Tristan Darius Coleman. T.D.C. Tristan's brown eyes widened as he made the connection. This was it. This was his name, this was what T.D.C. stood for! With one hand still holding the small leather book, he searched through his pocket for the photograph of Lisette he'd found earlier. He pulled it out and quietly read the contents on the back of the photograph to himself. He was almost positive now, he'd taken that photograph, the handwriting on the back of it seemed to be the same as the handwriting on the book. Now, back to the notebook. Why in the world did he write his full name on the first page of the book but never wrote anything else into the other pages? It confused him completely, but part of him felt like there was more to this book than just his name scribbled on the front page. He wasn't sure why he felt this way, but... he was almost positive something had been written on it, almost completely sure that he, himself, had written here before. Quote:

Fair warning now: This is going to be a VERY long post. All of you see all of these, but I’ve labeled them with your names. This should give everyone lots to talk about until I get back. *evil* I have also not replied to any of your plot questions in the last few posts. The reason for that is because you all seem to be completely mesmerized by the television and you tememporarily forget what you were just doing. *evil again* Here you are! The television on one side of the room crackles to life very loudly before the image finally levels out on a scene with: SPOILER!!: EmilyMalfoy During this scene, Lisette, Tristan and Sydney remember what an Auror is. The scene fades and changes. SPOILER!!: Lindzers and princess of*hp* The scene fades to black and changes. SPOILER!!: Team ronmione The scene fades to black and changes again. SPOILER!!: Gryffindoll and Emms The screen fades away yet again. When the television shows the next scene, you will all notice that you have seen it before. SPOILER!!: phoenix_tears and samthehpfreak Fade out. Fade in. SPOILER!!: silver.bullet, Dee-Dee, and xiiWishiWasYours Fade in and out again. SPOILER!!: city_girl95 The scene cuts away again. SPOILER!!: Gryffindorgurl One last time. SPOILER!!: J-E-L-L-O The screen goes black again and does not come back on. The room is filled with an eerie silence and no one is quite sure what to say. P.S. I do have internet on my phone. I'll try to check in sometime this weekend, but I probably won't be able to until Sunday night at the earliest. :) Have fun! |
She looked up as the tv switched back and forth until, she gasped, was that her, yes it was, she recognised the red hair and blue eyes, and was that her life, hm it was utterly boring, compared to the others and her name, her name Laryn? Yes Laryn, she remembered, and that was a start and-and then it changed again, a new video, she turned to the boy in the video when it stopped, murder? she was shocked and stepped away from him, and it changed again, another video, another life, another story..that ended, with, tragedy? and then it was over, she waited for the lights to come up, but nothing, the wind whisteled outside as she stood, awkwardly leaning against the work top, she couldn't speak, she couldn't think, but things were starting to slot into place, she remembered her friends, the internship...all gone?. she sniffed, a break in the frosty silence, but didn't speak. She was sure she knew where she was, but it was like her brain wasn't making conections, like she was dead, none of these people were real, but strangely she felt she knew them, but shouldn't know them, she backed into a corner, far away from these people, who strangely, she feared. |
Aiden watched the scene on the telly come on. This place was just weird, un-natural. The girl threw up? nasty. BUT WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON!!!! Who had that girl been? Why on earth was he shouting at them? And how on earth was on tape? waaaay too many questions. Now he was just plain weirded out. |
Jeffery watched the television in horror as everyone's lives appeared on the screen. When he saw his face, however, his eyes widened as everything came back to him. He was charged with the murder of his brother, Jacob. He'd had a trial and he'd told the truth. He'd killed his brother... his brother. Jeffery put a hand on his forehead, slipping down the wall. He was a murderer? No, he couldn't have been. But, apparently, he was. He saw the girl who's video had been very short and uneventful step away from him. "Wait, I didn't. I..." What would everyone think of him now? OOC: Sorry, just had to say that I KNEW IT! :shifty: |
She shook her head, sad to not even know her own name. It was quite depressing. She almost felt like one of those stupid female characters from old folk tales who were lost and desperate and had to rely on others to get help in whatever situation they were in. She stepped back as a fridge appeared, letting the others do the investigating. She wasn't acting very brave at the moment, but maybe that was because everything was so new and strange. It was perplexing in an odd way. However, she approached the television as things began to flash. What an odd name for such a contraption; she had heard the others speak of it as she had remained as quiet as a mouse. Suddenly, it looked like an extended scene from a picture was flashing across and she saw the girl and herself. Her jaw dropped as she stared at the screen, quite mesmerized. After the scene faded to another, she looked off towards the wall, feeling quite shocked. So... her was name June? The woman on the screen had referred to her as so; it had to be true. They were sisters? They were twins?! The Dougal twins, it seemed. June Dougal: what a curious name. She turned back to the girl that the screen had referred to as Sidney and approached her hesitantly, biting her lower lip as she was unsure of what to say. "I..." She trailed off, avoiding Sidney's gaze, "I-I... I suppose we're siblings... no, sisters... twins, I mean." She wasn't sure of what to make of it all. From what the scene on that large box had showed, it seemed like Sidney was quite the commanding troublemaker and that June was the shy pushover of the two. |
Jeffery looked at the girl who approached her apparent twin. Well, at least she found out she had a sister. He'd just found out he's a murderer. He still couldn't believe it. Why would he kill his own brother? It made him sick, and suddenly he didn't want to know why he did it. He sighed and looked down at his shoes, which was a very weird action to do in a sitting position. He knew everyone was going to start pummeling him with questions and accusations and fearful insults. Better start preparing himself now. |
Jericho looked around..."That was me.When I was younger, at least, is that what I looked like when I was younger? Am I still a player...What?"Jericho saw the place go fuzzy, or maybe was that his confused brain playing tricks on him."Anyone know what's that called?" Seems everyone in the room had suddenly forgotten what the sport was, or what they had seen, because they all shrugged their shoulders, and shook their heads. |
Laryn sunk down to the floor, she felt all woozy and faint and put her head on the floor, she shut her eyes and fell asleep, but there was no dream, just blackness |

What had she been doing a moment ago? Beryl couldn't remember, as she was completely entranced with what was playing across the television. With each scene, she became more and more engrossed. When it finally came to herself, Charlotte, and August, her features froze. As the scene progressed and finally came to the finished billboard, Beryl blushed at the words she had.... painted.... with that.... wand? She was still watching the other scenes, but she was also busy thinking about what she saw. When the TV went blank for the last time, she stared straight ahead. "I hate being right," she whispered before looking over at Charlotte, then August. She gulped and returned her gaze straight ahead once more. |

Jeffery looked up as Sylvestre as he started to bawl his eyes out. Poor bloke. At least he hadn't started crying yet, that would've been a major ego drop for Jeffery. Especially since everyone knew he was a... a murderer now. |

Jeffery's eyes were wide as his memories started to return to him in flashes. His dad's death. His mom never coming home at night. His brother, the only one who took care of him. Hogwarts. His first girlfriend. Proposing to her. Finding her with Jacob. Jeffery's eyes closed, trying to block out the last memory that was sure to be next. Killing Jacob. He cried out in horror, gripping his head, wanting to forget everything. He wanted to be clueless again, to not know his name or his past. He didn't want these memories! What kind of a sick joke was this?! Jeffery stood up and punched the wall, yelling, "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? LET US OUT!" He punched the wall again, this time creating just the tiniest dent in the paper. |

Text Cut: quotes Sydney made an impulsive grab for the fruit before anyone else could, not giving the thought that it had appeared out of no where a second thought. She took both apples, sticking one in her pocket in case no other food appeared anytime soon and taking an eager bite from the other one. She wiped the juice off her lips with the back of her elbow, about to take another bite... ...When the strange machine the others were calling a television began to flicker and make strange noises. She drifted toward it curiously, trailing behind the girl with the picture. Sydney stared, wide-eyed, as people began to flash up on the screen once more. Her eyes only got wider and wider as each scene played out. As her and the girl she was standing next to appeared on the screen, her interest peaked. If she took one more step toward the television her nose would touch it. She watched, not sure what to think of herself, as she made June her accomplice in "terrorizing the local pub owner". Four things and four things only registered in her mind: 1.) She was a criminal. 2.) She had a sister... a twin sister. And she was standing right next to her. 3.) She was a bad sister. One that didn't take care of her twin properly, apparently... 4.) She was a disappointment to her the older woman. Could it be her mother? To be honest, number three bothered her most. It was one thing to screw up her own life, but she realized how awful it was that she chose to drag the other girl into trouble with her. Sydney found herself looking at June with a somewhat apologetic expression on her face, feeling rather guilty even though she didn't even remember the fiasco. As she watched the rest of the scenes her expression changed from one of confusion and guilt to one of horror. She didn't know what to think. She didn't know what to say. She didn't know what to do. Sydney just stood there with her mouth open, gasping. She was in a room with more than one killer and quite a few criminals. For a second she wondered if this was some sort of punishment they were all receiving, but then she remembered the seemingly perfect girl, Laryn, the boy that had been stolen from and her sister. Surely they didn't deserve any sort of punishment? She glanced up at June, a calculating look on her face. "I believe so." she concluded, holding her apple limply at her side. She wasn't hungry anymore. "I don't get this. I don't understand this at all!" she cried out in frustration. "Why would someone erase all of our memories and then remind us of only the bad ones? I don't deserve this. No one deserves this!" Sydney wiped an angry tear away from her eyes, not wanting to cry in front of anyone. She was no weak little girl that cried when she was scared. She was strong. Sydney bit her lip, swallowing hard. |
