Summary:

Already the Summer isn't quite going to plan - Kennedy is living with his estranged Father, Aurora's family have invited her arch-nemesis over for the holidays and there is only one thing they are looking forward to: The big Quidditch match: Paris Phoenixes v. San Diego Dragons.

Neither of them realise that even this won't be plain sailing; there'll be familiarities between people they thought didn't know each other, appearances of people they didn't want to see and, most of all, drama. From the moment their parents meet until… well, who knows?

Did that guy just call him... dude? Pff. Milton was not a dude, thank you very much. But whatever. Moving on...

Milton scanned his eyes over the menu, looking for something suitable to eat when he heard Aurora squeal something loudly. Funny. Sounded like she said, "iris". Like the flower. Oh, did she like irises? He could buy those for her next Valentine's day...

Oh. Iris was a person. Whaaaat? More people? Ugh. Milton usually didn't like people. And considering his current situation, this meant that he would have to be nice to even MORE people. Something he was not good at.

Watching Aurora bound over to her two friends, Milton narrowed his eyes and listened to her babble and squeal. It was almost annoying. He leaned over to Kennedy. "She doesn't do that a lot does she?" He paused a moment before adding. "It is pretty cute, though. I must say."

JUST to tick him off. HEH.

Now, food? Because he was still hungry and no one had said what they were ordering yet.
