Andie smiled. "I know a second year who is in Gryffindor called Alexandra Potter aka Alex." she missed Hogwarts even more because she see's Alex less and less now because of her job and when Alex is at Hogwarts.

Maine walked into the Break Room, leisurely. She was early and needed a coffee before she started on the huge pile of paperwork waiting on her desk.
Getting a coffee from the coffee machine thingy, Maine sat down at one of the tables and opened Gabby's letter.

Leo strode into the break room to grab...well, he didn't really need anything from the break room. He'd stopped at Starbucks on his way in, and already had his coffee.
Really he stopped in because he knew Maine would be there. And true to his expectations, she was. She was laughing, his favorite sound. Leo plopped down across from her. "Good morning. Letter from Beauxbatons?" Her sister, he knew, was graduating this month. Main must be so proud of her.
His sister had recently sent him a letter as well, and he needed to compose a reply, but he just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Truthfully, he wasw avoiding it. Because he didn't know what to say. How to make her feel better about the whole situation. But he needed to go home today and write a reply. She, as it seemed, had not been getting mail from anybody else in the family lately, and it worried her.

Tim walked into the break room happy because he knew his Dad would be fine.He strolled over to the Coffee Machine and prepared a coffee.While he waited for it to be done he pulled out his copy of the Daily Prophet and began to read,nothing interesting so he put it down and got his coffee.He brought it down to the table and sipped it.He got a ham sandwich and began to eat.

She had a dog? Why that thought was the one that stuck in Leo's mind, he was not sure. But it did. "I didn't know you had a dog," he commented idly. The it hit him, the point of her comment. The Harpies were her favorite team! He'd definitely picked the right one to invite her to.
He grinned. "I like them a lot too." Leo was probably one of the most Quidditch-Oriented people that worked in the Ministry, and he was glad Maine enjoyed his favorite sport. "It's a date, then." He said happily. Maine had just agreed to go on a date with him. Holli had mentioned that she liked him a lot, but he had almost not believed her until right this second. "It starts at seven, so shall I pick you up at six-thirty? And maybe we can go get something to eat afterward?" Maine. Charmayne had just agreed to go on a date with Leo Black.
Elizabeth walked in with head held high. She said in a little loud voice,"Excuse me if i may have your attention for a few minutes. I have an important message from Ms. Gina." She sifted uncomfortably. "There is a strike happening outside the Ministry! Come help take down Lord Borr! Come end the useless tasks he gives us like, washing his feet, hanging his portaits, and being his servants!"
Andie came in and saw some cookies taking one of the biggest she went and sat down at a table

Armen walked into the breakroom to go get a refill on his coffee and had passed a witch he didn't recongize on the way in. He didn't think much of it, assuming it was maybe a girlfriend or wife of an employee of his but he DID notice the sign she left behind.

He pulled out his wand and shot a ball of flames at it, igniting the entire thing and then looked at the people in there. "You are NOT to go anywhere near that picket line do you hear me?" he glared at them all. He was going to have to have a word with Gina about sending people into his office and spreading this...filth. He then stalked out of the room.
OCC: Armen wouldn't like any of you to go picketing but I can't stop you obviously. If you chose to do it be prepared to recieve the concequences but you won't be fired.
Katrina had decided to walk into the break room for, well, a break. She was tired, caffeine deprived and a bit hungry and she was pretty sure she had stuck a sandwich in the fridge here. However, maybe it wasn't good timing for she saw her boss yelling like a madman and a sign... on fire. Merlin's beard, Katrina was pretty sure her boss was not in a good mood for whatever the reason may be. He had walked out pretty angrily as well, silently, she glanced at everyone in the room, wondering if they were all surprised by the behavior their boss was exhibiting. It was rare for Katrina to see anyone like this, and Katrina was pretty sure she had never seen Mister Recard as angry as he did now.
So, slowly she slunk over to the refrigerator and grabbed her sandwich, filled her mug with coffee and sat down at a table. Lunch was in order - insane boss or not.

Leo had never had a problem with Lord Borr. Sure, sometimes he was stupid and ridiculous, but as far as being Minister went, he hadn't screwed up the country..yet. He shrugged at the lady. Maybe he would just run outside and take a couple of really good pictures of what was happening. For posterity.
And then Armen came in. Yep. That just solidified in Leo's mind that he would not be joining the riot sure to be starting in the streets above. He nodded in acknowledgement to everyone, and stayed where he was.

Holli glared at Armen. Ha. She was going. She wouldn't tell him that, obviously. But, Borr was a terrible Minister. They were Magical Transportation, they weren't meant to plant trees and hand out leaflets, that was the Environmental's job. Ah, she was gonna be SO killed by Armen. Hehe. Ah well. DOWN WITH BORR!

Allie shrugged, slooking around the room. A lot of people seemed fearful of Armen, and looked as though they didn't want to protest. But she had different ideas. Ok, it might make Armen HATE her eternally, but at least the rest of the Ministry wouldn't hate her. Borr might not have been affecting her too much, but he certianly drove Holli, her twin, round the bend, and goodness knows how many other people, and Allie couldn't just stand there.
Standing up quickly, Allie didn't stop to look at people's faces as she constructed a protest sign with her wand, which read 'Down with Borr' 'Not a word to Armen,' she hissed at her collauges as she followed her twin out of the room....
