Vianna gave Ferris a smile as he confessed to her accusation of him exaggerating before he then awarded her with a number of kisses. The girl giggled lightly to herself for a brief couple of seconds before turning her gaze away to the fire as the boy beside her now leaned his face against hers. Vianna remained silent for a few moments, simply admiring the flames as she often did and enjoying the feel of Ferris's arms around her and his face so close to hers. But then she started giggling to herself out of nowhere. "Y'know... I really wish I had a camera. I would have loved to take a picture of you when you were covered in flour," she said casually, as if she wasn't poking fun at the boy beside her.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:08 AM

Ferris was watching the flames absentmindedly, leaning back into the couch with Vianna in his arms as she suddenly spoke, starting to giggle and mention that she wished she had a camera to take a picture of him covered in flour. He scowled playfully at her, removing his face from its place next to hers in order to look at her with a teasing glint to his brown eyes. "Do you want to be tickled again?" he asked her with raised eyebrows, pulling her just a bit closer to himself.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:13 AM

Vianna turned to Ferris as his face left hers and he asked if she wanted to be tickled again. In a flash, Vianna's arms wrapped around her own torso. "No!" she immediately replied, shaking her head. Sure, being tickled and laughing was nice, but Vianna wasn't a fan of the suffocation that came along with it when the tickling and laughing lasted too long. "Is this another incident you're going to make me promise not to make fun of you for ever again?"

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:17 AM

Ferris's eyes widened as she quickly wrapped her own arms around her middle, obviously not comfortable with the idea of his tickling. He wasn't expecting such a strong reaction from her, it was almost like he had threatened her with something horrible. He quickly loosened his grasp on her with a small smile, listening as she asked if this was another time he would make her promise not to make fun of him again. "No," he replied, making sure he wasn't holding her too tightly. It was almost like a little kid suddenly aware of his effects on his puppy when he squeezed him too tight.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:20 AM

Vianna smiled faintly as Ferris told her that he wouldn't make her promise anything. "Good," she said, her arms leaving her sides. Slowly, that innocent smile turned into a smirk as she looked away to the fire and leaned back casually into the cushions. "Because I'm going to tease you about it for years!" she added with a mischievous giggle, much like the rebellious and spoiled little kid she could be at times.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:29 AM

Ferris couldn't help but let out a rather adoring smile as the girl got that mischievous glint to her blue eyes. Even though he verbally contradicted all of her taunts, he couldn't help but love them just a little bit, only because it was a large part of Vianna; her playful tauntings. As she told him she would tease him about it for years, he got a surprising smile on his face, "Considering your age, you'll probably forget about it by tomorrow," he teased straight back, placing a kiss on her cheek as though nothing taunting had been said.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:32 AM

Vianna's eyes widened with surprise and she gasped, turning away from the fire and to the boy beside her with pure shock and amusement in her features at his clever comeback. "That-- that's-- my-- I am not sixty!" was all she could say to defend herself at that moment, still rather taken aback by his unexpectedly clever comeback. But she couldn't help but to smile then as the boy gave her a kiss and she chuckled softly.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:36 AM

Ferris let out a smile at the girl's shock over his rather clever comeback, listening as she defended herself by stuttering out that she was not sixty. "Yeah, uh-huh, whatever Grandma," he continued to tease her, rather enjoying being able to tease her back for once. But he stopped, simply giving her a warm smile before pulling her back into his chest and leaning back into the comfortable couch cushions. "So...What did you find out from Victor?" he asked, remembering he had never found out what the girl had learned from her brother.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:44 AM

Vianna narrowed her eyes disapprovingly at Ferris as he continued teasing her, this time calling her grandma. But an amused smile was lighting up her features and she proceeded to rest her head on the boy beside her as he pulled her back to his chest. She watched the flames absentmindedly and listened as he then asked her about her earlier conversation with her brother. "Well... Mum and Dad are fine, they had our faces on about every newspaper in Italy, so during his first day there Victor got chased down by a mob," she started with a soft chuckle, though there wasn't much amusement in it. "He said things at camp seemed pretty normal, as if nothing had ever happened. Though the professors and students were helping look for us all; but he couldn't tell if the professors still there have anything to do with the kidnappers of if they're being honest," she continued with a sigh. "When he went to Sicily and met with our parents they actually believed everything he told them without a doubt, but they had problems trying to convince the ministry... but Mum and Dad have a pretty strong influence down there so they were able to catch their attention, though he says it probably will be months before the ministry finds anything if they find anything. He thinks we shouldn't rely on them too much."

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:47 AM

Ferris listened as the girl in his arms spoke, explaining that everyone at camp seemed to be looking for them, though Victor couldn't tell if the remaining professors had anything to do with the kidnapping professors. He listened as she mentioned that her parents had believed everything her brother told them, and his eyebrows rose, but this could only be a help; having more parents on their side. "So....Did he mention where we're going next? Are you going to get to go see your parents?" he asked, still curious about a few things. "He's not even going to let you and Vince be with your parents at all?" he asked of her.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:51 AM

Vianna's brows furrowed slightly as Ferris asked her about their next trip. "I didn't ask," she confessed quietly. She had been too distracted interrogating the boy about her parents and how things were in Italy that she had completely forgotten about what would come in the future. But then as he asked if her oldest brother would ever let her and Vince see their parents, she sighed. "He said it's too risky for us to go back to Italy, especially now that Mum and Dad have made such a fuzz about our disappearance," she said. "But he said that we could arrange a meeting where they could come visit us wherever we might be," she added a bit more hopefully.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 04:54 AM

Ferris continued to listen quietly as Vianna said that she hadn't asked her oldest brother about their next move, but mentioned that he said it was too risky to go back to Italy now. He gave a nod, understanding this, but still feeling bad for Vianna that she hadn't seen her parents yet. He gave a slight smile though as she added hopefully that Victor mentioned that they might be able to arrange a meeting with her parents. "Well, I hope you get to see them Vi," he told her honestly, placing a warm kiss to her forehead.

OOC: I'm off Deeee! Byyyeee!

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 04:57 AM

"I hope so too, Professor," Vianna muttered in response, her blue eyes watching the flames absentmindedly though without interest. She turned quiet then, her mind slowly beginning to leave her current present and instead daydreaming about the day when she could see her beloved parents again. She missed her mother's warmth and her father's teasing sense of humour (which she had inherited). The girl remained like this for a few moments, lost in her own world of thoughts until something snapped her back to reality, causing her to sit up very abruptly and suddenly. "The chicken!" she gasped, turning to Ferris with wide eyes before jumping to her feet and nearly sprinting to the kitchen.

ooc: Byeee, Ruthersss! :bye:

emmafan123 11-05-2009 10:22 PM

Ferris watched as the girl in his arms grew quiet, examining her with his brown eyes before letting his gaze roam over to the fire. He stroked her back absentmindedly, his mind wandering back to his own mother. He wondered where she was now, what she was doing, if she was having a good time, at least; though he doubted it. He was shaken from his thoughts as Vianna suddenly gasped out the word 'chicken' before sprinting to the kitchen. Realizing what she was talking about moments later, his eyes widened and he quickly scrambled after her.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 10:31 PM

Vianna let out a sigh of relief as she opened the oven and, after quickly searching for some gloves, pulled the baked chicken out. "It didn't burn," Vianna announced with a smile as Ferris entered the kitchen. She then began pulling out a number of plates and placing some slices of the cheese-covered chicken on each.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 10:37 PM

Ferris gave a smile as Vianna announced that the chicken hadn't burned as they had feared, watching as the girl then piled a piece of cheese-covered chicken onto each plate. He helped out by levitating all of the plates onto the long table, then doing the same with a number of glasses and silverware. He then called out into the various rooms, "FOOD!" before grabbing himself some water and taking a seat at the table. The food smelled amazing, especially to his hungry stomach, and Ferris always liked food.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 10:44 PM

Vianna left a moment after Ferris with a jug filled with cool water. She set it in the middle of the table and proceeded to take a seat beside Ferris. But just as she was about to take the first drink from her water, a loud CRACK! startled the girl and she almost ended up spilling the drink on herself. Vince had apparated into the room and was beaming down at the plates with a greedy look in his eyes before sitting. "Liars," was his greeting to the other two. "No way you cooked this and the kitchen's not burnt down."

Victor arrived a moment later; unlike his brother, he had decided to walk as he wasn't as thrilled as Vince. He sat down next to the boy and furrowed his brows slightly. It definitely felt strange eating something Fervi had cooked, and the fact that nothing had burnt down in the process perplexed him. "When did you two learn how to make chicken parmigiana?" he asked.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 10:46 PM

Ferris was staring at the food hungrily as Vince arrived with a loud crack, announcing that they were liars due to the fact that the kitchen hadn't been burnt down. "No burning kitchen, but we've got many finger injuries," he replied with a small smile before turning to Victor as he spoke, asking when they had learned to make chicken parmigiana. "Uh...We got a cookbook!" he announced proudly, his smile widening as he set his napkin on his lap.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 10:51 PM

Victor's eyebrows rose just very slightly as Ferris announced he and Vianna had cooked the food with the help of a cooking book. He couldn't help but feel mildly amused those two had actually bothered to go out and get a cooking book and the ingredients to make the food now resting on their plates. Vince, meanwhile, had no time to be interrogating Fervi as he was too busy stuffing his face. He took his first bite rather hesitantly, as if expecting a horrible taste in his mouth. But as these fears were dismissed, it didn't take long for half the chicken on his plate to disappear in a matter of minutes. Victor and Vianna, who were more well-mannered than their brother, ate in silent smaller bites.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 10:55 PM

Ferris started eating moments after Vince, at a slower pace but not by much. As he had always grown up in a house-hold where his mother instructed him to eat at a nice pace, and not like a pig, Ferris remained mannerly at the table. But that didn't stop most of his food from disappearing quickly. The food was better than he expected...It was actually really good. As the boy had never had much Italian food besides that one time when they first went to Italy, it was a bit of an enlightening experience for Ferris. He stopped eating for a moment in order to smile at Vianna and gently taking her hand with his spare one beneath the table. He then began to scarf down (gentlemanly) the rest of his food.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 11:00 PM

Vianna turned to Ferris with a smile as the boy turned to her and got a hold of her hand. She wasn't even halfway through her food when Vince suddenly spoke after finishing his, startling her. "Well... if I had to give your cooking a score from one to ten, this would definitely be a... three!" he announced randomly, receiving disapproving looks from Victor and a wide-eyed look from Vianna. "I'm kidding, is there more?" he added, amused by his little sister's horrified expression.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 11:04 PM

Ferris looked up as Vince rated their cooking from one to ten, giving it a very generous three which man Ferris smile slightly; able to tell he was joking. Vianna however seemed not to catch this, and he was amused by her horrified expression. He let out a light chuckle, "I'll go get the rest." He stood from his seat, releasing Vianna's hand and walking back into the kitchen only to return a few moments later with a steaming plate of cheesy chicken. He then set it in the middle of the table before taking his seat once more next to Vianna, stealing her hand again and looking over at Vince. "Vianna's the mastermind behind all of this, you know, it was all her," he gave a smile before continuing to eat.

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 11:12 PM

Vince beamed as Ferris returned with more of the chicken, quickly building a small mountain of it on his plate. Victor and Vianna widened their eyes slightly at him but didn't feel too surprised as they had grown up seeing this kind of greedy behaviour from the boy. Vianna smiled once more as Ferris took her hand once again and her eyes widened yet again as he announced that she had been the one to cook the chicken. "That's not true!" she said. "You helped a lot, too!"

Vince looked up from his chicken with amused eyes and slightly raised eyebrows. "Well, well, well," he said, forewarning to a tease that was about to come. "Who knew my little brother was capable of doing girly things like cooking?" he said; Vianna shot him a sharp look which only seemed to amuse the boy further.

emmafan123 11-05-2009 11:15 PM

Ferris grinned with amusment in his brown eyes as Vianna quickly contradicted him, announcing that he helped a lot also. He gave her a small nod in agreeance, before turning to Vince as he spoke, mentioning his disbelief that his 'little brother' was capable of doing a girly thing like cooking. The boy raised his eyebrows at the comment, not expecting the little brother phrase to pop up, but he was a little more distracted by the girly cooking comment. He gave a shrug, "I've never really been good at it. But...I've tried it on occasion. Usually with a fire or a cut finger being the end result."

Gryffindoll 11-05-2009 11:21 PM

"I think he was referring to Vianna, Montgomery," said Victor, who had remained silent for most part of the dinner and was just beginning to finish his food now. "He always calls her that, since she's not... the most feminine girl in the planet," he continued rather coldly, as if explaining something simple for the hundredth time.

"I'm not a boy!" said Vianna, who was still shooting Vince dark looks across the table for his accusation. "Anyway, you should be a little kinder, Victor. Ferris was the one to buy and help cook the food on your plate right now," she added, now turning to her oldest brother who merely gave her a look but didn't bother replying until moments later with a, "Thank you for the lovely dinner, Montgomery." Though if the boy was being sarcastic or serious was difficult to tell.
