On either side of the rows of caged owls, adorning the walls are shelves. These shelves hold all of the things under the sun that you could ever what for your owl: food pellets, insect jars, and even little cuddly toys. These shelves look quite old, but there is no need to worry as they are held up with quite strong charms so nothing'll fall on your little heads.
Lining the first set of shelves are many jars of weird looking insects, ranging from stick insects to your plain ordinary green fly. The owls will eat any of these insects, so take your pick and buy as many as you want. Be careful though so you don't pull down all the jars with you, because all those insects on the floor won't make the shopkeeper very happy. Above the insect jars are an assortmert of boxes all holding different sized packets of owl pellets. These are fun-sized little bits of food that are perfect for an owl.
Dotted along either side of the shop, alongside the shelves are big boxes, contain an assortment of little cuddly toys and other little trinkets that will allow you to care for your owls every need. Stuck onto the top of these boxes is a sign that reads "All items in this box 1 galleon."  | |

Adeline wanted an Owl so she could send letters to her friends but she knew it wouldn't fly with her mother but Asher offered to let her stay with him in Italy so it would alright if got an Owl. Hopefully. He wouldn't say no to her. Would he? Now what kind of Owl would she get. Shoot. She should have done some research on owls. Where was Asher when she needed him. He came from a wizarding family he would know what one to get.
Addie walked around and looked at all the HUGE birds.

Evan already had an owl of his own, but he did need to pick up some things for it before he went off to Hogwarts. Food pellets were a must.. and why not one of those adorable owl toys? His owl, Macintosh, he would like those. One galleon? That wasn't too much. His family had been faring well since his father enlisted in the Army, so they were well off in that aspect. Evan chose a cuddly toy that he though Macintosh would like and moved on to the insects. Should he buy those or the owl pellets?

"I definitely want him." Yeah, he was the right owl. "I should buy food and treats and stuff too, right?" Or was it just treats... 'cause he knew owls hunted and stuff... Hmmm. | |

Don't get him wrong he had really enjoyed spending the past few days with Taryn and Kurumi but he couldn't dream of making all the stops and getting all the supplies he needed with them around--too distracting.
The sixteen year-old opened the door to the Owl shop instantly meeting the sound of hoots and smell of birds upon his entrance. Now he needed to just find the owl treats. Oh there they were! Just...behind....that...girl.
He was streching but soon realised he wouldn't get them without awkwardly bumping into or touching her. "Excuse me." | |

She looked around to see if there was a stool any where so she can check out this little guy when she heard a voice. "excuse me" it said, she quickly turned around and spotted a boy trying to get past her. She blushed and said to him "Oh, I'm sorry.. I'm taking up the whole area....I'm just trying to see this owl here."
Her brain instantly thought "what are you saying, think before you talk. This boy doesn't want to know everything about you in one sentence" she started to blush even more. "Sorry" she quickly spurted out and started to walk away. "He must think I'm crazy" she thought.

All he wanted was for her to move out of the way of the owl treats so he could get some for a second, not leave the shop. Although it was nice to have an appology for something, most of the girls at his new school didn't do that even if they ran into you--Tori Bunbury included. "Oh you can come back, I didn't mean for you to have to leave. I just needed some of these." the Beuxbatons student grabbed a bag of them and then looked back at her. Auggie bit his lip and kindly looked at the pricetag on the bag of owl treats to avoid staring at the girl as she awkwardly blurted out bit after bit of conversation. He was a Gryffindor but that had been very Hufflpuff of him not to say anything about it or laugh--he was proud.
Now back to looking at her. "Nice to meet you Zarifa, since I don't recognize you from school, and wouldn't be usually shopping in England I assume you don't go to Beuxbatons but Hogwarts instead. What house are you in?" He hoped she would say Gryffindor that way they would have something in common and perhaps that would make her a little less shy. she let her gaze follow his hand. "oh theres signs..... is there one that says cute ones over this way?" she thought in her own head and started to giggle only because she was very happy that it didnt slip between her lips.

And that was the truth about it. But the way she mentioned the Lion house made sense now, her parents told her. "Oh so you are a transfer student, I was too. She was listening to him explain "Hufflepuff??" what was she getting her self into, why did her parents have to move. "Oh.... that sounds interesting... and yes I am a transfer just moved from the states. how did you like it??? " she asked while letting the rest of his information sink in... "erm... soo.... yeah.. do you like my heels?" she asked him for she didn't know really what else to say... plus she wanted to find a cute little owl.

Cora was lost among the many owls and owl accessories. She thought getting an owl was a good idea, considering not having one was the reason she had lost contact with virtually all her friends over the past year.
But owls were another thing her mother was paranoid about. Yes, paranoid. She thought owls were somehow connected to some dark force that would steal your identity, or brainwash you. Or maybe that was televisions? Cora could barely keep track.
Cora walked around, sort of hopeless to being able to decide anything here. She could really use a friend to help her out. Or at least to chat. Despite wanting more friends, Cora was a bit too shy to simply walk up to someone and introduce herself. | |
