out a soft chuckle, amusement in his gaze as she continued, asking what he thought 'Mrs. Ferris Montgomery' was going to be like before they'd met. He thought for a moment before answering, a slight smile on his face, "I never really thought much about marriage, to be honest," he admitted with a soft smile. "And when I did, I figured it'd be long off in the future, if ever. I never really thought that I'd find someone who..." The boy paused, thinking for a moment as his mind drifted to the girl at his side. "Someone who...completes me. Like you do. Or someone that I preferred being around, rather than reading. I never thought that I'd find that person that I'd love inside and out, like you're supposed to love that one person...y'know?" |
Vianna listened quietly and attentively as Ferris shared with her that he actually never really thought much about marriage, that he had always assumed it was something that'd be really far off in the future. The young girl nodded her head slightly, understandingly, and listened as he continued, explaining to her how he never thought he'd be able to find someone who completed him, like she did, or someone that he preferred to be with and love inside and out. Vianna smiled warmly and brightly at this, completely endeared with every word that left the boy's lips. "I'm really, really glad you've found that person, Professor," she said softly, "But I'm even more glad I get to be her," she added with a bit of a grin before chuckling softly. "I know we still have a long way to go before the day to get married comes along, but... I'd like to think nothing's going to come in the way between now and then, and that everything will go according to plan, and we'll still love each other as much then as we do now, if not more." |
Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna admitted that she was really glad he found that person, and even more so that she got to be that person. He admired her for a moment, listening as she mentioned that it was a long way before the day to get married came along, but she'd like to think that nothing was going to come in the way between now and then and that everything would go according to plan; that they'd still love each other just as much, if not more. He remained silent, taking in her pretty expression with a warm smile on his face, "Nothing will get in the way," the boy promised, brown eyes sparkling. "And there's no way I could ever start loving you any less than I do now. We only have more to gain." |
Vianna beamed brightly, in that almost childlike way she so often did as Ferris assured her that nothing was going to get in the way, that there was no way he could ever start loving her any less than he did now, and that they only had more to gain. His words were like music to the young girl's ears and she couldn't bring herself to stop smiling, she couldn't stop being completely overjoyed and she couldn't stop her heart from melting away the way it so often did whenever the boy charmed her. Vianna turned to him then, placing her lips on his own; and though she had been the one to warn the boy that they couldn't kiss too much while flying, she just couldn't help herself right now. She wanted to - no, she needed to kiss him at that moment, to show him physically how much she loved him and how his words made her feel. |
Ferris seemed to get as much joy from watching Vianna smile as Vianna got from listening to his words; his brown eyes sparkling as they admired her own happy gaze, her smile so happy on her lightly tanned features. Before any words could be said between the dazed pair, Vianna had turned to face him, an action that got his eyebrows to raise, his eyes glancing back to the ground as though to make sure they weren't plummeting to it just yet. Before he could ask what she was doing, her lips were on his own, treating him to a loving kiss he hadn't expected to come at that very moment. The boy, pleasantly surprised, gently returned the gesture, his lips sweet and loving on her own as they floated on the air most literally. |
Vianna spent a few moments like this, just kissing the boy as sweetly and lovingly as she could, her mind forgetting everything and anyone else that wasn't the boy whose lips she was kissing at the moment. Though she never let go of the broom, and held on as tightly as before. As she pulled back and her blue eyes fluttered open, the brightest of smiles lit up the girl's features, her lightly tanned skin bright in the orangey glow of the setting sun. "I love you," she told the boy, her blue eyes still rather dazed. |
OOC: I'm off for now Deeeee! :bye: :glomp: Byyyeee Dee Derupersss! As they broke apart from their sweet kiss, Ferris's brown eyes fluttered open to see Vianna practically beaming at him. He smiled at the sight, a smile that quickly turned into a grin as she informed him that she loved him. He paused, taking in the sight of his fiancee looking so beautiful in the soft light, her blue eyes sparkling moreso than even the diamond on her finger. "I love you...so, so much," he admitted truthfully, leaning forward to gently peck her lips lovingly for a moment before breaking apart and simply admiring her. |
ooc: Byeeeee, Ruthers! :bye::glomp: Vianna's smile only widened as Ferris spoke, sharing with her that he loved her as well before then leaning over and placing his lips upon her own again in a peck kiss the young girl was quick to return. Still clearly dazed, Vianna watched the boy quietly, admiring his features as the orange glow of the sun washed over them, as if he was the most interesting thing she had ever seen in her life. But a moment later, the girl seemed to finally snap out of it, and she shook her head slightly to herself before turning away from the boy and to the view ahead instead. "You've really got to stop distracting me, Professor, it's not safe!" she said, as if he had been the one to go and randomly kiss her just a moment ago. |
"Oh, I'm the one doing the distracting here, am I!?" he said with an amused grin as Vianna informed him that he truly needed to stop distracting her, as it wasn't safe. "Need I remind you that it was the gem, in this situation, who was distracting herself," Ferris said with a soft chuckle, resting his chin on her shoulder. "Kissing my lips and then blaming me..." he grumbled playfully, as though she wasn't suppose to hear, but he was right next to her ear. |
Vianna fell into a fit of amused giggles as the boy behind her protested, reminding her that she was the one distracting herself before muttering about her kissing his lips and then blaming him. Still giggling lightly, the young girl replied, "It's your fault for being all... all... kissable!" she said, as if he had made her want to kiss him on purpose. |
OOC: Posts might be a bit slow...:erm: "My fault?" the boy repeated with wide brown eyes, his grin playful as the girl before him attempted to blame him for their distraction issues, as he was being 'all kissable'. His eyebrows rose, "Would you like me to try and be less kissable?" Ferris asked with an amused smile, shaking his head with a soft chuckle. "Because I can, if that's what you want. Maybe grow my hair out really long, straigten the curls out, you know, wear some of those eye contacts that change the colour of your eyes! Yeah, that's a good one," he teased with a grin. |
ooc: No prob! Vianna nodded her head in response as Ferris repeated her accusation, before the boy then went on to list all the things he could do to make himself 'less kissable'. At this, the young girl's brows furrowed and her jaw dropped slightly. "What? No! That's not what I want!" she said, almost immediately. "You wouldn't be my Professor anymore if you did all that..." she added in a mutter, her forehead creasing slightly as if the boy had just suggested committing a horrible crime or something of the sort. |
Ferris couldn't help but be completely amused as Vianna's brows furrowed and she immediately denied wanting that; that if he did those things, he'd end up not being her Professor. "Well, lucky for you, I was just kissing," he murmured to her ear, kissing her cheek lovingly with a soft smile. "I, too, like those things about me." He paused, falling into a small silence that lasted a good few moments, before he spoke again, "Probably because you do, actually." He let out a soft chuckle. |
Vianna smiled brightly as Ferris assured her that he was only kidding, that he actually liked those things about himself too, probably because she did. At this, the young girl rose her eyebrows slightly. "Is that so? So if I told you that I actually really didn't like your curls, would you shave your head for me?" the young girl asked, turning to the boy and raising an eyebrow slightly at him, though obviously this was only a hypothetical question; the boy's curls were one of her favourite features about him. |
Ferris's eyebrows rose as Vianna asked if he would shave off his curls if she told him she didn't like them, testing to see if he only liked his own features because she did. He thought for a moment, evaluating her amused expression, and a small smile fell onto his thoughtful face. "Uh...Probably," he admitted sheepishly, breaking their eye contact and letting his brown eyes fall to the scenery below. |
Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly at the response she received, though a moment later she was chuckling softly with amusement. And, unable to help herself, the young girl placed her lips upon the boy's once again and let them rest there for a couple moments before pulling back again. "I love your curls, Professor," she told him softly, smiling. "And your eyes... and your nose, and your lips... everything," she admitted, chuckling softly and a bit sheepishly before turning back to the scenery ahead. |
Ferris's brown eyes closed on instinct as Vianna's lips found his own, resting there for a copule sweet moments before she broke apart to inform him that she loved his curls, and all of his features. He grinned at this, dimples coming into view at the sight of her chuckling rather sheepsihly, and his brown eyes admired her for a moment before he leaned forward to kiss her cheek lovingly. "Are we almost there, gem?" he asked her softly after a couple minutes of comfortable silence. |
Vianna smiled brightly as Ferris awarded her a kiss on the cheek before then asking if they were almost there. "Almost," the young girl replied, nodding her head. "We just have to get past these mountains and we're there," she said, gazing down at the mountainous scenery below their feet, blue eyes searching for any signs of the cave the group had spent their first night at, just to get a glimpse at it out of curiosity. |
Ferris gave a brief nod at Vianna's words, his brown eyes falling to the scenery below curiously, finding his own mind wandering to their first night's stay in a cave. "I remember waking up that morning," he murmured softly, "And just the night before, I'd talked to Victor about him approving of me being just your friend," the boy continued to speak to her ear with an amused smile. "Even though I was determinedly in love with you at that point, though I didn't really admit it much to myself...." Ferris paused, thinking, before he let out a soft chuckle and continued, "The next morning, I was going to come outside and tell you the good news of Victor kind of approving of our friendship, only to find you trying to catch down a squirrel." He let out another soft laugh, "It was just about the cutest thing I'd ever seen in my life," the boy recalled. |
Vianna listened as Ferris spoke, sharing with her his memories of that first night at the cave, when he had talked with her oldest brother about his friendship with her. The young girl smiled at this memory, it was something she'd almost forgotten about until now that the boy pointed it out. "I remember that..." she muttered absentmindedly, her blue eyes still scanning the trees below them, her smile widening as the boy admitted that he had been in love with her at that point, though he hadn't really admitted it to himself yet. It was then that he mentioned how the following morning he'd caught sight of her chasing after a squirrel, and how it was the cutest thing he'd ever seen. At this, Vianna let out an amused laugh. "You completely startled me, Professor! It was kind of embarrassing to know you'd been there all that time, just watching me chase after a squirrel like some mad woman..." she muttered, though there was amusement sparkling in her blue eyes. |
Ferris let out a soft chuckle as the girl before him pointed out that he'd completely startled her, that it'd been embarrassing to know that he'd been standing there just watching her chase a squirrel like a mad woman. He let out another laugh, brown eyes sparkling, "See, but I was too in love with you to think you were a mad woman," he admitetd with an amused smile "I thought you chasing a squirrel was extraordinarily amusing, and completely adorable..." |
