Welcome students new and old! I am Professor Kiari Dyreth. Today we will be reviewing all you have learned about Transfiguration before we move on and tackle more advanced lessons.
For those of you who are new to Hogwarts we will help you get started in mastering this handy and often amusing wizarding skill. It will take hard work and concentration but I'm sure you will all do well in my class.
As for our returning students today's lesson will give me a chance to assess you skills and learn which areas of Transfiguration you have already covered.

After completing Mike begins to take notes on the spells given. Thinking to himself "this class is cool."
Then he attemps the Ferringerto Charm on the mouse he picked up. Following the Professor exact movements he says,"Ferringerto. Is this Ok?"

Suddenly, a purple pocketwatch lies in front of her, but the problem is that it still has eyes looking back at her...HELP!

Sirius watches as other student transfigure their animals into watches. He glances down and sees the time. He wonders if we will finish before the Potions lesson will begin? But since he is having fun, he quickly forgets Potions figuring he have catch up if he's late or just do the homework.
He see a book on animagi on the bookcase next to his desk. He puts it out and read.....careful to still pay attention in class.

Student please remember you must flick your wand at your animal's nose First! Then tap them gently three times for the spell to work properly.
Now then let us try it again. Its flick, tap three times, then Ferringerto.

Very well then. We shall continue this lesson later so you will not be late for Potions.
The final test of today is the reversal charm, Vengatis. Tap your new pocketwatch on the 12 and recite the incantaion. Be sure you tap the 12 on the face or the transfiguration will not be complete.
Once you have done that, you are dismissed to your Potions class. Homework for tonight will be posted on the Notice board. (homework thread)

*Nina looks sadly at her hamster* "I hope this doesn't hurt u" *she gently flicks the hamsters nose, then taps him on his back one......two......three.....Ferringerto. The hamster shakes slightly, squeeks, and pop, turns into a pocket watch.* *she taps the 12 on watch and says Vengatis and watches the hamster turn back, she tan puts the hamster back in its cage* "Well, goodbye Professor"

He performs the charm again trying hard to do the proper wrist movement, after a failed first try. It seems to have gone well.
He then takes his pocketwatch/mouse and recites,"Vengatis." The charm seems to be correct he then jot his notes quickly, places the mouse back where he got it and then leaves for potions.
"Good bye, Professor it was a great class."

Taps the pocketwatch and says Vengatis. With a small puff of smoke, the hamster is back on the desk. Lina smiles and picks it up, stroking it gently over the back. She puts the hamster in her pocket and starts to leave the classroom
