Between shifts, before work, during lunch, and after work, if you ever need a place to cool off, sit down, have a chat, this is the place to do it. The public isn't allowed in here, only the employees of the Ministry, particularly those of Level Four, are permitted to be here. There is a sink and microwave on the counter in the back of the room, with a refridgerator next to it, and several small, round tables with 4 chairs each positioned in the room. There is also a coffee maker and some cupboards, with mugs of various colors and sizes stored inside.

In the fartheset corner, there is a large, overly-long couch, one that would never be seen in the muggle world, designed for all the hard workers to have somewhere comfortable to sit while they relax during their breaks.

"Couldn't you just apparate here? or come by floo? why bother going by broom?" she asked in confusion "I usually apparate but sometimes, when i'm to tired, or just not willing to put the effort in, I just use the floo"

"Floo I always somehow get wrong and end up in the strangest of places. Apparation, I have passed the test but I'm bleeding afraid splinching. Heh, nasty paranoia...I don't come by broom though, I come as animagus and land somewhere out of muggle sight, and form back to a human." I say, slightly amused with my own paranoia.
Stupid Floo system...

Corvus chuckled rather loudley "stupid floo system, ahahahahahahaha!" she couldn't help but laugh. After a few miniutes and a rather nasty glair from her cousin she stopped laughing.

"Well" she said clearing her throat "I could help teach you apperation" she smiled "But the floo network is another problem, frankley you really shouldn't have any problem getting from one place to another"

"Mmm, no I know exactly how to, it's just that I'm to paranoid. The floo system I somehow mess up every time so there's no point in me trying. Anyways, the flying exercises my upper body muscles, so I'm always in shape. Which is mighty convinient." I say now looking back to my drawing and adding a bit of shading.

"Arn't we all" she muttered under her breath.

"I think you an I are one of the only ones here that are totally fit" she paused to have a look around "Mind you, that bloke over there looks mighty fit" she looked over at the man.

"Well it's both the from home to work and back, and the whole bit where I have to help my dad, which can be bloody well difficult at times. Moving the food and litter and all that." I say glancing across to the older man.

"20, and only have to wait 'til the 13 of July for my 21st. That also means I was a few years ahead of you in hogwarts. Which house were you in. I don't remember seeing you, even though three years of work after scchool could make it harder to remember." I say now stretching and glancing out the window, noting that they were the enchanted type.

"I was in Ravenclaw" she sighed "I did alot of studying when ever I could, it payed off though. I got O* on all of my O.W.L.S and N.E.W.T.S" she paused for a bref moment "My IQ by the way is 200, every witch in my family has an IQ near or around there" she smiled "My cousin Kai, she's in Ravenclaw, it's her first year, and she to has an IQ of 200" she yawned.

"200? Wow, mines 195, I probably didn't put as much effort into classes as you though. I got a few O's but my average was like E or something like that. My cousin Onikami is up there in the genius department and is the one who found out, with Kai's help, that we were related. He's also in Ravenclaw, though I know that a few of our relatives have been in Slytherin." I say, goiong back to my picture now adding a significant change to muscle structure of the creature.

"Yeah well the main classes our family does well in are; DADA, transfiguration, potions, and CoMC, so yeah, I'm easily qualified for field work." I say stifling a yawn, "Though Onikami recently told me of a history assignment he got in, and recieved 9 points on. I may be paraniod because of him, but I'm still proud of my little cousin. Wish I knew where my older sister is. She's completely hid herself among the world and we have no clue where she might be."

"I specialize in Potions, DADA, Transfiguration, and Charms" she smiled "You know, I still don't understand how one can be so paraniod, but hey, it's your life" she rolled her eyes.

"Half influenced by smaller cousin ambushes. I can never know when he'd leap out and bring me to the ground. In some ways it's helpful, because then I'm wary of anyone or thing nearby. Plus my gaurd is never down." I say smiling back in amusement of myself.

Corvus gave a huge smirk in reply "Exactley what I mean, your way to cautious!" she said, rolling her eyes in clear annoyance. "I'm going to teach you how to fight, hand-to-hand, that way you can defend your self and wont have to look over your shoulder every time a mouse scurries by" she laughed.

Smiling I say,
"Oh come on, as if I need to know hand-to-hand combat. No I'm perfectly fine, and you know what? If you aren't cautious of that mouse, it might actually be something else." I laugh quitely at what I said, "I really don't need help, and paranoia at a healthy level will help me for this job."

James stepped into the break room gave a polite greeting to a few others he passed on his way to sit. it had been yet another slow day in his department. he flipped opened a copy of the daily Phophet and looked through it.

Corvus gave a howl of laughter and nearly doubled over "Oh, your so right" she continued to laugh, her breaths coming in short gasps. "It will help you with your work" she wiped the tears from her eyes as she stopped laughing.

"Um, easy laugher aren't you?" I say slightly bewildered by her reaction to my comment. "Honestly I dunno how you'd be a good pest advisory person, you need plenty of hands on action else your mind'll split." I say, half smiling.

Star made her way to the breakroom. It had been a very slow day in her office. Not much work and her officemate was not much of a talker. Star went to the sink and filled her mug with water and placed it in the microwave. While it heated she took a tea bag from her purse and glanced around. She reconized the young man from the werewolf capture unit. 'Xire was his named' she thought to herself. She gives a little wave and turns back to the microwave as it beeped. Placing her teabag in her cup, she turns and looks for a empty seat.

Jocelyn turned the knob to the break room door and stepped inside looking around to everyone who occupied the room. Her eyes continued to gaze around the room until they landed on James. She gave a small smile as she her way over to the ice box and retrieved her drink and then over to where James sit. "Hello there," she said opening her drink. "May I join you," she asked nodding toward the seat beside him.
