"It's a deal," she said. "I'm actually pretty excited, I think it'll probably be good for you to see what it's like losing." Kayla smirked. "I'm a Gryffindor, aren't I?" She said. "A consolation prize?" She asked with a laugh, looking up at him now that he stood up. |
Vianna's blue eyes fluttered open as the kiss she was sharing with the boy before her came to an end, and she took a deep breath she hadn't realized she needed. She watched the boy before her for a moment, a smile adorning her lips at the sight of him, even if his eyes were closed at the moment. "I love you too, Professor," she replied as he told her he loved her, her hand absentmindedly running through his curls as she listened to him continue, adding how he wanted to kiss her and hold her and keep her forever. At this, the young girl's smile widened, though it soon faded slightly as he went on, this time listing all the things he hated, things which she wasn't too fond of either. Well except maybe the wimp part, she didn't think the boy a wimp. "Aw, Professor…" she said softly, blue eyes sympathetic, and somewhat saddened by all this. Her hand left his curls to rest on the side of his face for a moment before she leaned forward a bit and placed a kiss on the boy's lips, letting it last a couple seconds before pulling back. "This will be the last separation for a long time. Let's just… focus on a week from now, on how things will be when we're back together, officially kidnapper-free," she told him, her smile returning. "As am I," Vince pointed out with a very proud grin as Kayla mentioned being a Gryffindor. "Yes, isn't it consolation enough to receive a compliment from me, Kay? Vince Vincenzi, the greatest mind Hogwarts has ever seen?" - snort - "And the best Quidditch player since the days of Harry Potter? I think you should feel quite honoured." |
Ferris's brows furrowed as Vianna gave him an 'aw, Professor' before suggesting that they look forward to a week from them, when they'd be officially kidnapper-free. "I know I should," he said, opening his eyes finally to reveal slightly tired brown eyes. "I just...I love you so much," he said in a weak breath, letting out a soft, humorless chuckle a moment later. He felt like a wimp, like he couldn't handle being away from her, and he didn't like it. He didn't like feeling like he was the only one who couldn't put on a smile and forget about it; he wasn't good at that. "And now I'm just that guy, that guy who can't be away from his girlfriend for more than five minutes....I'm pathetic..." |
Vianna gave Ferris a small, sympathetic smile as he told her he loved her, though of course the boy couldn't really see that at the moment. She sighed as he went on to add that he was that guy who couldn't be away from his girlfriend for more than five minutes, which therefore made him pathetic. At this, the girl's forehead creased slightly. "Professor! Don't say that," she told him, blue eyes a little worried. She didn't like seeing him like this, not at all. And she wished desperately that she could make it better, that she could make him smile again, get his mind off things, but she wasn't sure how. It was then that she leaned over the boy and stole his wand from the bedside table, removing the Disillusionment Charm from herself and coming back to view. "Are you in for a quick midnight swim, Professor?" she asked him. "We can apparate there. No brooms, no package; we'll just take a second." |
Ferris gave a weak smile as Vianna quickly told him not to say that, realizing that she probably wasn't liking hearing this. It was then that she reached around him to grab his wand and undid the charm, suddenly reappearing right before his eyes. The boy smiled on instinct at the sight of her pretty face before she then, very suddenly, asked if he was up for a midnight swim, just apparating outside with no hassle. "I'd like that," he told her with a weak smile. "But...I thought you were tired?" |
Vianna smiled as Ferris told her he liked the idea before going on to mention that he thought she was tired. "I thought you were tired," she replied, raising her eyebrows slightly at the boy for a moment before flashing him another smile. She leaned over and pecked his lips gently before leaving his side and getting to her feet. "C'mon, my overgrown baby Professor." |
Ferris gave an amused smile as Vianna pointed out that she'd thought he was tired, knowing that he wasn't all that tired at the moment. Before he could say anything else, she had pecked his lips and was up on her feet, asking him (her overgrown baby Professor) to come with her. He grinned at her before getting up to his feet and grabbing his wand, "Are we going to our secret beach?" |
Vianna returned Ferris's grin and watched as the boy got up to his feet before asking if they were going to their secret beach. "Well, unless you like the idea of Victor watching over us through binoculars, I think that's probably the best beach for us right now," the young girl replied playfully with a smile before taking his hand into her own smaller one. |
Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna mentioned that this would probably be the best plan unless they wanted Victor watching them through binoculors. "Alright, let's go," he said, obviously feeling a little better as he intwined their fingers. A moment later, he'd concentrated for a moment, and they apparated to their favourite beach. He opened his eyes to see moonlit waves crashing against the waves and turned to see Vianna at his side, a sight that made him smile. |
Vianna grinned as a second later her feet left the dark wooden floors of the Vincenzi home and met the soft, white sand of the beach instead. Despite the fact that the sun was gone and it was the middle of the night, the air felt warm and welcoming, and the calm crystal waters seemed to summon the couple over. Still grinning to herself, Vianna tightened her grip around Ferris's hand a bit and began to run through the white sand, dragging the boy along with her and into the water. |
Before Ferris even had time to say anything, Vianna had started at a full run to the waves, forcing him to keep her pace as he ran through the white sand. He let out a chuckle as they reached the cool waters, the waves crashing against their legs as they ran into them. But, unfortunately for the boy, he was still Ferris and despite this lovely scene, he managed to find a rock beneath the water to trip over and fell face first into the oncoming waves. He popped back up a moment later, flipping his curls like a wet dog, now sopping wet so his white t-shirt was a little see-through as he resurfaced. |
Vianna came to an abrupt halt as the boy at her side suddenly seemed to fall face-first into the water, causing the girl to let out a small shriek of shock and surprise as she turned to find her boyfriend in the water. "Are you okay?!" she quickly asked once he was back on his feet, her blue eyes large and clearly concerned, though when she saw he wasn't seriously injured, a small amused smile began to curl her lips. "I thought I had already recharged your agility, Professor, you're not supposed to be getting hurt!" she said, raising her eyebrows slightly at him, her smile growing. |

Vince's jaw dropped as Kayla told him she questioned him being a Gryffindor, and his jaw only seemed to drop further as the blonde girl went on to add that she didn't need his compliments, as they were no honour and anything he had to say she already knew. Vince was, for the first time in a very long time, speechless. Completely blown away by Kayla's sharp but admirably clever tongue. Oh, he liked a challenge. "You've got the wittiest tongue I've ever seen on a girl, Kay," he said, shaking his head slightly with disbelief in his features. "Though I'm sure you already knew that, didn't you?" he added a little more playfully, raising his eyebrows slightly at the girl. |

Ferris let out a soft, carefree chuckle as he caught sight of Vianna smiling at him, listening as she told him that she thought she'd already recharged his agility and he wasn't supposed to be getting hurt. He couldn't help but smile at this, walking over to her and stealing her hands, "It would appear that my agility level has fallen greatly," he said with an amused smile, "Maybe you should help recharge it soon..." |
ooc: Bye, Ruthers! :bye::glomp: Vianna's eyebrows rose further as Ferris informed her that his agility level had fallen greatly and she should help recharge it soon. "Oh, is that so?" she said, her tones filled with mock surprise before she chuckled softly to herself. "Then c'mere," she added, taking a couple steps back into deeper waters while at the same time meeting the boy's lips with her own in a gentle kiss. |

"You're welcome," said Vince before the girl went on to confirm that she, indeed, already knew she had the wittiest tongue he'd ever seen on a girl. He rolled his blue eyes at this, though there was amusement still on his features. "As I'm sure you also already knew I'm heading to bed now. Gotta get my rest for tomorrow, I need to be relaxed and ready to add on to your list of chores after the game," he told the girl, flashing her one last grin before leaving the living room and heading up the stairs to the second floor. |
She chuckled when he rolled his eyes, though he still seemed amused at her. "Yeah, 'course I knew that." Kayla said playfully. She returned his grin before he left to go to his room. She should probably go to bed soon, though. Kayla too wanted to be ready for tomorrow, and she was getting kind of tired. |

Vianna's blue eyes fluttered open as her lips left Ferris's unexpectedly, feeling her feet slide on the soft white sand beneath the water. That wasn't fair! How come Ferris got to be all tall and had no trouble standing while she was easily carried off like a piece of paper floating in the water? The girl's brows furrowed slightly at this, clearly unhappy about this situation before the boy before her spoke, mentioning how this won't do. Vianna turned to him with a slightly puzzled expression before she suddenly found her feet leaving the sand, and she was now above the water, held with ease by the boy. She gave him a bit of a grin, blue eyes amused as she allowed her arms to wrap around his neck before letting her lips meet his own once again. |
Ferris flashed the girl a warm, lopsided grin as she smiled at him, his brown eyes sparkling for a moment before she let her lips meet his own once more. He returned the gesture lovingly, holding her waist with his right arm and holding up one of her legs with his left, he pulled her a little bit closer to his pale chest. She was so sweet, and warm, and he couldn't help but want more of her. |
Vianna's lips were curved into a smile as the boy before her returned her kiss, her gestures gentle and loving though there was also a bit of hunger beneath it all. She pulled away a couple long moments later, blue eyes fluttering open and her smile widening. At the sight of Ferris, she couldn't help but peck his lips gently again, just because she always had trouble keeping off him. "You're so cute, Professor," she informed him with a smile. |
Ferris gave a grin as they broke apart, lopsided as always, as his brown eyes fluttered open to see the girl before him. Before he could say anything, she'd pecked his lips and told him he was cute. "You're cuter," he countered with an amused smile, pecking her lips in return. "You're perfect," he added, placing a kiss just beneath her jaw. "And I love you," he added, as though this was the least of all of those things, and he kissed her lips softly for a couple sweet moments. |
