Once you have gotten your number code correct and the door has let you through. The first thing you might notice is the room is super low. So low you might have to duck down or crawl to get in. Looking up there are little trap door all of course locked. Clear at the front of the room are more directions for you to follow.

Place them on and climb the wall to retrieve one of the many smaller boxes flying around. They will come to you with a small whistle. They will not come with accio so don't even try. Once you have the box carefully go back down and take off the sticky gloves and shoes. The floor is charmed so no you can't fall to your death or even get hurt. You will need to unlock the box to retrieve the letters to get through your final door into our classroom.
Good Luck
OOC: Just as the directions say you will RP doing the steps, minimum of five to get through each step. Again there is no time limit for now so please have fun and don't feel rushed.
NOTE: If you have not been quoted in Room 1 with a link to this room please do not post here yet. I will delete the post. If you haven't started in room 1 that is okay, go have fun, do room 1! You are not too late or too far behind. I PROMISE!!
There comes a time where things do need to wrap up! I would like to move on Tuesday, January 12. So I will be closing room 1 and 2 at that point. You will have until Tuesday at 3 p.m. EST to finish up on any of your post! Once these are closed it will be said that door have opened for your character to just go straight to the classroom! Remember it is okay if your character did not get all the way through!!
With his sticky shoes and gloves off and his proper attire back on, Callum rose to his feet, felt to make sure his wand was still in its holster and the box was still in his pocket, then pulled them both out and cleared his throat purposefully once more. His wand in his left hand, his box in his right, Callum studied the face of the box facing him, trying to follow the advice Davie had given him earlier. He was focusing on making a visual on the box's face, putting an image of a deadbolt upon it and imagining himself physically unlocking the box to get a real mental picture on what he wanted to do here before he attempted it with the spell.
Once he had successfully gotten the image in his mind, Callum raised his wand, his eyebrows furrowing slightly with determination and focus, and he took a deep, cleansing breath before he followed Davie's wand movement from earlier and cast, "Alohomora!"
The box clicked open and Callum smiled, his body visibly dispelling tension, and he had to remember to thank Davie again later.
Sure, it was not absolutely grand that it took him that much forethought and concentration to successfully perform a charm, but at least he had gotten it on his first tries instead of giving many half-hearted attempts and seeing no results, right? That was how he saw it, and he was content with his progress.
The trotting into the next room, turned to ducking down and kind of crawling. Even for as small and short she was, she was still forced to crawl on her hands and knees. It was like that room was a crawlspace of sorts. Low ceilings.
Crawling over to the board to see what she had to do next. She would just have to get though the locked door again. And climb up a wall like Spider-Man. Spider-Man they were totally going to get to act like Spider-Man.
How cool was that?
She finished reading the instructions. Get a box, blow the whistle in the box and get code of letters. First she had to climb back down the wall and unlock said box, of course. Simple, or not. Kat could do this.
Crawling to the trapdoor with her wand in her hand. She done the backwards 's' wand movement "Alohomora!" And focusing on the lock opening. She heard the click. Yes, success! She had opened it on her first try this time.

Scarlett made her way down the wall and hopped off, landing on the charmed floor with a smile. She took off the gloves and the shoes, finally happy to be rid of THOSE ugly things, and then pulled out her wand.
She settled the box in front of her and took a deep breath, closing her eyes. She'd practiced this a few times now - there was nothing to fear. "Alohomora!" she exclaimed, pointing at the box with her wand.
To her surprise, the box opened with a small POP on the first try! YES! She reminded herself not to get TOO excited - it was ONE lucky try after all - but for now, it was a huge win. Now to get the letters and get moving!

He wouldn't call this his lucky day but at least this wasn't proving to be a pain.
Just...a little ...more....
Blaise reached forward, stretching to grab at the floating little thing. The Gryffindor glanced down for a moment, trying to judge the distance. In the back of his mind he was still very much aware he wouldn't get hurt but first he had to see if he could reach.
Finally, it swooped in a little closer to him, as if inviting him into the air and THAT was when the boy pried his limbs off the wall and lunged. Mid-air, Blaise latched onto the box and promptly found himself plummeting to the floor.
THUD!
"....................I'm okay." Not dead. Just like the instructions said. "Here mate." The box was aaaall his to unlocked. He'd just....lay here...a little longer...
What a rush!
Blaise definitely got to do all the fun stuff. Bentley looked at his wand then watched as his cousin climbed the walls with this sticky gloves. He had to admit that, that took a lot more effort than casting basic charms.
He sighed jealously as he watched Blaise reach and lounge for the box.
"Oh no!" He covered his eyes and looked away as his cousin came plummeting to the floor while clutching his box. He couldn't watch...what if he hit his head and then got blood everywhere!!
Oh no...oh no oh no..
"Oh right! I forgot that this place was charmed." He snatched the box away from Blaise and used the alohomora charm to open it.
"Alohomora."

He was okay. A little shaken but still very much okay and the Second Year pulled himself into a sitting position to watch his cousin unlock the box. No doubt there'd be another code but Merlin don't let there be another room! Surely it could have been easier to cut their losses while they were still in the first but now they'd done a whole nother activity and Blaise felt like he was pretty much done.
So what was in the box? Could they head for the door now?
He finally pulled himself off the floor and went to have a look for himself. The code was no doubt inside, surely they could leave now.
Also, where was that door they were gonna go through?

As soon as Bentley unlocked the box he took a seat next to Blaise and shoved the box over to his cousin. He assumed that they were probably behind most people since they were doing this together but he wasn't sure he minded much.
Really he had thought that they were at the end of their task when they got to this stage but nope....still climbing, still unlocking.

As Marsha made her way through the door from room one to room too, she frowned slightly as she had to bend her knees ever so slightly. Woah, this room was LITTLE! Looking around, she grinned at her classmates who were all crawling around on the floor as even stooped over they were tall. She on the other hand was only 2-3 inches too tall for the room so stooping and ducking her head slightly was easy.
Spotting some of her classmates lifting themselves out of some form of opening in the ceiling, she walked quickly in their direction and grinned when she found a trapdoor. Holding her wand out, she said a swift ”Alohomora,” and grinned when the door opened.
…
The worst part would be getting out altogether. Biting her lip she reached upwards to see if she was tall enough (or big enough) to put her hands onto the floor and pull herself upwards. See, her smallness had been good a few minutes go, now it was a curse again. Looking around, she couldn’t see anything to stand on so that option was also out.
Looking down at her own feet, she bit her lip before pointing her wand at them. ”Locomotor!” She insisted, lifting her wand slightly. Grinning as she raised off the ground, again she was glad to be small, she concentrated on lifting herself off the ground as far as she could and then closer to the trapdoor. When she got closer, she clung onto the floor with her wand-less hand and tried to raise herself up further. Which didn’t work. So, she moved her second hand to cling to the floor so that she wouldn’t fall back to the ground when the charm stopped working due to lack of concentration.
Kaylee smiled " Thank you! I am sorry for taking up your time. She said blushing.
After she put on the gloves and shoes and started to follow Austin up the wall "This is tougher than it looked!" She cried out. It took nearly all her strength to pull her hands and feet from the wall.
By the time she made it to the ceiling she was out of breathe. "That was quite a workout." She glanced around watching some of her fellow classmates. "Well, first we should whistle, in which she tried. It took a few times for her to successfully whistle. She gave a little cheer when the little box came her way. 'Hmmmm where should we put these boxes so we can climb. How about our...'"Pockets!" she exclaimed. After a little bit of a struggle she finally managed to put in her pocket. After she accomplished that she glanced over at Austin "Shall we make our way down?"
"No worries, Kaylee. I don't mind helping out. If I hadn't you'd probably still be stuck down there. And I want to make sure you make it along like the rest of us." He flashed her a smile. Although he wasn't sure if she saw it. Seeing anything unless it was right in front of you, was hard.
Once they both got to the ceiling, Austin's mind went blank. He wasn't sure how to get the boxes, he just knew he had to get one. But before the teen could try anything, Kaylee whistled. A box immediately flew into her hand. He stared at her with his blue eyes wide. Someone was paying attention to the directions. His hand was still in the glove, so he couldn't give a loud whistle. But he did his best, and that seemed to work. A box flew right over to him, and the stickiness of the glove allowed him to grab it.
"You seem to be right on top of all of this!" She was having great ideas left and right. She could be an honorary Ravenclaw.
Shoving the box in his pocket he said, "Let's head down."

Pulling herself along the ground, she finally clambered up into the new room and she looked around for her instructions. …. Put on gloves. Put on Shoes. CLIMB WALL. Get box. Climb down.
COOL. SO COOL.
All bad feelings against the new Professor for not realising she would need steps to get out of the cellar were gone as she sprinted through her classmates to get a pair of sticky shoes and sticky gloves. THIS WAS GOING TO BE AMAZING. She couldn’t wait. At all. She’d never climbed a flat wall before, but she had climbed rock walls a few times when her dad had taken her into the centre if Mum had been too busy with the stables to look after her at home.
As she collapsed on the floor, she pulled her school shoes off before tugging the charmed shoes on eagerly. She was so excited she was shaking a little. Looking around, she tried to find AJ in the crowd… This would be right up her street. If… she could find her she would totally mention that but as it was, the redhead couldn’t see the beautiful older Gryffindor.
Pulling two gloves apart, she stood up as she began to work her fingers into the material. Sighing a little, she felt like the material was too big for her small hands and feet and just when she was going to complain about it she felt the material change to snuggly fit her dimension. Oh cool! One size really does fit all!
Katerina pushed the door open, carefully standing up she pulled herself through the trap door. She stood up, at least she didn't have to crawl around up here. She felt the squishiness of the floor, so if she was to fall it wouldn't hurt. She looked around for the gloves and shoes.
Once she found them she put the shoes first then the gloves. The first though was run and jump at the wall. But she decided that it would be safer to just take baby steps up the wall. Kat moved to the wall and started to climb up the wall toward the boxes. So this is how it felt to climb up the walls like Spiderman did.
Near the top she stopped, looked around. Lifting one hand off of the wall to grab one of the boxes her other hand lifted off the wall. There she was stuck to the wall by only her feet. Well now that was just great. And she still didn't have a box. That's right she needed to whistle to get one of the boxes. Kat had never been the best whistler. So with any luck her whistle would be good enough to get a box.
*whistle*
Snatching the box and tucking it under her arm. She got her hands back on the wall and slowly made her way back down the wall.
When she was back on the floor, she got her wand out. ""Alohomora!" Waving her wand. She heard the familiar click of the lock and knew she had unlocked it. She opened the box to see what was inside.

With her new shoes and gloves on, Marsha was hyper. Like, amazingly aware of the fact that she was going to get to climb a wall without using any grips. HOW COOL WAS THAT! Even creatures needed something to hold on to.
Beaming wide, the thirteen year old took a deep breath before she started to run the last five or six feet towards the wall before she jumped a few feet up to the wall. AND STUCK. AWESOMEEEE. With a huge beaming smile plastered over her face that wasn’t likely to disappear for a while, she started to climb up the wall using the toes of her feet and her hands. As little as she was, and as used to running around and being light on her feet from Judo, she managed to scale the wall as if she was a chameleon climbing up a tree.

Olivia jumped down the last handful of inches, coming to a rest on the charmed floor, curious to move on. She stripped off the gloves and shoes and set them aside and then exchanged her stockinged feet for the shoes she had left behind. Now relatively back to normal and settled, the Ravenclaw was more than ready to head into what was planned next. So taking out her wand once more, the first year prepared herself for the unlocking spell once more.
“Alohomora!” she cast when she was ready, relieved to hear the sound of the click as it worked its magic. She hadn’t lost her touch with the spell. Maybe she could chalk that spell as one actually learned.
Now that the box was open a group of letters glowed, B, R, A, D. Say these and head to the next room.
Holstering his wand so he could open his box properly, Callum went ahead to peer inside, his eyebrows raising again in judgment at the letters. B, R, A, D. Brad? Was it supposed to mean something?
He was unsure, but he moved over to the door and spoke the letters aloud clearly, "B, R, A, D. Brad."
And onward he went, his wand back in his hand in case he had to try to defend himself or something with the vague spells he knew. He would not put it past this professor to throw him in another environment where he was largely unprepared.
After the door let her through to the next room, the first thing she noticed was it was tiny!!! How in the world!!
SHE WAS TO TALL FOR THIS!!!
If she ever saw the Professor she was going to make sure he knew that this was super hard. She looked up and as she did her head slammed into the top. OWWW!! She muttered under her breath about professors, being tall, and wanting to get out of this place. Oh lookie there were instructions. The sixth year gave them a read, and then another and another because if she forgot them then heck she would be stuck.
It was a little difficult for her to reach her wand inside her pocket, why had she put it back in there, but with some wiggling the almost six foot tall girl took it out and pointed to the door. "Alohomora!" She heard the familiar clicking sound from the lock. The door is open. After stepping through she realized she only remembered some of the steps. Well dang it.
Seeing another Gryffindor she yelled "HEY!! HEY!!!" Speed crawling over to the girl she said "Want to help each other get through this task?" Teamwork always worked right?
Mel slipped her boots on and watched the girl who had offered to help her. “Ugh…sure,” she nodded. “You’re Arista right?” She asked and grinned. “I’m Mel.” Just…you know so she didn’t have to yell HEY YOU at her. Pulling on the gloves Mel glanced around the room.
“I’m gonna test these out” she nodded and began to climb along what she now realized was a wall? Right. This was so interesting. JUMPING. “Let’s do this.” She muttered and watched as Sha did the exercise.
Sliding down she jumped and thrust herself to the wall and began to climb and scale the wall like a sticky fingered gecko.

It didn’t take her too long before she was more than half way up the wall. Her cheeks were going to be sore later on if she didn’t sort out her face and get it to stop smiling. She slowed down her climbing, simply for the exercise and stopped when she got to the top of the wall.
SHE WAS TALL.
THIS WAS AWESOME.
Removing one of her hands from the wall, she looked over her shoulder to the flying boxes. She got distracted though and ended up watching them for a few minutes before she remembered that she had to whistle. Get the box, get down and get through to the next room.
*Whistle*
Grinning, she watched one of the boxes detach from the pack and come flying to her. How awesome was that? She stared at it as it landed in her hand quite happily and then took a few minutes to debate how she was going to get down without crushing the box or falling… but really she doubted either would happen.

Shoving the box in his pocket he said, "Let's head down."
Kaylee laughed "Yeah you are most likely right." She said, now that the tiny part of the room was behind her, she was able to mock herself. She shook her curly hair.
She blushed at the compliment "I- I just watched the other students do it. So I was just following their lead. She said softly.
After a few minutes of climbing back down, managed to get on the ground and after a bit of a struggle, managed to take over the sticky gloves and shoes. "That was actually pretty fun." She said happily 'I wonder if I can go climb that again after the lesson is done. I should ask the professor.... whenever I actually meet him.' She thought to herself
She then pulled out the box from her pocket and realized it was locked. 'Well that make sense.'
Pulling out her wand, she pointed at the box and said the unlocking charm "Alohomora!". After hearing the click,'I think I may have mastered my first spell', she opened the box to reveal......
Toto * RotiSila * ToRo * Braveheart * Grandma & Mama Tori
Tucking the box safely under her chin, which held it close to her chest, Marsha placed her hand back on the wall before stretching her right leg down the wall and bending her left knee as she moved down the wall. Slowly, she moved her hands and feet so that she could scale the wall back to the floor and although she wasn’t anywhere near as fast as her ascent, she managed to descend back to the floor pretty quickly.
Taking a good few steps away from the wall, she moved back over to where her shoes were sitting. Slipping her wand from its holster she held it towards the box before saying, ”Alohomora.” With a smile she watched the charm work for the third time in this single episode, the lid of the box opening for her so that she could gain her second code and move on to the next room.
Henric helped llia up and quickly searched for any signs of scratches on her pretty hands and face. He sighed with relief when there was none he saw that would need immediate attention. What? He was getting worried for her alright!
Henric reached for the first year hand next as well so he could pull her out from there too. "Bella, right? I'm Henric. Are you alright? Will you be able to climb the walls?" Henric asked, concern etched across his face.
Anyway, it was better here than down there. At least there was more room to breathe easily now. It was going to be fine from here on out right? He sincerely hope so. Hmm... he wished to talk to his girlfriend soon about her little ordeal down at the rabbit hole. It wasn't like llia at all to be suddenly afraid of tight spaces. Right, he could ask about it later...now it was time to put on their gloves and shoes. "llia, why don't you go on up first, then Bella next. I'll be right behind you guys if anything happens," Henric suggested. He paid more attention for their safety than the obstacle itself really. He knew llia was a great climber but he was still her number one concerned boyfriend. So up you go girls. He wouldn't move an inch until he was sure they were both climbing the walls safely like spiderman.
Ilia stood up beside Henric, perhaps leaning against him a little as he looked her over. Was there something on her face? Well, for whatever reason he looked relieved now at least.
Before she could even turn to help little Bella up, Henric was already at it. Look at her prefect there. "I think, being in a tight area is worse than being high, right Miss Bella?" She smiled softly at the younger girl, hopefully she was somewhat encouraging. She was certain, with how the little lion managed to chase her kitten, she could make it up the wall.
Time to tackle that wall. She didn't really particularly enjoy the thought of using random shoes and gloves that someone else may have been using, but she would rather do that then be restricted in her movements again. Ilia slipped the gloves on snug and then the shoes, wondering why they simply didn't charm themselves. It was not her current place to ask why, rather it was her place to follow the instructions and perhaps help the others.
Her boyfriend was being all manly and prefecty and protective again. Secretly, or perhaps not so secretly, she actually somewhat enjoyed it. Showing how manly he was , was rather attractive at this point of their life honestly. Even though now that she wasn't in threat of having a flashback panic attack she didn't really need protected, she enjoyed his concern for her. "I'll lead the charge then shall I?" Back to her normal self, she winked at her boyfriend with a smile. She placed her hands on the wall to ensure she stuck as the instructions suggested. "By the way, the instructions said that the floor is enchanted. So, even if we did happen to fall, we won't get injured." With that she made her way up the wall as naturally as a lizard, looking around for the boxes. Here boxes boxes boxes.......She began to whistle in different pitches.

Well THAT was appropriate and a little bit flattering. Dot tucked the piece of paper into her pocket, deciding it was an omen she liked a LOT more than that stupid hag's curse. The box thought she had style. Or STYL. Whatever.
Ahem. She made her way to the next door and spoke clearly. "S. T. Y. L." And time to go.

Now that the box was open a group of letters glowed, M, a, d, e .Say these and head to the next room.

Henric glanced behind ever so often to make sure llia was alright. He was worried if she couldn't go on any further. He reached down for her hand and pulled her up."Yeah...I feel really squished now...urgh..." He winced, feeling uncomfortable now that his whole body stuck in between two walls. But they were going to get out of here soon enough!
He quickly swung open the door on top of him once he had unlocked it and climbed up. Merlin...he felt like mission impossible going through the narrow space. What were they training for? Nevermind that now, Henric noticed the boxes with wings flying above them. Wait... they had to catch one of them?! How...troublesome. He wondered if he could use Infinite Incantatum or immobulus to stop them all. "Girls, I think we need to climb up using the gloves and shoes they've provided." They weren't afraid of heights right?

Henric went up and through , hopefully into what she presumed to be a bigger space. She thought it would have to be given what the instructions said. He called to them and she decided it was time to climb.
She looked over to make sure Bella was some form of okay and saw that her way was open. Okay, good. "Up we go then." She pushed her door open and climbed up next to Henric. A little more space, thank Odin! She straightened her clothes and smiled a him, a little more color returned to her face. She looked at the gloves and shoes then nodded. "I think you are right. Lets get to it." She liked climbing, this was already a hundred times better.

Okay, so it was more room in this room which was a relief. Bella was still pale, but a lot calmer after she took a moment to calm herself after climbing up with Henric's help. Once they all was out of this crazy obstacle course she would have to make sure she thanked everyone who helped her. She was sure she would have been still stuck in the last room petrified if it wasn't for Ilia and Henric.
So they had to climb up the wall. She liked that a lot better because she wasn't afraid of heights like she was being stuck somewhere small. "Right, I'll take someplace high any day," She replied, preparing herself for the climb ahead. This was going to be a piece of cake climbing the wall. Bella slipped her wand into her robes, before slipped her hands and feet into the gloves and boots, following Ilia up the wall. Once she reached the top she followed Ilia's lead and whistle a tune to call a box.
With an encouraging pat on the back for Katherine, Ailsa sat down and removed the climbing gear. She was definitely going to have to figure out how to perform that sticky charm on some of her own boots and gloves. It would be absolutely perfect for getting up cliffs for better views of nesting seabirds the next time she got to Orkney.
The little box was hiding in one of her pockets... Ahh, there it was.
"aLOhoMORa!"
A soft click and a sign of relief that she hadn't blown this one apart as well and the slip of paper was retrieved.
"It is?" Henric asked again, and glanced down on the floor. It was enchanted?...Oh... He didn't remember that bit at all. Thankfully, he got llia to remind them. He chuckled, if that was the case...[b{"Right,still...you girls go on..." [/b] He told them and nodded, smiling sheepishly. He went after Bella and carefully made his ascend up the walls. Cool! He felt like he had superpowers climbing these walls. He glanced up to see their progress and was surprised at how fast they went. Wow, look at his girlfriend climb that wall. *whistles* ehem. He meant to call the box, okay! Or not Oh and there went Bella too! Impressive, the kid got speed!
Henric whistled again to call his box over. He watched as his box immediately came over to him. Nice. Good box actually listened. He reached for his box and held it tight against his arm before climbing back down again. Once he safely planted both his feet onto the floor, he waited for the girls to descend as well. Soon, Henric used the alohomora charm to open the box up again. Man how many times they had to use this charm..seriously? Anyway... "What do we have in here?" he muttered and peered in.

In all her focusing, she'd missed the latch on the box the first time around. Brooklyn knew that she'd cast the charm right. She knew the box was unlocked, but she was going to blame her mistake on being tired from the climb. That and by now she was tired of the whole test. Once should have been enough to see what skills they all had, and now it just seemed like the professor was teasing them. It all frustrated her, and she'd flipped open the lid of her box almost with too much force, feeling a shiver as the hinge held up.
By then, she was already looking for the slip of paper, which also seemed to be choosing to be difficult. She finally picked it up out of the box with a glare, flicking the lid closed and setting the box down on the floor in front of her. All she wanted was to move on, and she figured setting the now empty box on fire wouldn't get her anywhere. She needed the code on the paper.
